Here we offer you all the feddbacks of people like you who bought the services of SmartCentres Waterloo (Mall) around Waterloo territory (Canada).
Right now the business gets a score of 4.1 stars out of 5 and that score was based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that it reaches an reviews average is very high, and it's founded on a very high number of scores, so we may conclude that the assessment is very faithful. If people have bothered to leave their feddback when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to put opinions when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
Great selection of shopping and fast food options in a convenient location right off the highway exit.
I really don't understand why they would build a Wal-Mart with a grocery section this close to the St. Jacob's market. I thought when they were first given permission to build here, they were told no to having a grocery dept. ????
Its ok but the staff there are not very helpful most days. They seem to not care or know what they are doing.
It's a nice clean store and the staff is nice
Got some great deals at the outlet shop. Lego setup is great for the kids. Has a Lego party room also. Has a homemade chocolate and sweets shop with amazing goodies. Has a small restaurant and other stores also.
Not bad just big box stores
Multiple places to shop at and lots of ample parking while jumping from place to place as well. Good for stocking up before jumping back on the highway
Great place to get my shopping done
Went to A&W, the location is quiet small and was packed on a Saturday afternoon. Quick service.
Clean with friendly staff. I had a hard time finding staff lol
Doesn't have everything but is a pleasant place to shop
One of the nicer Walmart stores in the area. Good selection for a healthy lunch in their grocery aisles.
Excellent service. Great burgers and beers.
Really nice looking place, plenty of good stores, but with the train and all the traffic from the market it's not the greatest to drive to on busy days
Great experience, got order correct first time!
Slow ordering but great food
Coming from the country on a much needed family visit, we always make time to stop here on our way past Waterloo. Just off the expressway everything is here. Very good parking but pay attention at the lights when leaving. You can tell who the newbies are to the area. lol Great place to get everything quickly.
An adequate shopping experience in clean and organized environment that you can find most all your basic needs and the standard store items.
Great shopping area!
The current are higher than many places. The routes out are not intuitive.
Dissapointed they didn't have milkshakes.
No complaints
Very well managed nice plaza easy access neat and clean nearer to farmers Market
Walmart grocery store, quite old style but does the job,
Just picked up some drugs and produce.
Very spacious. Huge, and clean
Cool little shopping center with an a&w. I wouldn't come here for all your shooing needs but there is a dollar store. Value village and a Walmart across the street.
Great place to shop with a wide range of options
Dr. Sandra is a good dentist in this plaza. And Michael's is just around the corner!
Visited value village. Good place, friendly staff, a little overpriced
I enjoyed my ride home. Thank u!
Extremely COVID-19 awareness here. Makes one feel so much more comfortable when all areas are fairly well controlled. We always seem to have one or two in the bunch that like to play by their own rules. Most everyone follow the directional arrows. Those that didn't, I simply held my breath until the offender passed by. We always rinse our hands upon leaving. We also have backup hand sanitizer in our car. The three of us enjoyed our meal bought inside but eaten outside in a safe area. Always a joy attending this fantastic market place. Course things are not normal, no place is, but it was nice to get out and help support our local businesses being hit so hard.
Big plaza for parking, not too much stores, though.
Great little shopping 'plaza'. Mark's, A&W, Dollarama and more! lots of good stores. Ita a good sized strip mall for the community of St Jacob's!
Love the Fresh Meat Variety; the Vegetable Produce etc.....
Always a good experience coming here. Can almost always find what I'm looking for and veggies and fruits are good quality.
Went to #A&W to get a mama burger, Poutine and rootbeer. Charged me almost $14. Thought that was excessive. Until another employee came over told him he'd done it wrong. Changed the charges, gave me a little change back and said I owed them another $6 for the poutine. I thought that a mama burger, poutine and a root beer for almost $20 was overly expensive. It will take some convincing for me to go back again
Was able to get what we needed without much issue. Staff were helpful.
Great place to spend the day shopping
Love value village but its expensive Walmart has a produce section and there's a dollarama here as well
The WalMart supercentre is the biggest and solo attraction
Where do we hire these kids with no ambition.
This is a standard smart centre. Walmart and a few other big boxes. However there is a value village as well which is a nice addition. The smart centre itself is well maintained and clean which is really nice.
Clean and ample parking
A&W pretty solid. Doing what they can during Covid times.
Nearly always have to wait in the drive through for 3+minutes. Seems like they are understaffed. Sometimes I don't get what I ordered.
Awesome...great food...super busy
Language barrier is a issue. It's new so time may make a difference.
A bit weird looking plaza. But everyone has different taste...so go check out for yourself.
January 2021 Dollarama and walmart open. fast food drive thrus open. Signage on the main sign is a little wonky. Interesting pairing of stores.
Smart center for smart shoppers. Need I say more.
Nice. Clean. Parking. Good stores.
Nicely stocked with supplies and wasn't extremely crowded even if it was a Saturday. They didn't have any folding lawn chairs though...
Location is a bit out of the way but the store is huge and has a good selection of products.
Clean, not too busy, friendly staff.
Ample parking, great selection of stores. Walmart nearby
Nice location for a new Wal-Mart.
Quick and easy. Love the self checkouts.
Lots of variety and fresh food from local farmers.
Good place for a quick bite at A&W, Arby's or McDonalds and for discount shopping. Small Centre with a Walmart on one side and a few fast food and shops on the other.
Walmart here is typically better than the Kitchener one.
Friendly staff at this location. I do not like the self serve option I want to have more tills with a human working at it. I want to interact with a human in person not a machine.
Um again, how exactly do you review plazas..
Went to the Value Village and Arby's. Truly is one stop shopping ????????
Popped in to pick up a prescription at the Walmart Pharmacy - friendly and fast service. Like the option to grab a pager while you do some other shopping (instead of waiting at the Pharmacy section).
Parking great.. store small enough to navigate!
Nice big Walmart with plenty of parking
Always good service but I regret eating it an hour later. Really bad coffee but good burgers
Worst cod burger ever didnt look like picture advertised long wait time poor service
Lower stock than other Walmarts but great location and not too busy.
Easy access, easy parking. Close to st. Jacobs Farmers Market
Lots of stores to find what you are looking for. There is lots of parking available and well maintained. Food options also vary, some open late.
Fun place to look around. Love the Lego store! It needs more business's! There's always a few empty stores. The Pyrex outlet has good prices if you're looking for new quality dishes. It's right across the street from the St. Jacobs Farmers Market.
It's a parking lot! / Name for a cluster of independent businesses. Not really a notable or review worthy entity.
Clean, organized. Easy to follow signs
Store was not super busy but saw two middle aged people with no masks. Otherwise a good experience.
Good stores for great selection of different products
This is a strip mall with several large stores including Dollarama. It is actually in St Jacobs behind the farmer's market.
A few places to grab a bite, hotels, St. Jacobs market and the train all with in walking. You name it and you'll probably find it in this area
Ample parking and a good variety of shops and services.
Been one of my favorite stores since its opening
Do NOT visit the A&W. Terrible service, wait forever for cold food. Horrible horrible horrible. Never going back.
Good place to shop, not a huge place but it's ok
Convenient stores in this area. Walmart and value village are handy & all kinds of parking lot space, right off the highway.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating when I go there. Food is always sooo delicious.
Everything you could ever need close together.
This isn't really a "mall" it's a cluster of stores. Bigger stores, Walmart, the dollar store and Marks Work Warehouse and a couple more. Loads of parking. (Cleanest Walmart in the twin cities) great people. It's where you'll find your neighbour buying Christmas lights.. and if you're lucky can coordinate your houses.
Shoppers Drug Mart had two polite employees. The others need to work on customer service
Live this little barn! Always stop in here on the way to or from the farmers market across the street. Lego Land is great for the kids as well as the can't shop for your sweet tooth. I always use the barber shop on the corner of the top floor. Levi's for your jeans and probably about 4-5 foot wear stores!! Check it out I'm sure there is something there for everybody. Loads of parking, but make sure you go early if youre headed there on a Saturday, despite the size of the parking lot it fills up quick!
One of the smaller SmortCentres but still good
Good location with every stores you need to stop.
Value village here is good. Dollar store is Pretty average. Have not been in other stores
Clean, well maintained shopping area. Its what you'd expect. Nothing special, but nothing bad. No community feel, but hey, that's capitalism.
Good old food
My favorite Walmart ever.
I have only visited the Wal-Mart superstore. Very well stocked and staff is friendly and helpful. When I asked about an item the assistant didn't just tell me where it may be, he walked me to the shelf and located it.
Great place to go grab some hand made goodies and shop around
Full choice of stores in a clean and safe place
Awesome Walmart store that is far less busy than the other Walmart stores in the region!
Value village, Dollarama and A&W are the best in this plaza. I recommend this Dollarama as their stock is always full and they have friendly staff. I like the VV as they have a great woman’s selection and lots of change rooms ❤️ The A&W is clean and has nice bathrooms which is always a plus for someone like me.
This smart centres is nice and has decent selection. Smaller than other smart centres but the Wal.Mart is bigger.
Not too busy. Staff very willing to help.
Shelves are not very organized and staff are hard to find when needed.
Best prices of any Wal-Mart. Located in the heart of St. Jacobs
Great little place to shop, a little bit of everything, lots of parking available
Very friendly staff. Im a regular here and have never been disappointed with my order!
Awful haircut. And I had a senior stylist. Big waste of money and I am practically bald.
Went roo Jsk good garden specials.
Lay out is easy to navigate and staff is friendly and helpful. Cheaper than other stores I have been in as well
Value Village half price clothing sale is not the best place to go to. Their regular prices are as high or even higher than regular stores. Sometimes you are lucky to find something special. Talize in Kitchener will give you more for your money. Also note Value Village now used paper bags and charge $.10 per bag. They also love getting newspapers from those in the community. I dig them out of apt building recycle bins and take them over whenever I can. They give you a card with up to 30% off your next purchase towards one item as a thank you.
Very clean. Staff very helpful in directing you to your product. I had NO idea you could still do your photo work here. (way down at the back). Sorry I forgot her name ... She took me there! ????
Plenty of parking. Good variety of stores
New decor attractive. Many valuable services on site such as restaurants and hair salons.
Dollar store, Wal-Mart and arbys...all you need in life.
I hope we can soon get rid of the line ups to go shopping. Other than that everything went well. A bit of a wait at Mark's. Over to Wally World and my wife walked right in.
Are opening now but no indoor dinning yet
Not a bad mall. It is well maintained and clean. You can find the Corelle dish brand, a good bedding store with pillowes and duvets filled with feathers (duck, geese, down) for fair prices, some cookware stores, Levi's, Lego store, and a few clothing stores. It does not have as much as Conestoga Mall which is not far away. However, it does some stores which Conestoga Mall does not. It is worth checking the mall out especially after shopping in the farmer's market which is nearby.
A&W is way too expensive.
This spot has a few stores but nothing much to be honest. Best stores are Dollarama and Value Village!
Walmart is a nice place.
This has to be one of the worst Walmart ever... things are always out of stock. Their produce section is awful, its almost as if nobody checks their produce to get rid of almost too ripe or going bad fruits and veggies
The place is clean and full of stock
Great food, best burgers ???? anywhere
Walmart non-essential is all open now with a 10 min wait line out side the store.
Walmart is huge and clean which is nice. If you've ever been to Fairview Walmart you'll know what it's like to go a dirty Walmart. The Arby's across the road is a great addition, cheap but oh so good!
A great place to shop ... Mark's store and Dollarama stores were wonderful. Great services and had everything I needed. Have tried Arby's and A&W when visiting .... I recommend them both and hope you have a great experience like I did. Clean, fast and delicious!
Large store laid out well
Nice plaza. Well kept and well maintained.
Grabbed up so yummy bacon Egger sandwiches for breakfast
I just went to the lego stores. Good for spending time with kids
Tried the new Cod Fish sandwich, well worth the stop! Clean, fast and polite.
Not bad. Good stores. You can find A & W there. Love their Buddy Burgers. ????
was Wal mart More self serve than cashiers and all aisles are filled with junk First and last visit
Average. I was looking for some flower pots. None of them were in the right place for pricing. I had to straighten them out and use the upc to figure out the prices. I found one pot full of water and gave it to a sales clerk who said she would call someone. No one came. All she had to do was empty the pot herself but didn't. I spoke with an assistant at the front end and she acted immediately.
Love the place , great service , love the fact of no antibiotics in the food and less paper waste
Went to Walmart. It was clean, staff was super helpful and friendly. I did realize today that the deals on instacart were not on when I was in the store today. They were all full price in store. Maybe Instacart is a cheaper way to go with the deals. Great event out entirely tho. Amanda from Smartstyle cut me and my sisters hair and did a great job as well.
There is LEGO store in it which has free and good place for playing of kids!
It's very convenient and a wide range of stock
Good store to buy food.
Good place
Something for everyone. AC is a bonus in hot weather for those with kids looking to get out for a stroll.
Good
Best Walmart in the region due to very good inventory
It's a Walmart on one side of the street, Dollarama and Marks Work Wherehouse. If your looking for these stores, this is where they are found.
Lots of parking for the few businesses in this plaza. Love the additions of A&W and VV.
Good service! The food was good.
A decent Walmart if you want to avoid student crowds at Bridgeport. Their produce is usually well-stocked but I've been let down a couple of times (ran out of zucchinis). Pretty busy during the weekend but low capacities during weeknights so I'd suggest covid-conscious shoppers to do their groceries then. From my experience, staff do wipe down self check-out stations as soon as a customer is done using one. The groups of items that are deemed essential vs. nonessential is a little bit questionable, but I guess that's really not in the hands of the staff here. Also be wary of the fact that shoppers may not follow the one-way arrows.
Great selection for food and stores. Love the fudge store. And great outlet stores.
Love that we can stop here after or before our trip to the Farmers market.
You can get some good deals.
