HUGE SELECTION OF ANY STORE OR BRAND YOU CAN THINK OFF!! If you lucky and patience you bound to score some awesome deals somewhere. My friend got a 300$ Adidas shoes for 80$ for example.. also nice area and very festive now for Christmas Highly recommend for shopping

Great place to come shopping for branded products (clothing, footwear, and so much more). It is a strip mall located near the YVR airport. It is always busy but is well maintained, very clean and the architecture is very charming. There is a lot to see and do here - one can easily spend a many hours shopping here.

Great outdoor shopping, loads of stores with very affordable prices. Great family, or friends outing. Lots of parking, a few eateries, and lots of outdoor seating. On a sunny day it is awesome! Really I know I used the word "lots":-) but that is exactly what is happening here. All the best stores in one place with great prices. For these covid-times it is the best place to shop, outdoors, and the stores' teams and customers are very respectful of social distancing. Love it...except it would be amazing if you get a really really good cafe with really good coffee!

Beautiful outlet, great option during the pandemic if you have to shop. Awesome assortment of popular brands from basics to high end. Plenty of free parking in the huge lot. Look up every 15-20 mins for planes landing at the airport next door for some amazing views. Social distancing signage for spacing and line ups, mandatory mask policy in place and naturally outdoors by design for great ventilation. Expect reasonable lines for most shops due to safety measures (10-15 mins) with few extremely long exceptions like the Nike store which lately seems like Boxing Day (45-55 mins wait each visit I’ve tried). I ended up making it in today after 55 mins wait but found it worth it regardless. Great selection and pricing.

Difficult location to get to and leave - odd roads and signs marking exit and entry from main thoroughfare is poor. Nice outdoor mall - bring an umbrella in the rainy months. Unfortunately, I find the selection small and prefer the mills outlet mall instead. (Personal preference). Happy shopping!

Ample, even excessive, amount of free parking. Right at Templeton Canada Line station. Beautiful architecture and design to feel like you are meandering through a European shopping district. All decorated for Christmas and an outdoor sound system was pumping out vintage holiday tunes. The "just ok" score comes from the pricing of most businesses. "Outlets" are no longer the clearance bargain bins they used to be. Retailers now specifically design and create items that are just for their "outlets". The savings aren't huge at any of the stores even when they are running 50 percent off or higher sales. Looking around, I don't recall ever seeing anyone walking away weighted down by dozens of bags. Stores like Gap and Old Navy (same company) were busy and had more appropriate "outlet" pricing but even the third store in the series, Banana Republic wasn't that much cheaper than a regular location. None of the supposed, not found elsewhere in Vancouver, European brand stores appealed to me or looked affordable. This trip was my first visit in about 2 years and it will probably be that long before I go back. I did the 40min drive from Coquitlam and for the stores I went into I could save the gas and just go to the Queensborough Outlets which are closer and fewer people because it's off the transit grid and you need a car to get there.

Design of this place is very nice. It gives you a sense of a local shopping village. It appears that there are more known and high end brands are also getting into this place. First when opened; there were very limited places to eat or rest but now there are more collection of food and beverages like my favorite Caffè Artigiano or my son's hot dog place; JAPADOG. You will get wet if it rains obviously! it is an outdoor mall sort of!

Another place for entitled people who don’t seem to care that other people exist. Want to walk at a normal pace? Forget it! My family of 14 people all need to walk in a large group of disarray and blocking the entire width of space between 2 buildings while we stare at our phones and shuffle along at the pace of a crawling infant.

Nice place, but if you think you are for jackpot shopping then it’s not at all like that. Things are way xpensive, we other shopping complex’s more cheaper than that. And if you like food that’s again not a good place to eat or hand out. But if you like watching planes that’s the place to view them bcoz runway is just few meter ahead.

This place is a heaven for brand conscious people who need some extra perks in the form of discounts. You will be surprised with the discounts as almost all the stores offer min 20% discount and Max 70%. I bought couple of winter clothes and shoes for myself and believe me I have saved almost $ 500. I recommend this place to anyone who is willing to buy brands on huge discounts. New stores are coming this summer.

Unique setting with airplanes spotting, where one can find something for every activity - be it dressing up for a night out, or packing to backcountry skiing, and it comes in all sizes and ages. Beautiful art amidst the village, great food too. Loved the connection with first nations and the sky crossing of airplanes arriving from anywhere in the world... Very neat strolls and diverse shops, it is a treat to visit even for a short time, better yet for a few hours. Great outlet deals too. Kids covered playground is awesome any time of the year, giving me time to shop peacefully :-). Recommend going at opening hours or couple of hours before closing though, to avoid crowds.

Very nice outlet mall, although it's very loud when planes are coming in to land over head its also pretty cool to see them flying so low overhead. There is a nice variety of stores to visit and plenty of places to sit in the shade with the day being quite warm out. Will definitely return.

I like: 1) the many brand outlets 2) the huge, free parking space 3) clean washrooms I dislike: 1) lack of cafes for your family to kill time while you shop. Just one? 2) no, absolutely no - place for older children or pre-teens to spend time. - there is a play ground for toddlers, but hello? Don't kids grow? I'm surprised these needs are not accommodated. Why can't there be an arcade? 3) The designer must have planned it this way.... thinking that everyone who comes will shop and walk and spend non-stop from store to store. While I could have spent hours shopping, but now I can't - as my kids aren't interested and my older parents can't find a seat to enjoy coffee in that one and only cafe. This moment - I wish big M was there.

This outlet mall has almost every brands, specially for shoes lovers, one of them is the nike store, it seems to have new stuffs coming in very often. What this mall needs is more restaurant options. Entering this outlet feels like you're at a different city. There are good quality products with good prices here. The layout of the outlet is beautiful, but businesses here get pretty slow especially when it's not sunny outside (which is most of the time). This place also lacks a bit of places to eat.

Good latest quotations ! I lived in Vancouver 1 1/2 months and went to the Outlet 4-5 times. Beautiful atmosphere and easy to reach with the skytrain. They change offers very quick and you always need to check if it’s really „on sale“. Some products are sold same price like the normal stores.

Not much to see/shop at this tiny outlet mall. I would give it a 'striving' grade. Can see that they're trying! The decor of the architecture is nice, though the variety of stores and the number of stores is somewhat lacking. Sales are limited too, doesn't seem like a factory outlet, more like a regular shopping mall.

Great place to hang out and do casual shopping, especially on a sunny day. I personally enjoy hearing and seeing the airplanes land at YVR because I'm an aircraft engineer. I'd give it 5 stars if there were more food choices. So far there are only 7, with one being Starbucks. Nothing wrong with the 7, it's just with a nice place like that, I figure there would be more variety when it comes to food. Since there is a pandemic, I must remind everyone to just wear your masks as often as possible. It can be crowded at times.

They have excellent deals every time I go! It’s a nicely spaced out area & everyone practices social distancing (WHO guidelines). Employees in various stores are very friendly & kind. Much better than other Premium Outlets with regards to deals. My favourite outlet.

It was a fun place, but be warned. The outlet prices are mixed in with the full priced items and so shop with care. The Christmas decorations, while a bit early, are super fancy. A few food places, but I wouldn't plan dinner here.

Pros: Some new better sports brands have opened up there like Adidas & Puma etc. which is good. Cons: Still need more brands to open up there. To the reviewer here telling people they must wear a mask this is inappropriate. Per the Outlet's own website there is no law or rule requiring you to do this and the streets outside these shops are open air. A lot of the stores here sell undesirable merchandise but you can have a nice lunch and get deals on some nice luxury items at stores like Tumi, Ted Baker, Ralph Lauren, Boss, Coach, and Jimmy Choo to name a few.

Not enough food and beverage options. Select shops are not well stocked enough to meet demand and they haven't figured out their size curves at all. Virtually all of the shops simply offer made for outlet models which have a much higher profit margin than mainline items. Washroom cleanliness is hit or miss.

It's an outlet mall with mostly higher end brands. The construction itself is new and fairly nice, there aren't really any free amenities other than parking. If you're buying a whole whack load of stuff it's cheaper to go the the US.

A nice shopping outlet to go to if you are looking for any famous brands bargain. Parking spaces are plenty available and free. A Canada line station is also close by on your way to the airport. All plazas in between the stores are clean and well decorated for foreign visitors to take some photos before their flight leaving Vancouver. Some restaurants are also available within the outlet if you are hungry during your bargain hunting. Definitely a go for any travelers or local people. Just a reminder that during the holiday season it's crazy busy, better go earlier.

Plenty of good brands available, Impressive European Architecture looks good in the evening and night. Plenty of seating space is provided especially if you are aged it helps as the place is huge. Prices are comparatively good than the regular malls and a variety of products available in each range including shoes, clothing, accessories etc. A good place just to visit also if you are not buying anything. The restrooms were super clean.

Just next to the Vancouver airport, and has a SkyTrain station. Decent collection of brands. Has a significant expansion plan in process. Not sure about prices, don't seem to be great but still deals once in a while. Been getting quite busy, sometimes washrooms are thus messy as not keeping up with the high traffic.

The place is nice as an outdoor shopping mall, but the items are expensive for an outlet, also most of the staff who work at the stores there are unfriendly. Also it’s far from downtown Vancouver. Didn’t like it at all, we only spent about an hour there and left. Not recommended at all. The stores we visited were: Nike, Addidas, Under Armour, Desigual, Mackage, Ugg, Stuart Weitzman, Guess and ThinkKitchen. Particularly at ThinkKitchen, I wasn’t even greeted when I got into the store, the sales lady was so busy talking with a couple who worked in real estate about her property that she wants to sell or so,,, and I wasn’t allowed acknowledged at all. Such an awful and unprofessional experience.

I've gone here a couple of times with my wife. We don't find much deals on odd days it would usually be on special days or weekends when it's packed with people. It's quite out of way to get at around the airport area. It was cool the first time to have airplanes fly over the outlet but after it's annoying or stressful. The place is generally clean or well maintained. Maybe down the road it'll have more shops.

Nice outlet outdoor mall. Parking seems to be a problem almost everyone we have come. There is a decent variety of stores. Our favorites are coach, puma, Samsonite and baby gap. The airplanes flying by are very low and loud. Our baby did not react well to it. A true tourist outlet as its minutes away from the airport. The outlet does lack more designer stores

It's close to the Richmond airport which means it very easy to get to. Huge parking lot so it was easy to find parking. The covered kid play area was a nice touch so kids can enjoy themselves while the adults do some shopping. However, they didn't have much food choices or sit down dining area.

Its nice here if you wanna shop outside. Only 2 major cons for me. 1. The washrooms are so nice, but the guests who use it are dirty. (Please stop stepping on the seats, and please wipe the seats if you miss the bowl!) Not the outlets fault, and the ladies are working hard to keep it clean, but it's still a very unwelcoming sight. (Minus half star) 2. The outlet is directly under the path of the airplanes. So every 2-5 minutes you'll hear one pass thru, and its deafening. (Minus half star) I like the j crew outlet here, esp when there are extra sales from online websites.

Great mall to escape without actually leaving Vancouver but still feel like you're in another city! Cute location but shopping in rain, excuse me, lining up for hours in rain is zero fun. There is no rain cover for pedestrians due to the shortsighted architectural mall design in rain capital Vancouver. Wet umbrellas making puddles at store entrances is just what the retail staff loves mopping up. There are no on-site maps to find retailers easily. QR codes placed at a few spots help. The visitor info Asian female needs her entitlement attitude removed and replaced with kindness and helpfulness. Outlet stores are naturally randomly stocked, so finding any specific style and size is anyone’s guess. Been here twice in 10 years, that’s about frequent enough past disappointment for forecasting my foreseeable future here.

Good place to shop. The outlet mall itself is outdoor and face mask is mandatory. However, some people are not wearing or not properly wearing. Hope the mall can enforce mask policy more. This is a lovely mall, modelled in a village style. It has many nice stores, and the walkways are well set up for the current pandemic conditions. The drawbacks are the difficult access, being right by the airport, and the horrible parking. The lines and markings are so faded that they are almost impossible to see. It was very difficult to navigate.

Three things I look for in a mall/shopping centre. Good deals, good eats and clean washroom facilities. I had to minus a star because there's not much choices in food. There's plenty of washrooms all around and they are kept pretty tidy. There's even a play area for the kids that is partially covered. Just a warning in the summer the mosquitoes will eat you alive by this play area.

The layout of the village also helps keep things interesting and witholds some surprises. The kids play area is also nice and under cover. The food choices were poor on my visit but this area is clearly under construction and there looks to be a big extension happening. Next time 5 stars I would assume.

Always a great selection of brand name clothes. Parking can be a little crazy on the weekends, however during the week the parking situation is fine. I really like the popup sales that occur at stores like Ted Baker, they give advance warning, put your items on hold and come back in an hour or so to take advantage big savings!

It all depends what you are looking for and what's your budget. (If you have one) some stores seem to serve only a small group of customers (wealthy who look for exact styles even though the store inventory seems to barely fill the shelves), . . . If you find a deal or advertised bargain event, Go for it before they're gone. . . They have almost all the top brands and customers service is always good. You can Also take marvelous close up videos from passenger airline with their landing gears out, ready to land at YVR, as its only a kilometer away and planes crossing right above this shopping plaza. . . Don't go on rainy or cold windy days because it's an open plaza and going from one store to another won't be fun. Expect a crowd on sunny days. Good for shopaholic guys !

The Mall itself was clean and pleasant and they have lockers for bulky luggage but that's the end of my positive experience. The assistant in the customer service centre was brash, the discounts offered in most stores were minimal, and really uncompetitive. Perhaps at certain times you'll find a good discount but generally you'll still get cheaper by buying online. Most outlets also seemed to have very limited size ranges and limited discounts on desirable lines.

Physical distancing often never practice. Some shoppers wears a face masks and there are others who don't. Average number of shoppers are strictly enforced in each shops. The staffs will welcome you warmly on some outlets while others will not bother to greet coz maybe of the covid restrictions. Some Branded products are on sale almost everyday and you can really get the best of your money if you spend more time on finding your stuffs in discounted bins and stalls. Over all, the place were slowly moving forward amidst the pandemic.

This place is an amazing artificial village which gathered most of popular cloths, bags, shoes and snickers collections in an open air location beside the Vancouver airport. Their prices are on sale feom regular prices up to 50 % off. There are sone restaurants here to take a relax after your buying hours. A huge free parking place is available. It can be a joyfull family or single experience you can have on your holidays.

I was shopping here with my family when the security team started following us around. We thought it might be because we had back packs on because we had just come from work and school on the bus. So many of them were following us that I asked them if they wanted to search our bags they said no and kept following us. I went to the customer service and asked for the customer affairs contact information and the security office was in the same area. The security manager came out and tried to walk right by us and I confronted him. They did not offer us to check our bags with customer service which would have been nice. I sent an email and they apologize for our experience. I have no desire to go back because it was such a negative experience not an upscale luxury one.

Lovely place. Really huge parking space. Not a lot of places to eat tho and the "sale" are not good anymore. Expecting a good deal for Canada day but left empty handed. Most of the time it's better to go to the mall or order online. It's an outlet store but prices are almost the same as to the regular stores plus regular stores' quality are way better. I bought a nice blazer in banana rep Pacific center for $26 plus tax then the price to banana rep outlet as the cheapest is like $50 plus tax. And that's like up to 40-70% sale published by the window. Some stores are either buy one get the next item 50% off or 30% off. We used to go there a lot before but probably will think twice now for the hassles of line up and not so good sales. I still love calvin klein. Today it was up to 70% off plus 20% extra for some and another 20% extra for preferred members but super long line to the checkout. ???? Addendum: now more stores are open, you only have 4 restaurants available. Too bad, most people will buy or I saw some bring their own food because it'll take you atleast an hour to eat on a busy Sunday.

We had an afternoon to fill and gladly headed to the Outdoor Mall for a stroll and casual bargain hunt. With 80 stores, and all the big names here, we were in for shopping delight! Being from Australia, the Guest Service Centre provided us with an International Visitor 10% discount card to apply to already discounted items, and that worked a treat! This mall is spotlessly clean, open, airy, uncrowded and nicely laid out in streets that allow a more relaxed shop. We enjoyed a delicious coffee and snack while watching the shoppers roll by at Caffè Artigiano when it was time to take 5! Some amazing discounts (up to 80% off) were siezed by us at Banana Republic, GAP, Swarovski and Calvin Klein to name a few. The Outlet Mall website has the travel links to help you arrive by sky train or car, and the mall is open until 9pm every night except Sunday, so we had loads of time to wander. This was a relaxing, pleasant experience; a spacious outdoor space with beautiful planter boxes, piped music and loads of rooms for everyone. We really rated it!

An open air outlet mall. It looks terrific with some statues and a nice central coffee shop. The stores are ok but the sales are what you would find at regular retail. The high end stores don't discount a large amount. It is easy to walk to from Richmond (across the bridge and then you can pass under the bridge and there is a paved path most of the way). You can drive on the way to the airport or it is a quick walk from the Canada line. The parking is readily available, but a little far if on a busy day. The food options are decent with both a mini-food court and some restaurants.

Do NOT park along the fence side of mall. They are part of YVR and are NOT clearly marked NOT MALL parking and are PAID parking. I've contacted customer service at the mall and they were of absolutely no help in addressing the parking violation issued. They take no responsibility for not informing their customers of the fact that their customers should NOT park along the side of the fence. In fact there are entrances to the mall from that strip of parking.

This mall is huge and full of every name brand you expect in an outlet mall. There are lots of foods to choose from if you get hungry and being on the flight path for YVR, the planes literally go right over you that you feel you can reach up and touch them. The mall is super clean as the staff is always walking around doing a great job of keeping it this way. The outlet stores are all nicely set up and the deals are everywhere. Lots of parking for cars, handicapped vehicles and motorcycles. The washrooms are in a few choice places and there's always this food truck parked right out front serving what I can only say is the best dessert in the world !! Check it out and pick up some designer clothes for a fraction of the original price and enjoy an afternoon there shopping.

Beautiful place to take photos the vibe is really cool. Lots of big airplanes come up overhead and you can take pictures or videos. There is always a sale at all or most of the stores. Not much food selection, i think there are 2 or 3 places to eat. There is a playground children can play in, its under a big tent like structure. The walk to washroom is pretty far, its in a little building and there are stairs to go up, and an elevator for strollers/elderly etc.

This place looks great. It’s well maintained and has a good variety of shops. The fact is that the stock in outlets is either made for outlets at lower quality standards, or has been cheaper in stores at some point in its life cycle. But I keep going back hoping I’ll have better luck the next time, but each time I go back I’m disappointed by the quality, variety and prices. For example I bought a pair of kids shoes in the Nike Store that were on sale with a further 20% off. I thought I got a good deal until I peeled off the stickers and saw that the original full price in US$ was the same price of the heavily reduced Canadian price. Let the buyer beware!

It's a really nice place to hangout. I really enjoy staying there and drinking hot chocolate from there. And it's really clean there! If your gonna go here for sales, expect long line ups. Since there COVID-19, also expect long line ups since stores allows specific amount of people inside to reduce the spread. The safety procedures here are actually really good :0. Just remember guys, wash/sanitize your hands, wear a mask, and social distance, and hangout in small groups :))

Great prices and plenty of parking areas. Conveniently located near the airport, so you can stop by before your flights or kill time while you wait for your next flight. There is also a nearby skytrain station if you preffer to take public transit. It is an outdoor mall. So wear proper clothing for the weather. It can get pretty cold on winter time.

I like the layout of the mall as it separates each individual brand into a different shop. Easy access from the airport and it opens till late too. There are many brands to choose from and the price after discount makes the shopping experience way more enjoyable. The only downside is you have to go early or late other wise you have to park your car far.

Best outdoor designer outlet in British Columbia. Everyday there is an on going sale on every store. Prices are marked down to as low as 70 percent off making your purchase enjoyable. I went here to look around and do some window shopping but ended up buying something i do not need because of the irresistable prices. A word of advice do not go here if you are broke because you will definitely spend on something you cannot afford because they sell them for cheaps. Overall good experience with this outlet and parking is not a problem and there is no parking fee. It is conveniently located near the airport.

Positive - Most if not everyone was wearing a mask. The one store we went into, Under Armour, had hand sanitizer everywhere, all their employees were wearing masks and although you couldn't try on clothes, their return policy is 90 days. They also have great customer service. If BC's economy is tanking you wouldn't guess it if you came here. Negative - Supercrowded, hard to find parking, long lineups to get into stores. Some people don't understand personal space let alone social distancing.

This place is well laid out with an excellent range of shops. Pricing is good when the specials are on. Sizing here is mainly based on the smaller Richmond sizing which can be a limitation. Always a good place to take overseas visitors for an easy shopping experience although about the big sale times as there are large queues just to get in to the place.

Pro Lots excellent dinning options in this outlet mall. Free transit train to/from YVR. Great for people wanna kill some time. Con Heard they are expanding, more shops the better. I have been to this outlet mall a few times. You can find many well known brands here. Mostly brands for fashion clothing, sports and shoes, etc. It would be better if there are shops for designer products for consumer electronics stuffs. Also not sufficient restaurants and seats. Access to washrooms is not very convenient as you have to walk a long way if you are far from the restaurant area.

my unedited pictures don't serve the place justice. it's a classy place to shop in. almost like metro/outlet stores but narrower walk ways. it has an awesome ambiance and I can't stress that enough. when i came here, i expected it to be just like any other shopping space in US/Canada, but it wasn't. it would be a perfect place to have romantic date where you walk around. when we went there, sales were up so Christmas spirit was still lingering lol. Tree is still there and some decor. Has some interesting architecture...inuit metal structure i think. Might get lost so orient yourself first before starting to dash to the nearest sale. The parking was easy and the entrance time to the shopping mall was short. The sale is not large yet, but you can use a pretty Christmas tree and comfortable toilets, and a restaurant is open. However, the children's playground is tightly closed by Covid. Visit late in the afternoon to see the pretty Christmas tree.

There are still quite a few empty store fronts, but being one of the more accessible outlets, the stores are decent. There is a amount of parking. Washrooms are more difficult to find and access as they are located on the second floor.

I am a huge fan of Guess. The store there did not disappoint. The courtyard offers great options of amazing places to shop. What I find lacking are some great eateries. My sister and I are both gluten intolerant which presents with other food allergies, for anyone who understands this disease. There really needs to be a better restaurant either on the perimeter or very close by so one might sit, be served and have a tea/coffee, adult beverage and a nice hot meal. Otherwise... amazing! Parking is fabulous and the location is very easy to find. All very well executed.

Overall great selection of stores and I would recommend this Outlet if you have a spare few hours.

The layout of the outlet is easy to find; each retail store has COVID-19 protocols in place making it safe to shop and 90% of the time I am able to find clothes with a good discount here. I gave it 4/5 stars because you can only come here when the weather is dry; otherwise, you will be standing in the rain as you wait to line up to get into each store. Suggestion for management: create awnings to cover your customers from the rain.

A lot of stores have decent discounts (10-30%) although you should compare prices online to make sure the discounts are real or just ask the staff at the stores.

Not a bad outlet mall as it is outdoors and obviously being in raincouver it can be a challenge 8 months a year. Other than that it has a nice vibe and presence to it. The shops are decently priced as they would at any other mall, parking is ample. Now being that it is RIGHT BESIDE AN AIRPORT LANDING strip you will see and hear planes and it can be very loud at times for an adult, imagine children.

It is a nice outlet mall near Vancouver International Airport! If you are driving, getting there is fairly easy. There are big signs that helps you stay in the right lanes going to the outlet mall. We arrived there around 6pm and there were plenty of parking spaces. They have variety of stores to choose from. Some stores still requires you to wait outside, while others don't. All stores still have COVID19 protocols in place such as wearing masks and physical distancing. I find Nike, Under Armour, and Michael Kors are some of the most popular ones. I like WatchStation a lot. It is the first store I always go to because I love watches and they usually have really good deals on the watches. The layout of the outlet mall is okay, you don't really get lost and it is easy to go to all stores in a day. There are also food stores if you do get hungry, although the choices are limited. There is a Chinese Food Restuarant, A&W and Japadog as examples. The washroom is fairly clean and stock is well maintained. I think, one of the highlights of this outlet mall are the airplanes flying over as they land in the airport. It is a great experience and great opportunity for some nice photos! Highly recommend this outlet mall! Go visit.

The Designer Outlet is like a little village along a riverbank. If you're interested in getting good prices from some of your favorite brands, this place is a good option. Since it's almost the center of outlet shopping in the area, if not, Vancouver, it will be a race for the coveted designs and items. On another note, It's an open mall for shopping, thus rainy or snowy weather wouldn't be ideal conditions to shop. It will be packed midday and will definitely have long queues in some favorite brands eg Nike, Adidas, UA, Coach, etc. Imagine lining up in unfavorable weather late in the day, you're definitely suffering just for leftovers... BTW, Food stalls aren't as many thus one should decide to eat prior to shopping.

This place has some great deals and a wide range of shops! From North Face, to Lindt, to calvin klein, puma, nike, banana republic, skechers, japadog, they have great shops you can browse through! They also recently opened a new section and it's great, too! They even have a playground that kids love. The only problem is that the parking lot is small and they make it confusing where the exits supposed to be.

Was In & Out of this ever expanding Outlet (don't expect to find the latest style brand products). The outlet is designed with influenced from California, the outdoor style exposed to the elements. In my option, it's all dressed up for appearance, poor functions for the Vancouver wet weather. Location: Limited access to get to and from the Outlet (bridges to cross) avoid travelling to/from this place during rush hour traffic. At least during the pandemic, min. airport traffic to content with. Like others had commented, no Outlet security is enforcing the mask issue. Most stores are also located else where in the city. Place is better suited for none Pandemic time, and the summer months.

First Tom going there today because I don't want to go on the weekends because some of my friends have said that it is very busy and seeing as I have the summer off, I went today. Lots of different stores to pick from with different price points, some pretty good deals, just make sure that you know your prices. They have quite a few places to get something to eat and lots of benches for people to rest and have a break.

The outdoor vibe is refreshing. However, when I was trying to buy shoes, the selections felt extremely limited. Even the top stores like Nike and Adidas had no shoes that I found appealing. Additionally, the food places are mostly mediocre. Perhaps I did not explore this mall enough. The playground is also an amazing place to have if you have kids to entertain.

Overall good selection of stores, architecture has a nice overall look and feel but the choose of making it all open, will forever baffle most Vancouverites. It rains... All the time. So make sure to bring an umbrella. Or keep an eye on the weather because you'll need a jacket to keep you warm during the colder months. Which is such a hassle to have on you when shopping.

They play smooth jazz over speakers throughout the outdoor mall, adding a nice ambience to the often very busy streets and stores. There is a good variety of stores, with good deals. Not all deals are the best, but hardly anything is full price. Overall, a pleasant place to shop.

It's a very nice German themed outdoor mall. There are some empty spaces, but not enough to make it look less lively. It's definately a great place to visit when it's sunny. There's a very nice playground for kids and lots of high end stores for us adults. The airplanes are entertaining for 1 or 2 times, but the noise eventually gets annoying.

McArthurGlen is a lovely place to hang out, the area has peaceful European vibes and the sun sets gracefully as the outlet is faced West. Every few minutes or so you might be annoyed with the airplanes that fly by but it's super near the airport anyways so can't complain there.

This outlet is one of my favourite ones that gives you a cosy feeling that offer you both nice brands and an amazing shopping experience throughout a fantastic warm atmosphere. There are good enough parking lot if you want to take your car or can use Canadian line(to airport). There are some average rate restaurants to eat but don’t expect something like food court in the big shopping malls.

Beautiful, clean and in the winter, the decorations and atmosphere feel like a Christmas village. With the exchange rate taken into consideration, the prices are very good. It's a much closer alternative to our other favorite outlet malls (Vegas Premium Outlets and Seattle Premium Outlets). They continue to add more stores but they still have a great variety. And they have the cutest bubble tea shop along the walkway. It looks mobile but it's permanent. The public washrooms are spotless whenever we go there. When it's busy they have flag people directing traffic which makes it easier because it gets so busy! Parking on the weekends extraordinarily busy but with the help of people directing traffic it's much quicker than you'd think.

Went there on boxing day this year (Dec 26, 2021). People were cramming in to purchase designer apparels. Had to stand out in line for 30 mins in -9°C. One employee at Columbia judged me for being broke. I mean if you're working on minimum wage and asking for free stuff, you're the one whose cheap. Most shops there had discounts but wasn't enough to make a difference because most items were sold out.

This outlet mall located on the way to the airport is getting bigger all the time. You can find most major retailers here excluding the big box stores. Nike, Columbia, Versace, Aritzia, Adidas, Aldo, Boss, BR, Carters, Old Navy and many many more. Clothing, houseware, outdoors stuff, eateries, coffeeshops, all are here. It is uncovered, so be prepared in the rain. Also it is on the flightpath so the airplanes which usually fly overhead during non COVID times are impressively close and loud, but fewer of late. The overall shopping experience is good and things are easy to get to. They are serious about COVID and protocols are in place. Overall a great option to do a ton of shopping in one place. Right on Canada Line as well!

This location has good number of stores with big collection and good deals. Lot of free parking, clean restrooms and wheelchair access to all stores. But; there is no food court, only coffee shop and too much plain noise as it is close to airport run way. It gets too loud when big plains are landing. Kids can't bare that noise. Be careful.

It was a nice overall visit 4 us cuz most stores didn't have any lineups and had some discounts except of some 20+ mins wait to a few stores like Aritzia with NO Chairs 4 the dudes. Lol. Nike store had a huge line of 35+ mins wait, so no we didn't go there. There were lots of free parking and we got lucky with 1 spot close to the entrance.

Nice place to spend a day with a loved one, watching the world go by, watching silly people waste money on clothes that have common brand names on them, perhaps getting a veeeery nice ice cream at The Praguery from their truck at the entrance. It's a nice open space that's especially pleasant in summer, and seeing the planes fly so close overhead is a wonderful treat.

Only a small number of the stores provide good/retail quality merchandise. It's mostly lower quality merchandise with the brand name and logo manufactured specifically as outlet merchandise, for those who care more about wearing or carrying a brand name and showing off than they care about the actual quality. Better wait for sales at the retail stores than buying cheap low quality stuff at the outlet. Also good luck finding the bathrooms and something decent to eat if you have any gluten or lactose or nut allergies. Best bring a snack with you.

It was more than 40$ difference and I had called more than 3 times and emailed them, finally, nothing happened and they have awful customer service and can't handle the issues. A very nice outdoor mall. Very pleasant to walk through when it's sunny: lots of benches to stop at, umbrellas, shade trees, and ambient music. I'm interested to see how it is in the rain (in fall and winter). There is a good selection of stores so there should be something for everyone. While some of the stores are expensive, like Armani, others are very reasonable (GAP, Banana Republic). The food court is a bit small but offers some unique choices such as gourmet hotdogs or tacos. There is tons of parking, though you might need to walk a bit to get to the mall proper. Looking forward to another visit.

This mall is absolutely beautiful on a nice day. Not so great when it rains. Each time I return they add more stores with even better deals. My only complaint is that the dining options are minimal. The coffee shop in the center of it all is not very good. The coffee is bitter and the baked goods tasted freezer burned. There is lots of parking but on a busy day prepare to walk a little.

A very beautiful place especially when it's sunny. Lots of parking. Lots of very nice stores to choose from. The prices are usually discounted from the regular stores but also the prices are quite similar. They will have specials often. You can also bring your dog there and walk inside the store with them. Covid Protocols are being followed quite decently. Some stores are better than others in their rules with social distancing.

I was at the Tommy Hilfiger store on Tuesday. As we entered we were informed that masks are mandatory. I explained that I have asthma and cannot breath with a mask on. The store manager told me to leave immediately or she would call security and have me removed not just from the store but from the entire property. Very nice place, it's a very expensive place, u can get some good deals, but nothing would be less then 100$. There are lots and lots of shops there, ck, Kate Spade, Columbia, adiddas, Northface, Nike, geox, boss, Micheal Kors, JK henckels, old navy, Tommy Hilfiger, these are just a few of the shops I remember seeing. Some of them have very long queues outside, and if it's a cold day then take warm clothes for yourself. They close at 8p.m

I had the worst experience today at the outlet! I had purchased an item from Hugo Boss thinking given the brand they would care about their customers! The item is a new item not clearance or anything and yet they wouldn’t refund it! Conveniently the manager is not available and no one can authorize a refund! All stores have at least 2 wks policy for refund specifically when it’s new items. The sales person didn’t tell me about their policy even though she knew I wasn’t sure about the size. She never mentioned no money refund! Never again from Hugo Boss! People be aware of money grab! They talk you into buying things and “oh no refund, we have it in the receipt!” Well the receipt is printed after! When consumers protection will make stores stop doing that!!! Collecting money, give you gift receipt which gets lost for sure and now they have the item and the money!

The salespeople at Michael Kors were very friendly and helpful. I'm completely inept at tote shopping, even if I have a pic of the desired item. I showed the salesperson and she hooked me up in less than two minutes. Very helpful, terminally friendly and efficient. Excellent shopping trip, lasted only 20 minutes and most of that was spent walking from the parking lot to the store and back. I wish they had better signage and more you are here maps.

A lot of the stores have very limited selection and minimal sizing, though I guess this is to be expected at heavily discounted locations. Very nice European vibe. Feels like a village when you walk in. Clean and bright. All outdoors. For me, its got all my the Outlet Essentials. Nike, Under Armor, Tommy Hillfigure, CK. Even scored a pair of Air Max for $100 on my last visit. Can't be happier. Spacious playground with lots to do. Its sheltered too so kids could play longer. Will go back just to keep the daughter entertained.

Really nice outdoor mall. Has a lot of nice designer stores that has sales. Really spacious and is really close to the airport so you can go before you head out on a trip. It can get pretty packed at peak times. Has an outdoor playground for your kids too play on and expense there never ending amounts of energy. Quite a decent amount of restaurants there as well as a few cart vendors that sell churros and ice cream. Overall really nice mall that I would visit again.

Neptune was Over priced and the food was just ok. Everything was bland but the quality was there which is the reason for a 3 star. 3x noodle soups, 1x 3 item bbq and rice combo, 1 sui mai and 1 pop and mandatory 12% tip came to almost $90 for a family of 4. Even if the food was good this was way over priced. Portions were just like every where else but I say 25% more expensive. Very disappointing.

You have to know the retail prices of the things before shopping here. Not everything is actually priced lower just because you are shopping in a discount outlet mall. Some stuff you're better off buying from Amazon. I give this a 4 star for overall shopping experience in layout and free parking.

I like the fact the stores have their own entrances/exits to outside. The stores have lots of inventory to choose from at good prices. Took a star away as the crowds were insane and line ups everywhere. I guess there's not much else to do in covid. Lovely sunny day. Lovely outlet mall...buildings, rest areas, art. Definitely ???? ????

Really good shopping experience here at McArthurGlen because there's the top brands are here and it's not very crowded. I like the Lululemon shop here, it's definitely worth the long trek

I had very bad parking experience with this place, as i work in the mall and they gave me parking ticket two times. The parking system is very bad with this place , the signs says free parking and still they give ticket to us. Doesn’t recommend this place to park your vehicle.

It seems that every time that I go there, it rains. Still nice to check out. The stores are good. I don't particularly like the layout but whatever. I do love the ramen place. It is so good and the servers are great. Super friendly and always smiling.

If you're hungry, don't go there! The pizzas are good, but you get about 1 to 2 pieces of meat on each slice, the crust is huge and the bottom is see through. I'm 160 pounds and ate 1/2 a pizza and still hungry. Definitly not worth the money they want for it. I would not recommend this place.

They always have sales. It is near the airport and a brand name so the cost will definitely be high. However they have huge discount sales which make me a frequent buyer. The only issue I can think of is, it's always crowded so it's hard to move and there aren't as much selections for large people like myself.

Great shopping outdoor mall. Especially nice in warn weather. Coffee shop has a great coffee and snacks with light music and tables all around. The oultet has some of the best outlet brands with deals every week. Recommend visiting on the week day when it's quiet, Thursday has been my favorite day so far. Kate Spade, Vince, Maje, Boss, Armani, Club Monaco, j Crew, are just some of old time favorite brands that are hard to find in other outlets.

Great place..got few xmas presents Nd saved alot of $ as used to go down to U.S., but no need too now that I found this place..!!! Especially for sportswear Nd shoes plus got some good outerwear for season. Take your spc card if you have it.

Terrible experience in the mall parking lot. My family was invited to shop at mall. We arrived around 10am, and we had a great time at Aritzia, Jimmy Choo, Armani, Hugo Boss, and Club Monaco. However, when we were leaving, we found a parking warning ticket on our car around 12:30pm. Such a big mall, no parking over 2 hours!!!!!!!!!! Seriously?! It totally ruined our day! Never ever wanna shop here again. It is the best way to say no to your customers. Feel sorry for all the great brands!!!

If I go on weekends, there are many people, so I can't shop well Shopping on weekdays is really convenient.

There's the good and the bad. The good is that they have some great discounts on certain items and certain stores. The bad is that there's not much there, it's mostly just designer brands if that's what you're looking for. But there's not much of a selection. There's also not much options for food if you plan on eating there!

I came here only because they don't offer online shopping but ended up lots of line ups almost every store, probably because of the Covid but I felt a little disappointed that there was not much "great deals" that you will imagine. Having said that, it is one of the great shopping mall in this area as well as EV charging was there so it is worth it.

A heaven to shopping lovers! There is always a sale available and you can shop and walk in fresh air in the distance between shops. I always enjoy shopping here and end up spending lots of money. The prices are also obviously less than Robson street shops, but the models are not that updated.

I like coming here just because it reminds me of going to a ski resort...with covid restrictions and not much to do its a nice place to visit... people from Ontario will think they are shopping at Blue Mountain... people who visit from Montreal will think they are at Mont Tremblant and people from BC will think they are at Whistler...lol...the decor is beautiful in the winter time...pretty nice selection of designer brands for bargin hunters...shoppers are respectful, keep thier social distance and wear masks..one thing i do like is security is all over this outdoor mall so you feel safe to shop here.

Small mall with all designer name shops. Short SkyTrain ride from YVR. Good way to while away the time if you're waiting for a plane.

It is an outdoor outlet mall. So I usually only go there during summer time. They just expended to have more shops which is good for shoppers. They have a huge parking lot but still hard to find parking during weekend in summer time or during Christmas season. I went there on Boxing Day last year. There was a very long lineup to the parking lot. It took me an hour to get into the parking lot. Next time I will take skytrain instead of during there on Boxing Day.

If you plan on visiting Mcarthurglen do not bring your children. We are from out of province and planned a trip to the shopping centre. Using the website, we were excited and so were our children. Upon arrival, the play centre was closed without any notice on the website. The main washrooms were also closed leaving a bottle neck at the washroom by Japadog. My advice is to go elsewhere.

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE outlet. would never shop here again due to its parking policy and unfriendly customer service experience from the mall. We were there last week and we parked for only 2 hours in the morning but received a warning ticket. The parking policy clearly states that customers can enjoy up to 4 hours of free parking. Customer service refused to help when we filed the complaint. Very disappointed. Beware!! do not come here if you drive.
