This Mall is classified in the category of Shopping mall.
Nice shops and convenience
All the shopping done in one area between commutes and transfers.
Average strip type mall. Pharmacy and Asian grocery with a few restaurants etc.
Decent experience in the VIP but a bit costly. Wouldn't choose the option too often.
Awesome place
Not too big but with easy access
Super neat spot. When first heard about them building this area up was not impressed at all but now it's built and visited it i love it. T&T.... I don't drink but pub looks great.... cinemas!!! And shoppers is great....
????
I mean, it's a train station/bus stop, not too exciting. Good amenities, limited seating. Large enough space, so it's not too crowded. I do like that the shops are open pretty late. There's a Starbucks and a Tim Hortons, so no need for one group to be mad about it.
Went to BCAA, Winners and Starbucks. All close with great staff.
People food and services are great
Breezy in the open area, however variety of stores, coffee and treat places, two banks, grocery store (T and T).
Seems to be very attractive and I will be honest with you I don't understand why you would be so concerned about it.
Nice place to smoke and not be chased away.
Decent neighbourhood mall with Winners, T&T, Starbucks, etc. My gripe is that you have to pay for parking.
Right below Marine Gate station on the Canada Line...very convenient & lots of great shops
Great place go for a cheeseburger
It's a transfer station for transit with 5 buses and the skytrain - direct line to Vancouver International Airport. There's also 6 highrises and a host of businesses: TnT Supermarket, TD Bank, Shoppers Drugs, Tim Horton's and A n W to name a few.
Good place to chill and convenient
Compact with all you need from groceries to banking.
Irish style pub connected directly to the SkyTrain terminal, I love it
Need more food store. TNT is expensive and not clean
Great place for multi shopping stores
Best open mall in neighborhood.
Variety of shops and stores but parking sucks .
T&t supermarket. Great place for Asian food and takeout. Cineplex movie theatre in same complex. Also shoppers drug mart and winners. High end Chinese restaurant here as well. Parking is good underground. Skytrain at this location
Diverse selection of stores, a pub, Winners, and more. A good hub.
Convenient shopping, banking, bus loop and Southwest Marine Drive Skytrain station. On your way to Richmond, YVR airport, Vancouver, or home. Major auto dealerships and Budhist Temple beneath mall. On bike routes, with seperate pedestrian bike bridge, across the Fraser River to Richmond, YVR and Casino. Love their brand new T&T, full service Asian grocery store. It has its own in store bakery, cafe style seating to enjoy a warm meal, cool sushi, cold drink, or late night snack. Underground parking, wheelchair accessible washroom. Bento box lunch on your way to work or UBC.
New and small shopping mall. Built in 2015. However, you have to pay for parking!!!
Went to the movies with my friends. Total cost was about $80 so not impressed, but the theatre was clean, the seats were comfortable and new and the 3D glasses seem to have changed in a good way. The restrooms were clean and had a nice odour. The concessions were good but pricy. Overall a good theatre and wouldn't mind returning.
Nice little shopping area. Right on the Canada line
Nice mall with lots of parking space. Down side is that it's pay parking, but the price is acceptable. The movie theatre there is quite new and clean so I recommend going there for movies now.
There is a liquor store in this mall which has the best collections I've ever seen
There is an Irish pub, shoppers drug, thai restaurant, banks such as BMO, cnbc, etc. They have winners where you can shop for reasonable price. They sometimes have good deals and great collection too. You have to be patient to try and find something worth a deal
Clean and fun to visit, a central fountain would be nice.
Great food and beers
Parking here is a bit pricey. More suited if you plan on taking transit.
Good place. Nice shops. But not too good of parking.
Accessible and clean place.
Wonderful shopping center. The only difficulty is passing by Dublins Calling after a long days work haha
It's convenient, good mix of shops and a pub. Paid parking though :-(
Good parking and open concept. It being a new public area, I feel directions to all places should be better placed. I had a hard time finding the stores I needed on my first visit.
It's conveniently located at the Marine Gateway Canada Line Station. Amount of shops is limited, but they are good for a quick stop. I do like the fact that there's a movie theater here so I no longer need to go downtown or into Richmond. There is a pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart, a couple of banks, a T&T market, a pub, a convenience store, a liquor store, frozen yogurt and a couple of restaurants including fast food and coffee. There's also a dental office, chiropractor and RMT office and other medical offices. The one con, would be that there are no public washrooms other than the ones in restaurants, but I kind of get why.
T&T Cashiers are very disrespectful. There is no system of line. I wish I can speak Those languages they speak during work so I can let them know how to do customer service. Very bad experience sorry to say. I love the quality and price but customer service is zero.
Super convenient, it has nice Chinese restaurant, Thai restaurants, T and T supertmarket, shoppers , Starbucks, banks , movie theater, Skytrain and bus stop and much more ....
It's great for watching movies and restaurants and a T and T store.
Great place. Go to Dublin Crossing for dinner then head up to the movie theatre to see a movie in the VIP theatre.
A great little mall, great to stop by on your way home!
More like Marine and Getaway.
Great for financial institutions, stores, essentials and other social venues! Super accessible from Marine Drive Station (Canada Line)
You can see movies, their VIP isn't as good as coquitlam
Just whipped in and grabbed what I needed?
Grabbed a flick, then winners and a snack after at T&T. One stop evening
Love the Cineplex here and the A&W. But the complex allows smoking in the courtyard, so is not a place to window shop.
Marine Gateway provides an array of finanacial services, retail shopping, restaurants, supermarket fitness gym and entertainment. This transit hub offers bus connections to Burnaby, the airport and downtown using 4 transit lines and the Canada Line train. The property is well maintained and offers plenty of outdoor seating. Great use of retail, commercial, and residential space.
Marine gateway has T&T Chinese Supermarket, Shoppers drugstore, cinema, some restaurants (Thai restaurant, Subway, AW, Starbucks, etc). Convenient enough since it's located in Canada line train station area.
seems like a nice little mall quite a bit there very busy. Drive by it a lot never have had a chance to check it out
Lots of places for food, drink, and entertainment
This a nice plaza lots of food and has a nice movie theatre! One of the better plazas
A very nice place to walk around. I like the sunset view here.
Nice place with really easy access by public transport.
Has movie theatre, shoppers drugmart, skytrain, late liquor store
Finally, we've got a sky train station that's close enough to Richmond that's not in Richmond. Enjoy the benefits of being close to all the Asian cuisine without having to be in it. Also don't drive through here, otherwise it's a Richmond driving simulator.
Good variety of store. Lots of free parking
My favorite ice cream place - Marble Slab is gone !!!☹️☹️☹️
Great little area with restaurants, a liquor store, movie theater and everything you need in a pinch
This place is sweet, right at the skytrain so easy to acess, they have a pretty large underground parking, and are right near the hw out of vancouver, and several main route into it!
Good variety of stores if you want to kill time. Has the T&T Asian Market and a movie theater. Parking however it's very confusing and it is such a large parking lot you will easily get lost in if it is your first or second time there. And definitely double check that you have paid parking, the ticket enforcers are ruthless down there.
Nice little shopping area that can cater to any of your needs from entertainment to food to groceries. Convenient location since it’s right off the Canada line and the bus terminal. They have paid parking lots underground but you’re able to find free street parking around the area if you look hard enough. Fantastic for families and they’re also wheelchair accessible.
This is the best theater for movie goers in Vancouver. I like the sky train access above and array of convenient shopping form Shoppers to T&T market. Sit down at the local pub for a pint and a snack this is a great spot. Leave your car at home
Nice location. Good food.
It has a Movie Theatre,Shops, etc ????
Translink hub
New and shiny, very futuristic looking. Cineplex, restaurants, apartments.
Finally the escalators are working. Its been over a year since they've been in service. The cinema was not too busy when we went in to see an afternoon show recently. Efficient service at the ticket counter. No line ups for a change. Comfy seats and comfort temperature in the theatre.
Nice place with a few interesting stores. Good location, free parking.
Lovely!
I was there to catch a bus, went to the Starbucks store for a coffee, and an older blonde woman barista was using really foul language. I think she likely thought nobody could hear or was paying attention, but... A few of us in line were disgusted and shocked. I thought that Starbucks was different than this, but apparently not this location. I will not be back again. And I recommend that you do the same.
Convenient always a pit stop on the way to the airport
Good though small selection of stores, but the T&T and Cineplex are both great.
Great new building right on the Canada line to easily travel to from both Richmond and Vancouver.
Great place from banks to eatery to drug store to restaurants to cinema to bus loop. It has everything. Very convenient.
Very good place for weekend. There is a Cineplex theater where you can watch movie. Seating is fine. Daddy's TNT as well where you can get your groceries. Lenny accessible only half minute from Marine Drive skytrain station. I find this place more clean than other small malls are. Good place for family. If you have a plan to watch a movie in this one the food court they have outside is average. Not good as shown in pictures and menu card on screen. Very pricey so I will recommend just popcorn and drinks then have dinner somewhere else..
A real wind tunnel in blowy weather. Hold on to your hats. The dentist is great and is recommended by me because they give you enough anaesthetic so you feel nothing.
We come here often for the Cineplex and the T&T. It would be better if the parking was free.
To be honest there's is nowhere to go if u aint here for movies. But go for the movies. Rad cinema
Love that a BC Liquor store is at The Marine Drive SkyTrain station
Best place for almost all your needs. Grocery, gym, coffee, eye doctor, dentist, movie theatre, alcohol/dinner. Basically, everything modern lifestyle requires is available in the same complex.
The code for the pay by phone underground parking is Wrong. 2221 is the code posted on the parking sign, that number is invalid on the app.
Didn't buy much but it sure was fancy there.
They have places to take a quick break such as Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Fresh Slice, and restaurants too. They have a liquor store and TNT supermarket.
The Cineplex Theatre is comfortable and has a wonderful view from the VIP area upstairs.
Nice place u can shop for anything over here
Nice and clean place with elevators. Parking here is okay.
Great little shopping district!
Quiet little place that has everything ????❤
It is a hub with a very scenic view with all the lights and water especially at night. Bus loop, skytrain station, eating places, banks, grocery stores, doctors everything under one roof
Parking is decent. Location would be convenient if you lived in the apartments above the mall.
Good variety of shops.
Nice layout good selection of stores and restraunts not to bad to visit for a change of scenery.
Good choice of businesses mix!
Quick, lots of services, plenty to do, easy in and out!
Nice views but need more information regarding bus loops
Handy mix of everything from T and T grocery, bank, food to movie theatres. Parking is a bit expensive but great Skytrain and bus location.
Its a busy area. I was bummed when I went to pull into the underground parking as tjey changed the height and i can no longer get in and street parking is a challenge. Regardless there is alot here to check out.
Not enough parking
Nice place with many convenient shops with lots of sitting places. Love it
Everything was new and there were plenty of outdoor spaces to sit.
Great location / mini mall with convenient parking ($/hr)
Nice little corner. I hope parking was easier.
Easy to get to all the shops
It would be really nice if it had free parking for cineplex or at least money refund for movie goers.
T&T is very expensive now compared to other Asian grocery stores
The Royal Bank is totally up to something here, they have 2 branches across the street from each other, and the bigger building is really hard to access, it's either an expensive mistake or, they really are up to something....
Great área.
A crowded place!
Marine Gateway is a fine example of how our society is shaping itself into a "all in one" living, working and shopping experience. An amazing name as it truly represents a gateway... It is a gateway to Richmond for those traveling south on the beautiful skytrain and for northbound passengers it is the first stop in Vancouver after passing over the mighty Fraser River. You can find all you need here including banks, grocery store, convenience store, entertainment, fast food, restaurants, exercise facility and retail shopping. This is a very busy place as it is not only a sky train station but also a bus loop. The hours vary and I have taken several pictures of the placards for anyone wanting to visit this magnificent place. Enjoy!
Great cinema with VIP facilities
Not a fan of here. I would have wished that all the stores are replaced with alternatives. Could have been a really convenient hub with a selection of different shops. I moved somewhere else because of this. Side note; I never see the escalator working here. Not that my life depends on this or whatever, but maintenance of facilities should be considered when something is being designed and non working facilities show the complexes badly especially if it is a consistent thing.
Conveniently located movie theatre - I really like it
Parking is not great, but good selection of stores. T&T and movie theatre in one trip haha.
Smokers all over the place, in front of T&T, A&W, Starbucks, etc. You can not escape the curtain of smoke..horrible. Extremely steep stairs from front street level to back bus level, very dangerous and elevator is always filthy.
Winners here is a real steal for anyone willing grab the savings.
Stopped by only to grab a bite at Subway
Nice place but a little small. There some good shops and food as well as a movie theater. Paid indoor underground parking too. Just not big enough to walk around for more than maybe 30-60 minutes.
Great hub with banks food skytraib and more
One of the best step malls around
Very nice. Still being developed . It's a modem shopping area .
Cineplex is great very comfy and great quality for money
3 banks 1 pub 2 coffee houses 2 fast food restaurants 1 liquor store 2 general merchandise shopping centres 1 clothing store And Frigging CINEPLEX I do like this place, why wouldn't you?
It has everything around the corner????
Pay parking at a mall??? Nope. Rather go elsewhere where there's free parking
To many the biggest draw in this mall is T&T supermarket yet it also featured 3 banks, a Winners store, BCAA, Shoppers Drug Mart and even Sleep Country is just around the corner! Talk about variety of choices.
All in one place for shopping, dinner and movies with out the need to walk to much, and sky train just there
Large convince great movie theater
Winners was quiet, pleasant to shop. Starbucks had slow service for a drip coffee but the beautiful weather worked out. T&T looked busy with the lunch crowd, lots of people with pre-made food packages. CIBC with 3 ATMs. Smoke shop with pipes, cigs, munchies...
Lots of parking medical offices and food restaurants yaaaa
There is a good movie theater, some restaurants, and a supermarket open until 11 pm. Very convenient for those living nearby.
Definitely a great place to spot buses ???? and it's good that there's an A&W there which is pretty nice, pretty nice shopping mall overall
As always, the did is way too expensive but the theater is a great choice for going to see a movie
One of my favourite theaters to watch movies.
Nicely designed mixed use development by Perkins + Will
Its a nice and good place a lot of shops to choose
Very developed place with high rise buildings, lots of stores around from Asian supermarket, shoppers, Asian cuisines, subway, coffee shops, theatre etc. I checked dublin pub and the place was amazing..
Just to walk across the street to have a appointment
This is great place to entertain yourself specially if you're movie lover.
T&T SuperMarket/ Royal Bank/ Winner's Store/ Shopper Drugstore/ Cinemax/ Starbucks/ bubble tea/ find Chinese dim sum restaurant/ TD Canada Trust/ Scotia Bank.......
Cinema is quiet and has a good film selection
nice new mall . first time been there.
Lots of shops to choose from. Easy to get at with Canada line.
T&T Winners BMO ICBC Shoppers Cineplex Newstand Peninsula Restaurant Menchi's
Gateway station is absolutely beautiful it is open with shops and shopping right at your fingertips it has shoppers drug Mart winners and Cineplex theater for your movie needs it also has a large Chinese restaurant pizza and the bus stop. As the team it also has TNT supermarket which has all your grocery needs I definitely love this guy train station it is beautiful and modern design
Underground parking is controlled by IMPARK (lot #2221). Other than that, a good selection of shops and fast food.
I like this area nice and easy to jump into the Skytrain and other transit.
Most of shops at one place, dinning in mall really awww
It's a convenient place to get some shopping done (and enjoy some great bubble tea) but between traffic on Marine Drive and the SkyTrain the outdoor areas are extremely noisy. Some noise management would be great.
Stairs going up and down becareful
Good luck finding parking but a pretty good mix of stores and destinations
Good location with a number of convenient businesses.
This theatre makes the one burrard look bad. Comfier, more spacious seats. Less people. I feel like the rest of the city is sleeping on this location and I'd be perfectly happy to keep it that way.
i used the underground parking and paid for 4 hours. Impark issued me a ticket an hour after i had paid. i called to clear up the obvious mistake. i gave them the reciept / auth# but they insist that the ticket is valid and that i now owe them 80 dollars. after reading the reviews .. it seems like i'm not the only one. new scam? Marine Gateway is not worth this hassle.
Convenient location to get your things done.
Based on my personal experience that is my opinion: Range 0 - 10 I love that Marine Drive Station. It is the best Subway (metro) station in Vancouver. Why??? Because there are a lot of business to support it as A&W, Tim Hortons, T&T, Shoppers, 4 Bank Branch, Irish Pub, Winner's, CINEMA etc. That Station is always clean. There is a BUS TERMINAL as well.
Small outdoor mall next to Skytrain Station. Has a variety of shops, restaurants and Irish bar.
Brand new complex located at the Canada line skytrain station. No free parking.
Great place for many shopping needs
Nice little plaza. Marine Gateway could use more shops, but then again that is the point of their constant renovations. So we will see.
i found the place very enjoyable. it is about $1-$2 more expensive than other cineplexes, maybe cause its one of the newer ones! i liked the arcades there very much, but it is a lil pricey... about $0.75 - $1.25 per play.
A nice variety of your basic franchise shops and banks etc.
Terminal to switch buses and trains. Facilities are ok , nothing special to mention.
Shopping is limited, parking is ok, but nearby traffic has become horrific. Movie theatres are good.
Hub for shopping and fitness center
Super nice. Lots to do
good,clean,have a nice atmosphere.????
Superb meeting places. For casual or business or family functions. One of the better developments beside a SkyTrain station.
Great spot to stop through and most establishments will validate your parking with purchase.
Right next to Marine drive SkyTrain station. Restaurants, grocery store, gym, movie theater, Optometrist, Banks (T&T, Winners, Cineplex theatre, fitness wood, dublin crossing, A&w, tim hortons and many more) everything is there with plenty of underground parking. Nice mall with good location, public transit connectivity and facilities.
Great new place. Has everything you will need. Theatre is great as it has VIP where you can order drinks to your seat during the movie. The pub is great but not enough tvs around to watch games.
Breakfast at A & W refreshing staff really helpful really economic prices
I've watched this neighbourhood go from no-Canada-Line to having an entire mall and high density housing two blocks from home. Quite a change, but very much welcomed. I love Marine Gateway. Everything I could possibly need is all in walking distance of my home: a movie theatre, a bar, a liquor store, Starbucks, Winners, T&T, Shoppers, my gym, a Tim's, and more. It's fantastic, and I would not want to live anywhere else.
Be careful between parking at T&T and the other stalls. One asks for stall number while the other asks for licence plate number. Otherwise you could get ticketed.
Clean Interior and staff are nice. Great customer service. Great variety of asians foods. Wish the air was cleaner though
Tnt free parking cannot go wrong
Not many stores but they have the cineplex VIP theater there.
Clean, tidy station. Decent retail selection.
Pay parking for mall unless shopping at t&t. Difficult to locate stores.
One stop shop
Clean and convenient location. Right beside the skytrain
Convenient location (located on a Canada line stop) and an excellent spot to catch a movie and the Cineplex. Much less crowded than downtown and a large arcade, you know, for the kids.
A short break after the commuting..... Super market next to it...Refill before the next ride
Convenience location and great stores
Attached to a Skytrain station and has a liquor store, A&W, T&T, a pub and a Cineplex VIP Theatre. Great amenities and quite modern. Just in a strange area to get to even by Skytrain.
My dentist. Dr. Cubra and staff. Fantastic.
Bank, drugstore, food options: pub-coffee-thai-chinese, liquor, T&T Supermarket, Cineplex
Very modern area of Vancouver. Lots of stuff to do and it's directly connected to the Canada line.
I really like this theater but staff are always rude
Pretty nice area! There is a cineplex too!
It was nice and warm this morning so I stayed in and to my surprize It was raining when I came back out this afternoon.
Very convenient, outside parking is available still (until the surrounding residential towers are completed and then the city will put meters in and ruin it for families, who want to take in a movie within an hours notice, because they will invariably get a parking ticket).
Kind of small, but very clean and in a growing neighbourhood.
This used to be such a peaceful area. You could walk down to the water and never see a car. Too crowded now.
It is unusual to review a place like Marine Gateway, because it is a little bit of everything. You sometimes pass through as it is a transit hub, maybe you come for groceries at T&T, or maybe you want to catch a movie at the Cineplex. You can eat at the restaurants (dim sum or irish fare) add in a liquor store a Starbucks, A&W... Plus opticians and a Winners... Hard to quantify this place into one review It seems small, but it actually has a lot.
Kind people and excellent dental services.
Idk pretty clean place
Not too many places here but its a pleasant setup
Convenient location. Good place to get some food and watch a movie.
Great area except for paid parking.
You're pretty much here to see a movie or go to winners, or maybe TD bank. A mall right next to the garbage dump isn't where you "hang out".
Mindless disrespectful people park at the passenger drop off area making it very difficult to enjoy safe access to the area. No security on site. Visit at your own risk.
Watch out for the parking enforcement, very predatorial.
Great theatre, fantastic sound and no crowds for the matinees.
Its just a very big open shopping mall. Good place for groceries I guess and some fast food chains.
Parking is comped if you spend $5 or more at T&T. Don't park on the street, parking officers patrol this block every hour of every day.
I do my groceries shop there because there is T&T supermarket. Before the pandemic, I used to watch the movie at Marine Gateway as well. This place is very easy to reach as close to Marine Gateway skytrain and translink bus station. There are some other shops, fast food, Chinese and Thai restaurant and Irish Pub too
Lots of amenities integrated within the station.
It was a clean quiet not alot of junkie action so
Newish shopping under a multi apartment complex. All major banks appear in this mall, with Scotia Bank across the street. Good Asian grocery store. If you park on p1 it's 25cents an hour cheaper than p2 or p3. P2 has 6 free electric car charging stations.
There's a lot of good stuff at this place. Lots of shopping and food, as well as a Cineplex theatre that has a VIP, adult only theatre.
Good options for food, fantastic movie theatre. Make sure to look at seats here when everywhere else is booked!
A very nice boutique marketplace of the Marine Drive community. An excellent selection of shops and restaurants.
Marine Gateway has been really convenient for us. Between picking up all our drug store needs at Shoppers Drug Mart and doing our banking, it's a one stop shop for us. Lots of parking underground.
Nice place. Close to everything. VIP movie theater is great. Only complaint would be the food. It’s always too salty. Drinks are ok.
Nice place and near to skytrain station
Nice and clean place to be. There are many amenities, such as a gym, supermarket, and many banks.
Lots to do. Transit hub. Pink Elephant restaurant was great.
Its a nice new place to see
Enough shops, restaurants, and entertainment for the community. Never overly busy. Escalator is always broken, but they have quite a few elevators from all sides of the parking lot. Plenty of parking space and accessible to transit. Take care around the bus loop as I've seen confrontations there. Pretty safe overall.
Awesome set up. Movie theater, bank, winners etc.
A great place for all your needs. Arrive by bus or Skytrain and everything is there. The Pub on the main concourse has excellent pub fare.
Meh..not good Greasy food Oily Bad Thai Sauce WAY TOO SPICY nice people Great service Just not my taste
Good selection of eateries for a smallish mall. Very pedestrian friendly with a bus loop and Canada Line station.
Everything you need in one little community. Shop for groceries and clothes. Grab a bite to eat or check your bank statements, get a bus or a sky train. It’s all here!
A convenient hub for eat, drink, grocery, etc
Good selection of stores / medical offices. Only bad thing is that you have to pay for parking but a few shops reimburse you when you make a purchase, as long as you paid for parking using the machine (ie. Not via the paybyphone app)
Getting better everytime I go there... Convenient location for Vancouver people right at the Canadaline SkyTrain station.. much less crowded than downtown or Metrotown.
shoppers mart winners Neptune palace Thai restaurant t&t Asian market cineplex liquor store Irish pub a&w.... more
A city bbn kn a city type.of development. Cinemas and grocery pretty much all the banks etc etc
There is a T&T store here, a cinema, restaurants, and a Skytrain station. All very convenient.
I dont know why but i like this place.i often go here because of sky train station and bus loop. Also starbucks, bank, cineplex, t$t and lots more at one place:)
Marine Gateway has many good shops in reasonable distance to eachother.
T&T , Starbucks, Tim Hortons, fitness world, almost everything you would need is close by
I worked on this place when in was being built. It's a cool place.
Parking is a bit hard for customer.
The Cineplex VIP experience was second to none. I stayed for 2 movies. Highly recommend this for 19+ place to see a movie in comfort.
Nice big theatre here to watch movies. Also some good options to eat & shop.
Quick access point for groceries, shopping, star bucks, subway, gym , banks, pub, etc.
The T&T, Cineplex, and Winners are definitely the three places that I'm willing to travel out from Burnaby for. I really liked how clean all the places were on Christmas day when my roomie and I decided to venture out to celebrate the holiday. It was packed but the cleanliness was impeccable.
Good place for shopping, entertainment and food
One of the nicer theaters in the lower mainland.
Parking is way too expensive, $6 for 3 hours
The Chinese Supermarket and the Cineplex are the best in the Marine Gateway for me. Of course transit for public transportation is very well conected there.
I love the VIP of cinema. They have a space for you to take a rest before and after the show.
Huge supermarket inside. Very convenient
T&T staff will help to pick and pack if need
Great venue for dinner and vip experience! Great hospitality!
Everything you need is here. Shoppers, T&T, Banks, liquore store, bar, movie theatre and more!
I was there at around 2 pm after getting off the skytrain platform. Walk towards direction of T&T supermarket. Get a quick box lunch & sit outside to eat. Crowd was quite scattered perhaps it was after lunch hours. Getting on to a bus downstairs seems convenient to those hopping to their next destination.
cool mini shopping centre, excellent location
T&T is amazing! Winners! Movies!
Lively, movie theatre is great, Thai food is awesome and the liquor store has a ton of options
Has a cinema and many other great places. Very clean
The first modern community of its kind on cambie street is now thriving, beautiful lay out and access to all types of amenities from shopping, to food, to entertainment.
What a beautiful space to people watch, get coffee and also pretty much anything else you may need at the market or liquor store!! The art and water flows are great and though its busy, everyone was so kind. It also seemed to be right off the train area. Parking structure fit our tall American Chevy lol
Nice place, underground parking and of course you have to pay for it.
Good, with movie theater and a few franchise shops like Tim Horton's, A & W, TNT grocery store. Irish pub. Views. Sculpture. escalators. More signage would be good. I feel lost.
It is not a good idea to drive here. I was going to a movie, paid for 2.5 hours parking since the movie was 2.5 hours long. I think it’s really ridiculous because they are charging customers parking fee. Like come on, we are spending money there. Did you see Metrotown charge parking? Did you see Richmond center charge parking? Did you see Tsawwassen Mills charge parking? Did you see Guildford town center charged parking? Did you see McAuthorGlen outlet charge parking? I can tell you more if you want to know more. Turned out the movie went a little longer than 2.5 hours and i even didn’t stay for the credit rolling. I rushed down and I received a ticket. I guess this mall just expect customers to leave the movie while parking is due. I guess this mall really don’t want those driving customers to enjoy their experience at this mall. I guess this mall just don’t care about their customers AT ALL. I don’t suggest you to go if you decide to drive. I personally will not return to this mall anymore. Really disappointed.
Good selection of stores. Lots of space for walking and decent space for parking.
good use of space. good variety of retailers
No place for people to stay, or comfortably sit around like any other Center. It’s close to my location, but can never be the first choice to go. Feel hollow, not sure why design a Center this way.
I like how this place has everything. A supermarket open till midnight, a good selection of restaurants, even a bank, a department store, a dentist and a nail salon!
A lovely little strip mall/shopping center for those in Richmond/Vancouver to visit, with stores ranging from eateries like Tim Hortons and Dublin's Crossing, to a fitness center and retail stores as well. Capping it all off is the Cineplex, making a day here a great way to spend a day with friends or family, or at the very least a brief visit when in the area.
Great place first time Here. Bit wait for food and drinks. Nice
This is awesome hub for everything you need. Winners, T&T, Thai food, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, A&W are only few key locations here. Multiple banks, many other restaurants and pub, also Canada line sky train is here.
Busy transit hub.for destinations like YVR Airport, Richmond, Southern areas of Vancouver & Burnaby.
Way too many commercials for the price I paid. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent food selection. Not a suitable place to work on your D&D campaign
This mall is good but having parking issue no free parking if you want to shop in this mall
VIP cinemas here are great! Build one downtown at scotiabank!
Cute plaza
They have a fitness center, T&T, starbucks, liquor store, pub, Chinese restaurant, shoppers drug mart...SkyTrain platform is just above so convenient for those who take the public transit or willing to pay parking. There are street parking but they are taken up pretty quickly. Parking is reimbursed if you purchase $10+ in T&T. T&T do have a hot food area but it doesn't have breakfast wraps and other typical food services you will find in other location.
Do not park here. They don’t care if you paid to park, they will ticket you anyway. Avoid this place like the plague.
Great shopping/dining/movie area; however, the Tim Hortons needs to be open longer!
The place is very nice and I like the movie theatre
Great skytrain stop. A movie theater, a bank, Tim Hortons, T&T and more.
Very densely packed with stores. Packed so tightly the traffic around the area is poor and they charge for parking underground unless you're lucky to find some free parking
What you see is what you get. Which is great.
We visited the newly opened Neptune seafood restaurant. This is part of the Neptune restaurant group. The Manager Tony Sun is a good friend. Known him since 2014. This restaurant was previously name the Peninsula. The pervious group turned a brand new building which had nothing into a top notch restaurant. Renovation and equipments along cost over $4 million dollars. However, due to high staff turnover and inconsistent quality of the food, they gave up on the project. The owner of the building approach Tony and the Neptune group. After several months of revamping the kitchen and updates, it is now open. Under Tony,s guidance, it is now the place for Dim Sum in The Vancouver, BC Canada region.
Great experience. The Ultra AVX is amazing. The theatre seating area is huge. I recommend this place the night at the movies will be elevated because of the quality and technology is exceptionally good. However, the concession service was ok.
A nice linchpin for a new area, wish there was room to expand, but glad to have a friendlier side to a newly developed part of the city.
Nice to place hangout at coffee shops or watch movie or in Irish pub
Good location for quick shopping and fast food but not a great selection.
Great variety of stores and services. Living close by and it has everything I need, even entertainment.
Small, densely packed outdoor mall. One grocery store, one pub, one drugstore, a Starbucks, an A&W, a chain Thai restaurant, a movie theatre with a few screens.
Great new theater filling a void in the area.
All your basic needs for groceries, movies, food, buses and Skytrain, banks, drug store, etc. are here. #letsguide
Lot of shopping options with entire place giving positive vibes. Can be a nice evening escapade.
Nice little shopping area. Good to have Canada Line right there.
Nice place new, lots of room to sit, besides sky train
Underground parking is not a whole lot better than curbside: awkward spacing, terrible driving habits with the ppl that frequent there and it's expensive. Not a fan of this place
Many options including a theater, cold beer and wine, pic, pharmacy, smoke shop, fast food, coffee shops, and some great restaurants.
Good selection of shops and restaurants at the Marine Canada line station.
Much too high density living in this area. A???? nightmare should disaster hit ???? .
It's not the best shopping center but it has everything you need for someone who lives in the area.
Great sound and plenty of DBox seats in auditorium 3. Four stalls with electric plug-ins down the parking lot (P1) which costs $4 / 2.5 hrs.
Great place, VIP lounge is super convenient, it's 25.99 per ticket but comfy seats that recline a bit, drinks and appies you can have in the theatre and no screaming kids. The staff there are super attentive as well- VIP or not.
Love this place. It's the closest
Not that much worth doing here imo. T&T and movie theatre, everything else is just chains and faux British pub etc.
Convenient location with Canada line being right there
Good mall, great movie theater, convenient location right by the sky train station, it's outside, and there's a local vet hospital too.
Very accessible with skytrain and the atmosphere is quite charming. The VIP movie theater experience being available also adds reasons to consider visiting this place.
It is a very nice mall attached to the Canada Line station, with good options of food and shopping.
Cool place with many good stores
Just below the skytrain station you have an amazing selection of stores and restaurants, pubs and fast food restaurants
A very clean place... the marine-downtown train stops here
Nice bar good options of theater as well as movies mushrooms are clean parking available
awesome center! lots of things to do and eat!
Very nice shopping place big parking lot easy to access
Just off the Marine Drive Skytrain station. a few restaurants, shops, grocery store, dan cinema.
Well planned intermodal transportation mall. Many bike racks on main level. Frequent transit connections most times. Parking a bit expensive. One weak point; needs a taxi stand. City has slightly fixed this with a needed passenger zone on Marine. Taxi stand!
With the skytrain here it seems to crowded to actually enjoy any shops here BC transit is constantly changing spots for busses and driver have a lot of rude customers riding local people a few blocks. Get out and walk it . poorly constructed with nice views of plains arriving
Convenient location with a theatre, supermarket, drug store, banking, pub and liquor store. And of course coffee shops
Excellent Threatre and Shppping Mall Complex.
Great hub for shopping transit and dining, ideally positioned on the major transit crossing.
This place desperately needs more food options,
Great plaza.. With all amenities!
Nice place. Small area looks like old Europe.
I really think the layout ... Especially from the 2nd level exit walk through to Marine drive... Has a nice warm feel of a non oppressive bustle even when not at a busy peak. I wish some of the businesses were open later but covid right?
I can’t remember exactly but I would say maybe since Oct 2018 up until now, the escalator that leads to the theatre and other offices is still not functioning. No reasons have been posted as to why its services had been stopped. At first I thought they might be fixing it but then they posted no warning signs not to use it as ‘stairs’. They placed no signages that informs people whether it’s safe to use it. Now I’m back again 4 months later and it’s still not working, and no signages have been placed. It’s not hard to wonder if the place is just shutting it’s services down to save money in the expense of its customers’ convenience. If that’s not the case then, please set up signages so people are aware that it’s not safe to get on it. The people from this demographic normally won’t write a complain so it’s just disappointing this is being taken advantaged of.
I wish the mall maps were at all entry points
Reasonable selection of shops, including Winners, Shoppers, a liquor store, and various food options.
It is a great convenience, it has all the stores that you need.
Has a mall with restaurants shopping and cinema. Like the Fraser river story on walkways and the indigenous table/ drum styles by sitting
Nice, vibrant, but small shopping area. We often come here for the VIP Cinema, and the Irish Pub, straight on the Sky Train station, so easy to get to from town. They also have a good T&T, a reasonable Winners and a few other shops around.
This mall located at Canada line Marine Gateway Station, convenience and lots of business stores: T&T supermarket, banks, Shoppers Drugmart, Starbucks, fast-food, restaurants etc.
Newer mall attached to the skytrain station and several apartment towers. There's a Cineplex VIP theatre here, T&T Supermarket, and a bunch of other stores. Parking is paid. You can find some free street parking if you're willing to walk a block or 2.
Nice little common area off the Canada line.Irish pub .grocery store.A&W more...
All i know about here is it's a good place to sit with a coffee and relax
Nice theatre, got a couple of restaurants as well, would be nice if there is more around the area
Our Annual VIP Cineplex Christmas Treat at Marine Gateway..Star Wars...the final chapter...FAN-TAS-TIC!!! Great food, and service...who could ask for anything More???
Very friendly atmosphere and helpful staff.
Nice selection of stores as well as the bus loop and skytrain station.
Love this place. This mall offers everything from entertainment to drinks to food to coffee to groceries and good time all packed in a small but big mall. Love it. I would love to move to the apartments upstairs to the mall. Soo convenient for everything.
Convenient at sky train station.
Really nice place to go for various reasons.
starbucks is good to grab on the way to cineplex. a&w smells as you depart terminus. busy. well kept.
It is an excellent place, and it is situated in the Marine drive of Vancouver. There is a train station here for Canada Line, which can take you to Airport or Downtown Vancouver. There are some cafés here. You can find Tim Hortons and Starbucks here. Also, there is A&W and Subway if anyone wants to have lunch or dinner. There is a Superstore here, and it is called T&T. It is a bit more expensive than Real Canadian Superstore and Walmart. Nevertheless, if you want Chinese products, this is the best place in Vancouver to get them. There is a liquor store and some banks here. RBC, TD, CIBC and Scotiabank have branches here. There is a Cineplex here. It is not too busy most of the days, but on Friday and Saturday, it gets crowded. There is a bus loop nearby where you can find many buses towards Marpole or downtown or Cambie. All in all, a friendly and quiet place to do some quick shopping or spend some time with your loved ones and watch a movie. I have included some pictures for your reference.
Not much merchandise at Winners and T&T is relatively quiet at 7pm
Decent shops and good underground parking at reasonable rates.
Lots of great shops and a fantastic Cineplex
Here there are several shops, market, bank, gym, cafes, pharmacy, department stores, cinema, restaurant ... in short, it has everything!
Good location. Super comfy seats. For those rare occasions YOU want to go out to a movie. Transit friendly.
Good location and plenty of shops
A small Winners is the highlight of this Canada Line skytrain station that has residential towers, retail shops, movie theatre, T & T market, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, Pub, Cold Beer & Wine store.
It's a clean and friendly environment
Good variety of stores: movie theatre, supermarket, banking, coffee, pub, restaurants, liquor stores, pharmacy, and more. Layout of shops makes most shop easily accessible. Parking only issue as it cost several dollars to park for an hour.
It's a really cool place with some great stores, a liquor store and an Irish pub with good food and great service. Also there's a fantastic movie theatre that has many options to choose from for entertainment.
nice place
Great spot to shop or get food / coffee next to train station
Always a grat experience. I shop early so not a lot of people and the employees are so gracious especially when my 18 month old rummage through the stuff in the toy section. Got some adidas running shorts for such a good deal today.
Awesome place
Only went there for a liquor store but the staff was helpful and eager.
They need another restaurant here. A before or after movie treat. I love the shopping and the theatre.
Nice complex
I see this area is developing crazy fast all of sudden. All looking good but in reality it doesnt serve as community needs.
I remember the first time time I went to the VIP theatres thinking it was fantastic. Food and liquor, reclining seats and lots of space, now after a year away I come back and the drinks weren't well made, the food was terrible (stsy away from the chicken tenders) and the seats don't fully recline. I left ten minutes into the movie and I'm d o n e with the VIP.
A sky train station, Starbucks, Ciniplex, winners, t&t, Tim Horton and lot more than a bus exchange.
Has everything you need if live by there. Supermarket, fast food, food, theatre and its right by the skytrain
Nice urban design. Linked by a bridge to the Canada Line. On the way to, or from, YVR airport, you can stop for a bit of shopping. There is a pub, Chinese market, liquor store, pharmacy, etc. Very convenient. Especially for the hundreds of residents. The "new Marpole" is growing fast.
Good restaurants and a Cineplex VIP theatre; perfect for a date night.
Make sure you are Not driving because it will cost you 6 dollars extra just to park here for 2 hours.
Full of Beautiful shops
It´s a good place but still they´re missing some public toilets.
Reasonable shops, amazing movie theater. Very accessible to the transit.
We usually come here for movies or T&T supermarket. Shoppers, A&W among other shops here are also nice.
Outdoor mall with some apartment buildings around it and built into it. Right next to/built into the train station. Only thing that could make it better is if there was a large supermarket across the street. Love the water features.
You can find everything here from great food to home sense.
It's alright...bus depot and slurring is there
new shopping square. Well lit and has all the necessary amenities in the vicinity.
So So. Just another mediocre shopping experience.
I wish I lived above because everything is literally footsteps away. If you park downstairs and go to T&T don’t forget to validate your parking if you spend more than $10.
Super convenient, you got eateries, fast food, a cinema, a drug store, a T&T, and it’s all by a Canada line stop.
Great place for a good beer
Parking lot is probably the worst designed structure I have ever been inside. Office tower is nice tho
Many shops and a bit dinning options available. Clean shopping floor and pretty confortable shopping environment. Skytrain station and bus stops are nearby. Underground parking lot available, not free, however can be credited back at some shopping stores.
Clean station, tons of amenities.
Good view and convenience for shopping, but hard to find a free parking lot.
Amazing place really clean and amazing staff with smiles all around! Smaller arcade and no machines where you can refill your cup yourself. And line ups after movies in the bathroom on the mens side. 4/5 stars would go again.
Nice mall. Silly parking lot. Came here to watch a movie on a Saturday morning. Very tight parking lot with a lot of small, tight corners. Leave the pick up truck at home.
Good Thai restaurant, excellent Irish Pub and Cineplex Multi screen Cinema
Great mall. Lots of parking. But the lot layout is very poor and confuses a lot of drivers into driving in the wrong direction.
One of the busy business center in the Vancouver. Canada line metro station is situated in Marine Gateway. Various Bank and Restaurant are available here.
Decent enough mall, but not many shops or outlets to be an actual mall apart from Cineplex, winners and a few others.. that's why 3 star..
Well designed and maintained infrastructure. Lively place.
Have pay for parking. Good theatre.
Parking is horribly expensive. Not enough to induce me into coming back.
I love this mall!! It's super convenient as it's right by many bus stops and the Canada Line. T&T, Cineplex, Starbucks, Subway, A&W, a liquor store, there's everything!
Starbucks nearby the Canada line station.
Overcrowded. Poor selection. Pay parking.
Giant theatres at a good price, and directly connected to the Skytrain system! The VIP Lounge option is great, too. TimePlay is not currently available at this location, so there is no need to show up 25 minutes early!
Has a Tim Horton's and a Starbucks, plus it is right on the Canada Line, so if you would like to stop for a bit before you catch your connecting bus, it's nice. Has a movie theatre, a T&T supermarket, and a Winners. In a very high traffic area, so expect a lot of noise.
Most of the hit of this place is the SilverCity, because who do not like cinemas, but is a peculiar mall with a bit of everything. T&T have some of the cheapest fruits and vegetables in Vancouver, but other products are not that cheap. The Liquor Store is nice and with nice brands. The Irish bar there is so good you should try the Nachos made from potatoes chips, and so as every store, but the singularity is if you go to the bus stop in the bay, and you watch the floor properly you will discover it is a map, the main streets in Van are built there.
easier access to train, bus, banks, groceries and many more. ????
Very convenient. It's a small Shopping center
Booking area with a nice movie theatre upstairs
A convenient plaza near skytrain station. Paid parking and not very big. Can't consider this as a mall.
Very convenient shopping and banking
Great place for food, drinks or movies. I recommend.
The little mall is good it just has alot of sketchy people
Hard part is to find free parking:) rest this mall got access to almost everything for daily purpose needs. Banks grocery Cineplex alot more .
Love this new space. Its got a little of everything and the awesome VIP cinema.
Went here for Cineplex and T&T and A&W the other nite, and the area continues to grow and have more and more services. There is a luxury chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor, fast food on the first, a pub, a thai restaurant, pharmacy, grocery, winners store, and professional building as well. WeWork is/was here too. parking is underground and there seems to be a lot of it, but at the same time, it can appear to be full quite often. there is a canadaline subway station inside this complex making it imminently convenient for stop and go shopping on the line. in addition, the bus loop is also on the ground level, connecting the subway with ground transportation. with the plethora of condos popping up all around this area, i'm sure it will get busier and busier. nice area
Everything close by. Except to find parking. Absolute hell to find parking and traffic is nightmare
Close to home. There are shops, stores n banks that I periodically frequent especially T&T, Winners n BMO.
Not the biggest, but it has most of the things I usually need
New with many staples like TNT supermarket, Winners, and Shoppers. Right by skytrain station
Not much choice in stores for a mall but has a Winners, a T&T, and VIP theatres!
I have enjoyed the convenience of shopping at Winners and T&T Supermarket on my way home from work.
Just waiting for the bus. Stores are good, food is good.
A single convenient stop for everyday needs. This shopping plaza has many big box retail stores and close to public transportation.
Lots of parking available.pay parking but pretty cheap considering all the elevator access points available.super arrangement of venues..drom T&T Grocer (who validate if yoy park in one of their stalls # 1 - 100 and buy the ticket from their meters at their elevator lobby . To Steve Nash work out . To Movie Theatre. WINNERS . Shoppers Drugs ..Starbucks and upscale Chinese Restaurant..to Irish Public and then some fast foods spots...very nicely laid out has a good neighbourhood atmosphere. We go here to shop . See movies and then ride our bikes over the Canada Line Bridge to Richmond..as thwy have a sprayed bike/ walk lane ..you get great pictures of sunsets facing west and great pictures of Mount Baker facing east..Enjoy
Nice little shopping area, personally it has everything for me. T&T for groceries, Winners for house hold items, Shoppers for some necessities :D and a theater if I'm ever feeling like watching a movie! Its also by a bus loop and the sky train!
The Gateway is pretty new, they had pretty much everything in a recent year. From movie theater to grocery shopping and restaurants too. I always watch movies there with friends, we have a good time together. ????
Who designed this thing? There is no free parking. You will get wet when it is raining. This is Raincouver! Cold wind blow through and make you freeze. Then, they don't have public bathroom! Shops are just nothing special. Better to go somewhere else with free parking and you don't get wet.
Will be my go-to walk in clinic! Friendly staff and very informative experience!
Winners is great, shoppers is great, the liquor store is very helpful, I love the river theme out on the concord
Very dishonest. I asked for their return policy before buying 2 pillows. It can be returned if not opened. Decided to return them as I found other pillows. Never opened the SC pillows. When I tried to return at a different SC location, I was told to take it back to the original store as this store could not refund me my $180 as it was a pillow and non refundable per the store policy. I asked the clerk to show me the policy so she pulled up a piece of paper and stated this was their policy. I asked to look closely at their written return policy but she wouldn't let me read it. After much complaining, the clerk called the manager. I got my refund. I will never deal with SC again. Just a bad experience on a simple item.
It's where I get canada line everyday and I like the place, I've been to some shops and its good, T&T and all that asian incredible food, always around at Cineplex etc. I really like the place.
Good...
Convenient location although parking is a nightmare here. We always walk the 15 minutes rather than brave the parking lot and its fees. Nice to have a T&T supermarket and movie theatre in our neighborhood.
Love this stop always as it's super convenient...Kinda all in one stop. Food shopping entertainment grocery doctor. Wasn't this enough!?
Even though it's just a train station it's a nice environment, whether you wanna shop a little or meet with a friend for food or just sit and read a book
Great spot. Subway, A&W, Starbucks, TD Bank, Shoppers, Tim Hortons. SkyTrain is right there along with buses that go all over the tri cities. A brand new movie theater
Great plaza. Has a nice combination for grocery shopping, getting a coffee or watching a movie in the theatre.
It's ok I guess. Dublin crossing is good but there needs to be a nice restaurant here. Sushi? And why is there no mail box in this area?
Decent place to shop. Good selection of stores. But mostly place to pick up odds and ends. Not major shopping.
Lots of variety in things to do and try for the first time. ????
New facilities conveniently located near marine drive skytrain station. BC Liquor store and large supermarkets in the same complex.
I received an Impark parking fine ~30min after I had paid for parking. I tried twice to get in contact with Impark to have them clear their mistake, providing all the necessary details. But Impark wouldn't respond. Finally, I filed a complaint with the BBB and Impark responded in less than 24 hours. Of course, I then had to waste my time on the phone providing all the information I had submitted in my complaints before they would clear the ticket. And the agent I spoke to was rather flippant about how their mistake would have affected my credit rating. Her excuse was that it wouldn't have been immediate. But if I hadn't raised the issue to the BBB, they would have continued to ignore me and it would have eventually affected my credit score, mortgage rates, etc.
Has parking underground, sky train and bus lupe also are near by. Several bank branches and grocery stores, super stores and Cinema and some others amenities are there. Fresh slice pizza, Tim Horton, and A&W also serve their customers.
This place has everything! Right from transit, movie, shopping, food, banking.
Good location and Dublin crossing is a nice place to relax and meet friends and enjoy a chat and bite to eat. Food is good. Staff not to bad. Will go again for sure
Small location stuffed with stores. They make you pay for parking in their underground parkade which sucks and Street parking is near impossible due to the residences in the area. Best way to get here is to just take the Canada line. Great atmosphere though, very modern and clean in the area.
Bus loop and Canada line transit station. Food, groceries shopping
Great transportation hub with basically all the services you need.
Shoppers Drug Mart is ok, not very big for the area it's in. Shelves aren't stocked quick enough, don't carry everything as advertised in the flyer but very helpful staff!
This stop is now one of my favs! The mew movie theater, Steve Nash Gym, and TnT make it a good location to go whenever im looking to pass the time!
A unique shopping experience and so many restaurant selections. A nice place to spend time.
Vip lounge is quite nice.
Great place for movies, shopping, has lots of different stores, easy access to public transportation, you have to pay for parking though. ????
This complex has everything you need Liquor store, T&T market, few dif Banks, Thai food, Chinese food and much much more
Very convenient
Its nice but lack of signs showing where things are
Great for pedestrians maybe not drivers, always dread having to park here unless I get lucky and can park on marine.
Good movie theater. Do not do VIP on the balcony in the summer time. Good chance the wind will carry the smell from the waste transfer station over that direction.
Went there for the theater which is good but pricey parking
Theater is huge and the location is great!! Saw a private screening here but I would definitely go back.... obviously on a Tuesday, lol
Friendly Staff. Also TeensBurger price Promo $3.59 is over on May 6, 2019. Now back to $6.69
Great convenient location with food options, grocery and cinema
Has food store liquor store smoke shop nice dining areas
Not very non-Asian friendly...????
Very nice and quiet place.there is a train station ,many shops and restaurants.there is a cenima.
One stop solution for shopping and transit. Only thing is you have to pay for parking.
Lotsa of new stores. Convenient by skytrain, parking is a zoo.
It's a great place. Easy access to come and go.
Its accessible in everything If you want coffee If you want grocery If you want drugstore If you want a small shopping If you want to ride a skytrain If you want to eat If you want to watch a movie You name it all
Need better signage from bus loop to Canada Line
Excellent centre for coffee food n Winners selections
Parking a bit of a zoo. T&T only reason to go Traffic can be bad
I love this place to go to movie
Nice place
Alway busy area, but are lot of good stores like Winners, T&T Tim Hortons
T.D trust,TnT supermarket ,Tim Horton, A&W,bus terminal,skytrain,station...other store winner,dollar store ,etc...
It's ok
Good place to shop from groceries to a good Starbucks coffee.
One-stop-shopping: dinner, movie, and pick up the groceries on your way to the car.
No one there other than Transit users. Supermarket smells, theatres empty. Parking expensive.
Love this place! So many stores under one roof. Love it!
Built around the Canada Line, it has easy access to YVR airport and 15min ride to Downtown Vancouver. Amenities include, T&T Market, Ciniplex Movie Theatre and resturants for anyone's palette.
Some places to eat, movie theatre and a Starbucks. Great integration with train and bus stations.
It's an alright area. Not much else to say. Went to see a movie theatre was small. Not a lot of food options in the area and they were all packed. Ended up at Denny's
I'm not a shopper but it has lots of options for someone who is.
Just the movie theatre and the train bumps up the rating. Charming little shopping centre includes fast food and Starbucks and gym. Easy to get to by transit and lots of parking.
One of the better transit hubs in terms of food and services.
Good mix of commercial tenant. Easy assess and lots of choices.
Has Level 2 electric car recharging plugs and spots in the parking garage parade .
I would give it 5 stars if parking was free. But lots of stores like T&T and winners, as well as the movie theatre which has VIP if you want a more "exclusive" experience. It's also SkyTrain and bus accessible
Good facilities. Excellent location
Decent mall, has most of what you'd need in a week.
Came here to watch antman and the wasp at Cineplex. Movie theatre was great! However you have to pay for parking here.
I bike to this place with friends. Have lunch at A&W restaurant. A busy complex with lots of stores, cinema, and a large Asian supermarket.
It's okay but could be much better with the righ stores. The theaters are amazing.
Closes very early no stores past midnight...
Great central location on the canada line.
Good location for transit service and food Starbucks, Subway, A & W T&T market place, TD bank CIBC bank Shoppers drug mart Sleep country and Tim hortons down by the busses and good connections with Canada Line and busses
Good area especially the theater but not that many stores around. Don't think I would really call it a "mall"
There are a lot of parking spots but most places only reimburse parking for one hour. T&T reimburses 1.5 hours if you buy $10 or more. Bandao restaurant reimburses $2 cash. There are a few spots just outside the mall on Marine drive with free 2-hour parking but those are usually full. It's very convenient to get here by transit so you might not need to drive. Lots of new condos in the area as well.
All food of best quality
Bank, T&T Super market, Winners, Canada Line here.Perfect.
Lots of nice shops and restaurants
Tim Hortons, Starbucks, A&W, TNT, bunch of other stores and serviced
Great mall I'd recommend it to anybody there's so many different shops eateries medical dental and it's very easily accessible by the Canada line and has the entire bus loop there for all buses to downtown and links to Richmond it is a very handy spot if you want to get around Vancouver be a transit and to get a bite to eat I recommend the Irish pub totally awesome excellent customer service.
Its great. Lots of places to buy lots of stuff.
it's so convenient, especially so when you are not driving.
Many choices for various brands of necessity. Some shops are still put on sale. Some are under renovation.
Good to buy
All the shops there are very nice . The location is great . With the sky train you can reach within minutes . All the banks are there very convenient . I enjoyed all the food I ate there in the stores . I like the Starbucks there too . People are enjoying so much with the coffee and atmosphere .
Very friendly staff well that's cause I'm in a wheelchair but they'll remember you the first couple times you visit they theater. There is nothing I have harsh words for thus place unlike other establishments I will not not say. But yeah I really like going to this place
Has a good cinema but a poor selection of shops. The supermarket is over priced.
The security guy follow me throughout my time in shoppers making me feel extremely uncomfortable and soci left with nothing .
Useful if you're in the area or on the Canada Line. Not worth a special trip.
nice new area. has almost everything
Nice little complex with everything someone living near by would need for their day to day life. The theatre is clean and modern with great seats, lots of coffee shops, grocery stores, and even some very lovely restaurants.
Looooove the cineplex so clean and the Filipino manager was very friendly
This is a very new theatre (2015). There isn't any free parking here so I would not recommend driving. The Canada line SkyTrain will take you right to the front door though.
Very central to everything and in anything. One stop shop place
You can find almost anything here. Except maybe furniture. Lots of food and coffee options
This outdoor mall has a convenient collection of shops and services.
One of the nicer SkyTrain "malls". It's built around marine Gateway station on the Canada line. Has a lot of shopping, banking, and food services. RBC, BMO, CIBC, I can't remember if TD is there. Winners, the movie theater Cineplex. For coffee and drinks they have Yi Fan and Starbucks. TnT, pink elephant Thai restaurant, Dublin crossing pub. Shoppers drug mart There's a medical office, dental office, and gym. And lots more!
Hi good morning this is my favorite places to go. There are many other things to see. I like it
Marine Gateway offers a variety of options for shopping and services. There is a bus loop and Skytrain takes you to Richmond or Downtown Waterfront/Sea Bus...
Great. Place. To. Go. To. Shop. &. Dine. &. A. Movie
Not very friendly place and the dublin pub. Too expensive discriminative, unfriendly, rude judgemental, abusive. Winners is great though.
The movie Theater was nice, the mini arcade area was fun while waiting for your movie, the food was good. I had a problem at the end with the staff my son lost a toy & no one wanted to help me just kept sending me to someone else until I was finally sent to a manager who helped me with no luck of finding his toy :(
Nice place to visit...
Great little mall. Has a gym, restaurant, Timmy's, Shoppers, banks, and a grocery store.
Good mix of retailer but a bit small in size. But as a local mall its sufficient
great place and not too crowded
Busy busy busy. Avoid parking lot if possible
A market is a market But it did have some exotic foods that was interesting.
Very easy underground parking with clean elevator access to the mall entrance and cinema.
Its good. The guy behind the bar at the pub rubs me the wrong way though. Kinda don't like that place anymore cause of that 1 guy behind the bar.
A very nice open air strip mall
Only went to bcaa. Convenient, lots of parking
This place is home and a packet of each and every stuff which you need jn your daily chores you can get everything from here ranging from Apparels to grocery ..
Tim hortons can't even get a beverage order right.
Best movie theatre ever.
Good food at T ant t market
Great service good food - classic
A few good shopping places, but the mall area is difficult to navigate in the rain
Nice place! Was there for a meeting and didn't get to check it out thoroughly.
Really clean and quiet at night, day time is pretty busy as people use metro to commute
Supermarket, restaurants, bank, theater, drug store and more. Very good place to stop and shop, sky train stop very convenient.
could use more casual food options + open late so people can go after the movies. really wish they didnt get rid of the frozen yogurt place
I dont like the idea of pay parking to go watch a movie
All the theaters are above standard. VIP service is excellent with Pleasant stuff and personalized service at every step of the way which includes food and even alcohol brought right to your seat in the theater. The seating is very comfortable and roomy. Definitely A step above all the other theaters
Marine gateway is by far one of the nicest community hubs in Vancouver. It has the Canada line station which is always super useful. It also has tons of places for food at a range of price points along with a massive T&T and a shoppers drug Mart for all your grocery needs. Not only that but basically any Bank you can think of is there and a movie theatre. Honestly what more could you ask for in a place like Marine gateway.
In terms of the basics, not sure. Unless you have 3 different banks, it's overkill here! So not much for clothes shopping. T&T, Shoppers, Winners & movie theatre, that's it.
decent little shopping area with nearly everything in one area. from groceries to movies they have you covered. area may not be the most convenient during rush hour. traffic is pretty bad.
Nice place to get some shopping done after a nice movie.
T and t, dublins crossing 3 major banks and skytrain access, movie theaters if thats ever a thing again
Good venue, close to transit but expensive to park considering this isn't exactly a shopping hub. Won't return because of parking costs alone.
Different from the other shopping malls. convenient location for those commute in public transport.
There are banks and shops, a very convenient place.
I am not a fan of the parking situation. Also during the covid 19 situation the elevator requires the person to wear a mask prior to entering the elevator. That is understandable and fine but there is no option to get stairs to get up to the mall level . So there is a paradoxical situation.
Nice to have a number of things in one place but selections are a little limited
Nice place with everything you need. Parking could be better
For something that just got built with a Skytrain station, one would have hoped for better quality restaurants, something fusion or healthy, or trendy. Heck, even a Boston Pizza or White Spot would be a bonus. Instead just an over-hyped Thai resto and tons of fast food. Parking is a nightmare with its one-directional path which means aggravating wait times for idiots who can't park or even back out properly. Only merchants worth coming here is for T&T and Cineplex, for the neighbours who live around here, it's convenient.
It is a typical bus terminal. The pro's are. This terminal has a very nice mall Incorporated with it. Lots of space so you don't feel crowded. There is lots of covered space for the wet weather. Good lighting at night. Con's. No parking. No restrooms. No security.
hobo density only 1/4 of that of Olympic village
A lovely place were you get many utility things and Subway was open 24 hours. Its close to airport,so enjoyed the evening here
Great mall. I love that it's outdoors
Went there for a lunch with friends and it was very big mall will go back to look around soon❤????
This place has everything, gym, banks, grocery, movie theater, transit etc. The only thing is I wish they had a different grocery store like Choices or Whole Foods instead of TNT Market. Also the Winners here is pretty limited.
Marine stn - Canada Line skytrain and #3,10, 15, 17, 100 bus loop.
Having the metered pay parking does not attract customers who have to drive there to get shopping done. May be merchants only want to attract sky train riders.
I worked on this building as a carpenter like 6 years ago, and then I came here the other week to take my dad to a VIP movie at cineplex and they had the audacity to ask us to pay for parking... like, excuse me, who do you think build that pillar over there ????????????????????????⚒????????
Great selection of stores.. recomend shopping at Marine Gateway.
Great place to shop and a beautiful movie theater. Only drawback is expensive underground parking.
Area is always clean and beautiful. It is very lively and is always bustling with a very diverse crowd.
Pink elephant tai is a great place for lunch
I can get almost everything I need the staff at Saveon Food for example remember the patrons London drugs staff are helpful and friendly
Probably the best place to see a movie in the Lower Mainland.
great little modern neighborhood with great restaurants and banks within walking distance
New stores but not many good ones
Close to anywhere and vwey convenient to grab groceries. There are not many places to eat though. A food court might be a good idea.
Parking is small which meant long queues of cars to park, after we parked struggled to find an elevator going to the floor we wanted. Besides that, The Vip Cinemas are really nice!
This is a newer mall in south Vancouver. Has Winners, Shopper's, T & T, banks and a pub, Cineplex, restaurants and other businesses. The Marine Gateway skytrain station is also here
Good new mall in a good location. Not too cramped and has the right set of stores and services to facilitate to the neighborhood.
It's a great store to have slow close.
We would like to highlight the great customer service from Elvie at Winners South Marine Dr. In Vancouver. We believe she is either the manager or general supervisor here. We bought a couple of suitcases, one got broken. Our intention was neither to ask for a refund or exchange. We went there to ask for guidance on how to use the 10 year guarantee support in order to fix the broken part. Elvie seemed consulted the issue with higher management. After carefully analysis of the issue she reported "we appreciate your business and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items bought, therefore we want instead to give you a gift card for the value of the broken item". We weren't sure to accept it because it was not our intention. Nevertheless, she insisted and we gratefully accepted. We think Elvie exceeded our expectations and would like to express our gratitude. She deserves recognition.
A lot of outdoor walking and if you are not familiar to parking you would be required to cross bridges and change elevators and escalator to get to your destination.
Accessible to everything! People are great and approachable in every shop!
A great ONE-SHOP-STOP for your shopping needs
Interesting collection of stores at a significant transit location
Favorite movie theater to go to!
It’s an all one location for people who does not know where to go during the weekend. The perfect spot for a date location to end with a romantic sunset view!???? Hahahaha (use your imagination)
The parking system here is so frustrating. Neptune restaurant asks you to not pay for parking because they pay on your behalf. Then TnT ask you to only park in their stalls for ability to reimburse. The parking game is whack!
Nothing much here
beautiful, clean and a lot of sitting benches.
Location is a close to major public transportation , access to movies theatre shopping bank coffee shops fast food and Asian restaurant.
