I like how it's not a destination for too many people outside the immediate neighborhood and how it has most of the common amenities: public library, a Kin's, A&W, Starbucks, shoe repair, Chinese food, deli, dollar store, Japanese restaurant, and liquor store.

Took my mother-in-law to Lifelabs. Warm and friendly staff. Very safety conscious which made me feel good about bringing her there as she is a bit older and I worry about her health. We also ate lunch at A & W. Mmmmm I love burgers and so does she. There is also a Starbucks in this mall, as well as a neat little dollarstore. Food, coffee and things for a buck! How can you go wrong? ☺????????

The professional building here has an excellent optometry office where the optometrist does an excellent job in checking your eyesight. The rehab/physiotherapy offices offer good services to getting one better. The walk-in clinic is typical: extended waits and not accepting new patients for any of the physicians.

From what I remembered from the old Champlain mall they have done a good job updating it. It has enough useful stores that brings people in. They have fast food, a grocery store, Starbucks, Kins and variety of smaller stores. Nice place to pick up almost all what you need.

The parking lot is horrendous. Very poorly laid out and the spots are too small. I miss it's former incarnation when it was an actual mall and had a Bay turned Zellers and awesome stores like Toys And Wheels and San Francisco. The remaining bit is cramped and most stores are accessed from outside now so you'd better like the rain!

I like this little complex. There's a Starbucks, A&W, Kin's market, grocery store, BMO and a TAD I think, natural health food store, etc... There's also a sushi place. So you can definitely get majority of your needs met there without having to go to Metrotown. There's also a doctor's office in the complex. Everything is always kept very clean in these offices and shops

The dollar store is convenient if you want quick stuff as well as a couple of tutoring centres if you need help without academics. They also have a public library & 2-3 benches outside. This place is located just off of Kerr and 54th, and is easily accessible by the #26 bus. There is a free parking lot here as well for drivers. There are many great amenities here including a library, barber, dentists, grocery stores, dollar store, bank, coffee shop, and so much more.
