Once the pearl of our region, this mall has struggled with ridiculously high rent and now very high vacancy rates. Despite that, the facility is very will kept. ( clean interior and exterior- dedicated maintenance team) The exterior received some minor cosmetic upgrades last summer which was nice to see. Anyone looking to open a new retail location in New Liskeard ought to have a look. Lots of space to choose from

The Timiskaming Square has been around for longer than I've been alive. I have lots of great memories of it. The last decade has been hard on it, but thanks to some new owners and some renovations, I think we'll be looking forward to a whole new experience :)

The mall has been slowly dying for years but with the new large dollar store and giant tiger it feels like some new life breathed into the place. Now most of the stores are only accessable from the parking lot which was silly in my opinion. If they had added another entrance towards the end near the big DS and GT it would have made people come in and perhaps some smaller stores like the source could have benafitted off of the boosted traffic.

Another small mall for our area and lucky to still be open in New Liskeard. Food Basics grocery store is the best. Places in this mall include Td Bank, Giant Tiger recently in mall and more spacious, Pet Valu, and Dollarama on the end of mall...jeepers think that is it as I dont go in anymore because places are accessed from outside of mall. This mall used to have many more places but they are gone. Maintenance does excellent job maintaining but the whole mall in itself is getting old. New Liskeard, Ontario.

I really don't know why they call it a mall there's nothing there. It's to bad that the committee who allows other businesses to come into town have stopped all the good businesses to come here. Was parked in handicap space waiting to catch my breath as I am on oxygen when a vehicle Parks in the no parking zone beside me and they sat idling , all I could breath and smell was there exhaust. It's disheartening that it's not supervised or policed more.

This past visit was better. The cashier helped with putting the groceries in bags. Normally they just stand there and watch you load your own groceries. I believe this store is using covid for their lack of service.

Lots of free parking, the building has been somewhat low on vendors for a long time, however has been showing signs of more life with Dollarama going larger and moving to another store front with access from the outside and the mall getting somewhat of a facelift out front. However more vendors are needed in the mall to draw more customers, maybe even a place to eat again and sit with your kids that's not exesivly priced as well as kid friendly.
