This is a large location, it’s spans from chapters to back up at the Bed Bath and Beyond. Many businesses included and a lot of space (excluding Costco, that parking lot is always jammed) but it feels like it’s 3 blocks—many people also call it “The Millennium Centre”

On this foray; I went to Ren's Pets ; specifically. They have an excellent selection for your feline and canine friends. They offer grooming services; as well as selling multiple brands of grooming supplies and things to keep your 4 legged pets happy and healthy. They also have a tiny section for small caged pets. Do not expect to find anything for fish ; though. There were quite a few employees on the floor; but this is to be expected as it it newly opened. I found the regular prices a little bit steep; but their flier prices seem to be excellent; so I'll keep my.eye out for bargains. Definitely worth a visit for your furry pets!

It's a big box store. Make sure to watch your pricing. For any larger orders, I have always preferred Kelly Lake building supplies, Joel builders, or Evans, as you will receive more knowledgeable staff, and delivery, which is a must for all sizable orders.

Lowe's has everything you need. But something's is going on with employee moral there....they are not friendly and the waiting time at customer service is brutal. I vowed I would never shop there again. Too bad really it's a nice store, never had any issues with the appliance dept, or flooring, with in store visits, but customer service is jammed. Lots of employees standing around and I'm not sure why there is not more hands on deck being proactive. Getting them to answer their phone during the pandemic was a complete failure, so I bought a new washer and dryer and dishwasher from Home depot. Like I said I have no idea what's happening there, but employee problems usually start with management and filter down.

When your order a cream soda, root beer, butterscotch drink from there non alcoholic menu for a 3 year old they should not add 2 Oz of alcohol. Or perhaps the menu should state that you need to be specific as they serve it both ways. Disappointed Kelseys.

Though I enjoy the selection of merchants, the biggest obstacle is their parking lot. The entrance, and exit near Costco is a safety concern. They should contact the city to implement a safety campaign to redesign this particular intersection.

Came in to return something I purchased during lockdown. Didn't have my receipt and the customer service representative was very helpful and looked it up on their system promptly and with a smile on her face. She was great. I then asked someone else behind the counter if they carried marine carpet and they didn't know. They didn't say anything else or thought of asking someone else while I was waiting there. That's the only reason I left a 4 star. Otherwise service is always good and friendly at that store.

The note looking for a new fridge just moved into the Sudbury area bureau. Went to the brick went to Leon's went to Leon's went to home depot. Bo. Nobody had stock. I was very fortunate to meet Dennis at Lowe's Lou's. We were able to find a fridge and having it delivered. were able to find a fridge and having it delivered tomorrow.. Price wise they were cheaper than the competition , by $350.00. Plus Free Delivery.

You know when you have to go downtown and its nothing more than a stressful headache because there's zero parking and one way streets everywhere? This is the opposite of that. All kinds of different stores in a small area and plenty of parking. Not to mention well maintained and clean.

Since it was built, the traffic congestion has always been an issue and continues to be to this day. I don't have a solution, but I wish someone did because it shouldn't take 15 minutes to leave a parking lot - especially with retail max capacity reduced. I'm dreading the return of full capacity.
