Basically the number one place in sudbury to shop. Beautifully created food court with plenty of resteraunt choices, all with fast and affordable services. This mall has literally everything you could think of from apparel, collectables, jewelry, electronics, and much more. Bathrooms are frequently maintained throughout the day, keeping them clean and appropriate. All in all a great stop and shop anyday.

The security in the front Entrance. I’ve notice the (stocky face, about 6 foot probably failed the academy) really has a lip on People walking for COVID 19 Questions. There was a deaf 65 Year old guy who couldnt hear obviously and he just grabbed him and pointed at the sign. He then goes to talk under his breathe about him. The security guard makes short talk with passing patrons berating the old man.

The fairly recently updated food court looks very nice and they often hold fun and interesting events but theres not a lot of store variety. 6 jewelry stores (charms, peoples, mappins, michael hill, griffins, pandora) is a bit absurd. But I do most of my shopping in this mall since I do work there and there are some stores I quite like. I shop at vivah quite a bit cause they have some really nice and unique jewelry, most of which are sterling silver.

There are many outlets here that are open till 6 or 10pm. And dispite the mass amount of people generally there, it's never too crowded. The food court always has tables available and I've met some good people there. All in all i enjoy shopping there.

Nice place for a walk to browse the multiples of chain retail outlets. Main anchor store is disappearing soon - Sears. As far as a mall, sometimes packed with shoppers but mostly not overly busy as many folk are spending their cash at Walmart (north west end) or staying home and ordering on Amazon after they tried on their stuff in the store. Name brands include Body Shop, Roots, Teavanna, David'sTEA and Sportchek. CIBC bank available along with most of the usual phone/media companies like Rogers, Telus, Bell, and Eastlink. Parking free and there are spaces posted for wheelchair access.

Vast number of stores, huge food court filled with a variety of vendors, great variety of stores to suit all needs. Vast parking area. It is clear that vendors and mall management are working together to welcome their customer base. They also have spacious walkways that allow for special events to be held, making the place even more interesting. On my last visit there, I even discovered that some of their seating area in the food court has herbs growing on the table! Fun place to go, lots to see, lots to do.

I didn't go through the New Sudbury Center that day and only went into the Walmart. I was accompanied by my 81 year old neighbour and we found a parking spot close to the entrance right away which was convenient. There were entranceway sanitation stations, clean carts readily available and friendly staff at every turn. I consider this to be a decent Walmart and the one that I always choose when traveling to sudbury. Its worth mentioning that we noticed more than a few customers that were not wearing a mask. I wouldn't be able to tell you whether they entered the store not wearing them or whether they took them off once they were in but it seemed odd to me as I had assumed Walmart required mandatory face coverings to enter. There was a Greeter at the entrance seemingly managing the carts and as always, a Greeter as you leave from the cash registers. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to create another position that has one main objective which would be to enforce the face covering policy by scanning the crowd as they enter the first set of doors. I would think this would be a more challenging position and would possibly require a security level employee as it is not easy to be approaching strangers with negative feedback. The risk of someone becoming defensive could likely be avoided if said employee had a supply of single use face masks to offer with some sort of tag or bag that can be rang through the cash register when they are finished their shopping. Charge fifty cents or a dollar even since I know suggesting gratuitous masks is a far-fetched idea these days. But hey, creating new job positions in the name of stopping the spread of infection, that sounds like a win-win to me every time.

Decent size mall, with lots of shopping opportunity. Popcorn place in the food court is pretty good. The closing of Sears left a giant hole in the middle, where you used together able to traverse the store to get to the other side of the mall. They have the occasional event hosted there, and at Christmas time, their Santa is probably the best I've seems.

The mall is the perfect size where you can walk from one end to the other quickly and easily with lots of stores. Adding new businesses all the time! It's a little difficult that there is only one info booth and it's in the middle of the mall, making it hard to access wheelchairs if needed. Better now than two years ago. We now have Sephora and bath and body works, body shop and some other nice stores. They redeveloped the food court and now added booster juice and kernel popcorn as well as Thai express. Sears is now closing which will leave a big hole there. Walmart is attached to it but the parking is somehow separated if you’re only there for it. Some stores are smaller than the ones outside the mall like Shoppers drug mart and sport check. The children’s place has lots of faves and dollarama now opened in the old future shop building inside the plaza to allow CIBC in their old spot. Overall is nice but not as good as the Vaughan Mills or Erin mills centre.

The mall is past its grandeur. Many closed shops. Walmart is the anchor store. Barely worth the walk to the far end of the mall except the foodcourt offers decent varieties. Prices in here tend to b high. It is nice and vlean and there is a good quantity of benches for a quick rest.

Very busy place, especially around the holidays. Some ppl can't even get there noses out of their phone long enough to pay attention to anything. Or they just don't care and will walk in to you and your child. Even the staff at any of the stores. Some are helpful others have real bad attitudes. Especially the younger generation.

Visited new Linen Chest store. Huge variety of kitchen ware, bedding, small appliances, bathroom accessories and the list goes on. Basically a Sears without the clothing and beauty boutique. Impressive and I will go back! ????

It has an Apple authorized sales and service depot (Jump+), decent selection in the food court and a number of other smal and boutique businesses around the same area. It has some stiff competition from a nearby outlet style (but not actual outlets)shopping centre.

The food court us a grate place but KFC never has anything ready to go for people who have no time to wait. When you are running low on a product that you sell a lot of, would one not think to refill? It's suppose to be fast food but when your told it will take 3 to 5 minutes that's no longer fast food, especially when there are no customers around to serve

This is the largest mall in Northern Ontario, equipped for over 100 stores and is approx 560,000 sq. ft.. Modern interior with skylights and despite e-commerce booming, there's always plenty of people there. The only issue I have with it is the hours of operation on the weekends. This mall closes on Sat at 6pm and Sun at 5pm, but weekdays at 9pm. Check the website for store listings.

When to Future Tech today with my girlfriend. She bought the multipack Iteck liquid glass screen protector. The guy kept the box so she didn't realize and didn't provide her with a proper reciept to prove what she bought. This product should have enough to put a screen protector on 5 mobile phones and he kept the rest of the vial. Pretty bad experience in my opinion and cannot help but feel completely ripped off. This same product normally sells for 29.99 and she bought it for 50.00( not a huge deal) but now he kept the rest of the vial and will make 50x 4 more cellphones while charging everyone 50 bucks a pop. In my eyes that's fraudulent behavior and I would like to warn anyone else buying stuff here to ask for a real reciept and see the product packaging before you pay.

Pretty much the one stop shopping mall in Sudbury. It has everything you need. I would have gave 5 stars but parking on the Walmart side is slim to none. I don't mind walking from my car, it's walking back that is the trouble. The shopping centre doesn't allow you to go through the mall with a Walmart cart. If you parked behind the mall, you end up carrying everything you bought without a cart. Other than that it's a great mall to shop in.

This mall is the busiest mall in town. It's clean, the store locations are usually all filled, and the mall is anchored by a Walmart Supercenter at one end and a food court at the other. It would be nice to see more variety in the store choices. I miss the craft shops and pet stores of years past. Still waiting on them to do something with the large space formerly occupied by Sears. Would be nice to see some shelter near the bus stop in the parking lot.

Nothing is really more dissatisfying than shopping at the mall when it comes to places to buy from I mean, they have some good restaurants like Cultures, booster juice, and your typical places like Subway, McDons, Tims and A&W But nothing major when it comes to selection New York Fries is plane Jane lame with takeout containers that melt when you take it home(don't get the pulled pork poutine to go.. Our lid melted when we took it out in the car.) Any place to buy decent trendy clothes is expensive for nothing and doesn't really last long anyway. They recently got an Ecko store which idk why, no one shops there anyway, its not the 90's anymore. Winners is much better to go to when it comes to cheaper and nicer clothing. Other than all that the mall is cluttered with clothing stores that no one has heard of or bothers going to and the places that are cool there are closing down. Unless they do something new and cool, I see the mall become just like the rainbow and the south ridge malls in the near future

If you need the basics you've got it. But there is absolutely no boutique or specialty stores. The stores that aren't there aren't too bad though customer service can be lacking. Except for Coles the bookstore. I always get excellent service there and find exactly what I am looking for. I just wish there was a fashion store in this mall like that!

Today I was circled 4 times by a security guard patrolling the food court and he was staring at me and my Son, like you can't even drink your coffee in peace , we where screened before entering,.finally he stopped at table and told us to put a mask on, we were there for approximately 10 minutes if that isn't harassment I don't know what is@!!

Our Mall is pretty good considering where we live in the North. My daughter works there also, and she likes it. Lately there have been an unfortunate number of store closures, and it seems slow in those spaces being filled. But, maybe we'll get some great new stories. I miss there being a great restaurant and a movie theater in our Sudbury Malls.

Nice shops but i saw three security guards....one almost walked through me while looking right at me......reminded me of a drunk guy trying to start a fight at last call. And the other two were walking around swearing up a storm. So when u feel like the security are more likely to attack you or cause a problem then anyone else..its a problem.

There many shops there. There are shops for women's clothing, and least two shoe shops. There is a bank, and a large food court for every taste. Walmart and Shoppers Drugmart are there. There is a lot of parking available. The whole mall is wheelchair accessible. I recommend the mall but some shops are pricey. McDonald's is also available. Sudbury Transit busses stop by there regularly.

Shopping center with nice scenery. A few sudbury staples like the rocks outfitters and most of the amenities you would expect from a shopping mall. Phone kiosks clothing stores electronic boutique. Jewelery,. A chocolatier. A multinational foodcourt, and well maintained restrooms.that cater to the whole family.

Stores aren't really your every day stores, half the places are always closed, under construction or insane prices in the independent boutiques.

It's still small with little options, the community is growing in Sudbury and larger centre is required, kids area, more options for dining.
