This quite simply the best shop in Stratford. It has it all in a beautifully organized and quaint setting; glasses, kitchen gadgets, stuffies, mobiles, Creuset pots, teapots, artisanal cutting boards, and so on. So many lovely things under one roof.

I asked for help with one of the rings at the Pandora area. I asked to see a specific ring and the woman kept showing us other rings. I had to tell her about twice that I wanted to see the ring of our choice. She overheard us discussing basketball in my private conversation. Her response "oh, you don't want to wear this for basketball" She somehow decided to show us random rings to try on that she felt was suitable versus the one we had asked to see. I had to insist after seeing the one we wanted in the size we wanted to try it on. She decided that we knew nothing about storage of rings and assumed that I knew nothing about Pandora. It was our decision not to buy as you know what they say about people who "assume". Pandora is sold everywhere. There's a much nicer way to communicate. We've all survived some very difficult times but I don't really think that these people are ready for customers. I'm not sure that the store should run on the concept of thinking that they know exactly what their customers know. Needless to say I will not return there nor do I want a response from the owner. My ask is that they treat customers fairly regardless of what they think they know. It simply seems like this woman thought she knew more either because of race or age. We're all humans and kindness is free keep your judgment elsewhere. Ps. I appreciate your advice on sizing but it is not your place to judge or think you know what we already know. Let your customers choose what they want and regulate how they will use the items because not all of us are idiots wearing jewelry while we play sports as you may think.

I love this place! It's such a gorgeous store, full of delightful merchandise for the kitchen and home. Prices are a bit on the higher end but it's a lot of high-end brands. There's also some less expensive brands and cute local merch as well.

I live in Stratford. So many people I know leave this city to shop, to go Christmas or kitchen or baby shower shopping...I have never felt this need. I always find something here - I love how welcoming and warm it is when I enter, I love the quality of the product, and the selection is excellent. I can honestly say I buy 85-90% of my gifts here and I would shop there more for myself if my husband would let me. Small Mart is another experience and usually offers what I can't find at the bigger store. I've even found myself recommending it to clients looking for quality kitchen supplies - or some hard-to-find items. And it's supporting a wonderful, family-run business - as opposed to shopping at dirty 'ol Walmart. The Spring and Christmas Open Houses are a fun, community "event" and I even had a "Pandora" night there recently that I enjoyed with some girlfriends - I love an excuse to pick out jewels. I highly recommend this store. It's an "experience".

Worst customer service EVER I was in this store on Monday afternoon, browsing the kitchen section. The customer service rep (I didn't catch her name) asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I said I was looking for a banneton (a bread proofing bowl). The response from her was quiet literally the worst customer service I have ever received or even heard of. Upon me explaining about what I was looking for she laughed (yep seriously laughed in my face) and said: "I that on your list of things to buy in life?" Just take another read of that response. I was mocked and ridiculed for trying to buy a specific item. Mocked and Ridiculed. The response I received from this store made me so mad I just had to leave right away. I noticed that they pride themselves on customer service stating: "We go above and beyond to treat all of our customers with equal amounts of respect and courtesy and aim to give the best quality product knowledge and support." This is a beautiful higher end store that literally had a little of everything. From food to plates, Christmas decorations, coffee makers, books and more. The selection was almost overwhelming! You name something for the kitchen or entertaining and it is here! Add in jewellery decor items collectables hand creams seasonal decorations and giftware and you are getting close. The quality is top notch and the staff are pleasant polite and helpful. Unfortunately we couldn't decide on what to purchase (gift shopping for a family chef) so thankfully gift cards are available (She can have the added joy of searching for the perfect purchase)
