Nice Winners. The store was clean, floors looked polished. The store did seems smaller then other Winners but I didn’t see any departments missing or lacking. Lots of clothes and other accessories. We were looking at home accents and found the price of a couple things more then we were expecting for what they were. Not sure if that’s indicative of this location or just general pricing.

We stopped in at this Winners location on the way home to north of Whitby, My husband and I are still talking about the excellent customer service we received from EVERY staff member in this store. My particular favourite was the manager. She was so very helpful and friendly. She took the time to actually show me where my requested item was rather than just directing me. AWESOME service. Well done Winners in Simcoe, Ontario.

I don't want my secret to get out but the selection and price they have for guys clothing is great. I will shop here again and again for myself and my family. So the reason I took a star away was due to me sitting on stool outside the fitting rooms while my son was trying on clothes. The lady said I couldn't sit on the furniture. Really. Then give us somewhere to wait and why have furniture there which is not to be sat on when that is the purpose of furniture.

A huge thanks to Bob (Store Manager) in Simcoe, Ontario. The world needs more people like you. Today I had my wallet stolen at Winners. I want to thank Bob the Store Manager for his amazing kindness and professionalism through out the whole incident. Bob told me he was hopeful and that he likes to think that there is still good in people. He was diligent in his search for my wallet and did not hesitate to search the garbage cans by the front entrance or the change-rooms. At one point he all his staff keeping there eyes open for my wallet. Eventually I gave up, left my contact information and headed home to cancel debit and credit cards. Once home I called Bob to find out if he could review the security tapes. He informed me he did not have excess to the security tapes but would contact the District Loss Prevention Officer and make inquires. Bob was quick to return my call leaving a detailed message of what needed to be done in order to look at the security footage. Bob never gave up hope. I thank him for that because I had already given up hope. When I returned to the store with my new debit card to purchase the items I had left behind I found Bob still walking around the store looking for my wallet. His persistence eventually lead him to the ladies washroom at Winners where he found my wallet in the garbage can. I got the call after I had completed all my shopping for the day and was about to get in my car to go home. He said to me “I have bad news and good news”. I knew right away that I owed this man Bob so much for what he had done for me. I was so appreciative and happy that my wallet had been found. I want to thank Bob for not giving up and yes you are right there is still good in some people. There is good in you Bob. The world needs more people like you. You went the extra mile today for me and it paid of. Thank you for caring, for being empathetic and kind and for your persistence and diligence in giving me a happy ending to my story. Yes the money was gone but it was never about getting my money back...it was about getting my wallet with all my identification, cards, children's pictures etc. back. Again a big shout out and thank-you to Bob (Store Manager) Winners in Simcoe, Ontario.
