Mall is ok. Nothing great. Alot of people from Tillsonburg do not like where Walmart is located and they don't have a great selection of items. It is very difficult for disabled and senior citizens to get in and out with their items. Yes they have a tiny elevator, but half the time it's broken down. And it's dirty! Walmart needs to be moved out of there and expanded like Canadian Tire is in Tillsonburg. Easy to get in and out with item's. Alot of people drive to Woodstock Walmart because everything is so much better and clean store. As for the other businesses in mall they are great!!

For the size of this mall it has a lot to offer. I find it to be clean for the most part. There is a Walmart in the mall as well which is small but they do their best to use every inch to stock well. At first I was irritated by this small Walmart but I have grown to like it. I can tell they are working hard to serve our community well. Food wise, Ginos Pizza and Tim Hortons are at your service here. They did an amazing job on setting up extra seating outside the main entrance, so very inviting!

In the wilds of the Tillsonburg mall, you may pass a predator that often travels in its pack. But this is no regular pack. This is scooter gang. Watch out as they roll by, they no how to walk but save their endurance for when they're ready to hunt. You can usually find them at the end of the month in the summer seasons.

This is a very nice looking mall for a small town. There aren't too many stores but you will probably find an item (not necessarily the brand) that you are looking for.

Nice cool place to walk when it's hot out. You can still see some amish horse and buggies parked out back. But please leave the horses alone. You aren't helping by feeding them, watering or petting them. The owners know their limits. DON'T TOUCH THE HORSES!

The town needs more stores, the town is growing fast and the mall is getting to small and the parking lot is not big enough for the mall and all that it holds. Mayors office , some town offices and also doctors office that takes up permanent parking which takes away from customer parking which is very frustrating at the best of times and at Christmas forget even trying to go there. Need bigger mall on bigger property!

I love that i can get all my shopping and errands done at the same time. Doctors appointment, groceries at walmart, lunch, coffee, bank...everything you need all in one place. When not under lock down the Town Centre Mall has everything I need as far as stores are concerned, and then some. It offers under ground parking, is clean and well maintained, and has security personnel. Only drawbacks are no restaurant of any kind other than a Timmy's and the Mall washrooms need ventilators and better cleaning. Wallmart washrooms ard immaculate. Three street level entrances and one underground facilitate easy movement . Wheelchair accessible.

I got a pair of Just Cozy for Xmas. I took for an exchange today at Tillsonburg to choose a different pattern. Tags still on and the note the salesperson gave my friend at Xmas for exchange (as it was a gift). The salesperson refused to exchange as I did not have the receipt. I definitely won't buy anything there in future.

Good little one stop shop. With a Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim hortons, Dollar Tree, Mark's Work Warehouse, Lcbo, Ginos pizza, The Source and a few other stores and a CIBC bank this is a great one stop shop. Parking can get congested but there's also a Canadian Tire right next door that has ample parking and you can walk over if needed.

This review is directed towards Mall Ownership and Management Design Shortcomings There are many things I like about this mall but I will focus on what needs fixing. 1st improvement needed 2 elevators instead of 1. You have a Walmart Store that carries bulky food items and people have many full shopping carts. 1 elevator doesn't cut it for 2 reasons- It can't handle the traffic and also your elevator breaks down fairly frequently. Even the best elevator needs serving on a regular basis. 2nd improvement needed Revamp your washrooms. Make them so I can access them without opening a door-such as at Whiteoaks Mall or at the minimum make them so I can push on them from the inside to exit them from the inside. I will open them with my hands before entering. Example: I use your facilities, then wash my hands ....... and then how do I get out?? I have to grab the handle. And guess what some people don't wash their hands and most don't do it properly. Last thing I want to touch is that door. And there is no paper towel in your bathroom so that I can use paper towel to protect my hand before touching the door handle.. Whoever owns or gets paid to manage this mall-educate yourself on hygiene and design. I went into your office over a year ago and notified your receptionist of your bathroom shortcomings. London shopping and online shopping are major competition. By the way- I love your comfortable chairs under the sun roof. I need buy myself a chair like that.

This mall is clean and bright with a nice variety of stores, from Wal-Mart to Shoppers to Staples to the LCBO. There's electronics at The Source and clothing and shoes at several other stores. There are banks and jewellery and food and shops for your hair and nails. Like I said, mode anything you could need. There's outdoor and underground parking, washrooms, and wheelchair accessibility.

It's Tillsonburg, people are always right out the front doors smoking which can be very frustrating when bring my little boy into the mall. There is only 1 ramp for strollers or handicapped on the west side. Overall it supports this small town of mostly elderly people.

The mall is a great place to go to shop. there are plenty of stores, like Walmart and Shoppers, but there are also smaller businesses like a little shop called Gold and Ice jewelers who have an array of jewelry on sale that is not too expensive and is great quality. the people who work there are amazing as well. anyways, the mall is a great place to go to shop esspecially when it is cold or rainy outside. the only downside to the mall is that there is no Wifi around the mall. some of the stores like Rogers and Telus have Wifi but as soon as you are out of their vicinity, there is no Wifi.

Small mall in a small town. Has Walmart, dollar store, bank, Tim Hortons, drug store, LCBO, Roger's and Bell store, jewelry and shoe store, Ardenes and more. Good selection of shopping for the town. Clean also.

I would have given this place one star, but if you like to people watch, I guarantee you will see things here you have never seen before, so I had to give two stars. There are quite a few "Croc" related incidents, many of which are marriage proposals/failed robberies. The LCBO here only caries the finest discount brands you've never heard of, and although I've witnessed many fights here, I would expect there to be more - so you know this is a special place. It's located very close to the gun shop which makes it very convenient for those last minute things you forgot to pickup. I would suggest to start taking anti-depressants a week before visiting.

Not much here and what is, is rather uninspiring. Walmart has limited stock and customer service painfully slow. Shoppers Drug short on staff for prescription and check out. Liquor store end of mall never has any parking. Slowest CIBC tellers I have ever seen. Really dated fashion stores. Usually shop elsewhere.

This is the mall in town. Helps to make Tillsonburg quite functional. Not many towns have a downtown that works. Great combo of stores in the mall and some quick eats.

They locked all the doors but one over by dollar tree and shoppers, and the signs don't really say which door was open so I did a lap of the whole mall to fi d the way in. Signs said to sign in w security, but no security guy to sign in with. Kind of a mess of a setup.

Its not the biggest mall but it has my favourite stores: LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart. They also have an Ardene that I like perusing. This mall is more about function than a shopping extravaganza filled with variety such as Vaughan Mills or Yorkdale.

Decent, good variety of stores for shopping. Out front there are alot of people loitering, smoking etc . I avoid going in the front doors. the cigarette butts thrown everywhere makes it look awful. I go in the back door to avoid it. Unfortunately there is a cenotaph out front and people do not respect it at all, cigarette butts etc thrown there.

It's nice enough for a small town, they have one of each kind of store, electronics, jewelry, clothing, sports, big box, dollar store, shoe store, craft store.. nothing very high end but the everyone is friendly and if you misplace your wallet or your phone there's a good chance an honest person will find it and try to get it back to you.

They answered the phone and physically checked there stock to make sure they had all 3 large bags of purina one large breed dog food bags . Great service.

Great Mall. Hard to find parking on Broadway and sometimes difficult on the North End. Always open spots in the rear parking lot and most often spots near the door in the underground parking lot. The mall is open until 10 p.m. due to Walmart being open till 10 p.m.
