I only go here for the book store and occassionally Giant Tiger. There is always people badgering for money outside and inside this mall, doesn't matter what entrance/exit you use there are always people smoking at the doors, which is unfair to nonsmokers and children/babies. Except for Christmas time this mall is empty and so are it's stores, there are 3 vacant stores in this small mall. The food court is usually dirty and food choices are very minimal ( my family does not eat here) Not a very up to date mall.

Not much of a mall - more of a plaza really - but worthy of a visit. You can park on any side and walk to the Winners/HomeSense, a bar/pub, a great pet food store, a nice jewelry store, a BIG dollar store, and a sporting goods store.

This is not a mall! It is a Wal-Mart and dollar store. Never been in the dollar store but the Wal-Mart is fast and friendly, smaller then most but has what you need if not you can order it in.

There's a food basics, dollar store giant tiger and ardene. The rest of the stores are random. Nothing name brand d anywhere. Stores open and close so often here that it would actually be almost impossible for google to keep up with the stores inside. All in all though. It's a quick walk from almost anywhere in town and this is things there....

Simcoe Arms was cold so wear a sweater, but the food was good, friendly service although it could have been a little more attentive. My drink needed a refill but I decided to leave instead of waiting to have another.

Walmart spend alot of money there but wont anymore stood in line 20 min. For 3 things just because i wont use self check out that is ridiculous taking jobs away from people who need them the people who use them have obviously never been out of work.

Stores are well spaced and there are plenty of shopping choices. Most shopping could be completed in a one stop scenerio. Parking is free and has wheelchair accessibility.

I can't put negative stars or I would, the business in Simco Town center are fine. The way the owners and management keeps the mall itself is disgusting. I have went into the office asking the washroom to be cleaned to no avail. The walls are actually black from buildup. I'll happily shop at the stores but I'm not going near them washrooms. Simco Town Center should be ashamed to show a face like that.

Some of the stores are empty after the Corvid-19 closures. There is Giant Tiger and Food Basics that I utilize. Other stores that I don't. My only problem with this mall is that the parking spaces are very tight.

yes it is a good mall for the size of the city that it's in went into sports Chek today not the greatest .itlooks like a big store but honestly there's not a huge selection especially for women and it's all jumbled together in one corner I did love winners loved winners excellent excellent store lots of selection. More than one entrance and exit... Which is huge on a Saturday ;) Big, clean, organized Canadian Tire with Garden centre. Fast automotive service, less than 25 min in and out for tire repair. Dollarama has great selection and is always clean. Service Canada for road tests etc. Winners is, well... Winners:) and one of the best pubs in town Simcoe Arms.
