A very huge mall with outlets for all popular stores. There is a connection to the subway too so people can directly enter the mall. It is a little bit confusing to search a place inside but there are maps installed in every corner so we can find the location of the store we are looking for easily.

I don't go here often, but Ive never really had a bad experience. It's clean, bathrooms maintained, wide selection of stores and retailers. Parking lot is a bit whacky, lots of turns and odd shaped lots surrounding the mall. Accessible by the TTC and the highway if that's how your getting there. Lots of diversity, wide demographic of shoppers, plenty of food choices inside and surrounding STC.

Simply an amazing shopping centre. The building has got everything ready for you. Specially in the clothing section. There are variety of shops to choose from. The centre has number of fast food corners. You can spend time with your friends. In addition, there is Walmart for your basic needs and groceries. Right now, the centre looks beautiful due to the December 25 celebrations. Overall, It was a wonderful experience.

I would give o stars if I could we went to stc and some people were with no masks not eating or drinking and walking right past security and they did nothing,went to the food court no body asked for qr codes in any of the restaurants or proof of vaccination security guards standing in a huddle laughing and talking not doing their jobs so much for keep patrons safe no covid safety at all not following covid rules.

Local mall with lots of speciality shops, chain department stores like the Bay or Walmart and a large variety of food options. The food court is pretty well rounded and diverse in cuisines, it’s definitely a great area especially after they renovated a couple years back — still in great condition. Additionally, the washrooms are pretty well kept and the link to the bus terminal is highly convenient. As of present, there’s easy access to TTC and Go buses as well as the RT. I’ve had great experiences here, I’m sure you will too.

It doesn't look like an upscale shopping mall, but looks can be deceiving. Not only is there lots of boutique stores, there is also a good court, actual restaurants and a movie theatre. So yeah, don't let looks deceive you.

I went there for vaccination and it was a breeze. The mall is huge so finding places can be challenging. Previously blocked of parking areas have been opened, therefore, there's plenty of parking. However, with indoor shopping on the rise, parking was quite busy.

My wife and neighbour both work there. Lots of parking but be prepared to walk. When the cinemas are in full operations the viewers jam the front parking lots. My wife and daughter are planning a visit there today now that it's open again.

For a mall in Scarborough, it's very awesome for someone who lives in the Scarborough area, since this mall has a Walmart, Hudson Bay, an awesome big food court, Rogers, Bell, a movie theater, and basically everything you'll need for your office! I'll say this mall has about everything. Let's first start off with the atmosphere and cleanliness. Honestly, this mall is awesome, and it's easy to navigate as well. There are maps, and as well as customer service at the top floor, to assist you when you need some assistance. There's also maps that can be located throughout the mall, that'll give you assistance, to where you need to go. You just look at the map, and it'll show where you are currently at, and you just look for the store you're going, and follow the directions the maps shows! It's quite easy. The mall is also very clean, and very modern I'd say. Lots of people are now at this mall, so this mall is no joke. There are many shops in this mall, like clothing, gadgets, shoes, home essentials, etc! I go here most of the time, as this mall is very good, that's located in Scarborough. It's also a great place, for your friends to hang out, as well as since the food court is open, ya get to eat with your friends, and the food court is just so amazing, much more better seating, and more clean, and much modern I'd say, so if your friends want to hang out with ya, this is the place. The bathrooms are also clean, like really clean. I can tell the janitors really do such a good job. There's no mess that I've found. Espeically for a high capcity mall, it's truly amazing. This mall is also very easy to get to. There's a TTC station, which has buses, and the line 3, the RT line, which can help you get to STC. It's really convient, since the station takes you directly to the mall. So transportation is not hard at all. The food court for sure has a variety, and is super big. Before, the food court was quite small, and had not much seating, but now because the food court has been upgraded, there's much seating for people to sit at. There are also a lot of restaurants, if you would like to eat and just talk with your friends. So in summary, this mall is great, the biggest mall in Scarborough. My favorite part, is the food court. It's just nice and easy and has a lot of seating. It's also easy to get to and navigate around. Great place to hang out with your friends.

The closest thing they have to child friendly belongs to the condominium complex across the way, a playground. Malls in general in the gta have gotten very BORING. My favourite drug store, Post office, Banking facilities, The Hudson's Bay department store, Walmart, along with a wide variety of fashion and shoe stores, and so much more. Then there is the movie theater. As a retired senior Scarborough town Center allow me the opportunity to getaway and enjoy browsing and exercise at the same time. The mall is still crowded, even during covid. Parking is very difficult to find. Try the west side of the mall, closer to Brimley, farther from the entrance. If you can, get someone to drop you off.

Big and very good organized vaccination place for kids 5 to 11. Staff very delicate and respectful. Lots of parking places around the mall. Mall close to 401 and it's convenient to drive from any place here at any time of the day. Really recommend this place for vaccination for adults and kids.

It's a pretty big mall that has a lot of stores to choose from. All the major brands can be found here along with some smaller name brand stores. The food court has a lot of different options for food. The bathroom was clean and there is also a help desk in the mall.

If anyone ever needs any help with their phone issues, ANY phone, the guy with the Cell-mates kiosk is on another level. He knows what hes doing, fast and efficient! Ive been to other kiosks, they’re okay, but im saying this one is AMAZING! The service, and the price is great!

The Biggest mall in Scarborough. Though it was a bit inconvenient during their renovation in 2016 but,they have made a nice come back. A lot of variety is seen at the place with respect to bringing cultural diversity and goods diversity together. For instance, Muji from Japan has gained popularity quite quickly. The food court has to offer a lot as well. From Mediterranean to Indian to Chinese plus the standards. Also, I should mention about the decorations and events they have for each season shows their efforts to please their customers.

The Scarborough Town Centre is the primary shopping mall for residents of Toronto's Eastern most suburb. STC as it is fondly referred to as, offers a ton of clothing outlets to choose from H&M to Zara and so on.

ZERO covid safety measures that require paying someone are in place at this mall. Every other mall I've gone to has someone at the entrance ensuring mall capacity is met. There were TV screens that told you washroom limits, but that was it. There weren't even the one way directional markings on the floor that you see at other malls. It was so busy it reminded me of pre-covid numbers today. The majority of stores were not monitoring their numbers either. H&M was though, so hats off to them! I saw only 1 security guard the entire time we were there and he walked right past people not wearing masks properly, eating in common spaces and school aged children not wearing a mask and didn't say anything to them. For such a busy location I expected to see more security like I did at other malls, but apparently STC is an anything goes mall. This is the 4th mall I've been to in the GTA since the reopening and of all of them it felt the least safe. I won't be returning unless I absolutely have to.

This is the hub of Scarborough. The mall has a shop for every shopping need of Scarborough residents. Though a lot more sedate than some of the downtown malls this mall has its own strengths catering to the different demographics in the locality. The connectivity with TTC and GO Transit is pretty good as well. The food court is superb.

The mall is pretty good sometimes when you go it can be super busy but the main issue we seem to have everyweek is someone is bring there pet dog in the NONPETFRENDLY mall and then there dog is Barking & distracting my child medical alert service dog. Or they claim there dog is a Service dog which is clearly not true.

Absolutely disappointed with this mall. There are so many Ice cream and other dessert shops everywhere but you have security harassing every second that you can't eat in the mall. The food court is filled with food but you can't sit to eat. People were desperate to sell which made me feel uncomfortable and sad for them. But....the worst of all is this so called gold cosmetic store.These people are harassing patrons at the mall!

First time setting foot in this year due to the pandemic, and I have to say the mall keeps getting better. New stores such as chick fil a and Jollibee are now open. With many more coming. All safety precautions are followed as well. For a time when many small businesses were going under, a lot of retail seems to have come in!

Jesus Christ I came here on a Sunday evening thinking it wouldn't be packed and I was dead wrong. The mall was basically filled to the brim with people. It figures since there's limited attractions available during COVID everyone was there. They ahave a Sanata Claus Booth and a Grinch booth which I thought was pretty cool. They have a great selection of stores and I got to enjoy some time in the Black Owned store. I would definitely recommend shopping here during the week so you will have space to walk.

STC is not a mall. It's a culture. Many different ethnic backgrounds and food vendors to add. A great place for family. Many businesses on site to visit as well as a few outside of the mall. Bus terminal is attached to the mall as well.

This mall houses about anything that you are looking for. I like walking here because its architecture makes it easy to locate the store you want to go to. This mall keeps on improving itself through the years. There is a spacious parking both on the ground and to an upper level. This mall represents the diversity of Scarborough. It never ran out of people and most passersby from the nearby TTC station.

I have been to Santa claus picture session for my son on Dec 08 at 6:45pm. I have booked 2 print copies. But I have not received any print copies. I have paid $20 extra. Either please refund my money or give me 2 print copies. Our was last appointment of the day and everybody were in rush. I didn't have chance to talk to them about pictures to be print. I once thought STC was a bigger Dufferin Mall. Not sure when they started expanding but now they're like a DMall and Eatons combined. I also like how they're handling capacity, especially washrooms. They have a monitor which counts how many people come and go.

Grew up here and lived across from it for a decade. The mall has gone through many changes and has now started to move towards more high end brands. Its easily accessible by ttc and GO as a station is attached to one of the entrances. There's a movie theater (cineplex), walmart, the bay, dollarama, the source, and various clothing stores both high end and general brands. They recently updated their food court so lots of food options. There is also ample parking and a street eats venue (food trucks) right across from the mall. The YMCA is also next to the mall. Lots of accessible entrances and is usually fairly clean. It does get very busy as it is a transit hub right off the 401 highway. There also various restaurants right on the perimeter of the parking lot - swiss chalet, jack astor's, milestone, scaddabush, baton rouge.

We're all here for the food court aren't we. In all honesty, nobody cares about the Walmart here there's one at Kennedy and Sheppard. It Chick-fil-A bro, that's all that's important here. And Bourbon Street grill but that's not as important. I'll take an order of spicy chicken sandwich with extra holiness and a side of paridoxically cut fries, with an Oreo milkshake on the side. Don't forget that they're closed on Sunday, and that's where Bourbon St and Manchu wok come in.

The centre is convenient and a fun place for my friends and family. Although the cinema wad closed, other facilities are open like the food court. New shops pop up and take over like one Japanese restuarant near the bridge and entrance into the STC. The bus station is connected to the other forms of mobility, so I pay once and I dont have to bring my card or coins out to ride. There is a nother entrance where I can meet my car ride out of the whole building that have less space for parking but there r seldom any cars occupying the spot during the afternoon. The TTC subway and the Blue 3 ???? on the top floor did not make me wait more than 7 minutes during the warm seasons. Both are loud and the 3 line often is accompanied with unoiled screeching. I do not know how to deal with lost items nor what happens to the stuff left behind by passengers. My great aunt finds shopping to be entertaining and relieving.

Going to this place you need to be ready to for a mall where most retailers are rather leaning towards price on a price/quality scale. This is a big generalization but you will most probably find it to be a pretty average shopping center in GTA area.

We went to Pearl Vision and was helped by Jane who was so informative and helpful. She was so patient and let us take our time. She didn't rush us and she gave us space which is so greatly appreciated as some employees can be so pushy. She definitely wasn't. We were able to find the perfect pair of glasses for my daughter and we left the store feeling happy with our purchases. The mall itself wasn't too busy. People are wearing masks and it wasn't over crowded which is nice.

Many great memories in this mall. I grew up in Scarborough and remember back in the 80's the floating giant balloons they had there. I recently visited this place with my girlfriend and the mall has been updated and changed. Very modern now and happy that it has survived many years. It is a great place to shop and eat at.

I was there at 1:30 on a Monday. Not crazy busy. A few stores had line ups to get in. Most stores you could go right in and there may be one person ahead of you at cash out. Lots of sales. Good prices. (mid Aug)

What can you say. Mall has everything you need. The Bay, Walmart, Chick-Fil-A, Tim Hortons, EB Games, Bell, Rogers, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama...so many more. If you have never shopped at the mall the configuration is a little strange but great mall to shop in. Almost everything you need and what is not there is across the street. Lots of parking and there are always spots available

Best Mall in the City, What you Need they got it all.. Only issue is it closes down at 7 on Sunday.. I mean why? what's wrong? Come On its Sunday atleast Make it open until 9 PM... One of the best malls in Toronto. Lots of flagship stores, lots of selection. Easy to access via public transit and lots of parking for motorists. Lots of fun events happen at STC. Cineplex is my favorite spot at STC, hoping they add a VIP movie experience soon too!

Plan your route ahead of time if you can. There are a lot of parking spots but the mall very spread out so you may need to do a lot of walking if you’re parked at the wrong entrance. Overall the mall is clean and pleasant to shop in. It’s easily accessible from the highway or by public transit.

Too expensive to shop here - With Walmart being the only exception. The driving entrance to the parking lot on the North East side (opposite the Swiss Chalet) is very badly designed - the entrance is too narrow even for 2 small vehicles to pass each other & to make matters worse it's at a weird angle too. And people drive like idiots through the intersection in front of the Walmart lower entrance. Mall Security is also not very good as lots of retail thefts have been reported.
