A smaller plaza, but still offers a good selection of stores. Mostly restaurants, but there is a BBq place, seafood store, general merchandise store and a donut / coffee shop amongst others. Parking can be tight.

Don’t let its looks deceive you! This place is packed and thriving all day and everyday! They have the best eats and desserts in the city (e.g. Coco, Snow Time, HiTea, Dumpling King, Made in China Hot Pot, Korean Grill BBQ, and that new hot pot place on the corner!) The locals know it’s the place to be on weekday nights and weekends!

Not really a MALL per se but has enough variety to keep everyone happy. There's a few bbt places like HiTea and M Cha Bar, a good hotpot place, a popular Taiwanese restaurant, a bingsu spot, and some good old-fashioned BBQ shops. Also I just found out today there's a big live seafood market! Oh - and Marathon Coffee and Tea is here too. Nothing exciting but a plaza that had all you want from a food standpoint.

I always come here for dessert or bubble tea. My fav spot is Marathon Cafe with their famous award winning milk tea, and a variety of Hong Kong style breakfast/brunch items.

A busy tight oddly shaped plaza on Midland and Silverstar with lots of food options but limited parking, one way signs on the roadways that nobody follows anyway. The Dumpling King to me anchors this whole plaza. Also has a Pho place and several bubble tea places.

Mainly a food plaza with free parking, but awkward to get in and out of as the lanes are narrow and corners sharp. Often difficult to get in and out with a number of cars parked in the side waiting for takeout orders making the lanes even more narrow. Quite a few bubble tea places and some restaurants. A very well established and popular Hong Kong style cafe, which is currently closed due to an accident involving a car (2020). You'll most likely know exactly what you're here for if you're headed here.

Edit: Lines were just repainted in the parking lot, so situation has improved. Thanks! One of the original Chinese plazas in Scarborough, good eats and bubble tea. Parking is especially bad now though since all the markers are completely faded. I witnessed 2 fender benders here myself, perhaps they should consider repainting the lines?
