A small strip mall on Steeles just east of Midland. Has a variety of stores primarily food-related places. Famously the plaza where Fishman Lobster Clubhouse used to be it before moving twice to it's current location on Kennedy and Finch. Has an excellent Churro Bar, and couple of Filipino places, a vet, and even a gas station.
