It's a small old school mall which needs serious updating. Stores are usually cluttered and many cheap items are sold here. No elevators or escalators in the back entrance for strollers or wheelchairs. I'm glad there are small business owners that can operate there, but it doesn't seem like it would be there for long

This mall has great stores- but half of them are closed. Not sure if they have plans to add more and new stores- never eatten there but have often gone to try on formal dresses- shoes and jewlery and usually am successful

Decent. But here’s a few problems. The mall could’ve been bigger, and there’s not that many stores in there. And it’s Kinda depressing when you look up. But they added some Christmas things to it to make it look like a regular mall. It 100% looks like a abandoned mall but it’s somehow still not closed forever. Also makes me very uncomfortable whenever I go there, so, it’s a Par for the course. 3 out of 5 stars from me.

Small small which in and of itself isn't a bad thing. Not always a lot of stores for regular shopping. So it's more specifically stuff. Which can be hit or miss. The place needs a big facelift. Wasnt always the cleanest and have seen quite a few security incidents over the years. I dont like my kids going there.

Easily accessible by public or private transit and has an array of clothing, haberdashery, utilitarian, fast food, groceries and social service offerings for the community. Lots of parking is available also. The prices in the stores are also reasonable and the variety sufficiently reflects the low-cost of most items. Nice, low-key hang out spot if you just want to eat or muse without the noise or fuss of a more urban mall.

Mall is a cultural immigration hangout, with people sitting around doing nothing, not working, so uncomfortable and a disgruntled experience. Run down looking, and the feeling you will be robbed. Stay away unless you are desperate, tough, and have no means to go elsewhere.

This place is alright, the food is great ! The only problems are : 1) Too many high school kids on weekdays especially during lunch and after school. 2) The security guards will ask you to remove your hoody off your head especially if you're a black male,there are no visible signs prohibiting such. 3) The barber shop downstairs has the worst waiting times.Cut Creator @Malvern Mall ,it's good that they have a sign in sheet, only problem is people leave and return, so others keep waiting & waiting ..other than that ,they're a great bunch of guys ,haircuts are up to par.

Literally go there to get Panda Chinese, and to pick up parcels when canada post leaves them at the office there. The whole mall is just clinging on. Its never been great, mostly "B" brand stores, but nowadays they have a hard time filling even 2/3 of their retail spaces.

I asked one of said employees for a shoe size and she literally rolled her eyes. then she completely switched up and was super nice towards different customers who had a darker skin tone. other employee acted similar towards us.

Google said I last visited there six days ago, nope! Haven't been there in two years. Rumor has it the owner will chopped the mall in half (yes, you read that right!) to sell one half to condo developers, while the other half remains a mall. With its two biggest anchors stores gone (Shopper's & No Frills) and more store closings then store openings. Time will tell how true that bizarre rumor is.

Not the best place. Good for regular people and popular among the communities elders. You can see at least 20-30 of them hanging out during the day. McDonald's n the Scotiabank are the places with most crowd. Not so much crowd in other shops.No fixed price in most of these shops. If you like bargaining a lot. You found your place. You can relay on this place for emergency daily needs. If quality is your priority, try the Scarborough town centre.

One can stroll leisurely in this mall that also has a food court. I like this place. Unfortunately, two of its important tenants, No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart have moved out. Unless new tenants are found for the spaces vacated, I wonder what will happen to this mall. Update 2018/02/13: There is a new large supermarket coming soon in the space vacated by both No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart. This will provide a lot of competition to the New Frills on McLevin Avenue behind.

Hope to see a revitalized mall in upcoming years as the actual structure has been a huge part of the community. The mall has been through a lot in the past few years, but the addition of planet fitness and food land has helped it some. The back of the mall houses a great barber shop, a wonderful West Indian store and the best place to get wings in malvern. the actual mall is very much a town mall, fast food joints along the perimeter, a couple jewelry stores, three independent dollar stores, two bubble tea shops and a bunch of “I don’t know how they’re open” stores.

I mostly come here for groceries at Freshland. Their groceries are cheaper, but quality could be hit or miss. Garlic and ginger are also sold in bunches...cause Asian. I like that they have a variety of ethnicities here. The Butcher is also nicer than a lot of the other Asian grocery stores.

Anchor store are Labels and Freshland Supermarket. There are varieties of shops inside...from fancy dresses, shoes stores, bubble tea, dollar stores, food court, banks, salons, a gym on the outside and even the Unemployment center place and immigration center. The mall need a face lift tho and a a new food court. I have 4 stars not for being fancy but for being a good place where u can get alot of quality items on a budget.

Malvern mall is not the kinda mall you go shopping with your friends. It is basically only useful for the tiny food court and the couple of fast food restaurants on the outside of the mall.

I have lived in Malvern for more than 30 years before I moved and this places always had everything you needed. The area is not always the greatest and the building is old but there has always been a store there that catered to your needs. Need clothes? No problem! Groceries? Got It! Need new electronics/tv/phones? It's there! Look past the reputation of Malvern and look at the content of the mall. This is a valuable piece of real estate for all residents in the area.

This poor mall needs some TLC, i do appreciate the mom-in-pop stores but the mall food court/food vendor options are sad, there is no cool stores for the younger folks living in and around that mall. Its more for the elders, you mostly see seniors in that mall. Its pretty much a community landmark that is not maximizing on a opportunity to attract young entrepreneurs.

It's like a no frills mall. If you expect to find big brands with the latest fashion you are better off at scarbrough town center. But if you are looking for cheap non branded goods, this is your spot. They have a few fastfood places here. But as I said, it's only for cheap no name clothes, shoes, electronics. Freshland is massive! Really glad they made it clean, nice and bright. Cash registers are a bit slow. Prices are pretty good. Meats are pretty fresh. Bakery could use a little more work! Fresh food looked good. Fruits are pretty good too. Will be going back!

Over the years, despite the fact that the Malvern area has grown and developers, the quality of the mall has steadily diminished; just very poorly managed and a lot of missed revenue potential. The mall desperately needs a refresh - new, better stores and a cleaner, more modern look would better serve the community's needs.

It's not the most exciting place, but it has a couple of stores that I would go to. There's a small Chinese bakery with the usual BBQ pork buns and so on. And there's a McDonald's, Subway, KFC, Pizza-Pizza and a couple of Asian food places. I think you can get a really good amount of food for the price. They must have recently added the "Your Dollar Store with More" because there used to be a Dollarama in the very same spot. That store has a lot of decent items and a broader selection than the usual Dollarama. It's much better organized and not overrun with tons of people. A special selection of the items though are not in the $1.25 range, but those slightly more expensive items are what really makes this a very good place to visit over the usual Dollarama. I highly recommend this store, especially if you are looking for some nice boxes with covers.

To many foreign owners that don't serve. They are too busy talking on the phone speaking foreign languages, and some stores smell heavily from their confirmed lunches. I complained to head office. She could barely speak English. Never again.

The mall isn't some huge big brand mall. But more of a mall for the community, to run sick errands too, and get some necessities from. There are eating joints, stores, some random stores too that are hard to believe that they haven't closed down. However they really lack a Tim Hortons, which is absurd that they still haven't got one there. The mall it's full of students from near by schools, which keeps the food joints running. And Freshland for groceries, and a gym. Plus the back of the mall contains the best wings and great fries too. Overall the mall is a great place for the community to use to get by.

This is a plaza style center with various shops. Clothes, groceries, hair products, supplies, jewelry, home goods and fast food restaurants. At the back of the center is a convenience store (with post office) and Caribbean food. Its not bad for those on a budget looking to buy certain things. If you like movies and reggae/calypso music, check out the kiosk near the entrance by the Scotiabank.

Ooooh the childhood memories! I remember coming here when I was very little and have not been back since - until a week ago. This is essentially a dead mall and it is stick in the 1980s with that classic mauve and mint green colour scheme. It is comprised almost entirely of little independent retailers and has a tiny food court..it is currently anchored by Labels ???? where I think once upon a time there was a Zellers. Remember Zellers? There is a Planet Fitness on site and a downstairs that leads to a little strip of retailers out the back. An old, unupdated McDonald's with outside access. Weird, time capsule mall.

I walked over to this mall after having a blood test at the Life Lab across the road. Hoping to find somewhere I could have lunch and a glass of wine. But there are no 'adult' restaurants in the area at all! But I could obtain McDonald's and some crack! Unless you live close by and do not have a car I see no reason to go to this mall. It is overrun with students (I will give then the benefit of the doubt on that label). Rent a cops are everywhere but they seem to just watch the drugs exchanging hands. I walked behind one guy, watched him palm off drugs with a dude walking past, then he stood talking to the 'security guard' because, obviously they were buddies!

This mall has come a long way since I first visited. The stores are all slowly improving in variety and it has all the necessities of a small size mall. The best place to eat is HongFood in the food court, as I drive about 15 minutes to eat here for lunch often. Great prices for high quality food.

Big infrastructure, this mall has literally everything we are looking for except Walmart pretty much. They gave big Parking infrastructure. I basically went to Pizza Pizza here, and I easily got a spot to park my car. They also have McDonalds in them. Will definitely visit soon !!

This mall has been forced to be a low attendance mall by the public due to YEARS of media stigmatism. It is a beautiful building with services we use i.e, watch repair, eyeglass and eye tests, food and local community promotions. Do come and buy, as we know the main malls means deep pockets.

The mall overall is like any basic mall , random unknown stores. Majority of the stores inside the mall were dress stores , shoe stores and little cheap boutiques that sold jewelry from the early 2000s.

No name stores except McDonald's. No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart opened a block away. A new supermarket is opening soon. If you like the stores, atmosphere or live close by then you will probably go there. For me I prefer Scarborough Town Centre. It is clean inside and well kept.

It is a strip plaza with a large Asian grocery store, Freshland and several smaller chain fast food stores. Freshland has a wide assortment of groceries and take out food. The other large store called Hart is fairly new and has an assortment of items - like a large Bi-Way or Towers of days past. These two are at opposite ends of the strip. There are other small stores in the enclosed mall between them. Good sized parking lot.

Although I haven't registered with PF I've been there as a guest and it's beautifully designed, cleaned, and well maintained. If I wasn't registered with another gym this would have been a great location because of its distance and also if your not comfortable with your body people don't stare and judge you. The only thing is there's no sauna.

Not many options in the food court. There are a few stores which are not big brands or franchises; just locally run businesses. Freshland is good for grocery shopping but doesn't have an entrance from the mall. The parking lot is a long walk in winters especially for those who do not own a car and have to take TTC.

I haven't been going into this Mall recently due to the presence of security at the entrances asking if you have symptoms of COVID. It's got to be a pain having to answer the same questions every time one enters the mall. I give it 2 stars for that reason.

Across from this mall is a community health Center. It has a Public health dental office there that provides dental treatment for low income seniors and children. They also treat adults on Ontario works and Ontario disability benefits. They have many other programs at this center.

The Town Centre was clean & quiet...hopefully it will be more boisterous once the lockdown is lifted with continued reduction in covid infections & deaths. NO deaths in Ontario today. Yay! Freshland Supermarket was clean & shopping there was efficient. Flame Shawarma & Grill was excellent! They have meat & seafood on their menu, but I had a small veggie combo. Absolutely delish! The kind & friendly server added extra stuff like chunks of baked sweet potatoes, tomatoes, pickles & onions to the overstuffed takeout container????????. I'm so happy to support our local restaurants.

Enough and more parking, various shops and Scotia Bank is available. A newcomer centre and various restaurants are also available. Mobile phone repair centers, accessories sellers and packages could be bought here. Shoes, clothes are also available

This mall is unfortunately dying as years go by due to low foot traffic. But it has some gem stores that are my go to places for certain items. I just hate that they make everyone take off their hoods. Security will kick you out if you had your hood on.

It's a small mall compares to Fairview or Yorkdale. It has a bank, a big brand new supermarket, a McD, a few stores..... Good for quick shopping and not break the bank! Especially the new supermarket, it has a big "food court" area for Eastern (dim sum, meat & vegetable dishes, bubble teas....)/Western (curried chicken/ fried chicken/ french fries...)& Japanese food plus Chinese BBQ & breads. They also has a place to eat.

I love this place. This is a place where I have all the places I need to go and get everything that I need for minimum amount and for my day to go great. First, I go shopping, then I can go grocery shopping, wherein in the same place, you can get everything that you need from big things to small things and then end up eating where you have lots of food choices to choose from.

We had a funeral for family member and we purchased a $120 dress to bury her in, we did not get the right size. We return to it to get our money back and they would not refund the money. We still have the dress and cannot used it. Have to bury her in another one. WERE I AM FROM THAT DOES NOT HAPPENED. U.S THE BEST. TAXES ARE CRAZY. FORTUNATE ITS JUST A PLACE I AM VISITING.

The Chinese food place called panda has been a go to for me for over 10 years great price and food is great. The rest of the mall is run down and dying. There usually most units empty or closed and there's very few store with anything of quality. The entire mall needed an update 20 years ago. This mall is a local hangout for elderly men and people who talk to them self's. Prepare to be asked for change while your eating.

I went in freshworld. Asked one associate whether they had a particular type of fish. He replied rudely "no English". This is Canada and you have to understand English. No one in Canada could talk like this specifically in a shop.

I like this mall, has pretty much everything you need. theres a no frills, Mcdonald, pizza pizza, kfc and bank. The only thing is the Customer service of some store specially the lotto both the chinese guy there is really bad in customer service. theres somebody buying s token from him and they ask how much is it? and he is kind of insulting saying its in the the paper, pointing the list. he is not helpful at all and he is just playing with his phone, if i dont really need the one that i bought from him i will really return it. just feel bad about the kids. also with the mobile store my experience with my husband, we are trying to get a phone and look for a plan that suit us, so we ask the guy but he is not helpful at all. he is like pushing us away. i told my husband to go somewhere to get the plan than doing business with that sarcastic guy.

Nice place for families. Got good halal food and 2 bubble tea shops. Could do better with more food options though. Stores are fine. Has a good quality dollar store that might be better than Dollarama. The Chinese grocery Freshland is excellent in quality. Overall, a descent place to get most of the regular shopping done. The mall is decent, got some of the staple food places like a McDonald's, a pizza pizza, a KFC/tacobell. Some of the better places to eat in my opinion are at the back of the mall outside, there is a good wings place(YUM). Some of the big name stores but it seems to be a lot more independent stores.

Malvern town centre is there just for food, has subway, McDonald's, KFC, Taco Bell, some Chinese food, and real fruit. Other POI 2 dollar stores, a Scotia bank, planet fitness, etc. Not much to do unless you have a reason to be there.

This mall has lots of parking and easily accessible entrances. There is a service Canada, optometrist (dr. Maisy Lam - highly recommend her) located in the mall. Lots of clothing shops, household goods stores, mostly private stores but interesting products. The food court is simple and quaint, yet very busy during lunch time. There is a Chinese bakery and a Juice store along with a tailoring shop at the west end of the mall. Behind the mall, on the lower level, there are lots of mini grocery and take out stores and a Canada post office as well.

It is a relatively small mall with places just to get your neccesities. The cafeteria has limited options. I would recommend to eat from Hong Food. I love that place. It is cheap and delicious. The mall does not consist of any brand name shops. Its just a mall you can go for a little bit. Nothing to exciting.
