I bought a watch off Amazon a few years back and recently (like a year ago) the self winder broke so I bring it into the "experts". The manual winder is broken and the watch doesn't tick. Apparently it's not broken though, as I've been told several times by these people. Maybe they should hire actual experts in store and outside because it doesn't take a genius to realize the watch doesn't work. Brutal place, never going there again.

The diamond store! Great knowledgeable staff. Large selection of diamonds and gem jewelry. Excellent service. Thank you Jason (Mgr) and Sue (certified). Always have shopped at People's Jewelers since 1977. They offer certified warranty on diamond purchases, with life time cleaning, trade-in, and repair service. You know you are getting a real diamond at People's Jewelers!

Repairs aren’t properly done resulting in more problems with items purchased there. Manager does not care about the customer, poor experience every time I go and have to deal with the manager when one of the other ladies isn’t available.

Typically, I enjoy this location. Today, I can honestly say that I am very disappointed in the staff. There were two staff working, and yes, they were with customers. But, neither acknowledged that I was there. No greeting, no "one moment please", no courtesy at all. Neither lady could even make eye contact to acknowledge me. They left me to wait with no attempts at any customer service for over 10 minutes. So, I happily took my business to Savoy's.
