I will not return to this store, the young girl LOUDLY yelled at me when I entered the store. I have 5 children and I don't speak to my kids that way. As I made my purchase she continued to laugh in my direction. Other patrons were in the store at this time. I work for a large firm and I have advised my colleagues to avoid this store due to the extremely rude sales staff. Its very unfortunate and disappointing.

Excellent!!! Quantity and quality. At first I thought the prices were too high then I proceeded to look at the materials and the lifetime guarantee and Eddie Bauer can’t be beat. (Crazy sales help too) The staff was beyond helpful even after I tried on every men’s jacket in the store. I found “the one” for me and I’m glad I decided to shop there. Signed up for the adventure rewards card. Excited to shop for my camping supplies in the spring. This is my new go to store

As a long time Eddie Bauer customer I am pleased that there is now a store in Sault Ste Marie. I visit regularly and have increased my wardrobe significantly with several shirts (5) and sweaters (5). Yesterday I went looking to see if the store had started to receive spring/summer wear. I purchased 2 golf shirts but none of the shorts fit me. Their largest waist size is 40. I suggested to the staff that men in the Sault need larger sizes- at least 42 but probably 44-46- especially in shorts and pants. They said I speak with my wallet and suggested I write a review so here it is. We'll see if anyone at the corporate office is listening. BTW- their staff provide excellent service. They are knowledgeable and not intrusive. Derek was great yesterday.
