Here you have all the feddbacks of real people who purchase the services and products of Birchwood Mall (Mall) in the territory of Sarnia-Clearwater (Canada).
Nowadays this business has a score of 3.7 over 5 and the score is based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is really high, and it is founded on a very large number of opinions, so we may be quite sure that the assessment is very faithful. If many people have bothered to value when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to set tatings when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
Nice place to come with kids on a rainy day. Get a fun shopping cart and drive around. There are more food options when you walk across the parking lot.
A lot of stores have closed in recent years and there's only a few food options but sabero is gonna open soon ☺️☺️
Birchwood is Fort Gratiot / Port Huron's local mall. It is nothing special. It is fairly small. It has most of the stores that a person needs. It even has a movie theater and food court. If you need to get some walking done and stay warm in the winter time I would suggest the mall as it is a nice place to walk around.
This mall is very clean! My kids loved the marry go round it’s beautiful. Good food selection in food court, also has all my favorite stores to shop at win win we will be back ????
They still got some good shops
My favorite store there, Sleeping Tiger Imports, is no more. ???? Birchwood Mall used to be my go-to. I really only go there for Bath & Body Works, Target, and Planet Fitness now. It's not a bad mall though. It's okay.
Half the store are moving out
Seems like a fun mall! Sad to see it so empty
It's so nice to go to the mall these days. No crowds! ????
Not a lot of stores in it but I like the fact that it's not an overcrowded mall like some are.
Love to shop here before very nice kind and you can get what you want
At Target team members very helpful ????
Going downhill and fast! Seeing stores boarded up and more closing, is rather disappointing. Just get rid of it and put an arcade in or something. Keep the kids out of the streets.
Gosh, I luv Target. It's such a great place to shop & look around. There's just something wonderfully about that store. I always look forward to going there. Great employees & Great Store.
Not a whole lot of stores but its better than no stores at all. It's usually clean and tidy. Easy access to all stores. Mostly friendly staff. Has a food court and movie theater as well. It's no Mall of America but it serves its purpose and does so admirably.
Looked around for work boots/shoes...bigger selection at Meijer...good for younger people or to get exercise
I had to come here to stop by LensCrafters to get my glasses fixed. I have a hard time walking so I called into LensCrafters and the most thoughtful caring woman that worked there came out to the van picked my glasses up brought him back out to me and I was never charged a penny. Whoever you are you renewed my face that they're still good and in people with these times that we're living in right now. Again thank you so much you do not know how much I appreciated that. I hope you get to see this review, you know who you are, and know that I wish you the best of holidays and my enormous gratitude to you. Thank you again. Ed M.
Like most of America's malls, poor Birchwood seems to be going the way of the T-Rex. There are several empty storefronts visible right as you walk in. No idea if/when they will be filled. This was one of my favorites as a kid because of the still-operating carousel. The carousel is what makes this mall special, for sure.
Would love to give a higher rating... seems the the place is waiting to close its doors.. most of the building is empty. Hate to see it like this.
Dying mall still has a few good stores if you're in a pinch. Food court actually has some pretty good food options.
Fantastic, clean location.
There is convenient parking and Target store is listed on south side. Always neat and clean.
A great place to walk and shop!!!
Sadly many vacant store fronts
Great mall for power walking. Who needs Planet Fitness when you can walk thousands of square feet of uninhabited real estate? The area's finest indoor track...
The mall was pretty mty of stores... I'd find a better spot to go too...
Haven't walked through the entire place, I have only been to planet fitness and the food court (hehe). Planet fitness is wonderful, it is a great atmosphere and gets you pumped up just being in there. The food court is bigger than expected, and the Chinese food there is okay.
Love this beautiful mall. It is very accommodating for children and moms. We had a wonderful afternoon out
This was one of my favorite places growing up, and as someone who loves malls in general, it's sad to see fewer and fewer of them that are quality. Hope this one pulls through all the craziness going on.
Walking the mall
Some great stores in this mall. Clean mall & bathrooms. Always seems to be pleasantly decorated for whatever season it is. A definite go to when in the States. I love the area with the movie playing & comfy seats for those with kids that need a break.
Improvements have been made over the years. Some really great stores within, days parking outside to get in and out with your items. The layout isn't too bad and although there food court is small, they often have a small attraction or two in the centre for kids. Definitely a good stop if your passing by and need to pick up a few things.
Used to visit this mall as a teenager before I graduated from PHN in 2007. The mall has rearranged and some things have closed while they still have stores remain and they have even opened new ones. Was nostalgic and served my shopping purpose!
Jake Moore help me out alot. Was from out of town different set up. But Jake Moore really great young man
Better online then in store
That place has really changed since I was a kid going there! Use to be full of life
Always very quiet even when the parking lot is full. Its amazing to go here with friends or even alone and just walk around, buy a few things :)
This is a great place to shop. Unfortunately there are not as many stores is there used to be. They still have a wonderful food court and our grandchildren really appreciate the carousel. There are still four major department stores, a lot of interesting novelty stores, other chain stores, and a very nice theater. You can get everything from athletic gear to eyeglasses and telephones. I think it's fun to go there and just do a little window-shopping.
Target one stop shop. Checkout person was pleasant and helpful. Thinking next visit, I'll record the items, I couldn't get but still need to get.
What options do you have in PH? It's a cookie cutter mall with cookie cutter merchandise. It's not their fault. If there were more diverse cultures in the area there would be more uniqueness. It's a great place for your generic needs.
Birchwood Mall is great, but it needs to evolve, and try new things in order to stay alive. Unfortunately with the popularity of online retailers such as Amazon, etc. it is very hard for a mall of this size to strive. I prefer to buy my clothing, shoes, etc in person, so I will support these stores for as long as I can. I would hate to see it go, as I have fond memories of this place.
Still has a few stores worth checking out...very sad to see it so empty.
I love going shopping here. Most places are leaving now and thats ???? sad..
Food is delicious
Love this place, but sadly looks like a ghost town
My daughter needed stuff for Homecoming and found a lot during our visit.
Not that much to do. The only stores I care about are Hot Topic and Bath & Body Works sometimes Yankee Candle and Target. Spencer's once in awhile. Other than that I rarely go to any other store in there. But my new favorite is definitely Five Below.
Not much to this mall, but it does have free Wi-Fi and a couple great stores including Target and some clothing and shoe stores. I'm sure kids enjoy the merry-go-round in the food court.
Too many stores are gone
Ghost town. The stores that ate left seem blasé and tired
Fun place for the family
I really like the variety here, where I'm from the malls are so dreary and depressing. It's so bright and it's always mixed with the smells of the different stores, from Bath and Body Works to journeys shoes the possibilities are endless. Not to mention the 5 Below is attached right to the mall.
I love to go here and I'm so happy its safe to go back
Having lived on the Port Huron area all of my life, it really saddens me to see what is happening to the local mall. Birchwood has always been around but, in the past 5 years there has been a noticeably steep decline. Recently almost all of …
It was a good trip! We went to see the fireworks, next yr we will try to get a little closer.
Unfortunately the state of this mall has been going downhill for the past few years. It used to be very busy and had many retailers so it was bustling even as past as 2017. However now Birchwood Mall is on its deathbed and is nothing compared to how I knew it was since I first came here in 2012. Macy’s, Carsons and other national retailers, good stores such as Yankee Candle and Justice have left and even local stores struggle here. Remaining stores are not that busy, but it is hard to get good customer service as employees are always on their phones or have just given up because they know that the mall is going downhill without any hope. Even at Auntie Anne’s I was not served for some 10 minutes and was charged extra from the price stated on the menu, prices are definitely rising from unreasonable rent. The only good stores left are the larger ones like Target, JCPenney, Dunhams Sports and Five Below. PS: To my surprise they had a neat art store with a Hannah Montana poster that reminded me of my childhood. Fortunately the corridor around the mall is still going strong and retailers are still investing in renovations and online shopping to compete and move forward. Can’t say the same about this mall, hopefully redevelopment will come soon and perhaps an outdoor mall/lifestyle centre or strip mall will take its place and the few popular stores will get a fresh start.
I swung up there when I was home visiting for the holidays. It looked so sad. Macy's is no longer there. There are a lot of stores closed. It would be nice to see more life coming back.
Pretty big mall but they should get a couple more "Named Brand" stores. I must say that dollar store in there is very bad. I stopped in for napkins and they don't sell napkins.?!! The other items in that store looked like they paid a nickle for every item and some items were selling for over a dollar. I don't like when they call themselves the dollar store, yet a cheap 2 pack pair of no named socks were $2.99. Beware! I give a great rating especially to the food court with the real carousel the kids love to ride!
So many stores and choices!! Movie theater is a huge plus! You've got to try Knockerball while there!
This place is the most uninhabited mall I've ever been too. Come here to enjoy a good book. There are lots of seating areas, where stores have closed in the past. The best thing this mall has going for it is the tattoo parlor.
I do hope this mall stays around for many many more years, it is a great place to wander around in and shop with the choices they still have. I gave 4 star because they need to be marketing new stores in there, one’s people will shop at and keep them going. Running a business anymore with amazon and EBay is difficult rising taxes are as well. Fellow humans go outside, take that drive to the mall. Keep our towns/cities from turning into an online ghost town. The world around us is changing and we are not.
This place is disappearing fast. I went through to see what stores were left after coming through Target and stopped at the college sports apparel store ( can't remember the name), Shoe Dept. and Hot Topic. The stores that are left were ok.
Empty
Good mall, it looks like a ghost town tho. Nothing wrong on the malls part, just they're not as popular.
Better then lake side mall.
If your in the Port Huron area stop by and support the local area!
One of my favorite malls since it opened. Been going there forever. Love the carousel great food court. Wish more stores where available. Sad to see so many leaving.
Limited grocery selection, but overall good store.
The mall itself is nice. But it is pretty empty at the moment. It's kinda nice to walk around in an uncrowded indoor space! So that's a positive. Hopefully it can return to it's former busy self!
There was a very good deal at Shoe Depot. Staff was very friendly. They gave an extra discounts on Sketchers. I'll visit there every time I pass Port Huron.
It used to be a great mall when I moved up here in 2006. Now it's.....just the worst, which is really too bad.
Nice place
No complaints
One word: Carousel - this is a must visit mall when you have little ones. The carousel is just delightful. Lots of other fun stuff in the court and great food selections. This is the only mall I shop at during the Christmas season, because the stores are stocked and the mall is not crowded. The movie theater has giant reclining seats and is super cheap on Tuesdays.
Not alot left there
ABSOLUTELY USED TO LOVE BIRCHWOOD MALL!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Depends on what you are shopping for, all the stores are going out of business …
Love coming here , much to shop for and food
I have loved going here since the eighty's. When the Mall was first opend.
Great, small town mall! cute stores, no big box stores other than Target and JC Penny. Nice area, one floor. Nice variety of fun stores.
The Chinese food in the court is the bomb ???? ???? ????
Reason I gave a rating of 4 stars is because many shops have closed down over the years and it's sad to say because some of them were my favorite. Such as: Sears, Dollar USA, Carson's, RadioShack, and many others. Birchwood Mall still provides good shops and decent quality food at the food court. Swing on in and see for yourself.
Very nice and huge Birchwood Mall is an enclosed shopping mall located in Fort Gratiot Township, outside the city of Port Huron, Michigan, United States. It is owned and managed by Rouse Properties, one of the largest mall owners in the United States
Lots of empty storefronts
It’s so upsetting to see so many stores closing.
New to area. My daughter lives the carousel.(is only $1 and parents ride for free with child) Mall is clean, but noticed a lot of empty store spaces. Unfortunately i feel most malls are ending up like that with all the online shipping
Mall used to be awsome but now a lot of stores are leaving.
By mall standards it's kinda small but it has all the usual spots. Not a bad place overall.
This mall has improved so much through the years! Great place to hang out, grab some food, shop and watch movies. They even have a free movie showing area inside! Awesome indoor play place for kids too!
I am glad some vendors have returned, but we need more places back in Mall to make a better shopping experience.
Not very much left to shop.
It has a Target, and besides Trader Joe's what could be better about tbe American shopping experience?
Hardly any stores in there anymore.
This mall is on It’s way back. It is a few more stores away from becoming its own indoor downtown.
All the " good" stores started closing! Even though they still have nice stores here it started to turn more in to a "village mall". The people are super friendly! Great for the necessary.
Great place
We only visited the food court to pickup dinner, place is pretty empty even Burger King is closed. Many businesses have left the Mall and moved to smaller strip malls in the area.
This mall is so janky.
Imma be honest the only thing I did was walk around it so I could get in my steps but as muggy as it was outside today it was a very cool atmosphere inside and I've been there before shopping it seems like every time I go another store seems to close but other than that it's a great place
Been going here since a kid it has your traditional amount of stores. You have your cell phone stores Target Dunham's Planet Fitness new stores include Headspace Salon, Great Lakes gaming, mostly which has a lot of local artists for Etsy like products and paintings brand new bakery at the old Burger King location and Sbarro's pizza is back and of course for the kids the merry-go-round only $1 have to pay cash and it opens after 3 p.m.
Keep shopping local! Hate to see this place leave.
Far but good service.
I love Target!
By far my favorite mall plenty to do and the security is super chill
Great place to just take a stroll.
Nice place but I wish they wouldn't of closed Macy's and Carson's.
I love this mall. Always clean, never over crowded, plenty of stores to shop from, and even a variety of food vendors to grab lunch. Can't wait for restrictions to lift from covid so that the mall goes back to normal 100%.
I only shop at Dunham outdoor sports. ????
Not much left in this mall Disappointing!
I like this mall although it's not my favorite and is the only one available at Fort Gratiot Township. Sadly, Macy's store will soon be closing its doors for good; Subway restaurant has suffered the same fate as some other chain stores as well. I'm hoping that the entire mall doesn't close down.
The mall was really empty for a Saturday. I went there for Lenscrafters.
Lots of fun here! Everything starting to open up again
The mall area doesn't open until 10:00. You used to be able to enter earlier, and walk. ????
Good but dead.
I'm not big on malls but this one is fine. Seems to have a lot of vacancy, but otherwise good enough. The merry-go-round and play area are nice if you have young kids and there's always plenty of parking.
Great mall full of great stores for Canadian shoppers! Highly recommend checking out Birchwood Mall, they have a great food court with lots of options. Lots of free parking and local restaurants located close by.
Great place. They keep it very clean. I have very rarely had any kind of issue while shopping here. I would strongly suggest this mall to my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.
Really nice mall with lots of stores. They've made some nice mods to the mall recently, adding a little "theatre" were you can sit down for free and watch a movie with the family. Today's Wreck It Ralph was playing. Fairly clean facility, has a play area for kids, and the food court has an indoor merry-go-round. A nice place for cross boarder shopping.
Quiet as ever. Sure is a breath of fresh air without too many people
I have loved this mall since I was a kid. Looks like a new store is moving back in!
It feels sad. The stores are a little run down, selection is off, and customers are few and far between. Most of the stores you want to go to are out on the street. There's an attached Target, but there's really no reason to leave the Target to go in the mall. Oh, there is a carousel, so that's fun for the kids.
Good place to shop and get some exercise
The mall is very clean and kept up on. But there is very little shops in there. When you go there you could visit 5 stores before you actually see other customers. All the stories are great in the food section has a lot. This mall will definitely be empty in approximately 10 years. The big stores are the only thing that keeps it going anymore. So if you are looking for a relaxing day to just walk around the mall and go inside shops. This may not be the place for you. But if you are going to a certain shop inside the mall then it does serve that purpose.
Love targets prices. So clean. Nice place to shop. Nice customer service
Its slowly dying. Quiet and no crowds. If you need to get something its in and out rather quickly now..
Place is losing more stores everytime I go there. It's sad too see... especially when I was a part of the grand opening of that mall many years ago. I am a hometown native. Been here for more than 40 years.
Sorry but mall is not any good no more is dieing
No reason to complain. Not a lot open locally. Parking was good. Stores were well stocked.
Lots of stores missing now a days, miss the old days when every stor was there!
Basically a ghost town. Very limited benches providing seating.
I love shopping at Dunhams..They offer amazing coupons and discounts.
Music was way to loud and things were not where they should be. Very strange layout.
Worst place to buy a car. 100 employees that know nothing no clue about anything. They wanna sell but your no one once you leAve with thier over priced factory seconds they sell. Try sell you all kinda extras that do 0 for you. Go to small dealer pay few bucks more its worth it
Stopped at Dunhams for some .22 ammo and got a good deal ! Hot Topic is staffed by friendly and helpful staff . Stephanie likes this place also . Interesting choise of apparrel !
Me and my friend are in wheelchairs and it's fun to ride through the building and go to the restaurant and eat
It's been a LONG time since I stepped foot in there. I just remember the staff at Victoria secret where very rude.
Check out GREAT LAKES GAMING BEST PLACE FOR MAGIC, POKEMON, and other card games, Also good Chinese food and smoothies
Great to see the mall make a come back. We love the smoothie place and flaming wok
What can I say Target rocks great prices easy.
A good place to shop. You can take your kids to play. ???? is there at Christmas. This is also a good place to exercise at Planet Fitness or just walk in the main corridors.
Left it love it
Love this place.
Hardly any good stores left in there. I really don't like walking from one in to the other searching for what I want.
This mall has changed ownership to the better I will be going there more.
Gone down
Endless shopping pleasure. Plenty of great shops to choose from. Take your time and browse and eat and enjoy your time here. Young or old,, come on down to the mall.. See you there. ????????
I like this mall one of my favorites. It's not super crowded. Their food court is awesome !
The mall is on a slow comeback. It still needs another couple of anchor stores which my not happen with the trend of strip malls and stand a lone stores.
Hsppy to see bath and body is still there great sales going on lots of free smells
Not many stores left. At least the carousel was still running.
Went to target. Very quiet wow
The Mall use to be nice and a place to shop. There are Employees in certain stores that don't care about going to work as a customer You can stand in a store surrounded by workers talking to one another. I get it that your everything is closing but Your workers need to give a DAMN
Their underwear last for ever and is very comfortable and great clearance prices..
Love this mall, wish more stores would come back instead of going to online. The mall holds a special place in my heart
This town has fond memories for me.1st and foremost grandparents had a place there we visited often. Had coworker who had s radio show there. Also visited this mall before. Nice beach on the drive up. My dad did a marathon in this city. Understand the city is now growing with different housing types. My folks invited me on a trip up to Lexington which is above my grandparents old location.
Ok place to shop. Good Chinese take out.
Lots of empty spaces. What is left at mall has a nice selection of stores
Found what I needed great place to shop.
Very nice store's r clean
Not a lot left here as is common with a lot of traditional malls these days. But still a nice place to wander on a cold day when you need to escape the house
The craft show there was great!
Compared to great lakes outlet. I didn't feel like i was walking through Baghdad. Prices were fair for a mall... Loved the theater, never sat in a reclining chair …
Is a great mall for the area. By no means is it a massive mall but has all your essential stores. A 5 min drive from the Canadian border always clean and not overcrowded
Went to pick up a webcam that the website said they had 2 in stock. They did not have any in stock. Wasted trip went to Staples across the street and they had several for a good price availabke.
Not a whole lotta good stores, everywhere is so expensive
Few stores left in this place.
Love it her target is great sad that the mall is pretty empty
Needs to perk up a bit, but still love it!
I went there to use the Post Office. It is truly sad that the mall has only a few stores open. It is truly a nice place. Also it is very sad that it is being sold.
Economy has given this place a beating in recent years, now covid-19 is making it harder. I'm hopeful that things will turn around we need more choices around here
Unfortunately this mall like many others are falling on hard times. The stores that remain are good.
Y'all should bring add a Ross dress for less in this mall this store is so nice bring something from fl new to the area like that and citi trends plus size woman stores outlet wear cheap clothes stores affordable burlington dollar stores would be nice consider adding some stores like this be nice to shop at we have no plus size clothes stores that nice add a garfield's back resteraunt that was a good place to eat add a chick fillet there for customers to go to that is a good fast food five guys is nice to eat at add like a place for fun in this mall indoor floor trampoline fun center more shoe stores would be nice. Affordable shoe carnival
I used to go to this mall all the time when we would drive over to Port Huron. It used to be good, but now it sucks. There is hardly anything there anymore. I will definitely not be back anytime soon.
Wow! As a Canadian this has always been our favorite place to go! Stores that aren't available here and a lot of variety! This Time, not so much! It's a ghost town! You know it's bad when there are even empty spots in the food court! So disappointed! And the stores we liked Hollister for one. They're all gone! At least Target and the other big stores are still there for now!
Several great stores. Love the theater, the carousel, the pretzels etc
Good parking. Unfortunately, the anchor stores that we liked, are now gone. The remaining stores are not a draw for us. I don't expect we will be back very often.
Used to be dead and sad in the last decade. My last visit had new stores lots of customers and was full of life. Hopefully Birchwood Mall keeps going in thit direction.
Mall has seen better days
Nice little mall in Port Huron if you’re visiting I would stop by still has some decent stores movie theater fitness center hopefully stays in business great asset to Port Huron. Has a great play area for the kids
Not much open inside but went and did everything we needed in the store that were open. Need to start going back to the mall
You know what the mall is all about. Walking and buy when you want too.
Good Chinese food in the food court
I miss all the stores. The main store that I shop at is still there(the buckle). There's really not much to them all anymore. I am grateful for Target because they have great prices on diapers and wipes. If Target goes away I don't know …
Just had to go to Dunham's. The mall's pretty empty
Going the way of many malls. Changing American habits away from going to malls and online shopping instead is killing brick and mortar stores. The empty storefronts at Birchwood reflect this. But it's clean and avoids the abandoned feeling. Nothing beats seeing the goods in person before you buy. A great place to walk when weather discourages outdoor activity.
They have a new Michigan store if you haven't already checked it out it's worth checking out
Better than I heard it was. But still not what it use to be.
Was in there to get my hair down today! I told jasmine what I wanted and she took her time so friendly and sweet and did exactly what I wanted!!! I truly think she will be my new hair stylist for the rest of my life!!! I'm so happy and amazed!! And not positive of the other girl but cut my daughters hair and styled it and I haven't seen my daughter this happy in forever about herself!!! We will be back for all things to do with hair!
All the best stores
Excellent for back to school shopping
So sorry to see most of the shops are closed. Only 3 restaurants open in the food court.
It is a shame to see this mall slowly dying. I have been coming to the area for 5+ years just to visit and shop, and this has always been a go-to for me. I stopped in yesterday for the first time in a little while and I almost had to check the sign and make sure it was open. How sad. I wish that there was something the owners could do to make it attractive for shops and shoppers!
Small mall but you can find anything you need
My kids love the merry go-round. Seems like the mall is dying though. Very nice mall, well kept when I've been there but is showing it's age. Need a good updating to attract more stores I think {especially the food court}
All I can say is I'm very disappointed that my favorite store has closed for business. Not much left in this mall that's worth your time. Hopefully Penny's and Target stays.
Had a shopping day.. It was fun. Starbucks coffee tho no thanks... Tasted very sour.
Love going to Target stores always clean and the employees are always helpful!
This place is literally sad. The got rid of Carson’s, Sears, Macys, Justice, A jewelry store, and Gymboree. It used to be filled excitement and cheer. But now pretty much every hallway is empty. The huge food court usually has 5 - 10 people in it and there is 2 fast food places. Their tiny arcade sucks
It's neat clean and well kept. People are friendly. Unfortunately it may also be evidence of our frayed economy and culture as are so many malls...
Nice place to walk around with family or friends and occasionally get good deals. The only downside is a bunch of stores closing which is causing the mall to lose it's appeal especially when they don't fill the empty spots so the mall starts looking empty and lossing it's appeal as stated prior. I would still recommend it though for the stores that are still in the mall and the movie theater.
Glad to see more shops and customers!!!
Target is a big part of the mall.
Selection isn't great
They have an FYE.
Bring back more stores! Bring the city back to life for pitys sake!
Cool place
Shopped at Target today, always a good place to shop
Good customer service and food Glad to see it was busy and booming ????
This place is declining every time I walk thru the doors. The rent must be like every other commercial mall. Food court decent tho. Good for kids also with many attractions.
Not many stores or places to eat anymore.
We had a lovely time. The Christmas decorations are up. Santa is waiting for children. The Merry-Go-Round is in operation and free today! ????❤️????
A few retail stores open, J C Penny's, Christopher Banks, Target, AT& T store, Dunhams, nice assortment of items.
This place is starting to come alive again
Still a pretty nice mall. They do a good job of keeping everything cleaned and organized.
Love this store. Very clean. Customer service is great.
This is about one of the most handicap unfriendly places I've ever seen. If you have your own wheelchair fine but no amigos to rent on site. Boo. No mall maps on site. Boo. Even mall employees give incorrect directions, really pathetic.
Did not go to theater rode by on bus
We love target
Friendly service.
Roughly 60% of stores closed, basically just a quick stop for Dunhams, JC Penny, Target, or Spencer Gifts. Plenty of room for walking indoors without many shoppers to get in your way.
Got clothes all good 4 a Target AKA Tar Jay.
Got to love Target and their deals very clean bathrooms shelves were stocked
They lost alot of business about to go under
The mall has definitely changed since I was a child ...but I'm glad they are trying to bring it back to life and how they have added some pretty sweet looking new gaming areas
Love going to the mall, but not all stores are back up open yet.
Great place to shop
It's sad that this mall has so many empty stores. It is a great place to get your exercise, stay warm in the winter months and cool in the summer, by walking the malls ample roomy aisles with many other walkers.
A lot more stores open than I thought. Still sad to see what's gone. We bought shoes at Shoe Dept. Encode. We ate from pizza place. Worked out well for us.
A nice, comfortable place to get whatever you need.
Love this Store!!
Nice mall. Kind of quiet though. Stores are the normal stores that you would expect in a mall. Very, very clean. It was so quiet that I am concerned that this mall might not stay open. PLEASE visit this place. Worth your time and money.
I used to love shopping here but it's like a ghost town now. There are hardly any stores left open and basically almost all the good stores went out of business. They don't even bother running the carousel for the kids most of the time.
I was 5 stars but alot of stores left, I've heard because newer owner raised the rent
Not bad for a mall just wish more stores would open back up or new ones to be added.
It is a great place to shop the service was great the people are so friendly.
Could be great again, but I believe this mall's days are numbered. No working carousel. Twenty years ago, this place was always teeming with people shopping, people walking, teens hanging out (unfortunately being teens sometimes), etc. Now, you never have to park far from the door and it's NEVER crowded. Sad, really. Maybe the Port Huron downtown will be revitalized because of this mall's demise. Time will tell...
The mall is always very clean. I shop mostly at cricket and Dunham's. Both are great places to do business. Dunham's is always kind to their patrons and lots of discount coupon's. The people at cricket are also very helpful and always nice.
I went looking for a special gift for my nephew that fighting cancer to the brain he was a active little boy before he had fallen and hit his head at the playground when he went to school the doctors say that he's only got 24 months to live and he was 5 at that time and Friday was his birthday but they were celebrating it on Saturday and I wanted to get a perfect gift for my nephew that dealt with his favorite football player which is Michigan State number 24 Luke Campbell so I was looking around and stopped in to one of the Campus Sports memorabilia and they told me that they could not help me there for what I was looking for so they told me that there was some place in the mall for sure that could help I would recommend going tomorrow for such special
Nice place to go to with the family kind of falling apart kind of outdated kind of small
There closing the stores in there i use to love this place now i don't because there no place to go and shop
I got the looking for, good store
Its a great place to shop.
Had what I needed.
Shop our brick and mortar stores You will regret when they are gone
Great mall but slowly all the stores are shutting down. Great for a good walk.
Not crowded like it used to be. Kinda sad that almost all of the stores are gone
I don't visit the mall that often it's a little crazy driving to the North end sometimes but when I do go to the mall it's a very nice atmosphere I hope more places in there open to back up
Target was out of stock on multiple things on gift registry.
Many stores are gone. :(
Used the US Mail, it is the best post office I have been to. Great staff, friendly people.
Love my Target
I love the mall. More affordable stores would be nice. I shop Penney's and Target. Can't really afford the other stores. Miss the carousel not working. It would.be a draw with the holidays coming.
Kung Fu accupressure and reflexology is fantastic
Not many stores left as malls are fading out. Good variety of what is left. Mall personnel are kind. Mall is always clean.
Good place to shop
Mall is dead. Barely any stores surviving and the food court is dismal at best. If you old like over 70 and need a place to walk this is the place for you. Another staple of once was is on its last breath. Look other places for good shopping and good business.
Great place to walk and do a little shopping
Like the mall not face bell the staff are not very nice and yell at you about refills I had the manager tell me they're not allowing refills as I was watching another person get a refill on their pop she made me feel very uncomfortable and maybe they should turn the pop machine around so people cannot just go up there and get refills
The staff members are really nice but everything is kinda pricey and there are not many store left, sadly.
Clean store. Not real busy
Barely any stores open. Kind of dingy.
