Due to the recent pandemic a lot of us are getting used to online ordering. Walmart made it easy. It was fast in and out, the site was easy to navigate through In order to make my purchases and it was easy to follow the instructions. The people were very nice and diligent with the service as well. It makes my life a whole whole lot easier with the curbside pick up and to be honest Walmart is a one stop shop what don’t they have?

Lots of great stores in this plaza. Every thing from Wal-Mart, EB Games, Mark's work warehouse, Rogers store and many more. You have access to food groceries and anything else. The whole area is very handicapped friendly and everywhere there has auto open doors.

Staff are friendly! Especially the guys that clean up the parking lot of carts. Nice little lottery booth, a sushi take-away and an electronics department. This is the main shopping centre in St. Thomas. Upstairs is a spacious sitting area and even classes in their kitchen studio. At holidays they have 15 cashiers open plus self check which is nice!

So much better than the mall. We have superstore. Walmart. Canadian tire. Among others. As I am writing this review there is also a new development coming in with Winners, Mark's work warehouse, Petsmart and others. Tje smart centre is definitely the place to shop in town. It quickly and effortlessly became the prime location in st thomas. Since this opened the business at the elgin mall has suffered, that's how good this place is. Let's keep it going. Keep St thomas growing and strong.

I love how Walmart is allowed to stay open during covid, while everyone else has to close. So, not only do I have to be around more people, but you limit the entry and exit doors, thus pushing people even closer together. It's almost like you want people to get sick.

I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW AFTER COVID-19. The employees and customers were not following restrictions. Employees and customers were a foot apart entering the store with no joint at even trying to stay a 2 meters apart. A customers are walking and not following the arrows and even saw two in total pull down there mask to text someone on the phone. Just to be clear I went in to this store at about 10 am on a Friday. I would attempt to try other stores that are following the protocols for people's protection before going here.

It's big enough has plently of parking, can get good prices on groceries usually. Some of the places here could do with better staff but overall it's not bad. I think its convenient that everything is pretty much in one place. Highly suggest going elsewhere for clothing though as it can be overpriced for what you get. Walmart added a click and go recently which is also conventient.

Generic smart centre layout with a few big box type stores and then smaller chain stores sprinkled throughout, parking lots and roadways need a bit of work and should have been planned out better...horrible for walking, biking or any pedestrian use, clearly favoured to people with vehicles which in a smaller town like this isn't always the best thing

Small place to shop for things that you cant find unless you go into london. Make sure to stock up on all the essencials because living in the middle of nowhere can be difficult sometimes. So dont get detered when you lose your mom in the shopping mall of life and try to find your way back on the yellow brick road. Yes they do have a dollar store. No you wont be able to find all your heart desires but neither can stores in london you need to do that yourself.

I've been very disappointed with this Walmart lately. They have not been stocking product. Product that I ALWAYS gotten from here,is NOT on the shelves!!! Not impressed at all!!!!! So I go next door and find what I need or want.
