Had an amazing experience at Noces Royales. Went there shopping for my friend's wedding dress and she ended up picking the first one she tried on!! The lady that helped us, I forget her name unfortunately.. but she asked my friend many questions right from the beginning and pulled so many beautiful dresses that matched my friend's vision. She was friendly, gave us some space to chat and think when necessary, but was there when we needed her. The lighting was nice and bright. Enough seating (little stools with cushions) if you want to bring a crew (we were 4 bridesmaids) and big mirrors where you can see the dress from all the different angles. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience for bride and bridesmaids. We are a group of 8 bridesmaids and while the actual experience of trying on dresses was great (service and attention impeccable), they ended up getting our order almost completely wrong. For two of the bridesmaids the colour was not what was promised. One dress never arrived. 3 other dresses were not at all what was originally ordered. I personally tried to call to fix the issue but with almost no time until the wedding, I will have to settle with the wrong dress. I tried calling the store and it goes straight to voicemail and the inbox is full so I can't even leave a message. I would NEVER recommend anyone go here. I can't believe how awful this experience has been for the bride and bridesmaids.

(Translated) Really not warm welcome; me and my bridesmaids stood at the entrance for several minutes while the employee, Lily, questioned the choice of dresses that I want my bridesmaids to try on (not the same style, the amount of dress , etc.) During the trial of the dresses, the 2 employees seemed in a hurry and they had no tact to talk to us nor any delicacy to remove the dresses after the trial. I had one of my bridesmaids try on 5 dresses and ended up choosing one that the other 4 girls tried on. One of the employees was very upset that my ladies was trying on the dress. How does she expect you to buy a dress for $ 350 without trying it on? This employee is set to raise her voice and make up some nonsense excuses not to try on the dresses. Then she left saying that she no longer wants to serve us. Lily came over and instead of listening she didn't let us express ourselves and kept saying that nothing is over and we can move on. They really spoiled my experience and for that reason there is no way I would buy there or recommend this store. WORST SERVICE. Have you ever seen a place where the employee speaks up to the customer because they want to try on a dress? Don't go, there are several stores on the same street that have the same dresses and are cheaper. (Original) Accueil vraiment pas chaleureuse; moi et mes demoiselles d’honneur sommes resté à l’entrée pendant plusieurs minutes pendant que l’employée, Lily, requestionne le choix des robes que je veux faire essayer à mes demoiselles d’honneur (pas le même style, la quantité de robe, etc.) Pendant l’essai des robes, les 2 employées avaient l’air pressée et elles n’avaient aucun tact pour nous parler ni aucune délicatesse pour retirer les robes suite à l’essai. J’ai fait essayer 5 robes à une de mes demoiselles d’honneur et j’ai fini par en choisir une que les 4 autres filles ont essayé. L’une des employées était très énervée que mes demoiselles essaye la robe. Comment veut-elle qu’on achète une robe à 350$ sans l’avoir essayé ?? Cette employée c’est mise à lever le ton et à inventer des excuses qui ne faisait pas de sens pour ne pas qu’on essaye les robes. Puis, elle est parti en disant qu’elle ne veut plus nous servir. Lily est venu et au lieu d’être à l’écoute, elle nous à pas laisser nous exprimer et elle continuait de répéter que rien de c’est passer et qu’on peut passer à autre chose. Elles ont vraiment gâcher mon expérience et pour cette raison, il est impossible que j’achète là-bas ou que je recommande ce magasin. PIRE SERVICE. Avez-vous déjà vu un endroit où l’employée lève le ton sur le client parce qu’il veut essayer une robe ?? N’y aller pas, il y a plusieurs magasins sur la même rue qui ont les mêmes robes et moins cher.

Staff that goes by the name of Emilie (it is actually spelt differently but that is how it is pronounced) she professionally accommodated me for a dress that I needed this coming weekend for a wedding. She is very straight forward but also has you in her best interest and she knows her stuff especially regarding what can work to your advantage according to your body type, and will even give you detailed explanations for example as to why one dress works better in comparison to another dress of a different style. Honestly, she is fantastic. It was truly fate that I walked into that store by chance as I was actually on my way to another store near by.

Extremely dishonest business with rude management/employees. We tried a dress and ordered it, once it arrived, we noticed the quality of the dress was extremely lower than what we’ve initially tried. The product numbers didn’t even match and when we shared our concerns, they interrupt you and act extremely aggressive towards you. A nasty business practice where they act super friendly with you and the moment you show concerns, they cut you off and act all aggressive to make you feel dumb. I would suggest to look elsewhere because of they are not honest whatsoever.

Avoid this place. Unprofessional and rude staff, ordered a dress 4 weeks ago it arrived in a different color, with a big stain and undone stitches in the back. When I complained to the owner that I am not satisfied with my dress, instead of trying to help he asked me to leave the dress and take my money back! I was left with little time to find another dress for my event. Never again will I do business with this place!

Buyers Beware! If I could give this establishment, owner, employees and customer service a 0 star rating, even that would be too high! I have never in my life experienced such horrible service. We ordered a bridesmaid dress and when we went to pick it up, it was not the same dress!!! The style was the same, as was the color but it was a cheaper version and different material. We compared the product number from our receipt to that of the new dress and indeed it was not the same dress! Instead of apologizing and offering a solution or refund, their "customer service" approach was to let us know that their policy is no refunds or exchanges and that if we wanted our money back we could call the cops Lol what a joke that place is! Reading the recent comments, I realize that this is an ongoing problem of dishonesty and bad business practices with this place. The owner should brush up on consumer laws and protections in the province of Quebec and I strongly suggest he and his wife take up a course on tact and diplomacy. Telling customers to "shut up" is clearly not the way to go! Buyers beware and choose another boutique for your next event.

Experience was OKAY only because it was the only store that was empty . So i got served right away . I knew which designer I liked and the woman literally ripped the books out of our hands when we were looking at the model numbers . But every dress I liked she said she sold which is confussing considering they are supposed to have the sample size. So i only tried 1 dress which was not even the style i wanted. Ended up going 2 doors down to ami-fer. She let me go through the whole book and pulled all the styles I liked.
