Thank heaven there's a 24-hour convenience store in the area. Even better that it's an Avondale. Some things are a little pricey - costing up to 3 times as much as a grocery store - but offering 24-hour convenience is expensive.

This location has an Avondale that is open 24/7 and a Subway. Geneva square is a lovely spot and a common stop for me. Very convenient and available.

Since the plaza owners hired a private security firm to patrol and keep tabs on things, the number of pan handlers and beggars has dropped significantly. There's still a few, but for the most part, it's much better than it was three or four years ago. I know that the Avondale staff have the security people on speed dial and don't put up with any nonsense from the transients and beggars, so I feel like now I can let my kids go to the store by themselves without worrying about them being accosted.

I mostly shop at the natural food store ,"the peanut mill". It is a very commendable natural food store with among many other things freshly ground peanut butter. It is very commendable die to special selections of natural foods and special items.

24 hour Avondale here. Want to meet interesting people? If your answer is yes than come by here during the summer at about 3 am. In all seriousness though 24/7 Avondale is pretty nice when you get late night munchies.

It would be easy to give a plaza like this one a negative review. The stores are run of the mill, but the parking lot is always safe and well kept. There is never a problem getting in/out of the plaza.

Subway's staff are very courteous even complimenting which made me want to stay there and eat but if I ever feel like eating from Subway again I would stay local to the subway in Geneva square. The Avondale store - for a convenience store has amazing selections and reasonable prices. In my opinion Avondale has the best prices for any convenience store that I have ever been to. Plus the staff are very friendly, complimenting and extremely courteous. I have always had a great experience at Avondale and I always found what I went there for
