There are so many shopping malls along Fourth Avenue that it seems they are running out of creative names! This outdoor mall is the newest mall and opened in 2019. There are approximately 125,000 square feet of retail space. The biggest retailer is Farm Boy. Other big retailers are Princess Auto, PenFinancial Credit Union, Effort Trust, Sherwin Williams Paints. There are many restaurants like KFC, Mucho Burrito, Firehouse Subs, Mr Mikes SteakhouseCasual, and Starbucks. Other retailers are dentists, nail salon, hair salon, and pottery painting. There are quite enough parking spaces. Certainly places have their own dedicated parking: Farm Boy, Mr Mikes, PenFinancial.
