Worst layout and design for a mall and a neighbourhood. Nonsensical fences, stop signs, and street layouts. A completely joyless experience to traverse by pretty much any metric across all manner of transportation. Truly a blight on our city, a weight on our infrastructure, and a disservice to the land it's built upon.

Well laid out and easy to navigate. This shopping centre has all the necessities close to home. Super clean and well maintained, this corner of the city makes it feel like you're not in Winnipeg at all. What a treat.
