A couple of clothing stores and a dollar store with a subway thrown in, this isn't the most versatile shopping center available, but it does what it sets out to, collecting some businesses and providing some parking. No reason to pass it by if you need some clothes or dollar store goods.

Lots of parking spaces but I don't come here often as there are not alot of stores. Only recommend the new Taiwanese dessert place Meet Fresh.

Good location. Many stores have closed down in there recently and too many people cut across traffic and the yellow ‘do not cross’ lines to turn into the parking lot from the side. It’s dangerous.

As of now there is decent bookstore, a decent restaurant, a decent dollar store, a bar, a couple of clothing stores and a rent to own. Parking is good and well laid out. Street access can be chancy if coming east bound from 4th which I caution against during rush hour. The open access to each business means they all keep different hours. No problem with violence or robbery here . Edit for spelling. Damn auto spell.
