It's a up and coming development place. They are talking about more town houses beside the New Theatre and small house's too come. There is just talk right now about a New Walmark coming with in two years.Rumour has it's going to be the latest tech knowledge in shopping like the American Walmark . Where you don't have too take your groceries out of the cart ,it will scan you groceries before leaving the store. Then there is a rumours of another Box store coming too with in two years. Then a New Hotel is plan and a Tim's Hortons soon . So stay tone and watch .

The roads are more efficiently designed compared to its peers Grasslands in Harbour Landing. No bottlenecks. Lots of parking. Just a bit too far out from the city.

Brand new concept store and layout, lower shelves so it doesn't have that warehouse feeling, everything easily viewable from the otherwise of the store even so you can find what you are looking for faster.

Starting to expand with some awesome businesses! Costco is the anchor, but there is a new movie theatre, and some solid restaurants which round it out. Going to be the new hot spot for shopping in a few years as it continues to develop. Just off the bypass, so easily accessible from anywhere in the city, or those passing through.

Hard to find. Prices are mid to high. Basically, your personal plug is dry than this is a good choice. It's right on the end of the city too so that makes for smooth getaways if you know what I mean. ???? staff is knowledgeable and the products are choice! Stay lifted friends!

Went to landmark cinemas. New and clean with friendly staff. Was quiet and no one greeted us for our ticket so we went in to the movie. Did not realize it was 3d so had to run out and find glasses. If someone was there I am sure they would have told us. Otherwise great theater. Sound is better than the saskatoon location and recliner seating is always awesome.

Parking and traffic is still a gong show. Hopefully Costco stops their employees from parking on the street because thats a big factor in chocking the traffic at the turning lights.
