It's the only one in the entire town so if I had a choice I would love to have other stores besides Walmart for clothing

This is a parking lot, I am surprised we can rate it. Pluses are the access to the grocery store, library and river city coffee. Also when it's rainy it's covered and that dude who hangs out and plays guitar. Negatives are the McDonald's drive thru which is always really busy for some reason, the people who always park in the handicap parking spots because they are too lazy to walk 5 meters more and the fact that it's a parking lot.
