Got two blizzards (a chocolate fudge and strawberry shortcake) and the sauce and stuff was only on top and halfway through just turned into plain ice cream. There wasn’t even much toppings on top ☹️ Loves blizzards hope they fix that

they chased a customer down because he got an extra dipping sauce then told the person who was with us that they did all the orders and had no excuse why he didn't get his, he was sitting there with order number in hand but no order. That might be why there were no other customers in the place. The locals must stay away.

Very bad customer service at this location, almost every time the staff is openly hostile and snobbish to customers. Some of these include rolling eyes at customers, saying “what do you want” as a greeting, and slamming change down on the counter. Go to Shivers instead...

Ordered a crispy chicken wrap combo, not only was it the wrong wrap, but also microwaved, and long enough to cook the Lettuce on it. The replacement was the right type of wrap at least, but also microwaved into mush. Skip this DQ and eat at another food location... 2 stars because at least the ice cream was okay.

Long wait times, inconsistent food quality. Last visit, sat in the drive-thru with just 1 car ahead of us for 20 minutes, and got a blizzard with almost nothing in it that wasn't mixed in.

Our food tasted like it was all thrown in a microwave. My moolate was disgusting. The fries were good. We were the only car in the drive-thru and we ended up sitting there for 20 min. Definitely won't go back to the Port hawksburry location.

I came in this morning to get one chocolate dip cone which was not fully dipped and very expensive for the size but the manager started screaming at one of the workers right infront of a bunch of people. This is not professional at all and needs to be addressed quickly. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. .I thought I would grab a quick lunch for myself and the kids..BIG MISTAKE, drive thru staff member was very unfriendly. A second person came to the window about 5 minutes after I paid (for the very uncomplicated order )and wanted to charge me again. After 13 minutes waiting finally the order was given to us. My order was wrong, I parked and went in with my sandwich which should have had no sauce. Server seemed rude again. While waiting for new sandwich I went use the bathroom and it was filthy. Paper towel was over flowing the garbage with both toilet paper and paper towel scattered all over the floor. Bottom line for the lenght of time and the poor service we received we could have gone inside a more friendly restaurant and had a quick lunch and left happy. Instead we had a LONG drive thru wait, unfriendly staff and a messed up order.
