The team at Lavender and lace are absolutely wonderful. The staff is professional and kind, while making sure you get the best items for your unique taste. The collection is amazing, their bra actually fit proper even for the fussiest client (me) and if they don’t have it in stock they make sure they get it for you. Also the pj and clothes are so fantastic too. It’s the best bra store ever. It’s such a great spot to pick up men’s saxx underwear too with their reward card program my dad just loves it.

I cannot recommend this store highly enough. I had been wearing the exact same model of bra for 5 years when it was discontinued, three years ago. The owner here helped me pick a replacement bra. It was the best bra-fitting experience ever - I told her I wanted something as close as possible to my current bra, and she recommended 1 model that was an absolutely perfect match. I was in an out with the perfect bra in under 30 minutes! The two bras I bought lasted three years and needed to be replaced during COVID. Turns out the model is now discontinued - I called her and she had one in my size left in stock. She held it for me until I could arrange curb-side pick-up. Before finding this store, I had been to 3-4 other high-end bra boutiques - I didn't find a good fit, or found the experience intimidating and a bit invasive. In contrast, the team here was friendly and respectful. Once COVID restrictions are lifted, I will be coming back to find a new perfect bra. Dawn and her team are worth the drive from anywhere in Ontario. Lavender and Lace makes bra shopping comfortable and painless!

Loved my experience with the two ladies who helped me at my bra fitting! I was shopping for some wedding night wear and there were so many awesome choices. I ended up getting two sets because they look so nice on me. Support small business! I will definitely be going back when the need it's time for me to update my lingerie collection again!

My visit to Lavender and Lace in August, will be my last, and in future I will not recommend this shop to my friends. I was completely ignored for 30 minutes before being told I needed an appointment ( no covid signage at the shop). The staff rudely centered me out in front of other customers, and were condescending and demeaning. They would do a much better if they treated their customers as well as they treat the dog present in the shop. Very disappointing.
