Our cashier today was rude and not helpful. Majority of the staff are very polite and helpful. The prices are higher than in Penticton but they are the only grocery store in town. You can get some really good deals if you watch the daily deals and the flyer. Also Neighbourhood Rewards offer up some good deals too.

This mall contains Real Canadian Superstores, Staples, Winners, my Pharmacist, and my doctor's office. Among other retail establishments. Easy access and lots of parking available. Not a lot of trees for shade in the hot summer months, so don't come here with a pet in your car, thinking you can park it in the shade somewhere

Went to booster juice was dismayed and disgusted to see the gentleman making the drinks not wearing gloves and sticking his hands into frozen yogurt after scooping up melted ice cream from the counter and throwing it in the sink. YUCK!!! Used the same lid to mix 2 different drinks for customers.

As I frequent Staple, Winners and the Superstore, I find myself at the Penticton SmartCentres quite often. All is well, although the parking lot in front of the Superstore is impossible to even contemplate when the Centre is busy. I park near Winners and enjoy the extra steps.
