It's great to have this shopping mall in Penticton. Unfortunately it's gone down hill over the last 5 years: several vacant spots in the food court, several vacant stores and very limited promotions to bring in customers. Except London Drugs and Save On Foods most shops are very quiet. We still shop at the mall but it is a mundane experience.

An iconic mall for the south Okanagan, this location has been part of the lives of people since the mid 70's. Unfortunately it is not in the prime that it used to be, likely due to the increase of remote shopping caused by the current pandemic. It seems emptier than I remember, and the food court currently is a shell of what it used to be. I hope things are able to improve.

It's a standard lower tier mall, it doesn't have great stores, kicked out any that were decent, and caters mostly to the older folks that inhabit the dying food court for their daily walk. If it wasn't for London Drugs and Save On this mall would be abandoned and inhabited by our towns homeless population.

London drugs particularly great store to shop. Ardens clothing store perfect for shoes,boots,purses and alot of other assortments lottery booth helps to get uour tickets..Allnin all a great shopping Mall

Getting run down . Store are leaving the mall for better locations .. the booster juice required masks so we didn't enter that store .

It's a shopping mall like so many others. The anchor tenants are The Bay, London Drugs, and SaveOn Foods, the latter of which has an outstanding selection of BC wines. Almost anything you might buy there is inside their loyalty card program, which harshes the buzz. Very little bicycle parking.

Cherry Lane has a good selection of vendors and there is always plenty of parking.

Great little mall. Very clean, good choices in stores. New food court is being built. This mall has the right outlook for the area. Beautiful clean washrooms and I always find what I need when I shop there.Came back for a quick visit - this little mall is in transition to better and bigger things - food court is done, however COVID seemed to punch back and there are a lot of empty stores. But this is not forever. Still very clean, good branding -whomever does the marketing is doing a very nice job. The property is a rough gem. When we are back ( once COVID is done with us) I can't wait to see the new stores- I'm certain there will be new stores.

The mall seemed vacant. There was an ad on a bus stop for the mall, a picture of a ladies face and the text Cherry Lane, nothing else, if I didn't know it was a mall I would have thought it was a ad for a woman named Cherry.

ARROW LIFESTYLE STORE NOW IN CHERRY ???? LANE IN PENTICTON,B.C. I'd like to welcome Ihab and Moe to Cherry Lane mall and opening (HANDS DOWN) the coolest store in the mall to date. With great service and treated with respect (no matter how many tattoos you have) and a seriously SIC selection of HEADRUSH, CROOKS AND CASTLES, FOX, AND HUSTLE GANG outfits and sweatshirts, hoodies and hats (even crooks masks) at there brand new store that opened this week called ARROW LIFESTYLE I would HIGHLY recommend you check them out. Tell them RYAN sent you for special discounts on full outfits w/ hat, touque or bandannas, so go spend some cash and keep looking damn good thanks to ARROW LIFESTYLE

Fantastic little mall. Nice upgrades being done, and run very well. A side note - "firing Santa"? Santa is still there. Rating a mall because of a petty issue is wrong. The shops are great, it's clean and it supports the community. I like the upgrades and new stores. Will definitely shop there when I'm in town.

I typically go to the mall for groceries at Save-on-Foods and to go to London Drugs either to pick up mail or visit the pharmacy.

I know smaller shopping malls have come under tough times these days, but I always love Cherry Lane mall because its small and has everything you could possibly need or want in a mall. I really loved going through the big Ardene store here, if you're looking for fun comfortable clothing this is a great place and they have a huge clearance section at the back far right of the store. Great place for shoes, hoodies or a comfy loungewear set. Mom and I like to have lunch in the Save On cafeteria, which has fresh pizza and fried chicken and even a chicken wing bar. This mall has everything else, London Drugs, The Bay, Hallmark, Purdy's, Nail Spa, Jewellery, Clothing, Dollar Store and small Food Court where you can sit. Its a really decent mall, always lots of easy parking and less stressful than going to Kelowna.

Save On Foods was particularily good in service. I was having a problem with my rewards card and the 2 ladies behind the courtesy desk assisted and were very helpful. Wish we had more people like this at other retailers.

Over the last year I have seen some dramatic changes in the shopping center. A nice selection of stores and boutiques with the odd spackling of enjoyable food dotting the landscape. Easily accessible from all sides with wheelchair entrances and ramps, a real staple in the community.

Had a photo errand to run @London Drugs. Arrived during an ebb in clientele, got excellent help from a young lady staff member!????????????My prints were well done, printed quickly & framing was also figured out knowledgeably. Heartily recommend this outlet????
