This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
Nice mall however the elevator was down and when we talked to people who worked in the mall they said that the elevator had been broken for about 10 days. Keep in mind it broke before new years. Normally they're pretty good about. I only complain about it because I can take the stairs with my stroller.
Confusing layout and pretty monotonous selection of stores. Very samey.
Shopping mall is so easy to get to, with a large parking lot that is free to park! It is spacious inside and now has lot's of current shopping inside, men's clothing to fashions for our ladies, fancy things for our homes.
Clean, good selection of stores, and lots of parking. Not as big as Bayshore, but also usually not as packed with people so nice shopping mall to visit.
Quiter than the other malls which is nice
Something for Everyone and there are still good honest people who shop here. I had lost my Bank card in the Mall and a good semaritan braught it back to my bank ????. Now this mall has just about anything you need , shoppers Drug Mart , Planet Earth, A RECORD STORE now that's way cool and worth giving them a look . Good clean food court, well decent at least. Plenty of public Washrooms, clothing stores, Jeweleres and much much more that I'm probably not even aware of so how ahead and Give this mall a go ahead.
Been coming here for well over 20 years and yes I'd have to say it's a good Mall, I always seem to find what I'm looking for and many times I find super awesome collector's items. I've met Other Cancer survivors here as well and I feel at home . As Ellen would say Be Kind To One Another.
Great stores Mall is very clean
Loved going to St Laurent mall bit it's sad to see many stores are going out of business after the covid-19 situation. I hope that there would be many new stores pop up in St Laurent Mall.
Went to the food court for juice ans then to lenscraft. Friendly staff, latest collection of frames ans amazing deals
It was good going for a walk in the mall to window shop lol
Good shopping mall. Easily accessible by bus and car. Plenty of parking spaces. Couple of restaurants and a lot of stores for all tastes. Even got a toy r us for the kids although they don't have the best toys selection. The best place is called mastermind toys
I went here with my family and LOVED it! There are so many stores to go to, great food court and LOT'S of parking which everyone loves! I always come here with my family and the only thing that upsets us is that when we go home and leave. Great Mall!!!
It is somewhat confusing but not bad for a shopping mall but was expecting more
This shopping mall has it all for every age and every taste. I love the huge food court which has many different tasty food for every appetite. This is my favourite shopping mall in Ottawa., especially during the holidays.
Anyways let's see TD Bank since September I believe they know when all my bills come out of my bank account and it's a pre-authorized payments and I know when they take their their payment for me using Bank machines ATMs and stuff like that across the city but when there's an important payment coming out of my bank and I know what time they're paying me coming out so they take their money so my important payment doesn't get paid and then I lose that service because of them taking your payment 20 days too early so since it's pandemic came out TD's been stealing money out of probably everybody's accounting a little bit here and there but it all adds up right so they're probably taking double payments out of my account... So everybody that has a TD account check your money double check it triple check it cuz they're probably stealing money from you anyways everybody stay safe and be well
Great mall in a great location. This mall is really nice, they're done some major work to it and it looks better than ever. As much as I like the location, if you are headed westbound on the 417, its rather convoluted to get to. But once you get there, you are greeted with a quaint mall that just big enough to offer all the shopping that you'd want.
Great affordable stores, not too many brand names, parking is easy, very modern and wide selction of food court items. Has on site bus terminal, overall good place to shop if you want to avoid overcrowd or complicated parking and know what you want.
Good food court and shops, I liked that they are controling vaccination status for those who want to seat. However there are always idiots that wear their mask on the chin or half way. Unfortunately the security guys at the mall were not enforcing proper use of masks.
I grew up close to the St Laurent Shopping Centre and funny enough it is almost the exact same age as I am just over 50 yrs. I drop by here almost daily to get my steps in and also to shop of course and buy my lottery tickets. Hopefully I hit the big one one day.
It's ok ... nothing too special in the stores that are there.
Nice for its size. Disappointed you cant sit anywhere because of Covid 19. Limited seating for those who need but a bit more can be considered for situational circumstances (ie. People who are anemic)
It's a good mall with what you'd expect shop wise. Parking lot has a good amount of parking so you won't be struggling to find a spot on the weekend. They also have a Starbucks at the entrance so that's always a bonus.
Went to Art Store after calling them and asking lady whether they had a specific brand name of water colour paint for my middle grand daughter. Her response was yes even though she didn't let me clarify with her on brand name. She was rude, nasty tone of voice and when I opened my mouth to ask another question she hung up the phone in my face. I went to the store and obviously she was paying attention to my questions. It was just portraits.
Lots of variety! There’s a store for everyone there! Although there isn’t much variety in the food court. There’s always parking spaces available! Beware though the indoor parking lot is very confusing to exit. I was stuck for a good 10 minutes driving in circles. Can get VERY busy during the holidays and weekends. All in all a good experience.
At Toys r us entrance, two people smoked cigarettes i a half hour period at the entrance despite the fact that the sign prohibiting smoking indicates that the place is monitored, no security arrived to deal with the smokers. what's the point in monitoring the no smoking area if nothing is done when people smoke?
Toysrus is great for kids and adults who love toys, also the mall is filled with stores for everyone and it has a great food court.
It's alright it's close to home so thank you but I think I might be moving soon
Plenty of space to social distance. Stores are set up in a way where things can run smoothly and adhere to social distancing. IE hand washing stations and limits on how many can be in a store at a time. Of course the mask is a no giving at this point. Well i hope so anyways.
Nice mall, decent stores, free parking. No complaints
Decent mall with some nice clothing stores including spencers and Minnie nice suit places unfortunately the lack of an EB games and true bookstore really kind of limit the versatility of a shopping visit compared to place d’Orléans. The bus station used to be the best in the city for speed but now is one of the slowest.
Great mall. Good size with a little bit of everything. Clothing, jewellery, knick knacks, food court. A good amount of security walking about keeping it a safe place. Absolutely loved the arts and crafts store. Toys R Us, children's art studio, and much more.
Great variety of stores and services. Lots of parking if you go early enough for best choice.. easy access via 417 and several other entrance points. Mall is a bit too cold.. ac could be turned down just a tad.. Mall is clean..
This mall is a great mall for everyone to enjoy! You would have a good variety of stores and products along with brands suited for anyone! There is a lot of parking space, let alone free! The place is well secured with cameras everywhere (except for washrooms due to laws and privacy). The public washrooms are really clean, in general the whole store is clean. The staff are very kind and helpful, no matter what role they play in this mall. I don't see anything that could offend any gender, race, culture ect so that's also a plus. I would like to add that that the mall itself is next to one of the main transits! Pretty neat, indeed. I would recommend this to everyone! I enjoy my experiences here (noting I was going to this mall for a long time, always the good old same.)
Excellent choice of stores and food! We visit here at least monthly even though the parking spots seem really tight and always chaotic. Love the new upgrades to the style and look to the mall. Very well done.
Very good mall. Lots of good stores and shops. A nice food court.Just your regular shopping centre.
St.laurent is a wonderful mall. Full of great stores, food, entertainment, and more. This mall can really be a one stop shopping experience for the while family. There is plenty of shops for everyone to find something they like and enjoy. Be sure to check out the Mr.Pretzel
Not the most fancy mall in the city, but some recent renovations have given the place a facelift. Sears still sits vacant. Free parking around the building. If you’re going to Goodlife or the movie theatre I would suggest parking on the side of the building near the queens way.
Excellent mall with useful and recent renovations. One big drawback is the parking. It is best to park a bit further and walk. This will help you avoid all to common traffic jams.
Renovations to the interior and exterior of the mall look amazing. It really looks more modern than before and the shopping options have always been great. I'm excited to see what the Confederation Line O-Train Station will look like. I highly recommend shopping here if you want similar shopping options to Rideau but prefer not to have to pay the admission charge (parking) to get them.
Great mall with a lot of shops. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because for whatever reason I’m always lost in there!
I feel the variety of stores is gone. Its just phone companies big box cloth stores jewelry and a food court. Not to much variety in this mall anymore.
While overall it is a good mall, I'm disappointed by the lack of regard this mall has for hygiene - during a virus pandemic this mall can't be bothered to ensure that soap is available in the washrooms. On top of that they have broken sinks. There are still a lot of people in the mall, and I try to wash my hands and there's no soap. Trying to find someone that works there to take care of it - yea right.
A generally miserable place to visit. It’s dirty and starting to feel run down. St. Laurent was once a premiere regional mall but it’s turned into a place I avoid. Bayshore is much nicer. Even Rideau Centre - featuring $$$ expensive paid parking is more enjoyable to visit. It’s not the stores in the mall that are at fault, it’s the ambience. Loosing Sears has created a dead zone that they REALLY need to fill. Also loosing a direct off ramp from the westbound 417 has made it frustratingly difficult to get to the mall if you are coming from the east end.
It's a family affair after you go through once they always remember you like they know you for years
A very big mall once this pandemic is over, one could spend hours shopping.
Mall is okay. It's got stores for everything except hardware of the building material. I go to this mall often and usually run into friends here. Security is often very nice too and they do their job well. I often visit Gifs n gags, lids, freedom mobile and a few other stores.
Geat location for shopping lots of clothing stores to choose from with good promotions going on. Not a huge mall fan but I do recommend checking this one out for your random needs.
Very nice place to shop for many things! Or if you just want to take a walk...
A very nice mall. We go often. It has a food court and an actual restaurant. Plenty if clothing and shoe stores in here. Also contains a college a gym and a cheap theater. Some parts were renovated not to long ago, like the food court and public washrooms.
Nice place, some unique stores for sure I love the record store inside and the fact that not everything is clothes. Food court is same standard stuff nothing special.
They're in the middle of upgrading the mall but overall there are some interesting places to see here. They have a large variety of stores so they just have exactly what you're looking for here
Yogen Fruz is the best part of this whole mall. It's still decent with tons of stores, a nice food court, and easy access to public transit. Overall a great spot to stop and shop for almost anything.
Excellent shopping plaza you find a little of everything ????
It's a nice mall has lots of interesting stores, mostly clothing though. The food court has many different restaurants that covers lots of different tastes. Some stores are pretty strange, like Spencer's which has a weird section in the back of the store (the kind of place I wouldn't bring kids).
TODAY I WENT TO SHOPPING . MY HUSBAND LOST HIS NEW CLOTHINGS WHEN HE PUT THEM ON CHAIR. I AM VERY DISPOINT . WHEN I ASKED SAFTY GARDS TO CHECK THIS ARES BUT HE SAID CAN NOT SEE IT . SO I HOPE EVERY BODY HAVE TO BE BECARFULL WHEN YOU GO SHOPPING TO THIS MALL
This is the closest mall to my location, it is not often crowded which is a good thing for me...to walk around or even sit at a coffee stand is relaxing then. There is not as many stores as the rideau center mall,... But still a lot of them and also all around the mall. I recommend it!
I usually enjoy my visit and my last one was no exception. I simply went to see a movie at St. Laurent Shopping Centre's Imagine Cinema, which has very nice admission prices! ???? ????
Security saw a man without a mask and just let him walk around like that. Then I asked the guy did he get a mask on him, and he said “just talked to the security, he said it’s ok” I mean ??????? The sign says mask is mandatory and then security just doesn’t care.
The daytime manager at new York fries needs to have a better attitude towards customers even if you have been working for the company for 15 years . Just because a customer wants a hot dog with cheese curds, please give a better attitude towards them . Other than that , the mall is pretty cool and customer service is always friendly :)
Easy to get around. Food court on second floor. Basement with a few stops. Extremely easy to get to the lrt. Maps posted at almost every intersection. Better then Bayshore. 5 stars.
Masks not worn - very common to see many visitors not wearing masks while walking around, ordering, etc.
The techs at Telze St. Laurent put a new battery in my Pixel 1. Excellent service and a job well done.
Large & roomy shopping centre with many shops.
Arguably, one of the top shopping centres here in Ottawa. You have a variety of shops, coffee shops and the food court is quite diverse. Not to mention the availability of a cinema here. However, as one of the reviewers have already stated their focus on hygiene is a case that is out the window, it's really poor and I just hope that they would improve their efforts of cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
Met my wife here. Great shops. Always deals going on.
Peacefull, relaxing, food court is noise.
We visited this mall a few times during our stay in Ottawa. It's a very nice bright modern facility with lots of stores to choose from. We were surprised at all the good options for places to eat in the food court. Parking was great with the ability to park in the shade under the second level parking so you didn't have to come back to a smoking hot vehicle.
I don't go to a lot of malls, but I do enjoy going to this one. It never seems to feel overcrowded and maintains a high standard of cleanliness. It also has every store you could ever want to shop in.
I love St. Laurent mall. It's got so many different stores with a little bit of everything but I never find it crazy busy like most malls. Easy access for those who travel by bus or train like myself as well
This mall just misses the mark, in my opinion. They are missing just a couple of stores to make it perfect. Otherwise, the mall is very pleasant, quite clean and easy to navigate.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was walking beside the food court minding my own business with a friend and two security guards came up to me demanding I take my scarf off my face (mind you it was like -20 that night). I literally just got into the mall so I was pretty cold and they demanded I take it off because they assumed I was in there trying to steal and conceal my face. It's one thing if I was ACTUALLY in a store because they'd have a reason...but when you're at the food court?! And then they continued to watch me afterwards! One guy looked kinda Arab and the other guy was white. I've been racially targeted in malls/stores before being a black man but I never thought I couldn't even wear an article of clothing on a cold day without being suspected as a thief and NOT EVEN BEING IN A STORE!!!!!! Honestly stay away from this place! So many better malls in Ottawa. My first time going there in about 2 years and this was my experience! Happened on January 30th around 7:30-9 pm
It was quite. We were in and out quick. Enough options
Adequate mall, lots of parking, a variety of stores. One of the only locations with a taco bell left in Ottawa unfortunately, but it's a nice mall, rather go here than Rideau any day.
The mall just reopened after a long lockdown in regards to the ongoing pandemic,a few stores are open rest have their shutters down. A good place to shop and spend your bucks.
This place is getting run down and is more than half vacant! Food court is okay, no trouble finding parking but they have to step it up before they become Carlington Mall
It's a somewhat lackluster mall. They should bring back the floating artwork. They do have an excellent repertory theater that is worthwhile. Since the LRT opened it has become a better mall. The seamstresses on the lower level have about a 80% chance of returning the items you asked to have modified
It seems a little more rundown and lacks variety compared with Bayshore and Rideau. The Bay is better though in variety.
Amazing mall. Great build. Mutluple stores. Even with a movie theater for kids! Great to visit for shopping and buying food.
Love what they've done with the museum of science and technology!
Good place to shop. Food court had great choices.
Nice shopping centre with all the needed stores.
A nice, refined shopping mall with everything you need. This place is probably one of my favourite shopping malls here in Ottawa. It has a huge variety of stores and is a very very open and large mall with lots of great additions to it (like a gym, new renovations, etc.). You have many high end, medium and low end stores that provide a good and balanced shopping experience, along with a huge, modern and diverse food court to satisfy your hunger. The décor is astounding, very modern and up to date with an easy-enough layout to navigate (unlike Rideau). The parking is immense, so you're in luck for trying to find a spot, plus the mall is always clean and protected by security. Great mall. 5/5.
We went to St Laurent shopping center mainly to go and look at glasses. LensCrafters which we've dealt with through the years we got there at the door and waited our turn then lady come to the door really bold if you don't have a prescription you can't look finally she let us look she found our name in the computer well you can look but don't touch cuz I'll have to clean them we are so disappointed we left we'll go someplace that really wants our business people like that shouldn't be working
It,s good to walking into but do not buy any thing .
A good place The mall offers an excellent choice of stores. I enjoy it. It is clean and provides a lot of space to walk. My only complaint would be the parking lot which can be confusing and divided not in a practical way. In fact, going through the parking lot makes me nervous. You must be attentive to the other cars.
The mall is so-so. A little on the low end… But they do have a liquor store and a Starbucks so hey!!
Very helpful and organized and very clean and nice employee's
It's got what you want, but being by the highway in that part of town it's always busy and some items in some store run out of stock too quickly. YMMV
Everything is there Rogers bell tali’s even Starbucks Lots of choices
Excellent mall. It is our favorite in Ottawa, lots of selection and decent prices.
Good mall that has the most of what you're looking for.. They have had pretty nice renovations, I'm sure more are to come.. But you'll definitely find what you need in St. Laurent, nice food court, many accessible banks, train/bus station.. Go check it out, most stores always have good deals! ????????????
A lot of shops and it's easy to navigate. Great customer service
Been shopping at this mall for over 30 years. It's had improvements over the years. Always enjoy walking the mall and checking out all the different stores in it. Very well maintained and great selection of interesting stores to browse..
my favourite shopping centre in Ottawa, good variety of coffee shops , nice shops not to mention Hudson bay. easy parking and good food hall. cinema is available here too
It feels like a real shopping mall.. Food court is a bit small but enough variety
Nice to see more diners and more people at St Laurent Mall. Today I went for a gift for Father's Day at the Bay and they managed the Covid excellently in their store. Nice sale right now! The Shanghai was open and the food is awesome and you get big portions. Of course I love Jimmy the Greek, always been my favorite. KFC, A&W and NYFRIES plus a few more open. Enjoy ????
The stores in this mall are limited. They don’t have a lot of the higher end stores that you’d find at Rideau Centre or Bayshore. That being said, it’s very nice and extremely new/well maintained inside. Parking can be difficult as it’s often busy. They have a movie theatre there that shows older movies (a few months after theatrical release) for a very good price. All in all, it’s a good mall!
It's a good mall. I always manage to find a parking spot. The layout has gotten confusing over the last decade but the stores are good. Great food out.
Same energetic crowd like other malls which make even your dull day full of energy. If you feel home sick, visit any mall, do window shopping. I just bought KFC from there. Wait 2 minutes as they were frying fresh chicken. So worth waiting. Information screens are very helpful as these are touch screens and you can search by alphabetic names of stores and by categories. It also gives you the shortest path to your interested store from your current location.
St. Laurent Centre is large enough to have a diverse collection of stores, but small enough not to feel overwhelmed. The food court has a good selection of interesting choices. They have recently been renovating to bring in a more modern feel.
The mall was buzzing due to all the kids waiting for Santa. St Laurent always produces interesting events for its shoppers, which is i guess is part of doing business. The mall has a good variety of stores, is clean and has a decent amount of parking. There are bigger / different shopping alternatives, but St. Laurent will likely have what you need.
It’s an older mall in the Ottawa area. Ranking a three only because of the other two Rideau and Bayshore which I would rank higher. St Laurent has a smaller food court but a plus is the movie theatre and the fitness centre which after the pandemic totally lifts and changes gear should pick up business again fully it will take time. There is a fair amount of stores here but the mall itself lacks charm especially the aisle at the location just off of CiBC down to the main mall it has a real old and not so attractive atmosphere.
Loooves the design of the store. Has several different kinds of stores. Easy to get there by bus and easier to navigate than most other malls (considering how large it is). I enjoy that it's the place I know I can go for gifts and not have to worry about going to yet anotherall to find the gift I'm looking for.
One of the better malls in the Ottawa area, many stores and ample parking available. Great foodcourt with much selection.
Three of Canadian big bank are there. Good food at food court. A few coffee shops for relaxing
I love this mall huge variety of stores from as cheap as the dollar store but not shy to the high-end retail if that's what you're looking for. Lots of parking and great bus transit system. My favorite routine stop anytime I'm traveling through Ottawa
Went to the Bay to purchase an appliance on the second floor and the Lovely lady who helped us was amazing !!!! Plus the manager on duty held the item because we came from far away. Anyways my point is that during this tough time it's nice to see people who really care and are very pleasant! Job well done ????
We drove 45 to get there and it was closed. Hours on the website was 9pm and they were closed at 7pm update your website...takes 5 mins.
It's an ok mall. Not much here. Anchor store is the Bay. The other one ( a Sears) has closed. Pretty standard fare. A good sushi place. Purdy's for ice cream. Well, that's about it. On Light Rail line, so it's convenient. Parking is a bit of a pain, though.
Nice mall. Not a lot of people.
I remember when it opens with a great big fountain, it was attractive back then now a complete disaster the owner should be ashamed of what they have done to a once attractive! ✈️, I would travel anywhere rather than go in there for a piece of candy
It is one of the biggest shopping center in Ottawa. It has all kinds of shops. Especially in winters, its a nice place to walk around, have dine in and shopping. Overalll, nice place.
The mall is rather small and doesn't have a diverse set of stores. If you are looking for clothing it is probably a good choice, but you won't find a lot of the stores you would expect in a full blown mall (ie. There is no makeup stores, no video game stores, no book stores, and no alternative clothing stores).
Comparable to the rest of the malls in the city. Nothing fantastic, but a lot of great shopping options. The layout can be a little tough to navigate if you're not paying attention as it kind of leads you in circles and each hallway is different.
It is a very busy mall, which is to be expected. The people who work there are friendly, and helped me find my way around when I didn't understand the directions I was given.
The mall has a good collection of clothing stores(majority for ladies apparels) the bus service is decent. However goes down after 9 pm and is only serviced from 2 night stops.
Moderately busy mall particularly for this time of season. With the large chain stores closed and vacant, and looking pretty shabby from the outside it was a pleasant surprise to enter a clean accessible indoor shopping area. Not loaded with kiosks, information staff and security were approachable and the floorplan is extremely straightforward. Good selection of stores, definitely not flagships, but up-to-date and extremely acceptable. Washrooms weren’t the sanitary and smelled bad, as a little bit more attention could’ve been paid to the cleanliness of them. Overall satisfying shopping experience.
It's been a good mall for a long time. Five star for the mall but two stars for the food court outlets Only because most of them use Styrofoam containers. Wish they would switch to a degradable type of dishes.
Great place to shop, eat and also has college in the bottom floor
It has a wide variety of shops and food vendors. It's always busy. Washrooms are accessible but often foul smelling. It can be difficult to find parking. There is an overflow parking behind the Seats parkade.
Nice mall for shopping. Has a good food court and the layout is easy to get around.
Weird atmosphere during Covid. The store has everything but 80% of it is closed right now so it's a bummer. Feels like the people walking around will transform into zombies and attack you!
Excellent place to find everything you need
People nor abiding by the social distance rule but I had a fantastic shopping experience at my favorite store Sirens. Great store wide sale and friendly staff.
Small and cozy, you can find the essentials
COVID-19 guards at each of a few strategically well chosen entrances! I feel very safe while inside, and the A/C is comfortably chilly as well.
Nice little mall, with a good variety. Best of all, free parking. Great place to catch a cheap movie.
Most stores are open, masks and distancing required. Many shops have limits on customers and lineups into the hallway but it's all very safe.
The parking and mall are a little dated.. The food court had been dramatically improved over the years. The one area that needs improvement is the crosswalk between the mall and the oc transpo station. An actual signal or light would benefit everyone.
Mall has solid selection of stores, coffee shops and services (banking, hair dressing, dry cleaning, optical store etc). Parking is free, spacious and WiFi is free! Try food-court. Good selection and always good service.
It's a really big shopping centre with almost all brands under one roof.
We find almost everything here. The prices are reasonable. The environment is so warm and friendly. You feel at your home. Thank you for preparing such a comfortable shopping center.
After Bayshore, this is my go-to. Great variety of stores, nice food court, and clean. Parking is a bit iffy, so go around back...it's basically empty. Mall services are a bit more minimal compared to Bayshore. I would appreciate if they could improve the Eco-friendliness of their food court (there is no compost, and all the food is served in single-serve containers or plates). Oddly no EB Games or Coles/Indigo/Chapters which I never understood.
Probably one of the better Malls in the East end. Lots of great stores and easy to get around its essentially a triangle shaped mall once inside can be confusing at first but makes sense once you find your bindings. Always love coming here for deserres!
Convenient location near major roads and public transit. Large variety of stores.
St Laurent Shopping Center has to be one of the best centers In my opinion that we have here in Ottawa. Runner up would have to be Bayshore if not equal as best. The holiday season has transformed this space from just a boring run of the mill shopping center to a magical Christmas experience.just sitting on their many padded seats, watching the youngsters eyes light up with the dozen light up Christmas trees or the decorations as far as the eye can see. If you love the Christmas Holidays; presents, lights, sparkler, smiles, joy and laughter” then please come take a quick stop at our many, many stores...we love seeing you just as much as you love seeing us. Xoxo
A fairly good size mall for the area and right off the highway. It has the retail stores you'd expect and it is quite modern. It can get quite busy during the weekend since it attracts people from Cornwall, and other areas that do day trips and they do their best to shop till they drop to make their time worth it.
This is a major indoor mall in the city and has a large variety of stores and restaurants. It is a major transit station and it has lots of parking. It is on a major street with access to the Queensway east and west. The mall is well maintained and pleasant to shop in. It is well laid out with a large food court, HBC and a good variety of stores and kiosks. Since Sears left they have a significant amount of empty space, but it is isolated to one end of the mall which they have successfully isolated from the rest of mall. They do not have a grocery store which I would like to see in the mall.
Mall was clean. The Coat store and Brown's had excellent service. My one star (I actually wish to rate zero) for the nail salon next to Starbucks. Horrific service. Cannot produce a receipt after payment. Bled my nail bed, and regular mani service was worse than a 2 year old's. I've had mani/pedis worldwide - sad to see service this poor in my own home country of Canada.
Lots of parking and a good variety of stores. I find the food court is a little small here and doesn't offer anything too exciting. Mall has a cinema too, Rainbow Cinema.
A pretty awesome mall! It has stores like De Serres and Toys R Us that aren't really found elsewhere in the east end. Shops are great and it's pretty easy to navigate. My only suggestion would be to ignore the pushy sales people in the kiosks and enter and exit the mall quickly, due to smokers who can't see / don't care about the no smoking signs.
My daughter and her family went to see Santa the other day, and get pictures with him at a cost of more than $40. They were very disappointed, and I can understand why. The Santa may have looked real, but he said absolutely nothing, never asked my 6 year old grand daughter what she wanted for Christmas, never even said hi, and didn’t look at the camera for any of the pictures. I believe they had a total of 6 pictures done, and in none of them does he even look happy, let alone jolly. This is totally unacceptable for a Santa to be like this, and then charge for bad photos!!! I really don’t care if he may have had a bad day, he is getting paid to be “Jolly Old Santa Claus”, not to be a total grump!! I don’t know if you would reimburse us for the pictures, but I can send them to you if requested so you can understand what I mean. Thank you for listening, and I hope to hear back from someone, on your perspective on this situation. Teresa Kettle.
St Laurent is a great mall with a perfect variety of stores
Decent mall to meet all your needs. While it was under construction to repave the parking lots, the circulation of traffic was a bit confusing but all should be good now. I would suggest making a point to review the floor maps to navigate around as the entry ways are confusing and could have you walking around the mall a bit to find what you’re looking for.
The mall has many options for the average shopper, but it's lacking the overall draw it could achieve for such a prime location. It's quite simply a run of the mill mall at this time. (In my opinion)
Very easy to find a parking spot and the mall feels clean. Used the washrooms and they were very well maintained. Good stores in general
Wish they had a Sephora and better lingerie shops.but it's nice and clean and there is quite a lot to choose from. Gift cards are crappy. You need to know the exact balance of the staff can't process it...feel like that's a bit a scam.
It was an okay mall.... Could do with a bit of search function on the information platform
There needs to be better signage or directions always end up walking in circles.
Beautiful Shopping Mall with a big number of stores to shop at. There is a food court but also other places to eat throughout the mall. Easy to find washrooms, kept maintained regularly. There is a Toys r us and The Bay located here. Air conditioned for those really hot days and kept nice and warm for those cold winter days. Lots to enjoy and find at St Laurent Shopping Mall. Also a bus transit system there, and I believe the new OC Transpo Rail to come soon. Enjoy, Cheers, and don't forget to like my posts, I do it for you, those who read it. Ask a question and I'll try to respond A.S.A.P.
A good sized mall with just about everything you need... Expect pizza. There’s no pizza in the food court. Boo.
Good selection of stores, some quite unique. Lots of free parking and connected to public transportation underground.
A decent mall with lots of options, mostly on one main floor. Their food court is great and has diversity, but can be quite crowded on certain days. ToysRUs is a bonus, and the many fine jewelry shops. There is of course a big bus station which is convenient for people without cars, and a small movie theater, college, and gym in the lower level. Parking is ample but "can" be a pain certain times of certain days. Just a heads up! The mall is well maintained, and I recommend it to anyone, even just for browsing around. It isn't massive to see but had enough for everyone. Cheers :)
Has just about everything you need, I love coming here and it's not too far from my house, I spend way too much money when I come here because I like a lot of the stores.
Always a nice pace for Christmas shopping, great selection of stores and services. Always a pleasure to shop there !
Very nice shopping mall, quick access to and from the highway. Has every store in it that I need in one place
St. Laurent shopping Centre was one of my very first malls I've ever stepped into when I first came to Ottawa and even to this day it is one my absolute favorite malls to waist the day
Bustling with activity, but not too crowded.
Good sized mall with plenty of parking and all sorts of stores. Overhauled food court is nice and the tim hortons is typically open before the mall is which is nice! Nothing spectacular with this mall but it's a popular spot for teens and families.
Oh St. Laurent mall... how you've aged... badly. This mall was the East end's 'big' mall. Now it's a collection of women's clothing stores, women's shoe stores and other stores geared to women. Oh, there's a The Source for the lost husband trying desperately not to grow ovaries while he holds his breath as he walks by Lush. Parking is a big problem here. They had an up hill battle because there is no more land to buy around the mall.... so they built new parking... up hill! The parking lot built on the roof may have seemed like a good idea, but in the winter, we get 46 feet of snow and ice and steep inclines on a 3rd story ice rink may be...what's the term...oh right... bad for business. Having a full parking lot may seem like a good problem to have, and normally I would agree, ... but in this case, I'm 63% sure that the vast majority of those cars parked in your lot are not your customers. I have no stats to back up these parking claims... but ...(and I don't mean to brag)... I am right nearly half the time according to my wife.
The mall does a poor job at enforcing the mandatory mask rule. Too many people (including security) are walking around without one, not to mention the hand sanitizers are always empty.
It was good however the food court needs attention, we had a take out from this shawarma place upstairs and both of the workers were not wearing a mask or gloves while making our meal in fact they were both busy having conversation of their own. Masks are not for necks!
Nice shopping center, I felt like traveling after reopening from look down
the mall is getting old and run down, parking can be a bit of a nightmare. everyone loves booster juice, the bay, sportcheck, bell store and the the source and most important of all suger mountin I think they even have as seen on TV store
I went there for the first time in over 10 years the other day.. it still looks the exact same lol. It's a shopping mall what else can I say? Clean. Bright. Nostalgic lol.
The Imagine Theatre on the South side is a great affordable place for movies. Lots of parking. Great movies. Easy to get to. Accessible friendly. If you can wait a few weeks after a movie release, this is a great place if see it on a big screen. The rest of the mall is not too bad although the newer section can be a bit confusing.
Clean and good mall. Hard to walk there because it is a very car centric area. Walkers have to walk beside high speed streets and need to cross dangerous areas with no walklights or anything.
Place is well maintained, many stores were closed at 6pm although mall closes at 7pm.
My brother and I really enjoyed our time at the St. Laurent shopping centre its beautiful with all the decorations, the mall and its self is great, upstairs There's a gourmet court I had A&W. My brother had taco time. Staff are very helpful.
Lots of good stores. Pretty good food court. But very few places to sit (benches).
This has been my favourite mall for years and years.....not anymore. It went through massive renovations, and all the deals seem to have disappeared along with the awesome layout it had. It has the Imagine Theatres, so that's good, as well as a Fitness club, however those two places are located on the lower level. The food court area, even after all the renovations, still has very poor air quality. I hope they have plans to fill the empty Sears store soon. #localguide
Shopping mall with all the basic stores, food court had many options and offers lots of seating place. Love that parking is free, and it's never been full when I have come here. Could use a few more maps throughout the mall for those like me that get lost easily in malls.
Activities are very fun at that mall. My daughter love getting pampered by the makeup artist.
Good mall with lots of amenities. Nothing has replaced the area that Sears used to occupy and that has hurt a bit but there are several other good stores including the Bay. Plenty of free parking
Nice mall to walk around do some window shopping or just hang out. Plenty of places to eat, grab a coffee or pastry or get your ice cream fix.
Very nice place..many popular shops here and they also got CARLOS BAKERY VENDING MACHINE! So cool!
Bit expensive, but plenty of shops for shopping
Love St Laurent. Fun, lot's of stores. Usually find all I need there.
We went to the mall on Sunday September 14th. We wore our masks. We were very bothered by the number of people not wearing masks and not wearing masks properly (not covering nose and mouth). I feel the mall needs security personnel out and enforcing guidelines. This was my first time at the mall since March. It didn't feel like a safe place. I will not be back anytime soon and unfortunately I see myself shopping online for Xmas this year.
Very clean, lots of options but prices off the charts in many stores. Due to Covid19, many measures have been implemented to keep clients safe. The affluence is low and volume of shoppers significantly reduced in the last months or so.
Its unfortunate but this mall is Not the same as it use to be. A lot of stores shutdown because of covid, so it became even more empty.
The owner of Verninis is top notch
Clean and not too crowded. Easy to access and parking was a breeze.
Excellent service, the mall provide multiple brands
I had a great shopping day. Not very busy compared to the madness I'm used to in Toronto. Clean, great specials. We had a great day.
Average sized mall but easy to navigate through and the informations stations are clear to see and helpful. There are public washrooms available at each levels. Every levels are accessibles by wheelchairs even tho it is a bit of a distance that needs to be covered to access the elevators from the main common areas. There is quite a selection of different stores available. The wi-fi is public and open so that's a plus. Easy to say that it is family friendly. Theres a large auditorium like area in the middle of tge mall where special events takes place every seasons, like pictures with Santa during Christmas time. The food court is a bit small but you don't have to eat there.
I'm scared to use public bathrooms because I'm insecure about my weight
A shell of what it use to be. Decent selection of stores.
Its was clean, there were a lot of places to sit. There are stores there for everyone. It is also very well indicated so getting lost in St. Laurent Center is very hard to do. The parking is however very confusing and you really need to look at the door you came in otherwise you'll go out a different door and it'll take you quite a while to find your car again. The bus stop is very convenient and is relatively easy to access and use.
The mall is convenient for people taking the bus as it is just a few steps away. Food court is not that great but there's all sorts of shops including Toys R Us. There's even a movie theater. Usually busy almost everyday.
Can't find my way around for the life of me. Alright mall though. Appreciate the stores doing their best to stay alive during COVID.
This mall has gone down hill in my opinion over the last few years. Not too many popular stores and there’s an odd mix of uncommon stores. The layout is very basic with a second level food court. Off the main hallway are branches with more stores. I don’t understand how busy this mall still is with the lack of popular stores. This might be due to the connection to the transit station. There’s a Toys R Us attached and a unique arts/school supply store in the same wing. It will be interesting what they do with the space Sears occupied. Hopefully this mall can turn itself around as out of the 5 major shopping centres I’d say this ones on the lower end. If you’re able to and don’t mind paying for parking you’ll b better off going to Rideau which is only a 5 to 10 minute drive from here
Well my experience there was not great. There was a drug dealers selling in the washroom and security was nowhere to be found. The tile flooring had tape to fix cracks. The shopping experience was great with variety of stores and a great food court.
The mall is much nicer than I remember. I'm not a mall person - at all. It was clean and bright. I'm big on clean. Busy parking lot though. We went to Claire's to get ear piercing and got a soft pretzels on the way out. I particularly like the touch screen map!
Close to a lot of stores. It is a big mall. Their food court has a nice selection of dishes.
Starting to look tired, the parking lot is a mess, no clear marquee stores that set it apart from any other mall, the most difficult to get to unless by bus, but would have to bypass other malls in the area... Only benefit is it’s not as hectic as Bayshore.
Has very exquisite stores, good conditioning, chairs to seat while waiting for someone or something. There are eateries, banks, and so much more. Though since most stores are high end, you must be ready to spend. But there's enough parking and the store is wheel-chair accessible.
Very nice mall, well laid out with many great shops. Nice food court inside and very family-friendly. Free parking outside. Conveniently located near the highway on-ramp.
Great place to shop on a rainy day! Lots of free parking, health and safety measures are in place.
Visited The Bay. Plenty of parking with easy access to shopping centre. There seems to be quite a number of new stores in the mall.
I enjoyed shopping here. The food court is clean and the staff are very attentive. They clean the tables immediately after the clients leave. The security guards are also very helpful. They directed us to get the Uber driver to pick us up at the right entrance.
Nice mall with a good selection of stores and variety of products for sale. The food court has a little bit of everything. Doesn't matter which event you are shopping for or if it personal, you will most likely find something that will fit the need. Mall is normally very busy on the weekends, recommend going during the week later in the evening. Parking is free and plentiful. Elevators and escalators ensure that those with mobility issues can be accommodated. Recommended.
My favorite mall to shop. Lots of great stores and plenty of parking. Besides all the stores they have a very large food court with a pretty varied selection of restaurants to choose from...burgers, subs, Mexican, Greek, Italian, Chinese, sushi etc...
Great mall with many good stores. Very clean and great food spots as well. Has a cinema as well as a good life fitness center as well. This is also a transportation hub so you can get anywhere by bus from this mall.
Mall is clean. Could use more maps of where things are due to its none Euclidean layout. Easy to get lost in there if you're new to the area or have never been in the mall. Parking can also be a real nightmare.
The staff in the petite section are the best. They give excellent advice. The manager is also really great. She helps me figure out exactly what to wear, from accessories to even what shoes to wear. They really help me look professional and polished. I get so many comments on my ensembles from Laura's. They really are that good.
Always clean, has great stores, and a decent food court.
Haven't been here since before covid. I was pleasantly surprised by the lineups, hand sanitizing, and limiting customers in stores. It's not always easy to wait in line just to buy clothing, but they're doing a great job keeping us safe.
When I need to shop for clothes for my family, this is the mall that I go to as there is something for all ages. The Rainbow Theatre is also great because it's priced decently so you can take your family there and not break your wallet. It's food court has a nice selection but certainly busy during rush hour, making it hard to find a place to sit and eat.
I always enjoy visiting the St. Laurent mall. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at the Ardene store. The Ardene store was crowded with racks and employees were unpacking shipment in various spots. A word of warning if you shop at this store: double check to make sure discounts/sales are valid. I take 2 skirts off the rack, one for regular price and the other for a $1 according to the sign that was there. Thinking the deal was too good to be true, I asked a nearby employee. She said the sale was valid. 20 minutes later, I take my purchases to the counter and discover that the sale is not valid. I later discover, from my sister, that the manager had forgotten to put the correct sign on the skirts. The manager realized her mistake when my sister went to purchase her skirts. She honored the deal for my sister. So learning this information, I go back to the store to ask if she would do the same for me. ???? Instead of apologizing and owning up to her mistake, she over talks me. She complains how she'll get in trouble and how she didn't know that the proper sign wasn't on the rack. It's safe to say that I won't be back at any Ardene store.
No one checking vaccine status in food court
Only stopped at the bank. Either then that with everything happening with COVID-19, I highly recommend to be safe and sanitary if you choose to eat there. If not try to maintain social distancing or respect others of it.
Always find what I am looking for. Clean and convenient mall.
I like their Covid 19 branding: “new days, new ways” - clear signage and hand sanitizer at the doors. The mall has put out floor stickers in front of the stores to help with traffic flow and physical distancing.
The shopping center is really big and there's a lot of choices of store.
Great place to find what you are looking for. Lots of variety.
Mall good lay out. Needs to expand the mall add more stores dont find to much of selection to choose from when shopping for clothes. Food court has great selection of food to suit everyone. Cheap movie theatre for those who are movie buffs specially on Tuesday half price. Jugo juice has awesome fresh drinks to choose from certainly get your veggies, proteins, vitamins all mixed in one
The shopping centre is clean and bright. The public buses stop right across from a mall entrance. The centre has a good variety of stores, but unfortunately doesn't have a Chapters. Most stores don't open until after 9, which makes it inconvenient to pop in on the way to work. Like any mall, you often have to take the long way to get from point A to point B, and it is easy to get turned around if you are unfamiliar with the location.
Great mall and close to station and megabus station very convenient with hotels near by
Good place to hang out and shop and eat with your friemds family etc.
Not a bad mall...variety of options.
too many not wearing masks properly as they walk through the mall
Confusing layout but great stores
Inside is fine but the outside of this mall is sketchy. Some men tried to lure my grandson into the parking area in order to jump him for his stuff. Mall security was no help and accused my grandson of wasting their time.
The truth is, we wanted to find some clothing for our daughter! She was in need of some new blue jeans at UB. We tried going to one mall and they had it listed that they closed at 6pm. So we looked up this mall and on Google Maps if says it closes at 7pm! We drove the 30min to arrive at the mall with a half hr to do some retail damage hehe. Well...apparently the stores close at 6pm. Their doors stay open until 7pm. Why would I care about how late I can walk through your empty corridors for? We wasted our evening, our daughter didn't get what she needed for the following day and we wasted time and gas money. Def not a great experience. I didn't give it a 1star only because I'm sure some of the stores amazing! When it's open. Sorry ????♀️
I love to walk around the mall.
I enjoy St-Laurant and happy the merchants re-opened, however the closure is at 5:00pm. I hope eventually closing will eventually be at a latter time.
Great mall, one of my favorite malls. It's too bad that most of the mall is useless and contain only clothing or jewelry. Why can't they have better stores? How much clothes to peoople need? I like their food court with the new renovations but ... the stores are absolutely useless. I don't think it's made for guys, probably geared towards women.
Nice and clean, Covid restrictions in place. Downfall, no where for the elderly to sit and the food court is always packed!
A wide shopping centre, that has many parking spaces and also easy to get to NY bus! Everytime I go there it's worth it! Kids adore to jump on the mini transportation animals and spend their energy there! Stores sell products, clothes, electronics,..... for reasonable prices :)
Excellent shopping mall, great selection of shops! I bought skin care products in a shop call ''Skin Tech'' - I recommend it! after trying a lot of products. Their products actually helped me remove my acne spots and the redness on my face in 60 seconds! I dontt know where they were until now but this store changed my life!
Great shopping mall lots to choose from good prices too very friendly, very helpful,if you likes restaurants plenty to choose from, has everything you need and more, must have over 200 stores or more
Renovations to the mall make it a great shopping experience. Wonderful selection at the food court.
Had lunch in the food court and felt comfortable and safe while enjoying some delicious food.
Great mall with alot of active stores and very clean. I help with you mountain toy drives for those in need of gifts for children and they have always been great by helping with charitable services like this. Great job St. Laurent mall and keep up the fantastic work putting back into the community.
There isn't really that much to say about it really. They keep in clean and safe and the selection of stores is good but not that great. The mall is normally fairly quiet which is a plus though.
Had to get something at the bay and the woman who served me was very knowledgeable and absolutely nice would go back
Old shopping mall but still nice.
After having family recommend the mall to me for years, I finally went. I was not disappointed. This is a nice location and has a better selection than my closer Billings Bridge alternative.
Very large sprawling mall. If you are looking for a quick stop you need to be aware of where to park to be close to the store you want otherwise it is more than a half hour walk to and from once you enter. Very good selection of shops and always clean and tidy. Bus service is one of the best as it is a major exchange as well and will be a stop on the new train service
Huge mall, it is amazing!!! A person can easily get lost in this mall but I enjoyed everything about it!!!! I will keep going back for more!!!!
Good mall, lots of interesting stores
It's a mall. It's filled with mall stores. Probably more interesting if you are into clothes or something.
Nice place, a lot of people like shopping there. I don't know if the price in there is more affordable ????
Big & clean mall's,, different stores,, good offer's & prices,, sweet works & people...????????????
Good for teenagers, moms, and grandparents. Decent for Christmas and birthday gifts. Ain't no yuppie stores up in here. Between the GoodLife and fro-yo I can't complain much. Pretty sure they had a Sears store up until the chain basically collapsed under the weight of its own crumminess. I've bought stuff from the Sports Check in the last 5 years but not much else.
The mall not the greatest as it used to be the security should be doing something about all the teens down in the hall were the dollar store all I have to say is they are very loud, rough and roughty and people have to push their way through them just to get in the mall from the lrt.
Average mall, but I never really look forward to going there. I've been there more times than I can remember, and so many of those times I've had odd experiences. The fire alarm goes off very frequently, which is already a little out of the ordinary, but staff just kind of doesn't react? Clean looking but many of the restaurants in the food court have had infestation problems in the past. I wouldn't really recommend this mall, but if its close enough to you to be convenient, then why not.
I dont know why, but, I like this Mall. It has all the same stores as every other mall, yet it has the little spark of special to it. The cleaners work especially hard to always keep it clean. Never once do you see any of the cleaners just standing around. Especially right now. They are disinfecting everything from top to bottom. The public restrooms are impecable, and I do not use public rest rooms normally. You can always find a smiling face in each store. I dont know, it just feels like a friendlier atmosphere than most of the other malls. The food court is clean and very esthetically pleasing to the eye. The only reason I didnt give this mall 5 stars is because of the generic replay of every other mall.
Visit this Mall only if you wish to be interrogated by certain overzealous and overbearing members of Garda Security. I have no objection to answering the medical questions related to COVID19 symptoms and potential exposure, but the y have absolutely no right to demand to know where one is going and what is one's business. Morguard Realty should re-examine its policy regarding access to private property which is in fact a public place. Garda is named after the Irish federal police service, formed as a paramilitary force during the Irish Civil War and it would appear that this Rent-a- Cop outfit has delusions of grandeur. "The price of liberty is eternal vigilance!"
Got free Covid test kit
For a tourist visiting it was super easy to hop on a bus and explore to the chosen destination place. It was s very nice mall. Just remember where you entered.????
Easy access for delivery 53ft tractor trailer ????for st Laurent renovations.
This shopping centre has alot to choose from whether it be clothing stores, home decor, jewellery, art, kids toys, food etc. I have been going to this shopping mall since my childhood and I have always been a fan of the services available. I would have given the centre a higher rating but the building itself is worse for wear. It is in dire need of updates/upgrades as half of the mall is and has been out of commission now for a few years. There is alot of wasted space that could be used to flesh out the experience (as I remember it a long time ago) I don't know what the long-term plan is for this shopping centre but I do know they would benefit from reopening and refurbishing all that unused/wasted space.
Facility is beautiful. Lots of noisy highschool kids on Fridays. Food is very regular.
This mall has a charm to it beyond the sum of it's parts. It is bright, airy and has been renovated in recent years. There over the weekend and it was surprisingly busy despite the pandemic. Pandemic be damned, Christmas shopping must happen. I can only hope that some of the retailers who had to shut down with the pandemic will return, and new ones will follow them, to help raise the profile of this mall even more, and keep drawing shoppers to the area.
Chatr mobile rep gave outstanding customer service ....if all customer service reps had her gift...the world would be a happier place????
The mall today was smelling so bad pretty much everywhere in hallways, stores were ok but when ever you are out of a store there is a weird smells all over. It's insane that people who works there have to work through it. Just the entrance beside RBC, it's smell like toilet blow up or something. Somebody should do something about it. I hade migraine and i only stayed for an hour.
With hours like this I guess Amazon is my only choice...
Beautiful boutiques. Great ideas for summer clothing and shoes. Excellent hair stylists for men and women. LCBO location right at the back of the Mall. The Food Court has lots of seating for everyone and is located upstairs. Pharmacy in the Mall. Imagine Cinemas downstairs if you want to see a Flic. Good Life Fitness offers excellent prices and a fantastic Gym. Post Office is located at the back of the Hallmark Card Shop. Nice Mall to visit with your friends and family. Hudson's Bay Store offers excellent ideas for any event or to simply redecorate your home.
It's just so so. Not enough variety of stores. Too many "fashion" stores. Watch as they go in and out of the mall, as bankruptcies equal new stores going in. But, what will happen when the balance is in the negatives? Why? Because that will happen sooner than you think. Look at Carlingwood, Westgate, Bayshore. They had their problems renting at one time. Does anyone know why? Because there was no variety in the stores. If you want to "revitalize" these malls, give us, the average consumer, who is male, a child, a handicapped person in a wheelchair, a blind person, a physically tied mother that can't handle the children anymore, a mother who absolutely must breast feed her baby, and a million others who struggle every day to do what they have to do before collapsing at home. THINK OF US TOO!
As many other es, this mall has been affected by the pandemic and lockdowns. Most stores open for business with reduce staffing. No crowding and pleasant trip.
Great spot to go shopping for whatever you need
We went to the mall for dinner and a quick look around. I went to use the washroom and it was disgusting. There was feces smeared on the wall on he toilet and on the floor. It had been there for quite some time. I went to another washroom but the accessible stall was otherwise engaged but not by someone needing to use the facilities for which they were intended. Not sure the washroom are receiving enough cleaning attention
Nice mall, would benefit from more recognizable stores, h&m, Sephora, aritzia etc. Crowded on weekends less busy on weekdays.
I've been shopping at this mall for years and I still can't believe that a mall this size doesn't have more washrooms. There should be one near the Peoples Jewellers and Toys R Us. Especially with all the food vendors there. The store selection is great though and there are also many vendors to pick from for your Christmas shopping. I brought my husband there though and we split up. He got lost multiple times as the layout of the mall is very confusing if you aren't used to it.
Great mall with a variety of store for all social classes.
So clean and bright. This place has always been a good mall.
I'm so upset and sad. After reading this on the website to visit Santa: • Guest face coverings vary by location and are mandated by local ordinances – Guests can remove face coverings during photo capture I booked and paid for a Santa visit for our family, thinking we could get some nice family photos. Not at all. Even though it says you can remove your mask for the picture on the website, the St.Laurent location does not allow anyone over the age of 2 to remove masks just for the picture. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and should be clear on their website. I do have to say, the Santa was great, and very kind, but what is the point of a family picture if you can't see half the family's faces?
A little bit out of the way and the parking lot is a nightmare, but it works if you're stopping by for things you need.
I visit this mall 3 or 4 times a week usually early morning to go to the Goodlife fitness centre. It is very frustrating driving around looking for parking. Occasionally I find a spot close by but often must waste 5 or 10 minutes looking first in the closest lot, then the Sportchek lot (if open) then on the second level etc.. Since the mall isn't open yet it is obvious that management encourages people to park and take the LRT, thus providing all the prime spots for Park and Ride rather than mall patrons.
A lot has closed in there, we only go there if in the area but not as a 1st option to shop. Food court has good variety of restaurants.
There's a little bit of everything in this mall. It is not as busy as it use to be (Covid19). Always worth the visit!
St Laurent is a great place to shop. Had to pop into the Bath and Body Works today, dropped off a parcel for delivery at the Hallmark store and grabbed a bite to eat at the food court.
I generally avoid malls, but st laurent is one where the lay out is small enough, and the variety of services interesting enough that we had a good visit today.
Good, decent Mall with lots to offer.
A good variety of stores to choose from when shopping here. Has everything for different types of people!
Great mall but, resteraunts not checking. If people got vaccinated.
Great mall. Great stores..Everything you need.
St. Laurent shopping mall is a great place for everyone. Here, you have a varied selection of different products, and brands. Parking space is also free, and plentiful. The mall is next to one of the main transits, too. In second floor, there is nice food court which can satisfy different people´s taste. One of amazing features of mall is having Imagine Cinema. Of course, it is not fancy cinema, but it is much cheaper. The regular price is half price of other cinemas.
St Laurent is a great place to be with the family. There are lots of stores for the whole family. Zoom around with the kids or Grandkids on a motorized animal while you shop at thier favorite stores. Or take your time leisurely walking through. I find this mall to be at a slower speed than other bigger malls.
Was with my new girlfriend...I met her here!!! BUT I was sad when she briefly left me. When she came back later was very happy again. But I decided I needed a break, so I took a bus for some r&r. But she might be sad I left but maybe she'll forgive me if we meet again.
My local mall. Most of the time it's good. The automatic door opener at the Transitway entrance breaks too often. During COVID, someone keeps covering the accessible sink in the washroom by the food court.
There's a decent selection of stores, parking is free and really easy access from transit. The best part is the odd layout, I use it to finish my steps target almost daily. There's a toys r us and one of the best dollarama stores in town. Highly recommend this place
Mall is clean. Lot of stores. Needs a few more high end stores and a bigger Ardene. Needs to fill the old sears location. Good food court.
Well situated in Ottawa, Via Rail station is one train stop away, the Otrain is in the lower level of the mall, and busses are all around the center. The center is very big and has lots of stores and a food court. There are also other shops around not far from the mall.
Very clean shopping mall. Can be a bit of a sprawl to get around to the stores you want, but if you don't walking it is a pleasant place to shop. I'm very happy that this mall is connected next to the new O-Train light rail service! Accessibility seems very good too.
Lots of booths to check out. Food court has few restaurants to choose, good food....
Parking lot super busy at all times creating bottle neck to get in and out . Just sucks. Always way to hot once inside the mall, makes us get what we came for and leave as fast as possible.
Very hard to get lost in this mall. It's in an oval shape. Great to take kids who like their freedom. Very well lighted and easy to keep them in sight for long distances when not busy.
I really like the stores but the amount of young people loitering and thinking it's cool to stare down other people really isn't cool. It really makes me not want to go back and do my shopping there.
Nice outing but it's in difficult to find the bathrooms. I'm assuming it's to make you walk past more store fronts. The mall is a circle and if you follow the bathroom arrows you just keep walking around it.
It's a mall. Nothing remarkable and bathroom was broken
Really big shopping Mall own by Morguard. Far away from my house but I like going at this place.
Not a lot of stores to be honest. It’s probably one of the smallest in Ottawa. Plus the stores are quite small too. So, not too many shopping choices either
What can you say about a mall. It's a mall full of people not knowing what they really want until they get there. Enjoy the afternoon there with great stores and friendly people.
The new rail made it much easier to get back home downtown than previously by bussing
Great stores and lots of good parking. Good place to start your Christmas shopping!
Clean, good selection of stores. Parking is pretty decent. You won't find anything unique here, but....its a mall, so you aren't expecting that anyways
Convenient for families with kids because "Toys R Us" is inside the mall!
It's a great mall, lots of stores. Food court has plenty to choose from. There is a movie theater too, prices are very cheap. This mall has had renovations so looking good. The public transit system stops here too. Easy access right off the Queensway.
Due to covid, this mall is like a ghost town. I hope the retailers can survive. Call your store before going here just to make sure your store is open.
St. Laurent shopping Center is large and roomy enough to feel safe shopping here. I like the dollar shop, the food court, the coffee shops and I often use the Print Shop and the Post Office. There is lots of parking and lots of space wherever you go, inside.
It's on a great location off the 417 hwy easy off and on ????????????????
Every store you need. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. I always find a parking. What I like the most is the flow of the shopping center. Also it easy to get there, from the highway and easy to go back.
St. Laurent Shopping Centre is a good places to go . This Mall are big enough to shop and many different kind of stores inside like if you feel hungry there are food courts at 3rd floor and you can choose what kind of food you wanted to eat. They have Rest Room to used in time of need, A gift shop specially for children if you need to look a gift for them, a shoe and handbag shop, a school for upgrading your skill and many others things that you are looking for, another important thing is having bus station which if you don’t have a car you can ride on a bus and bus directly bring you to the side of the mall. Thanks for government of Ottawa for having bus to commute. Keep safe everyone and enjoy shopping on St. Laurent Mall.
Beautiful mall. Lots of nice stores.
Mall shopping sure has changed. Stores seem to have implimented reasonable covid precautions. If only the people going to the mall would ALL wear their required masks and stop pushing between my wife and I...
Quite the eye-catching set of shops. Has all the major brands. Not a big fan of the food court, though. However, they gave me an off, as I was working in the mall (though not FOR the mall) which they give their employees. I think that was sweet. Bento Sushi in the food court often gives away its packed sushi for half the price after 8pm. The later you go, the luckier you get!
I liked the place. Feras clerk at roger store was very helpful. He is a good man.
They have a tasty Cinnabon shop. They have a great variety of stores but it has become ghostly since the pandemic with several closed stores.
I walked around and around this mall for about four hours, going in and out of most of the stores. The mall, which I have frequented on and off over the years, is glossy bright and beautiful. It's all a little expensive. Several stores are closed, or will be closed soon. The Internet is eating into the bricks and mortar. I enjoyed the place, and will no doubt visit it frequently in the future. But I won't spend much money there.
Nice shopping mall. Good selection of stores and good selection at the food court as well. Child friendly as the offer stroller rentals and there is a new "shop" that offers rentals of motorized ride-on plush animals to keep kids occupied.
Clean Great shopping center
A great mall...that is if you want clothes, besides that it doesn't offer too much. There's a Toys R Us for the kids, but if you're looking for other things, you may want to look elsewhere,
There's always a lot of people but it's fast I was at Dollarama and it had a big line and it only took 5 minutes to do every one ???? and I had time to catch my bus right on time .
This place has great selection in terms of telecom, check out the chatr mobile kiosk specifically for a great deal
Because have all kinds of stores for abrything you need the mall has free parking also has washroom and food court willsher accessibility has elevators to the second level is good for people on wilsher and stroller also the bus station is right there with is very easy to where ever you need to go
Worst mall in the city. Security is awful and fails to do any of their responsibilities. Mall staff (not retail staff) and security do not wear masks or wash their hands when using the washroom. Overall atmosphere is very poor. No wonder all the stores are closing up. Morguard is killing this mall. At least the retail workers and managers are all trying their best.
