I don't like this store much at all, that's mainly because of the staff. The staff is very annoying. They are not nice or helpfully at all. The store barely has anything in stock. Ever!!! However, I got some new stuff for myself today and I very much like it. ***Always treat yourself, YOU deserve it***

I Love this clean and convenient mall. It has a beautiful and humongous ( the biggest I have seen in the whole Durham Region) Canadian Flag in the parking in front of Rona. I like the fact that it has both of my banks ( RBC and CIBC), food stores, dress shops, Walmart and so many other value focused as well as stylish stores. The roads here are wide and clean and there is ample parking. My favourite place to go for day to day shopping.

Too many bare shelves. None of the craft stuff has been replenished. Prices for yarn re outrageous compared with the States. Self checkouts are putting too many people out of work. Their handicap scooters are in terrible condition.

There are approximately 30 shops in this area. Everything from clothing, coffee, Food, ice cream, Banks and boutiques... large parking facility with wheelchair and expecting mothers parking. Wheelchair access with brightly lit parking lots in the evening. A place where you can get a lot of shopping done in one small area. This also includes a Walmart superstore

Staff are friendly. Store is relatively clean. However! This location is notorious for having things where they don't belong, and for not having prices on items. If it wasn't for the fact I work retail and can read/match sku's, I'd never know how to decipher sales from regular prices. Thats only if they've even put a tag on a shelf. I can't tell you how many times I've had to bring things to the checkout for a price check. Especially since you've removed all of the price check stations. Oh, and they could probably hire a few more people. They had 1 person working at the electronics section on Black Friday.

Parking is not ideal in most of this plaza. I work in the plaza so I am there five days a week. Be careful when parking in the small area where the Five Guys is. That area is awful an I see cars hit here frequently.

This is a perfectly located shopping mall. Central Oshawa with accessibility from all sides. The selection of stores here is amazing. I found the staff here to be very helpful and easy to find. You couldn't ask for more parking spots. The lot is very bright and well maintained. This is the model by which all malls should be built upon.

The best thing for me about this place is that it’s super Easy to find and get to right off the 401 especially for travellers who aren’t familiar with the area. There are plenty of stores , LCBO , restaurants/ fast food options etc for whatever you may need The Walmart is big, clean and has friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend

The place that deals can be had, and nightmares are made incarnate. Convenient 'One Stop' for all of your needs, except that the lot is so huge that you would never walk from a store on one side to another... SmartCentres are a necessary evil, and still a blight on suburbia.

Wow, first time here and I didn't expect such a large mall in Oshawa! This is slightly smaller than Vaughan Mills but it has more stores and more sales items. It seemed less crowded as well. The parking lots were not easily accessible and joined together as other large malls but this could be due to my unfamiliarity of the surrounding area. The roads leading to this mall were all congested so it would be great if they widened Stevenson to three lanes each way from the 401 to the mall. This is a short stretch of road so it would benefit the mall a great deal. Oshawa is very fortunate to have such a great shopping centre, so do visit this if you plan a shopping trip.

My wife and I were In Walmart today on way to home from daily walk in Oshawa Lakeview Park ostensively to look for the opportunity to buy a treadmill. Once the winter sets in, it would be difficult to go for a walk in the park or inside a mall. The best option is for to get hold of a treadmill that can be placed in the basement. The basement would be in this case have a partial usage. Prior to buying this property, I had a Penthouse Condo, very fancy and had a gym, indoor swimming pool so the requirement of having a treadmill was not necessary.

Amazing service, great location, very clean. Parking lot is free. Stores are walking distance apart. Snow removal is taken care of. Great selection of stores. Will definitely come again. Very positive experience. Fast snow removal. No views or any nice places to wait while others shop. Could be boring if your with someone else shipping. That's one thing Vaughan mills or other shopping centers have. Nice outdoor areas to relax.

It's convenient. You can find a WALMART, Lowes, Dollarama, RBC etc. all in one area but there are stores that have or are transitioning out and some transitioning in. It is one of the smaller smart centres. I prefer the one at Harmony Rd, Oshawa North. Offers more variety.

The employees here are not the nicest. They're often rude to customers and they don't go out of their way to help a customer even when the customer asks for assistance. The store is incredibly difficult to find things in which isn't helped by the fact that employees point you vaguely in the right direction, but refuse to show you where things are. One employee didn't even bother to listen to what I was saying in the first place. I had stopped to ask this employee where I could find bathroom scales, but instead of assisting me with that, this employee told me where I could find public bathrooms.

This location feels a little bit run down and not particularly well taken care of, but their selection is awesome! I typically visit the Whitby North location, but they are constantly out of the things we buy (e.g., many of the Yves vegetarian food products). For some reason, Oshawa South is almost always well-stocked, even on items that seem pretty niche. It's a little out of the way (south of the mall, just north of the highway) and thus isn't super convenient to visit, but I'm happy to make the trip to pick up the things my local location can't keep in stock!

Typical suburban big box stores, with Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Lowes. VOne star as it's very unfriendly to pedestrians and poorly served by public transit. Navigating the roads and speeding drivers is difficult enough on food - I can't imagine using a mobility device here without a vehicle!

Hate everything about this store. Starting with their aweful customer service. The employees are ignorant. Assumes one steals. Because their security gaurd was not at the door when they came in the front door to return a jacket and questiond them to why they were not seen by security. Asked me if i got down on the floor to check the tag to see if it was infact the proper tag for the product. I said no. I wasnt aware that was something customers have to do. I thought that was the employees jobs to make sure their product was properly placed. I said i couldnt get down to the floor because of a disability and the customer service lady chuckled and said how do i know you have a disability? I told her you dont always see a disability and this is why you shouldnt judge or question your customers. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK

My wife works at this plaza, so we are there in the plaza quite a lot through the week. As the driver, I have been and still very impressed in the physical layout of the entire property. Driving around it has always been a breeze, a joy even. The two main exits coupled with the 3 entrances are brilliant in its simplicity of design and delightful in its ease of access.

This is a good place to stop. As it is on a main road and the Hwy access it is easy to navigate and the roads are cleared. There are a few entrances / exits and parking is good (Everyplace is bad at Christmas) There is a good mix of stores. Cloths (Men, woman, Kids) , coffee, food, big box

There is lots of variety here! Walmart, dollar store, places to eat. Lots of parking. Easily accessible.

It's a pretty busy place, considering that there is a pandemic. A lot of people were just hanging out in the parking lot. Maybe, not a good idea.

Nice variety of stores and restaurants, a little area of green space that I wish had picnic tables for shoppers to sit at and eat their food but parking is a nightmare, spots are too tight, not enough exit/ entrances for the size of the facilities.

I come here often line ups can be long and I sometimes park at mr. Lube due to chaos in front of the Walmart. I find early morning or after 7pm these issues are much better.

Insanely busy. Awesome if you love crowded parking lots. Not awesome if you enjoy peace and overall happiness. Don't go here unless trained in the art of elbow-manipulation and some form of kung-fu. Update: I didnt notice the drive through ATM. I'm going to try it. The old ladies that use it seem to enjoy the tasks associated with it, like stretching their arms until their shoulders almost seperate, then just opening their door and getting out to put their card in the machine in a violent rage, then yelling, "I told you I wasn't close enough, Donald!!!" AAA+ if you dont care about being irrationally angry in public.

This plaza is pretty dead. I only go for bulk barn and walmart. Maybe 5 guys occasionally. There is a Tokyo smokes in the plaza if you like pot. A swiss chalet and dairy queen... that side of the smart centre is better than the other side now that I think of it. The north side of the plaza isnt worth going to because it has a lot of empty stores.

Typical big box retail outlet style facility. It has a Lowe's, Sail, and Walmart as the big 3 draws. There are some other retailers here but can't remember who they are. For me the 2 biggest draws are Lowe's and Sail. Sail really is giving M.E.C a run for their money. I may have given a 5th star if they had some better food options in the area.
