No cashes are open. I DON'T LIKE TO DO SELF CHECK OUT!!!! So my choices were wait for one of the two cashes or self check out. So I suck it up and go to self check out but I wasn't only myself, a worker comes buy and asks me 15 times if I wasn't a credit card. NO I DON'T WANT THE CARD. If I wanted one I would have got one already since I'm asked to take it every visit. Another annoyance is half the store items are missing the price label. I accidentally paid 10 bucks for a balloon. HIRE SOME PEOPLE.

Large supermarket with most all a family would need in food supplies! Seasonal supplies are cheap and easy to find! Staff is very friendly and helpful! A one stop shopping for groceries, meats and deli products! Very fresh foods and the prepared food are well prepared and many foods are reasonably priced! Very well managed store! Courses in cooking and baking are offered at a reasonable cost to the partisipants! Lots of parking! I shop here everyday buying the prepared foods! Every day there is a different special on the prepared foods. My favourite is the bbq ribs and the large real chicken nuggets! I love the specials they have on their cheeses that are delicious and from all over the world. The seafood are fresh and very well handled by the store employees. The management in the meat department will prepare any order you request that they have available in the store!

This store is quite large. Plentiful produce + fresh. Good selection of deli meats, cheeses + fresh + frozen fish. They have beer too! There is an all natural food isle. Household goods and pharmacy. Medical centre eyeglasses + wine store. Pretty much everything you need with a wide selection to choose from!

I am not from Oshawa, but I do love visiting. There's such a wide variety of everything you could need in one outing, with a decent amount of options, too. Buildings, road, bricks are very beautiful too, it's generally a really pleasant place.

Plenty of different stores to shop at. Walmart, Home Depot, Michaels, Swiss Chalet, McDonalds and Superstore just to name a few. Plenty of wide open parking. Access at two traffic light controlled intersections and plenty of uncontrolled entrances / exits, one at Superstore at Taunton, one at East Side Mario's at Taunton. and one behind Walmart on Coldstream. The are a number of 4 lane roadways controlled by 4 way stops.

OK. It has plenty of stores. VERY unfriendly for a pedestrian. I drive there...it is actually 'dangerous' to attempt walking from store to store within the complex. I would say it's typical. Nothing special here.

Parking lot is HELL to get out of, expecially when going east on Taunton Rd, going west isn't much better due to people trying to cut across 3 lanes of traffic to make a left, or forgetting that they should turn into the right lane when making a right. Mall is in an awesome location, with lots of shops. Loblaws fish counter guy was really helpful in helping you select new things to try, including how to prep things - not sure if he's still there. The Walmart is huge, clean, and checkouts are fast. Home Depot on site has lots of clearance items to choose from, for the times when you're looking to buy something because you have an itch, but don't know what you should commit yourself to, only to come home and beg for your spouses forgiveness, just saying. Tim's locations has LOOOONG line-ups at drive throughs, mostly because Oshawa-folk can't bear to be apart from their car for too long. Mall could use electric car parking, there's a lot of Tesla and other electric car owners around. Even the Home Depot doesn't have electric car parking!

Typical of the smart Center Mall's this mall is a clean well laid out Mall which has plenty of parking and plenty of parking for people that need accessibility and as usual it is well maintained with the snow put in spots that are out of the way for people to park their cars

These shopping centres keep popping up in urban areas and they are a god send. You can find all that you need amongst the stores that are here. Grocery, clothes, alcohol, fast food, etc. There is ample parking here and it is typically very busy in weekends but fine on weekdays. Scotia Bank is the main bank on this lot but there is a TD across the street beside Home Outfitters.

It's what you would expect from a SmartCenters regional shopping plaza in that you can easily find your big box shopping such as Best Buy and Walmart, you can find your wine and liquor at the LCBO, and most any other retail in between. Ample parking and well maintained. It's not really walkable shopping, but you probably aren't walking to this plaza anyway.

You can get almost everything you're looking for in one stop. Places clean and well-stocked. Employees are helpful and there doesn't seem to be the same weight at the cash register as there are at some other Walmarts.

From getting groceries or a quick bite to eat, a good area. Close by my house and first time shopping at superstore (Loblaws) and can say customer service was very nice and very attentive. Alot of products to choose from too. Thanks for all you essential workers!

The entry and exit to the store is now through the Home and Pharmacy entrance. We went to the store around 10.00 a.m. There was a line up to get into the store, less than 10 people in front of us. We probably waited about 5 minutes or so to get in.A lot of clothing items were on sale. As always, great products, competitive pricing and good customer service.

Moved to this address recently and must say, this plaza is great. Pretty much everything you need can be found here, from groceries, to shoes, to restaurants, to electronics, fitness apparel and equipment, and home stuff. Can stop by on my way home from work and get everything I need to either make dinner, grab a bite (if I'm being lazy) or clothing for the next day. This has been a very welcome surprise, and a staple in my family's life

This Walmart is okay to visit. The staff weren't very interested in assisting customers. It took me two hours to find something for my home. Other than that, my only gripe is that the staff pulled me away from the express line to go to the self checkout lanes. They didn't bother to ask how I was paying or anything, so when I needed assistance with a manufacturers coupon, it took them ten min to figure out how to put this into the system. It would have made more sense to leave me be as I was in the line. They didn't bother to tell me that coupons are more difficult to do on self checkout cuz you need a staff member to put it into the system for you

THIS is where to go to shop in North Oshawa. Biggest selection of big box stores we have. Walmart. Michaels. Ardene. Home Depot. International Superstore. Dollar Tree. EB Games. LCBO. Best Buy. Swiss Chalet. Pet Value. McDonald's. Eastside Marios. Montanas. Payless. OshCosh/Carters. Bombay. Winners. Etc etc. Across Taunton is another big box complex with more big box stores /The Children's Place, Mastermind Toys, Party Place, Pet Smart etc etc And North up Harmony is Legends Community Centre with swimming, ice skating, basketball courts, splash pad, library, seniors citizen community centre (sccc), gym and track. There's more stores in the area but you get the gist.

Okay so I know that this smart center boasts a lot of things that often are coveted for shopping experiences.. great parking lots of store options etc. Actually though I have found that most of the stores in this center are either not open/available as advertised.. or have staff who are decidedly unhelpful and not versed in the customer service side of their job.. I can't imagine that so many of my several experiences at this shopping center have just been coincidentally not good.. must be something in the air. ????????‍♀️

Long lines, no food left on shelves, cranky staff, cranky customers in general. It's not a place that I really go shopping. Sometimes saying 1$ is not good enough for me. I'd much rather give that extra $1 to a small business who is friendly, right there. And the line is short. Time is valuable time, and it should be to everyone.

This Wal-Mart Smart Centre, with other adjacent stores of good quality, such as Michaels, Reitmans, Montanas, a fitness centre and more, is a one stop shop for everyone. The Wal-Mart is an expansive space with absolutely everything available, including a complete grocery store, electronics, clothing, sports goods, home decor, toys, beauty and hygiene products, gardening, a pharmacy, as well as a McDonalds, and a host of other small businesses, all within this one store. Selection is tops, the staff is friendly and helpful. This is a five star, Smart Centre, by more than name, alone.

Has a great selection of stores however, the layout is terrible for pedestrians. There are limited to no crosswalks for the busy intersections. Making walking to stores a pain, trying to wait for a lull in traffic. Only way to get a good experience would be to drive from store to store.

I do not like that store! Everytime I walk into it and shop on the grocery side, I feel very very cramped..The layout of the store feels, wrong somehow. I cannot describe the feeling any other way. The parking lot is ok, it is layed out as best as it can be..

Has everything you might need in thr area. If you don't like walmart, go across the street to superstore. You have sportchek, best Buy, bouclair, marshalls, bombay, la vie en rose, and a few others. If you need food you have fast food like tim hortons and mcdonalds. Or you can go to Montana's or east side mario's. You will need a car to drive around here if it is cold outside

I went here on Sunday August 11th 2019 and this place was deserted. A SmartCenters note on the door saying the occupant was evicted for non payment of rent. Not sure if they will re-open at some point but the store was completely empty so I doubt it

Easy shopping, carry most things. One stop shopping. Prices are usually fair, but you have to watch what you buy. Sometimes they are expensive.

Quick friendly service. Appliance staff was extra helpful with our washer dryer and dishwasher purchase. They price matched without asking and had our items delivered and installed the next day. Delivery/install team was professional and called before and during arrival. Very happy with the experience.

I just don't know whatever happened to good old fashioned malls with ceilings....I truly am not a fan of smart centres. This is Canada, its winter and cold 75% of the time....I want to be warm when Im shopping...just saying.

I visited Walmart several weeks ago , to be exact the Pharmacy Section. I asked the young Lady to assist me in finding the Aleve but I also purchased some Vicks , which she did but not, at all in a respectful manner. So we went to the Counter where she slipped the items in a bag pushing it infront of me. No please or thank u, once again I do have to say Reapect works both ways, I personally think Walmart should train its staff to be more polite to it's customers, I have seen several of the Staff on different occasions not being very polite to some customers. And maybe their uniforms should be much neater, they always appear to be not happy at work. This is just my opinion.

Only go hear if it's my last option if I cannot get it at my other food market that I usually shop at very poor customer service the plaza in general is good but the WalMart they are always having an issue if you want to price match they will argue with you until you just say whatever about the price I haven't shopped in a WalMart for year now because how badly I was treated so I brought my business elsewhere

This is one of the cleanest and most organized Walmart's I have visited. The staff really seems to care about how the store looks and it shows. Product is easy to find and everything available seems to be well stocked most of the time.

Lots of good stores for your shopping needs. They have a Home Depo, Subway, Dollar Tree, EB games, Marble Slab, PC Super Store, Walmart, LCBO, McDonald's, East Sides, Swiss Chalet Winners Best Buy and a whole lot more

The smart Center is probably one of the busiest I've ever seen. It's hard to find a parking space sometimes even on the slower days of the week. The staff seem to be overworked and sometimes it can wait on their unprofessionalism. If you're looking for a store that's uncrowded then I would definitely avoid this place. Although they do have a good variety of everything and a good selection of all items it's just as good as any other Supercenter

Alot of stores I guess?? As it's a very confusing place to go if you are not familiar with it. Many different mini streets and stop sign intersections. Front of some stores face back of others etc. Weird layout.

This Smart Centre is a veritable hub of convenience and a great shopping experience. With Wal-Mart as the hub of this centre, it is flagged by many other great stores and restaraunts. My girlfriend loved Reitmans and we both love the Michaels art supply store. These are sided by Pier 1 Impotrts, Best Buy grocers, Swiss Chalet, Montanas, Tim Hortons, Sportschek, Bombay furniture and home decor finery, Scotiabank, McDonalds, Marshalls, Home Depot, Home Sense, a Superstore from Loblawas, and an L.C.B.O. Now, if this collection of stores don't cover a vast spectrum of great stores, then surely one hasn't been here to see. This is a massive centre, surrounded by free parking and ready transit access. Here, is a passport to immense selection, convenience and a great, fun-value all culminating, here, in Oshawa north.
