This place is great it's like what all places should be. Everything's reasonably priced not crazy high markup price. Basically everything in that store is what you can get online from like a China website or eBay plus maybe a little bit extra but it's really reasonable

If you bougth something buy mistake they dont change the product, the attention was impolite, talk to me like horrible, I guess the owner don't have plastic bags, I ask for one bag and they told me I can hold my products.. The place is not the same as usted to.

I love this store! Everything they sell is so cute. Except there is no refund policy. Only exceptions are manufactures defects or electronics. Lots to choose from, underware, cooki g supplies, purses, makeup, cute stuffed animals, etc..

Terrible experience we will never return. Price directly above product was not the price, when I called the cashier on it she completed the transaction then repeated the all to familiar condescending voice "All sales final, No refund, No exchange" buyer beware!!! Zero customer service.

Sad they do not sell the honey butter chips anymore they were really good. Cashier was really nice, i don’t own any plushies but i have to say the ones they have are really high quality. They sell pretty good art supplies although if you’re a fan of alcohol markers you may be disappointed no brush tips in sight. Electronics are generally high quality and they have a pretty good selection would not recommend the earbuds as they broke within a week.

Really cute Japanese store! Lots of stuffies & beauty products were bought here! They give out free hand sanitizer & masks plus product if you buy a certain amount ! Really cute and have to go back, we don’t have where I’m from so it really is a treat!

A unique budget store, I love the imported snacks and the drink cooler. Travel mugs are cute and there is a good amount of various housewares. There is also make up stuff, but I can't speak to the quality of it.

This MINISO location is larger than the Pickering Town Centre location, but the selection of items is the EXACT SAME. The store is simply just wider. I would only recommend coming here if you're looking for a specific item and your regular go-to location is out of stock.

Be warned, shopping here is a gamble. Bought a relatively more expensive item here. A can opener. At the store, it felt great and had a substantial weight and a feeling of quality through the packaging. Once opened we found that it does not work at all. The gear teeth don't mesh properly and the knob just spins. Best part is that you can't return or exchange it. I will not be returning here

I love the prices and the variety of merchandise this store has. I’ve bought travel sets, bath sets, sewing kits, skin care, and even international snacks. I’ve ditched my high-end skin care for theirs, it works wonders and is a fraction of the price. The cashiers are fantastic, especially one in particular who has shown myself as well as my friends various products and how they work as well as being proficient in customer service skills. I would highly recommend this store as the quality of the products as well as the staff is incredible

If I can, I will give 0 star. They always misguided the consumers. The price labels there always not the price you pay. When you recognize it. They will say this is finally sale. They can do nothing.

Not a dollar store....very limited selection. Cheap looking items. Staff unhelpful. Asked about pricing of markers and was told that's just the way they are priced meanwhile sign made no sense at all. Weird. Horrible store.

totally a rip off for warranty. 2 weeks is not the norm in Canada. Received a lamp for a Christmas present and within 2 months it stopped working. I was embarrased by the staff after being told over the phone that the fact that I didnt have a teceipt was no problem and just to come into the store. Well I did and was met by an Asian Canadian worker who I believe was the person I had spoken to and then I was hit with the 2 week exchange for defective products. I asked to see a manager and was met by caucasion canadian female who just repeated what her coworker had said about theolir policy and refused to help because of their policy. I think that this store sells the cheap clined product and then doesnt back it up. I consider it stealing and stealing is againdt Cabadian laws . I dont know about other foreign contries. I left the light with her and left the Miniso Oshawa Centre store discusded. Shame on you to gave such outdated customer satisfaction policy. 100 thumbs down to Miniso customer care.....

I always find random cute finds for home, beauty products, and pens. But they've been sold out of pens lately and haven't seen to have gotten stock. They were giving a pack of disposable face masks and hand sanitizer after you spend a certain amount. A nice little extra, and that stuff definitely come in handy these days.

For the bargain lovers! Quality is much better than regular dollar store...no cheap look either! I bought kitchen accessories, towels, home decor and storage containers here and they were good. Staff are friendly, store is pretty clean, can get very busy closer to end of the day.
