I purchased a beautiful pair of grey dress boots that I absolutely love and received amazing service from the owner who mentioned that they had 7 stores. Went back to purchase two more pairs of heels that I saw on my first visit (Hot Pink & Brown PythonPrint). No longer had my size so I asked if they could call another location to see if they had my size & could send them to Oshawa. Young girl who was helping me couldn't be bothered to see if that was an option and started helping the next customer before I was even done speaking with her. What's wrong with this younger generation?

Watch for bait and switch return policy! Offered a return if any problems, then less than 24 hours later when trying to return was told only exchange or store credit. Teenage staffers wouldn't allow me to talk to the Manager (who they had on the phone), then called security when I raised my voice. Lovely customer service. I will not return...ever...

Great service and selection of heels at any given time. I needed to buy heels in a specific colour and all other shoe stores had no stock available for bold colours. The lady assisting me was helpful in choosing the right size for my feet since the sizing was a bit off. I would give 5 stars but as mentioned, the sizing for heels was a bit off. My expected size was way too big and apparently the shoes stretch out a lot so I didn't know which size to get. The heels themselves weren't the most comfortable nor did they have good grip, especially for the price. But they saved me a headache, being the only store among many to actually hold a great selection of colours.

We were in Coco’s today and received great customer service by Lamba. I will go back in future. Got a great price on two pairs of cougar Storm boots. Great bags that are worthy of passing forward as a gift bag. Lambs explained that we can make a return for a store credit if required.
