Unless you are dressed in the name brand clothes and spending a ton you will be ignored, treated poorly and snubbed. Went in for fabric markers, left store without. Better off ordering from Amazon. Cheaper and better quality

Currently, there's a Walmart, Staples, Winners, Sleep Country, Dollarama, and Michaels. So that makes it a great shopping center to get a variety of shopping done! The whole parking lot could've been better designed. Aside from that, it's a pretty good location. Would love to see some more stores added to this area though!

Getting better and better with every new store added. The most recent being the PetSmart. Beautiful, clean and small pets available to adopt. Good prices too, and friendly staff.

For a trip to the bulk barn, payless shoes, Penningtons and home depot... my main stops over this way... unless I'm dining... then you have Montana's and Boston Pizza:D My kids like Best Buy but I'm usually at OshKosh/Carters or the Dollar Tree while the hubby takes them to electronics;) All in all... lots of stores in a fairly well laid out area:D If you are all done shopping... there is a Galaxy Cinema right around the corner:D

I honestly wonder what kind of engineers lay out parking lots and roads in there areas , it's a messy set up and make sure to pay attention when driving around, there is alot of selection for stores great for one place

I dont know who you have working the returns counter and on as the manager but these ladies need to chill out and rethink how they perform their jobs. the most atrocious customer service I've ever experienced! return was beyond 60 days and they literally start YELLING and pointing at sign that says no returns on clothing. handle yourselves with more professionalism and maybe you'll have better days at work!!! ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE for a reason!

One stop shop for pretty much everything. I personally don't buy much from food section. I went to buy some treats like danishes and I saw mold and maggots inside the food trying to crawl out. It was disgusting but because of everything going on in the world it doesn't surprise me. Always ✔️ due dates. Great clothing section.. everything else was fine.

This would typically be a 5 ☆ review, however, my last interaction was NOT great????The store manager did call me, left VM. I called him back, left msg, giving my cell # & email. And since then, haven't heard back!! Disappointed. Michael's is my "Go-To" for alot of items. But I've been ordering online instead, via Amazon.ca.

The parking lot is not very well laid out or maintained, but the buildings themselves seem to be in decent repair. The plaza has a Walmart supercenter, winners, Dollarama, Staples, Micheals, and not much more.

Winners, Walmart, Michael's, and more at this location. The Winners is usually a miss here in terms of good stock, but the Walmart is large. Nice plaza, good parking. Take some time to visit if you're nearby.

Smart center has lots of great stores to choose from they keep the parking lot clean and there's lots of parking. Great spot to shop just off the Highway

Wal-Mart and Winners are both used regularly in our family. They both provide Value and convenience. There is also a dollar store, Staples and a Michael's.

Nice size store and always nicely stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's part of a larger shopping center complex with ample of parking. Overnight parking with large VRs possible.

I think this center is more of a "go when we have to" kind of place. Walmart is Walmart lol. There could be a greater selection of stores in this smart center. Ample parking... I'll give it that! On the bright side... It seems to always be a quick in and out... No troubles.

I went to the pharmacy after leaving the hospital with my son, the doctor asked me to het temporary filling material as my son broke an adult tooth, the pharmacist was absolutely useless, absolutely unhelpful, said they had nothing of the sort I was looking for but it was behind the counter the pharmacist would not help in any way and treated me like a complete fool, until the young lady working cash grabbed the product I needed and gave it to me, in my opinion that pharmacist should be fired.

always fun to shop here. if you don't like to travel far between shops. you have quite the blend of stores. there's clothing, crafts, business supplies, mattresses, food, a dollar store, automotive needs. I a very general area.

Having a bit of trouble getting Walmart to have enough stock of the particular type of dog food we feed. The employees at all locations are very welcoming and eager to help when needed. A great one stop shop. Easy to get to relatively too.

This is a great shopping mall in Orillia. Anchored by a large Walmart supercentre. Other stores include a very good Winners, Dollarama. Sleep country, Michael's, Staples and more. Loads and loads of parking here. Close to the highway.

Its ok for it's selection.. however I highly disagree with Michaels retail sales strategy of putting all the prices at a ridiculous level so they can rotationally promo items. 8x10 frame $250.... don't worry however it's 70% off! It's bizarre

People were rude and pushy! Staff were not controlling it. They were not following directional arrows, reaching in front of other shoppers, not social distancing, also some tried to enter without masks. I wouldn't go back when that busy.

Convenient layout hasn't been soo much traffic that I can't easily get into a parking space. They've recently resurfaced a large portion of the Walmart parking lot. It would be nice to have a light for exiting but that will likely come when they developed the land across the street. Easy enough to get out.
