Here you have the feddbacks of real people who consume the services of Orillia Square Mall (Mall) near to the area of Orillia (Canada).
Right now the business gets a score of 3.2 stars over 5 and this score has been based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is average, and it is based on a very large number of scores, so we may conclude that the score is very reliable. If there are many people who bothered to rate when they've done well, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to give reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
Nice shops. Not as many shops as there use to be but not bad.
Not really much left in this mall, Canadian Tire seems to be the only thing keeping it alive
I wish the owners would offer rent incentives to populate this mall. It needs a boost. The stores that are there are really good.
Kind of sad that it's so empty. I don't care for the location.
Its very empty we had Victoria secret once and they closed down for sometime now. And we have to go to Barrie to get the things us women need or go online with an extra cost its just a pain in the neck. Then on top of that stores dont stay there long. The only good things is the grocery store, the Chinese food place and the nail salon
Fresh Produce. Good sales. Fast check outs
Great prices but the employees are not very friendly when you ask for help
Very clean but needs more stores
It's convenient, clean and quiet!
Very sad to see what this mall has become. Very empty and low quality stores, even the food court is dead with only one option now.
Good in a pinch. Stuff is cheep.
The mall is kept clean and the food court has some of the best Chinese food in orillia but it could use a few more stores.
Much nicer since it was renovated.
Pretty awful mall but that's what happens when a big business folds that was the corner stone for the whole thing.
Good Place for Shopping Groceries, Food, clothes, electronics....cheap and good for everything
Great mall , The service at the Canadian Tire is terrible tho
Not much here in terms of stores. There are a couple anchor stores like no frills & Canadian tire...but that's about it. Keep expectations really low.
Like a ghost town run down, dirty. Place needs to be torn down.
Used to be such an amazing place, sad to see so many closed stores
A serious overall is required for the mall to survive as well as an updating of transport services and infrastructure to the roads would help improve business.
I only go there for the Chinese food , which is the best
Boring mall not much there
Not as many stores as there used to be.
Not great barely any stores or foodcourt . Waste of time to visit there
Love this store
Love the Book store and No Frills
This was a very friendly place and extremely helpful staff and people.
There isn't much of a shopping experience a few small shops but the grosery store next door is great filled with everything you would want for great low prices shop at no frills
They use the term "mall" very loosely here.
I stumbled into this mall at 1pm and thought it was closed. I was embarassed until I noticed that all the store owners must have thought the same.
Good place for cheap stuff
This mall is lacking a lot of stores now with empty store spaces not occupied. Also the food court has lost all of the options that were once there to only a Chinese food option.
Nice little shops. No frills a plus!
Needs more stores desperately. I only go here for the Chinese food, which is amazing.
This place is dying. A lot of closed shops and empty places. Only about 10 working stores. Sometimes we go there with family for Chinese food. Small restaurant with good prices and tasty food located here.
Owed now by the Canadian Tire Corp..still empty
Pretty much a dead mall at this point.
Almost no stores left in this mall. Greedy landlord's put the little guts out of bussisness
I honestly dont know how its considered a mall more like a large plaza.
Too many closed store give the impression of doom. A big empty store could be converted to a hostal to serve the community or a raise the roof or habit for humanity. Just suggestion to bring in business to because it is needed.
Really the only store to see here is EB Games. Gone way downhill. Everything has moved to West Ridge.
Surprise to see so many stores inside
Just disappointed is all!!
Went to get my taxes done I was in and out in hour great service will go again next year
It was great. Lots of shops
Not many stores in the mall now or places to eat very disappointing
Definitely need to do some renovations and get some more stores in there!!! The stores within are very great! There’s also no benches or anywhere to wait outside.
Everything you'd come to expect from a Dollar Tree. Everything 1.25 no matter what you buy. No surprises at the cash which I certainly like.
Convenient parking in the mall.
Books, Video Games, Groceries, with a Canadian Tire and Dollar Store across the parking lot:) Lots of other specialty places in the mall as you would expect... I'm hoping they will acquire a big draw store and better restaurants to round out the shopping experience:)
Great service and great people. Not a lot of selection but it looks like there are more stores coming.
Lots of variety and good prices.
Canadian Tire staff are amazing. Jennifer was absolutely fantastic... Great help and patient.
I go for The Source , No Frills and Burger King. Small book store as well.
It's okay. Not a great selection of shops..
This mall needs a major improvement.. the employees in the stores for the most part try their absolute best to make their store as nice and appealing as possible. But the mall has no appeal to get people into the mall to see anything going on inside. I think Orillia should really utilize the space they have here for opening new attractions to Orillia.
Dollar Tree. One price. No stale merchandise. Canadian Tire. Bright, clean, and lots of deals. Jason's No Frills. Great Staff. Good prices. Many small shops in the mall, looking forward to Major Upgrades which appear to be in progress.
Weak selection of stores. Lots of churn, lots of junky stores that come n go. Food court is pathetic. No Frills is the main anchor, and isn't accessible from within the mall. Canadian Tire is literally a separate building that one has to walk a couple minutes from the mall to enter. Same for Dollar Tree. If it weren't the only mall, no one would shop here.
It's such a great mall. It's too bad to see that so many stores have left.
Could be a great mall again, just need to focus on the towns needs, like a food court that has more then one option, yes the mall is slightly out of the way, there is the bus route to take you there.
Clean nice wide aisles friendly helpful staff
For being a smaller sized city, it's a pretty good mall with good prices.
The Orillia mall used to be very busy but since all the large super centers have come people tend to go there instead. But I did hear a rumour that the mall is getting serious renovations. Sooner rather than later please.
It's a small mall but there are great little stores in there. We need a big store to take the old Target spot and the mall would come alive again. Support local
Really needs some updating and some new/more *(less empty)* stores! Getting pretty quiet in there.
Lots of empty stores. Only one food court restaurant open. Limited selection on stores and looks very depressing due to the empty store units and holes in the walls from old signage. Lots of parking. Enjoy visiting during Easter and Christmas to see the Easter bunny and Santa with the kids.
Maurice's is the best place in the mall to go!
Not much going on at the Orillia square mall.
I dislike this place now only because its lost so much business that their are hardly any stores that are still open and running.
Multiple stores and products to choose from friendly staff
Excited to see what comes of the renovations here!
Corn holders in stock just in time for summer corn!
Besides the scary vacancy, I had a good experience. The staff in the Bluenotes and Ardene were very kind to me :)
Not enough stores. Needs to be updated a bit. Only one restaurant (which is very tasty)
Not many brands here. Almost empty !
There are only a few stores in which I am interested. The food court is too small. Many stores are empty. Feels like a place that is slowly dying. Parking is good.
The recent major upgrade of the Canadian Tire store at the Orillia Mall will have a positive impact to retail sales for the mall.....the upgraded CTC store will be the "key component you send me trap Queen" for the future success of this mall.
Huge No Frills. Cart uses a quarter, come prepared for that. I got everything I needed there & found everything easily, too.
Great stores in this mall but would be nice to have more of a selection to pick from
I was in the parking lot, it's a nice one.
Not much left in this mall.... unfortunately.
A few great stores like book store and health store.
So bad... No shops left and the ones that are there are not decent ones other than the book store.
Very small and sorely lacking stores. I can see a renovation in near future, turning the mall into an outlet of store front types. Malls are a thing of the past, everyone shop online now days.
Unique store and neighbourly staff.
Do you want to experience the deepest darkest example of a recession in Canada? Have too much confidence and motivation, need something to bring you back down to earth and throat kick any last thoughts you had of a blossoming economic growth in this great province of Ontario. Well, if it's melancholy you seek Orillia Square Mall is the place to be. It's so depressing you won't even find long haired youths in the hallways listening to Spotify while spinning the wheel on their over bearingly decaled long board. It is so slow that the burger king had to pull out and leave! AMAZING!!. So if desperation and 10% off Blue note jeans is what you seek. Please I urge you to visit the Orillia Square Mall.
Many vacant storefronts, not a lot of shoppers, many closed stores with off hours
Kinda small and the stores are almost never the same there are a couple stores that have stayed through out the years but most can't make it there and it's slowing getting smaller and smaller sadly
Source - for electronic's very helpful staff on site ! PS: take your CAA membership card. Today I enjoyed a 20 % discount on infinitely battery.
Not much here other than Ardene now
We need 30cc"s of new stores, STAT
This place used to be a busy mall. Now it's a ghost town. It strangely slowed down even more AFTER the renovations.
Handy spot just off Hwy 11. Great No Frills store and Canadian Tire.
Kind of slow and sad lately. Still a few good stores, though
This place is a zoo in the summer!
Your typical small mall, seemed pretty clean. No major drawing cards.
Except for no frills the place kinda sucks
A shell of its former glory. No frills and EB games are just about the only good thing there.
Usually has what you're looking for, stores are dwindling, the staff remaining though are fantastic and make sure to get you what you want
Unfortunately the mall is dead and there's no Wisin Imo to go there unless you are visiting the Canadian Tire. The Canadian Tire store on the other hand is probably the best I've ever seen...
Great got my taxes done here
The washrooms are always clean when I am there which is nice.
I do like shopping at Orillia Square Mall, however, there is nowhere to sit. No benches, chairs, nothing. For someone with chronic pain and mobility issues, it's become impossible. Can you please help?
Kind of a depressing mall. Not much selection.
Wow no this mall is way the hell out in the middle of nowhere but it's a great place to meet friends off the highway and have food if necessary I mean it's way out in the middle of nowhere so don't expect much
This places needs new tenants to fill up the empty stores!!
Nothing there that excited the mind. Other than the book store.
So sad that it's a Deadmall. I hope it sustains this way because it's so cozy and very good looking at the same time. Nice place
Not really enough stores anymore
Huge dollar tree, but just another dollar tree. 4 items for 5 bucks.. easy to calculate while shopping. Easy to add alot to your buggy too!
Lacks stores..many are empty
Lotsa stores missing. No Frilss has great prices
Has VERY few nice stores. The woman's washroom sinks look TERRIBLE.
Wish it could keep tenants. No frills and Canadian tire are good stores but needs energy
It's a very nice mall. All kinds of stores to go to.
Clean, well stocked store. Amazing employees, helpful and keeping us safe.
It's really gone downhill. There's only a few stores left. It's sad to see it so empty.
Hardly could call this a mall..
Not enough stores to call it a mall no food court really is not a good place to shop
This mall has been recently purchased by Canadian Tire. There are very few stores left in this mall as they are rebuilding. Still the mall is well kept and clean. Looking forward to new Renovations and new merchants
Don't know how it keeps the doors open. Although,, the shops that are in there are very nice
Well, malls are having a hard time of it, but the store service is excellent because they try harder!
Nice place to shop. Good variety of stores.
Closing soon i suspect. Many vacancies but nicely kept.
Getting. A face lift. Some new stores
An ok place.canadian tire and no frills are great.
Small but sufficient.
Unfortunately, few stores remain open at this mall but there are a few shops that have great clothes at good prices. If you're stopping in at Canadian Tire or No Frills, it's worth having a look.
Lots of dark space. Clean otherwise
pretty cool
Ive visited several times, and its been worse each time I visit. Just close it down already
Got its up's and downs.
Still some stores open... more coming it looks like.
Bit of a ghost town. Need big anchor store so other stores will come
Very little selection. Half the shops were closed on a Saturday.
Well, it have some of my favorite place to visit. Not too crowded
Always fast and friendly service! Always a pleasant visit.
Lots of stores are closed. Only one option for hot food.
Hoping a store/stores go in where Target use to be.
Not sure you can call it a mall. Happy to see it is under new management. Will change my review once some positive changes are made
Ok what seen. Better was before need more great stories and open our city back up to 100 % .
Great staff, just keep up with the great work.
The mall looks awesome. Can't wait to see it finished. Need more restaurants at the food court.
A little more I think you should enjoy going there every once in awhile Lisa told me that song with the face of Amazon destroying the small town Mall's
Cant wait to see what Canadian Tire does
The owners need to attract more stores.
Sad. Lonely.
Not much in the mall for stores anymore
since renovating, the 27 empty store fronts have been reduced to 5. I feel that there are a couple stores who carry this mall so it doesn't shut down.
havent been for a long time, just wanted to check it out.its a lot smaller with canadian tire going in. left with nothing
always have product needed
This mall has potential!. When I walk in here i get sad it’s so tiny and nothing there.
Not what it used to be. Fewer stores. Fewer choices. No anchor store.
My kids call it the most depressing mall on earth.
Boring!!! Someone needs to get get some businesses moved in up there.
The no frills has a good selection of budget foods.
much bigger store than Sutton bit more products than Sutton
This will be gone soon there is nothing here. The no frills and Canadian tire are great though
A lot of store fronts are closed. Not very much selection and storefronts.
Quiet.
Its a wilting mall with no real prospects but you can always find a parking spot.
Ghost town with no good stores
Good store. Bright but not overwhelmingly yellow like the old days. Good selection. Good specials.
Needs more stores and food court is pretty sparse
Convenient stop when heading out camping.
All the retailers have left. That fiasco Target left a huge empty retail space that the Canadian taxpayers paid for. Shame on the government to pay for them to come here!
Park and save. Good low cost, useful items.
This mall really is a square. None of the other malls like it.
Once a great mall to visit, it’s now run down and has hardly any stores. Sad to see it get worse over the years.
It's a ghost town you can hear the rats getting it on !! They need more stores!! It is ???? it should be called Orillia Square malfunction or Orillia Square small
Desperately need better stores or lack of them.
This place is so embarrassing. They should've just bulldozed the entire thing back when Zellers closed ... The whole mall has been dying a slow and painful death since then.
Typical Rio Can mall but unfortunately not many stores and variety to offer for customers
Love this little mall. It's too bad it's lacking!! Great stores and great staff!
The square mall will be soon enough closing down it looks like so there’s only five stores in there really
This mall should have died out years ago. Instead some crappy clothing stores grasp on do the hand full of people that stop by daily.
Excellent service at the bell store
This mall needs a serious facelift. I dont even know how it can be called a mall anymore.
Desolate, depressing, lack of stores. In decline since Target left.
Fun despite the many empty spaces
They need more stores in the mall. I have no reason to come here except for eb games and the chinese food shop but that is a very rare occurrence.
Not like radio shack used to be. Ok I added another star since I last posted and visited. The staff was really friendly when we just upgraded a phone. Not pushy. The sales guy name was Syd I think. He should get a promotion as he knew what he was talking about.
You can still shop for hours in this mall! I do like how you can grab a book to read, check out some really great clothing stores, get a massage with the shiatsu chairs, get your wig and nails done, there is a nice kitchen store in there where you can get some nice gifts for people or if you need a new spice rack, knives, ah hell, you can upgrade your whole kitchen with the stuff in there, there is a couple of cell phone places, grab a game to play with the kiddies at EB games, go and grab some "as seen on TV" gadgets - they always have something new and interesting to mess around with, stop and get something quick to snack on and grab your groceries on the way out! So if you look at it as necessities, it pretty much has what you need.
shame of a mall...wish more stores would move in. Destination location only...if you need BELL or no frills
A quaint mall in Orillia. While relatively small by GTA-standards it does have some interesting stores. Unfortunately, while visiting during COVID many stores were closed. …
Used to be a great place, we need to build it back up with new stores!
Need more Mall's like this
Recently renovated, clean
This mall is pretty sad. I think the major draw is the Food Basics. Walking through the mall there are a few kiosks and stores but it seems so empty - because it is. A lot of the shop spaces are up for lease. This mall needs a revamp. There really isn't any reason to travel all the way here when there are other places you can go that offer a lot more.
Next too no stores inside what a waste.
Not to many stores left in the mall Fast food restaurants have all closed up .
Great open space with knowledgeable people
There's absolutely nothing in this mall. It's a waste of space.
Not much selection to shop from
Mall has really gone downhill. Need something in the Zellers location to get it going again
They have a few good stores in that mall
Stores need to be occupied with affordable needs and products ,more variety offered at food court, more sitting areas indoors and out.
Needs more stores to bring it back to its Glory days
Did not go in. Looked kind of dead from the outside.
Definitely needs more stores and variety
Stores you can quickly stock up on food
I swear to God the same 40 people have been hanging out in the food court here since 1996.
Awesome !
Square itself is no better than a strip mall with washrooms. No frills and Canadian tires are good.
Nice mall. Good atmosphere
I hate that it's torn down. This used to be a fun place to shop. Stores closed one by one, food court left, BK left, drove past last week and it's gutted to the steel rebar.
This mall has terrible selections of stores. Nothing really for everyday men, there Joseph's for formal wear. It's deserted. Much rather drive to Barrie for any shopping.
Not the best mall I have been in,It's a mall.
Super well stocked Canadian tire and garden centre. Really nice.
There is only 2 stores we go to there I'm shock it's still open
Work
Clean and very inviting. Something for everyone in one stop shop.
Not a lot of stores and not much choice. Only attraction is the Canadian Tire store.
Only a handful of stores in mall.
Nothing there it a dead mall.
Got sister what she wanted
The no-frills grocery store staff is fast and efficient
A tad bit outdated. Some cool stores I guess. Very small.
Many stores are closed. Still shopped though.
They are expanding and changing things up. Gonna be good
Going to miss the Chinese food. Don't use the mall for much else.
Looking forward to the new store coming
Nothing in the mall....maybe 10 stores....it's not a good place to shop...for anything.
Can't beat their deals
lack luster nothing really in it. great Chinese Food!
Don't want you to use cash anymore but expect you to carry change for a shopping cart.
This mall used to be great for a smaller mall but now it is just kind of disappointing. They could use more vendors in the mall.
Need anchor store and some thing to bring people in.
No frills had what we needed in and out quick great staff
This small, outdated mall was empty for the most part. I went to shop in one specific store and it was a great experience due to the lack of activity in the rest of the mall. Lots of parking but it was VERY confusing to try and leave the parking lot if you’ve never been in it before.
Didn't go in the plaza. Don't know if it's open.
Had to put one star just to be able to help others to avoid disappointment.
Only mall in Orillia but has stores no one else has
I visited the tailor and their service read fantastic.
Too many empty store fronts and no buzz. But okay for quiet inexpensive shopping or walking.
Not a lot of shops are open. Would be nice to have shop like Lowe's there.
Small shops good for a quick stroll
Has so much potential...needs some T.L.C
Mall is so empty. Lacks stores.
I love this mall. I've been going for 20 years. So sad to see so many shops leave. Please visit the remaining ones. And show our old love of the Mall.
All redone with a fresh facelift
Quite a few empty stores now. It's time to do something to breathe some new life into this old mall.
not enough shops of interest
Famous wok is hands down best food ever.
Great shopping experience, the young lady at the cash was super helpful.
A small mall but some great stores including a small food court with awesome Chinese food.
They have a grocery, book store, video game store and a couple of women's clothing stores. Not much else
I can still remember when this place was really busy. But once Zellers left, it started a slow decline. Now there's not much left. But No Frills and Canadian Tire are right next door.
Small mall not much for clothing
Not much of a mall really.
Great staff, fresh produce.
It's like a ghost town but some shops are still there. Get in. Get what you're looking for. Get out.
Good parking spot
Here lies a soon to be vacant parking lot. Some decent stores here still but this mall just can't get up n running. There's a great Asian food place here I like to go to...so that's something. Anyways, quiet shopping is what's up here...if they have the stores you need/like then go, you'll never be waiting in line which is brownie points in my book.
Lots of empty store fronts. Stores that are there are great though
Great location, a lot of parking but very few stores left
All kinds of great shops
The mall is a ghost mall. Not many stores, no variety of stores to shop in.
The Orillia mall used.to have so many good stores but now it's just a store graveyard.
Possibly the most depressing place in Canada.
Stopped in to the Showcase store and tried to purchase an item as a gift for my daughter. The two employees at the cash insisted on me providing my full name, email address and phone number. I declined. They REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO PURCHASE THE ITEM UNLESS I PROVIDED ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. DISGUSTING. WALKED OUT AND WILL NOT RETURN.
No frills has great prices
So much empty retail space there's no real point in going to this mall unless your going to nofrils
I like the fact Canadian Tire and NoFrills is in the mall
No frills is my food source.
Went for a pedicure. Rather sad without the food places there now.
not worth really going to other the best Chinese in town
Needs more stores. Opens at 11.
Clean quite !
This place still open not sure why
This mall needs up dating and more stores. the no frill shopping grocer store is why I go there.
Small mall under going an extensive renovation which should appeal to everyone who likes shopping.
this mall needs a revamp as it has more potential , hadn't been thru it in years . shocked at all the empty stores and nearly closed food court even though it was still busy with people. if you want people to come here , need to give us some reason to come such as better stores to shop at
Good stores just not enough lots of empty stores too bad
The mall isn't wat it use 2 b. Its half empty almsot.
Mall is almost empty, they need new stores to bring people in.
The dollar store was great. The typical wide selection of products. The staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot is oddly made though.
Not enough stores there
There are a few nice places but this shouldn't even be considered a mall :/
Plenty of parking easily accessible from Hwy.11.Perfaectly situated for last minute shopping.
Quick in and out, hardly anyone there
The food court has the Best Chinese take out spot. The mall needs more stores tho
its going to be great when they finish the renovations
Ghetto.. nothing open.. great chineese food take out.. 5 stars for chineese take out .. 1,star for ghetto mall..
Used to be good but stores keep moving out its getting empty
I get my groceries at No Frills . Always good prices and great sales.
Always a great experience. Prices excellent, staff exceptionally friendly. Very clean establishment. Thank you.
Looks depressing. Best stores there are No Frills with good prices and Canadian Tire
Wish they had more stores in there would shop there more
Nice to see they are updating, it was a bit dingy and the stores were terrible before. In actually excited to see what's coming.
Great place lots of stores. My favourite place is Northern Refletions
Hoping with new owners comes new stores. Only mall in Orillia needs fresh businesses
Went to the no frills. Big clean store
Clean, small local mall. No Frillz and a BIG Canafian Tire are the anchors
It has been a year since being in mall. When the weather gets free of covid I will visit this place.
Limited shopping options. Small food court. Clean facility with great parking and access from the highway.
Good prices at No Frills.
5 stars for Nofrills and Evan Taxes but the rest of forget about it, it's almost empty
Good place to go, groceries is there through No Frills, love Blue Notes they have great deals all the time. There is not a whole lot of store's there anymore, Alot has closed.
Great mall. Could get more stores. Food court needs more selection.
Awesome plaza, lots of parking, great customer service, very clean store
I think this mall has isn't as good as it used to be. Stores seem to be closing and whenever I go there which isn't often it seems to be deserted.
Could not go into Canadian Tire. Must shop on line. Seems to me there would be tons of essentials at that store. Food is not the only thing that is important.
Mall is missing stores. Lots of vacant space
Its never been the greatest mall to shop at with limited stores to choose from and only one food option in the "good court" nowadays this mall has really taken a turn for the worse.
Not much of a mall.very sad
Not alot going on here.. clean bathrooms...no variety in food court.. 1 place open everything else vacant... sparse in stores... but few there are nice and friendly staff
Was at the garden center up there but unfortunately what I wanted was not there.
Great little plaza There's a little of everything groceries ,canadian tire.. Come here often
Very small. Did find some good things at the eb games here while visiting the city. Food court was just one restaurant, bathrooms were clean. Overall a nice quiet place to walk around. Did have a handful of larger stores to stop by which was good
Good but lacking stores
Needs a little reboot. Otherwise clean and tidy. Don't forget the roots shop and eb games while your there.
Could use more stores and better quality products
Very small with no desirable stores and no good food
The new Canadian tire store is great
Many stores closing but still some decent stores
Haven't been in a mall for years. Santa was great, but there's only like 5 stores still open.
Could be a nice place, but seems covid hit it hard, never see actual mall staff information booth has been closed for months and cleaners only appear to come at night, the only real reason to go here is to get chinese take out from famous wok inside
I love the new Canadian Tire, the store is BIG and lots of great stuff ????????.
Its quiet and has some items that are specific to this location. Love that its not too busy and clean whenever i go which makes me more at ease during the pandemic.
Had exactly what we needed. 3 other similar states did not.
There is a book store and an EB GAMES... Ya.
Not much in there to look at but a few of the store I can't go without
This place is beautifully decorated for Christmas
I thought there was more stores, but not so much
Great low prices.
No Frills in and out !That's good!
There are great small shops in the mall. It doesn't have a big box store tenant directly in the mall but the shopkeepers that are there are hard working, honest, and worthy of your business.
Good mall for such a small town luv it ????
Nice mall just wish you had more stores
Can't say much about it right now about it now as is going through renovations.
Not much left here but no frills and Burger King
Half rating due to half the stores being vacant
Useless ! no food court lots of empty stores ,sad
The only good stores left are the book store, EB games and Eclipse. **UPDATE* 09/30/19 Guess who's getting a facelift? No not me the mall! We're excited to see the changes. Hopefully there will be new stores that will draw more people. !
Good staff n friendly staff
Good parking
This place has about a 60-70% vacancy. Other than the grocery store it's likely the mall will close with in a year
Good location for 3 big stores Canadian tire, The Brick and No frills. Inside the mall there are to many empty stores.
I hope that it regains it's once popular nature.
Nothing in the mall. Desperately need new stores to draw people in
Pretty baron but some great stores that have awesome deals
Almost every store is closed in this place.
Clean and quiet but not a lot there
Very well kept store, felt safe with precautions, compared to other stores
A lot of stores are closed but still a nice little mall
Nice mall. Rather small, but a lot of good shops.
Terrible selection of stores and half we're just closed or empty spaces.
Went the the no frills. Parking is ample and the produce is fresh. Prices are good and there is a lot of variety.
Like a lot of malls now a days Fewer stores and more empty places
Not bad. The new Canadian Tire certainly brightened it up.
Best mall in town.
Hardly any stores in the mall and only one food place
It needs more stores.
Kind of tired.could hardly open the doors.
With the construction on the outside of the building, the parking lot was crazy with all the nuts out there that can't drive!
Decent small local mall. Zellers then Target left which leaves a big void
varity of stores with Canadian Tire and Nofills
The mall is fading. There aren't many stores left
Some things that you can get here for so little, amazes me
The girl's are great
It's a ghost mall..what a shame
Ghost town of a mall.
No frills gtocery store
The mall is pretty much vacant
Only about half the spaces are leased leaving a limited selection of stores.
Small but quaint. Good parking
Not much there except canadian tire and no frills. Also the brick at the back of the mall
Not so much a mall anymore
This place has grown over the years and there is more to go
Great variety, great place
The mall only has one food vendor in it should have more
Has many great stores
Hole not too many vendors
Nit too many stores I the mall
Although the construction has been ongoing for a long time the parking lot is still easily accessible. Its not too busy there so checking out at any stores is quick.
Great place to get out of the Heat lots of stores to shop
Its mostly a grocery store and Canadian tire
It still has some life albeit not like it use to
Food court is nice, not as busy as it use to be, but still nice to shop without the mall crowds. Still lots of stores to choose from I like it there, lottery center, blue notes, no frills , Canadian Tire, drug store, dollar store, hair salon.
Great Service Friendly Staff
The Asian food place is still open around back
Such a sad mall . Empty. Hopefully, once Canadian Tire open they new location. It will bring more people in the mall.
A dead mall. Ever since Target left, the food court businesses have closed. The only really busy areas are the No Frills and the Canadian Tire. The bathrooms and the hallways were recently renovated and they are great.
Good friendly staff here sometimes hard to find staff in tools and paint sections.... quality at ctc has gone from canada
It was great. Had exactly what I went in for
They have some good stores - Maurice's, EB, and comes but other wise it is a pretty dead mall. However, prices and sales are normally way better than at other malls.
Staff dont seem to want to be there.
Thank Rhonda, great service
great prices but very busy
Nothing special. Was out of the way and not near any other amenities in orillia
Kind of boring, I think it would go under without No Frills
Very helpful staff.
Friendly people, help and support their business
Not much of a mall anymore
The most depressing mall ever.
My wife loves Nofrils!
Not really worth going to. Not a lot of selection in stores. Next to no food court to speak of.
Worse than the Kozlov Centre in Barrie. Only up side is No Frills!
They have a few stores open in the mall currently. Most stores are empty and need to be filled. It really sucks having to drive to Barrie to go shopping in their mall. It would be nice to have a mall with stores here in Orillia that I could visit and take my kids shopping.
Plaza rebuilding new stores going in
Mall is dead. Not enough stores to call it a mall
Great to go
A lot of empty stores, only one place in the food court open. Not worth the trip there unless you need No Frills groceries or C.T.
Unfortunately a dead mall...even Burger King left...sigh
Plesant
Canadian tire new big store but didn't have what I needed this time.
Had a great day shopping with my daughters. Bluenotes had amazing staff. Like shopping in this mall.
Mall is looking good. Hope it fills up with more stores
Not bad but not good sizing in clothing fore curve women
Not many stores left. Hope new owners will bring new life.
Nice place to shop....Canadian tire is a beautiful shop. Sadly the mall is not what it was only a few years ago. Covid has hurt our local stores.
What mall? Does the grouping of largely vacant spaces qualify under the definition of "mall"?
Not fully open yet!
Empty. No stores
Stores that are there are nice stores. The new Canadian Tire is huge and jammed full
I wouldn't call this a mall...more like an indoor plaza. But for Orillia it ain't bad.
Everything is 1.25$ no surprises
Easy to get around. Some good stores.
Clean and will only get bigger as Orillia's housing and population increases
Few stores, hope more come soon
Nice stores very friendly
Great location, needs more attention to choice of stores.
Need more stores in this place.
No Frills employee helped load soil
No Frills is the best - great savings
Nothing in this mall... not very many stores.
VERY good service. And very nice experience.
All the retailers are moved out. An overhaul desperate. Target exit left a huge retail empty space. Was better when źellers was there.
Clean and well stocked. Friendly staff.
I know Jason see him at store great service
Nice mall but not many stores open. Too many empty (for lease).
So sad to see this once stellar mall almost two thirds empty. Upon talking with stores, apparently management is strict on hours open and rent/leases are very expensive
They need to seriously start attracting customers and businesses. Can understand why all the businesses are empty
I am sad of the decline in the stores within the mall this 1and many more like it
Need to add more stores & please have a opening to and from Canadian Tire into the mall.
Most stores are closed. Disappointed
600 people allowed in that tiny mall. I will say tho Aredene and Eclipse have safety measures in place ???? love the ladies that work at both. Janice the manager at Ardenes is ???? always so pleasant always friendly ????
Waste of space
Once the best place in Orillia, still under vacated. Canadian Tire and No Frills corner a mostly empty mall. No Frills isn't the bargain it was and quality also diminished
