So glad Columbia has opened at Windsor Crossing Outlet Mall! 1st time in this bright large new store resulted in 3 purchased coat's with amazing discounted prices! The staff are very friendly and impressively knowledgeable about the merchandise. A special shout out to sales associate Matt! He encouraged me to try on a winter coat that was definitely not my usual go-to color (black) which resulted in a new favorite coat for myself (actually 3 if you factor in it's 2 in 1 so can be worn 3 different ways) but I also have bragging rights on money I saved with great sale discounts!

Space is underutilized. Why didn't they build the stores on the inside and the parking lot on the outside? Makes it not a fun place to walk around in the winter. Lots of store options for women, but not that many for men. Stores come and go and very often unfortunately. It does connect to a nice parkway trail now though, which is a plus for anyone who likes walking or hiking.

Windsor Crossings is a little bit more disappointing as of late. A lot of great stores have been taken out like Adidas, Nike, LaSenza. Its hit or miss when shopping here I guess just like any other mall. There's no where to get food here either. Most stores in here have reallly good sales frequently. I usually go to Roots, Guess, Maurice's, Bench, Columbia.

This outlet mall isn't as big as others. They have only a few stores I like and the prices usually aren't any cheaper than I can get at the other mall or online. Here and there though I can find some deals though. Worth checking out though if your in the area, might get lucky and they may have a sale that might be worth buying stuff if of course they have an actual sale and not their "normal sale".

Good shopping options. You can usually find some pretty good deals if you have time to shop around. I only wish that there was more food options so you could make a day of it without having to eat pizza. The layout is a bit daunting to walk the whole thing so we usually have to get in the car and drive to the other side. A couple of the temporary merchants I have shopped at have not kept their shops very clean which reflects on the mall itself unfortunately.

All stores are closing down. There are no restaurants .. and everything is not priced like an outlet. 60 percent off? LOL .. you do understand that outlet items are not your typical Mall items, they are cheaper material thats not to be sold in retail stores. Try again. Maybe if you can get this outlet to be standard like other outlets across the country ..people would be interested more. Pathetic.

It is a nice outlet to explore. In the outlet you can see various brand shops such as GAP, ALDO, PUMA and many other. Recently, there is a new convenience store and vape store opened, in which you can buy groceries, sports card, pokemon stuff, bongs, hookahs and many other items. Good place to visit in weekend.

Horrible... every thing fit great, looked good and was on sale 40-60% off. I went in for 1 pair of pants and afer visiting 5 stores I left with a pair of pants, jeans, 3 tops, a scarf, a baking pan, and a small pizza. On the bright side I didn't break the bank.

This outlet centre has definitely seen better days. Many stores are closed down. Considering there's no tax refund at the Canadian airports anymore, the prices are still considerably experience (at least for European travellers). From Windsor town centre there are some bus connections to reach this mall. Catch busses 5 or 6.

Enjoyed shopping trip to Windsor Crossing. It was nice to be able to look at and make purchases rather than ordering on line. All the stores were clean and followed safety protocols. Found a new Cafe which wasn't there on my previous visits. It was called Mr. Scoops. It was a nice surprise. Offered a selection Cafe foods and ice creme treats. The plaza needs to provide better signage so he Cafe is easier to find. Will definitely eat there again in the future.

The customer service office has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Visited the office last weekend just before 11 and it was closed. This was 2 weeks before Christmas, when most sales take place. Visited again this past Saturday and tried to go in 3 times in between visiting the stores and again there was nobody at the customer service office, and this is only 1 week before Christmas. I gave it one more chance today and drove all the way from the east end and again drove there for nothing as it was again closed. THIS IS NO SERVICE AT ALL - 1 WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

Washrooms closed when we visited. I'm not sure if there is food court. Visitors are exposed to sunlight or rain because there are no trees or structures to protect from sunlight or rain. It's not a convenient place to shop.

Customer service was open Sept 18th but the person at the desk barricaded the washrooms. I asked her if I could use the washroom and she said no you have to use the washrooms next to Tommy's. Why is it that shelves were put in front of doors so you can't enter washrooms. It is advertised that there are washrooms in that area. I am so angry. That is bad customer service. This person should have more customer service training.

For an outlet mall it's pretty lame. Stores are always closing/moving out even before Covid hit. Most likely that property rent vs sales volume does not allow sustained operation. Prices are higher than most outlets approaching or same as regular big indoor mall pricing.
