So sad to see the only mall in Milton completely empty and barely surviving. It feels like a mall in the town 300 km north of Toronto, so many stores are closed and the other ones are rugs and passport photo places.

What can I say about a mall that only has 5 stores in it. We only go for Ardene’s because of my daughters. My husband will go to Lowe’s but it doesn’t feel like this store is part of the mall. We also LOVE Kevin’s burgers. This mall really needs a boost and add better stores. I love supporting local but I always go to other towns for shopping. I feel if we had better options like bath and body works, American eagle, H&M etc I would always shop there. I hope one day that there will be some big changes made.

Very small mall with very little attraction. Walked the entire mall in less than 20 minutes with 2 children. 3 places to eat in the food court. We just had a big meal so we didn't eat. First time out this way in milton and not too impressed. I wouldn't recommend this mall at all. Waste of time and space really.

Lowes and EB games are good stores. The mall needs some rejuvenating to get more customers. I find it a typical small town Ontario mall. The cashier lady was very friendly at the new burger store. The workers at The Garage store are friendly as well.

A fine place to get some exercise when the weather is not so good. It does not have the collection of stores that it once had, but is still relatively well kept. There are empty spots for other businesses to set up shop but still a variety of stores there.

There's not much to do in this mall I wish there were more shopping options however the plaza itself offers a bit b more. There is Shoppers drug mart across the mall, winners, Dollarama. However the mall really needs to be updated considering milton has lots of people.

This small mall looks old and run down. Given the very low number of clientele, I don't forsee renovations any time soon. Quite a few stores are vacant and some are closing down, which reinforces the lack of business at this mall. Lowe's is the main draw for going here. The location is good and there's plenty of parking.

It's very small, has only stores for women, and only maybe ten stores, outside is more of the mall. Lows, dollars store, shoppers drug mart and a Winners. Not a very good mall for shopping at all. However you can go there to get what you need. Also there is a Cora's,a Caesar's pizza, and fit for less gym.

It's super old with not that many great stores except the teriyaki restaurant, affordable and delicious. We have the Toronto Premium Outlet just down the street so an upgrade to this mall isn't really necessary. The businesses on the outside of the mall are great though.

Quite possibly the saddest mall that I've ever been to. The halls are well kept and clean, but the shops keep closing down, one by one, with no one coming in to replace them. More employees here than customers on most given days, which should say enough. It's unfortunate as there seems to be a lot of potential here but the place just continues to decay.

I wish them the best. As per the high property prices in this town, there should've been a Royal kind of mall. ????

I;m a Miltonian and I am sorry to say that this mall has been in a decay state for quite some time. Every time I go I see less and less people, but this is not what, in my opinion, is the decaying factor, but rather the number of stores and the quality of them. Hopefully Lowes will bring some life to this mall.

I usually cruise to the mall before or after my workout at Fit4Less. The 3 food stalls in the food court are tasty and quick service. The leather lounge chairs throughout the mall are very comfortable. I like Wireless wave and the cell store. Occasionally pass through Lowe's to get some items for my new home. Winners Shoppers Drug Mart and the dollar store very very convenient.

Nice, quiet little mall. It's not the biggest thing, but it has some nice stores here and there. The Shoppers and Dollarama at this location are very nice by the way. Probably will stop by again when we're around the area and explore a bit more ????

As much as I surprisingly come here, the mall doesn't have too much to offer anymore. An EB games, a few clothing stores, a hardware store, a photo shop, hair & nail salons, a dentist, a picture shop, a rug shop, a luggage place, a tailor shop, an electronic store, a pet shop, a gym and a mobile accessory place. Then there's the food places. Kevin's burgers is really good. At least the shops have nice staff so it always a pleasant experience.

It's the perfect small town mall, akin to the strip malls in the US. It has basic stuff and the surroundings have a couple of food and workout places as well. If you're in a hurry and need something other than a place to hang, then this is the place to be.

I’m really disappointed about the state the mall is in. I grew up here and it use to be busy, well kept and fun. It’s now in shambles. Many closed stored, holes in the ceiling and water damage everywhere. Either put the work in and fix it up or close it down. Putting water buckets and caution cones out doesn’t solve anything. It’s unsafe and I’m betting it’s filled with mould. I’d suggest shopping elsewhere.

A small mall with only two anchor stores, the Milton Mall serves its purpose. There are a few cell phone dealers and repair shops, and a couple clothing stores, but other than that it's not a hang out spot. If you're looking for some serious shopping, you'd be better at the Premium Outlets or a mall in Oakville, Burlington, or Mississauga

The employee was on break when I arrived (on time) and after 30 min of waiting I left. The place gets the job done but when I need advice or help I go to Home Hardware or Home Depot.

Was just disappoint because I bought a bag from BENTLEYS and the woman was on the phone the whole time. she changed me more for the bag than what it cost and trusting her I didn't bother to check, only when I got home did I realize it. So I called and spoke to someone who was very nice and told me to come back and he would rectify the situation. I got sick and still haven't had the time to go back..

Perhaps, one of the least appealing place/building in Milton. The mall is not only old, but the entire shopping experience is extremely bad. This can be seen through the lack of shoppers visiting this mall and the impact it has on the retailers. My suggestion to the property owner is to demolish the entire building create something Contemporary and trendy to attract people. It's shameful to see such space with great potential going waste.

This mall is slowly becoming a dead mall. There used to be big name stores here such as Sport Chek, Hallmark, The Source, and A&W but these are all gone now and we are left with just 2 big name stores. The management company is doing absolutely nothing to keep this place alive.

Not much selection here. There are no noteworthy stores here that I would go especially to Milton Mall for. It’s a bit of a waste of space if I’m honest. It’s always empty and I never see anything good to be had from this mall. If they had at least a department store like the Bay or something else, it would make it more worthwhile to visit. They need to do a massive re-haul of this place and put some more relevant stores. It would also help create more jobs for the town.

I stopped in here a little while ago while my wife was at a spa in the plaza. I had a chance to walk around and see if it had gotten better in the last 15 years since I'd last frequented this mall. NOPE it is still a trainwreck with half the food court and later-on closed. In my opinion lowes is the mall's only saving grace!

The mall itself is lacking a bit... it will be better once the gym and Lowes goes in! A lot of empty stores. They do have a nice kids club! And they donate space for the HauntedHouse for MDHF held the weekend before Halloween each year! So far they've raised over $60000 thanks to the volunteers who run it the businesses who donate and the mall for donating the space!

Mall Santa was great! No lineup, realistic Santa, great service! I'll be back there next Christmas for photos. Mall itself was alright. Food court had some decent selection.

This small and shady mall has about 4 stores, it shouldn’t be even called a mall! No one goes there ever, you would have better chances of getting something from Dollarama and that says a lot! The mall is very sketchy, and has a weird eerie feel to it, there are also several stores that are located outside the mall which is really weird considering they are connected to the mall, these stores have no access from the inside which makes it inconvenient to go there! The only possible anchor store there is Lowe’s! The mall is not packed at all or ever, and the parking is so small and packed it is really difficult to find a spot in the tight parking lot! The food court barely exists, it has about 1 or 2 restaurants that are never used! This mall callus have done a lot better especially considering, Milton is a widely growing city

Visited Lowes. It was fantastic. Not sure why it has gotten a bad reputation verses home depot but I much preferred Lowes . The staff were busy but still made time to find an associate to help with my request even though it was not their section. My experience with the competition was not so much. The Lowes staff member even helped to put up the panelling as attached to help me make a decision. I'll be going back to Lowes rather than Home Depot.

This mall is very outdated and always quiet inside. The parking lot with the different entrances are also a bit inconvenient to navigate around especially if you are unfamiliar with the area. They do have a lot of essential shops in there and even a food court so you are still able to get your necessities done

Sad place, Friday before Christmas and you could fire a cannon down the main corridor and not hit anyone. Half the stores are vacant and the other half not very well kept. Only exception was the Northern Reflections store and the Lowe's attached to the one end.

Small and cozy. Has a second hand clothing store which is nice, and regular clothing stores as well as EB Games and photography and picture printing stores. Food is nice and there's a shoppers drug Mart outside or it.

On an odd note, the most depressing thing here is that there is no music playing throughout the mall. I've been in Milton for over 40 years and even worked at the Milton Mall during my high school years. Unfortunately as the town has grown the Mall has lost all appeal. It feels dead when you visit and there's nothing really drawing people there anymore. The food court is pretty much non-existent now and the only places people really visit (Lowe's, Fit4Less, Royal Bank) can be accessed without bothering to even enter the mall. I wish there was something to do to revitalize the mall but not sure if there's a future there.

Something needs to be done about this mall. It tends to fall on the depressing side due to the aged look and closed shops. Many of the stores fail to keep standard operating hours, so some things are not open when you visit. There are a few stores that are ok, and probably would be better if the mall itself were improved. The food court is almost non-existent, with even the chains closing and moving out. The mall should find a way to brighten up the environment so it is more appealing, and then work to attract a nice variety of shops. They may want to also look at expanding in some form, although they are definitely limited in space.

If I could give it zero stars; I would. This place is a decaying husk compared to what it once was. Talk to any of the few remaining tenants and they will tell you that their rent is too high and only gets worse. I suspect the owners are merely choking out the remaining retailers until they get an offer from a condo company to sell the property. Parking is a joke, where once it was ample they allowed Zellers to expand taking up a third of the area, then putting in the external strip to further reduce available space. Much like an old farm dog crawling under the deck to be alone before it dies, this is where retail goes to die.

I mean, it's a small town mall. If you're looking for Erin Mills or Sqaure One, go to Erin Mills or Square One. What you do get is a decent assortment of stores and a sort of non-existent food court, though what they do have to eat is actually pretty good. Shout out to the EB Games in that mall that always seems to have what I'm looking for.

Stay away from the iconnect store, they charge a 15 percent restocking stocking fee on un- opened Christmas gift returns. If you are purchasing a computer it could cost you 100-250 dollars, if you need to return the item. If the box is opened, it is on the receipt they do not honour a return. Love the mall and I like to support stores in my town....this store is disgrace.....

Dying much? Come on Milton, let’s revive this mall. It has pockets of activity but the inside look is so 70’s that tiles want to leave the place as well. This isn't a very large mall. Being the only mall and at a central location in Milton, it has huge potential to be a busy mall but it isnt... Management could consider if shops/tenant selection and design of this mall can be improved. Lighting inside the mall is very poor.

Unfortunately, this mall doesn't quite live up to having the town's name in it. If the mall didn't have a Winners, Shoppers and Dollarama (which are all outside of the main mall) I don't think many people would visit at all. In a recent visit into the main mall for a work event, I noticed the mall was under new management and a large wing of it is currently under construction. There are still several vacant store locations within the mall waiting for new tenants but I'm hoping the new team does something great here.

This place is so depressing. Its like this mall is slowly dying and fading away. Every year the stores get worse and the mall has less people visit. When walking through it, it's creepily empty, like a zombie apocalypse sort of scenario. The food court is beyond embarrassing and the parking if this place ever got busy is non existent. Luckily, you won't ever have to worry about parking because nobody goes here.

This mall was meant for the small town Milton once was. With the addition of the Lowes, a few cell phone kiosk's, RBC and other low end retail stores, the Milton Mall provides the basics one would seek. The outside of the mall has various fast-food chains along with a Cora's breakfast restaurant.

Wireless Wave in the Milton Mall did an excellent job of replacing/upgrading four phones in our household and putting us on plans that got us the new phones and more data for the same monthly fee. Good old Milton Mall hasn't changed much in the last 20 years but such is the state of affairs in any Mall that doesn't have dozens of stores. It was clean and tidy and the merchants were nice.

On the plus side we love that you have the Easter bunny there around Easter. My kids love it.

Only time we walk in here is when we order Greek food which is the only good thing to eat in their tiny food court. Georgetown, Burlington or Mississauga are worth the drive.
