Food court has a great selection. Store options are pretty stale if you're not looking for regular consumer companies like Future Shop or Dollarama. Only places that stick out are Spencers and Green Earth.

The mall is decent for what it is, but I really think mall management needs to step their game up. This mall is in the perfect spot for success. You want Canadians and Americans to shop here, Lambton Mall needs to step it up. Sephora, Cinnabon, Laura Secord or some sort of goody store. The mall could also really use a sandwich place, which I get is a Franchise thing, but open the door for business owners. An arcade would do so well, and it would help stop kids from running in and out of stores as a form of entertainment. And invest in more lounge space, upholstered benches. Maybe some indoor green space, brighten the whole place up. Be innovative people, Sarnia needs it! (Also, whoever decided to put the new RBC bank where it is, was an idiot. Why choose core parking as the location for a bank when it could have gone on the other side of the beer store where that parking isn’t utilized ????).

Stage 3 update: Nice to be back at mall again. New hand dryer in side washroom across from popcorn island in middle of mall + both Mitsubishi hand dryers in main washroom (mens) in food court not working??? Hope they fix that... Also noticed a few individuals in mall not wearing masks, even though law requires it in Sarnia - Lambton. Also noticed yesterday Engravings & Davids Tea not back in business, sorry to see them go. I was a regular at David's Tea

Could use some stores lots of empty places in there especially with sears out of the mall. The old sears would be a good spot for some kind of indoor attraction. ie. an arcade/trampoline park, rock climbing walls would be great especially with the new theater and maybe a bigger name restaurant in the old teppermans would help bring in people.

So sad....take me to London, at least they have Hudsons Bay! This mall has nothing to give me....too crowded...busy with people doing nothing, just sitting and drinking coffee. The stores, I have nothing remotely nice to say about them. TAKE ME TO LONDON OR THE GTA!

Selection of stores is okay, A&W there isn't very good, the one across the road is better, Manchu Wok is mediocre for Chinese food in Sarnia, but by no means the worst. Recent renovations has the mall looking fresh, but lacking store selection, and has many vacant spots.

Usually pretty quiet even at Christmas. Your basic stores. Kinda boring. Kernels is a nice stop for the kids. The book store is sweet with informative and helpful staff. Food court has the worst Asian food ever. Go to Bayside for that.

The customer service in Le vie en rose is terrible!!!! La Senza needs to come back so we can get quality leigurie again. The brass feel like they have cardboard inside them. My favorite stores here are Mark's Work Warehouse and Dollarama. It's a basic shopping mall but there are some decent stores. Definitely this mall and the surrounding area are the places to shop in Sarnia.

Lambton Mall is the only mall in Sarnia. It is generally clean but the family washrooms near Kernels does not have a toilet. There are several chain stores such as Sport Chek and Toys R Us, and all the cellular providers have some sort of store. There are three jewelry story and several clothing shops. The food court is small but decent.

Here in Sarnia, the Lambton mall is a great place to find good clothing, accessories, food, you name it. Of course they have like the dollar store and all the other typical stores you'd find it a mall but personally I think the layout is great it's a one-floor only mall which makes it easier for people who have any kind of mobility problems or people that just don't like heights.

All the sales help are usually extremely helpful regardless of store, and will refer you to another store in the mall if they with either don’t have what you’re looking for or to give direction if you’re not sure where to find what you’re looking for.

The mall is a decent sized building with a good selection of stores to browse and it is in good condition. However, it is not as popular as it once was, and you can tell that the mall has suffered a bit (especially in regards to the quality of stores) due to the rise of internet shopping and the fall of traditional retail. I do enjoy it when I want to see products in person, or feel compelled to do some traditional shopping. It does however get very busy around the winter holidays, and the weeks and months leading up to them. If you're looking for a traditional retail experience in 2019, Lambton Mall is well suited to bring you that experience.

The mall is decent for what it is, but I really think mall management needs to step their game up. This mall is in the perfect spot for success. You want Canadians and Americans to shop here, Lambton Mall needs to step it up. Sephora, Cinnabon, Laura Secord or some sort of goody store. The mall could also really use a sandwich place, which I get is a Franchise thing, but open the door for business owners. An arcade would do so well, and it would help stop kids from running in and out of stores as a form of entertainment. And invest in more lounge space, upholstered benches. Maybe some indoor green space, brighten the whole place up. Be innovative people, Sarnia needs it! (Also, whoever decided to put the new RBC bank where it is, was an idiot. Why choose core parking as the location for a bank when it could have gone on the other side of the beer store where that parking isn’t utilized ????).

Right before Christmas 2021, had to come in for a gift. As a medically vulnerable person, I cant help but give this place 1 star for its complete lack of effort regarding mask wearing. I would estimate 20% not wearing masks, and the signage at entries is pathetic! Devonshire in Windsor actually has security guards to throw out people who violate! Stay Classy Sarnia!

We unfortunately did not have a great experience. The service was poor (messed up the order, slow service, grumpy server) and I'm definitely not thrilled with their "honest to goodness" surcharge, supposedly to cover the fluctuating price of beef. Ironic name for a tax to keep their listed food prices lower on the menu (although apparently they "stated this tax up front, printed in their menu". None of the guests at our table noticed this, I'd recommend at least drawing guests attention to that snippet of information if they haven't visited your establishment before). I'll definitely never be eating there again.

It is the oldest and largest mall in Sarnia. Very few empty spaces. Clean and well maintained. Has a food court in the north end and a table area in the east/west hall as well as two separate sets of bathrooms.

I find almost everytime I need a stroller at customer service.. they always need to finished their 'small talk' with the security guys before helping me out. And if there's ever 2 people working in customer service box they both have to help the person ahead of me instead of one coming over to help me while the other continues with the other customer.. I try my best to remember to bring my own stroller when going to the mall..

Always a great selection. Staff are friendly, and their COVID practices feel safe (sanitizer at the door, they clean the carts and hand them off to shoppers, one way aisles). Love that this location has a mall entrance so getting kids unpacked from the vehicle doesn't suck so much as you can get more shopping in ;)

Be wary when purchasing a Lambton Mall gift card. Even though you exchanged cash for the card, they charge a dormancy fee each month after 15 months of non-use. This is illegal in Ontario for most businesses, but shopping malls have an exemption. Even though the mall was closed for several months, they gave zero consideration for Covid-19.

Overall it's ok. The stores in the Mall are so expensive & they have been shut down for so long because of the Covid Pandemic that they had to raise their prices. The Mall atmosphere is not how it use to be. It's changed so much. So many stores keep shutting down & new ones coming in. You Blink & Bam the store that was there is gone & a new one is now in that location. The Sarnia Lambton Mall seriously needs to do something to regain their Customers back. They need to do something exciting to bring people in. What about having something like DOLLAR DAYS in ever single store in that Lambton Mall ? Each store can have their own kind of Dollars Off Sales to bring you into the Mall. Like BOGO or something throughout the entire mall with every store doing the same but different kind of sales. The Mall REALLY needs this again! Get people back into the Mall once again.

With safe guards in place, last time I went the mall was packed and I felt completely comfortable. Everyone was seemingly distancing and the corridors are huge anyway so even with a lot of traffic social distancing was possible

If you're from Sarnia, then you know the deal. It's not the biggest or fanciest mall -- it doesn't really draw tourists from out of town or anything. But it has all the stores you need and it suits the city just fine. It's a fairly no-frills, but makes shopping trips efficient. Some nice new additions to the food court and located conveniently near other useful big box stores.
