You will see the opinions of people like you who are buying the products of Tillicum Centre (Mall) in Oak Bay (Canada).
Right now this business gets a rating of 3.8 out of 5 and this score is based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is positive, and it is based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may think that the rating is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they are pleased, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to place feddbacks when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Mall corresponds to the category of Shopping mall.
Good mall, but not many stores
I love coming here; it is easy to navigate and always extremely clean and well maintained.
Local mall. Decent selection of stores. I'm there almost daily
Its ok
Nice and clean but not much different than any other mall in Victoria. Close to Cineplex though.
We like this mid size mall ,it has plenty of parking and a great selection of stores . Can be busy but never overcrowded
Nothing exciting at this mall, no entertainment areas or play areas for kids for example. Most malls facing dereliction because of this.
They could use a couple chase-ier stores especially since home outfitters shut down
This mall has a little bit of everything including a health clinic. Two floors. Has escalators and elevators. Lots of fast food joints and a nice Japanese restaurant. Clean toilets and ample parking although the lower lot can be a bit challenging to drivers and pedestrian s alike. There is also a movie theater and rec center on the site. Basically..... You could live there.
Whatever you need, its here. Always an exhibit worth checking out, every store run by kindness and willingness. I really like it, end up hanging around longer than anticipated.
This is my most favorite mall to go to...a LD drug store ,Vision(eye glasses )a Dollar Store,Show Case Store ,every cell phone provider in the same mall(Telus,Virgin and others),Save On Food (grocery store),Starbuck and more.
Nice place love the stores like that movies is next door
Was waiting for the bus listening to Billy strings and was told that its private property and listening to music is not allowed.
One of the few major malls on the lower island not to receive renovations (Mayfair, hillside, uptown and Westshore all completed recently) but still a great shopping experience. Parking lot is simple and effective.
I find a lot of the time they don't have what I'm looking for.
I hope that this mall is renovated and upgraded. There are some good stores here, but it has an outdated, drab, atmosphere.
I've always loved going here with my younger kids. The indoor park is awesome to take breaks while shopping.
Great spot Variety of shops and Silvercity with 12 theaters! Lots of parking!
Terrific little mall. Good for court. Clean and bright with a nice selection of shops and stores.
This mall has it all I need, and is the perfect size. I am not fond is walking miles to get from one store to another.
Just another shopping mall. Never really liked the place.
Minimalist indoor mall with most large retail outlets accessed from the outside. Cinema, Montana restaurant, and a rec centre close by.
It's nice to be able to recharge my electric car while shopping, but a fast DC charger would be better. It would attract commuters if they could quickly top up their battery while doing errands.
Have spent lots of time and money over the years here, great location lots of free parking and doesn't ever seem to be overly busy , great selection of shops and good places to get an awesome coffee and chill for awhile, several buses arrive every few minutes so taking public transportation is easy to do
Perfect cups , the team runs well !
Great place too shop, there is a London Drugs, Lowes, Winners and Save On Foods located in the Mall.
Karen was NEVER THERE... NEVER ANYWHERE NEAR ME INSIDE THE MALL????
Plenty of parking, Silver City movie theater, Montana's restaurant and a rec centre make this a pretty good destination that offers plenty to do.
Has a couple of good stores but this mall could definitely be better. The worst mall in Victoria
Winners, so great depending on the day so you just gotta look. London Drugs, great prices, toys, snacks, books, decor, and electronics too! Save On Foods. Let's be honest, best place to pick up toilet paper!
Wasn't too impressed with this mall, many stores are closed permanently. Not too many people shopping here either, so that means no walking traffic inside and plenty of parking outside. I'm sure covid is playing a big part in the things I'm seeing, I haven't been here before so I can't really say for sure. The mall itself seems a bit old so that could definitely be a factor too.
I love this mall's determination! They keep trying no matter the state of their property. They have big stores like London Drugs and Lowe's. They're close to a huge movie theater and a community rec center. And the 11 bus goes between the mall and downtown on a regular basis. Groceries, clothes, fast food, lots of parking. They just need more space!
The mall itself it great, but the layout is a little strange. Mostly local business here, but they do offer some Anchor stores such as Lowes, London Drugs and Winners. Limited food outlets here, and some parts of the building are dated. Overall a good place to shop!
Good local mall for quick visits. Tons of parking.
The mall couple use some more pizzazz but it's solid enough. Don't forget to grab your double buddy burger on the way out
This mall has been around a while and it shows. A lot of stores have closed inside due to the pandemic. There are not many food choices either, an orange Julius, and A& WS and Starbucks, and a liquor store and a grocery store on the top level.. I love the winners, old Navy, Lowe's, dollar tree, London drugs, and other stores. It's easy to navigate. There is a washroom located in London drugs, as well as located down the hallway from the medical walk in clinic, and one in Lowe's as well as one on floor 2, past the petshop and down the hallway. I love the art on that hallway walls. Very peaceful. Remind's you to chill and breathe even though you need the bathroom stat. ???? If you prefer smaller shopping experiences, then this is the perfect place to go. If you like the loud hustle bustle but need a few things, come on down to Tillicum mall, it'll get the job done, and you can grab a teen burger/plant burger. And a cappachino and hey, maybe even a smoothie. Prices are good (aside from Starbucks) but let's be honest, Starbucks is worth that money. The frappachinos alone are epic, not to mention their bakery items and friendly staff.

One of the quieter malls. Good assortment of shops. Miss Zellers.
A decent strip mall and shopping mall mix with mostly large box stores and a grocer facing Tillicum Road and an entrance on the backside to smaller shops and food court. The food court has a decent variety or restaurants. Tillicum is a great place for a family as its got your Lowes, a pet store (Mr. Pets), and an affordable clothing store (Old Navy). Obviously the mall's close proximity to the Silver City theater is an added bonus.
It was only 9 am so nothing open.
Good selection of stores, and lots of parking close to the door.
Great mall with a good food court and many shops.
This mall is excellent. Cozy. I love the dollar store there. Staff are great. Cool old school mall.
Nice little shopping center. Lots of parking
Getting a bit dystopian. Many shuttered stores. No shoppers, even on a December Saturday. Sad. Not that I'll miss it. Needs to be reinvented, as do most malls in this class. That said ... London Drugs and Lowes are great anchor stores. The only reason I was there in the first place.
Very convenient! I visit often as there's lots of parking and a good variety of stores
It's an okay mall that has fallen behind the times. As a side effect of the neighborhood, it feels a little hard scrabble.
This mall is tiny and has a weird layout between stores on the upper and lower levels. It's dark, dated and a bit dingy.
Still a good mall to shop in, lots of variety. Lots of empty shops. Just lost my favourite clothing store.????
Not a bad little centre with London Drugs and save on foods. Outdated but maintained well.
This mall has very few good shops and is so grungy... Won't be back.
10/10 would recommend (they also have a dollar tree which is cool, very close to an elementary + middle school)
Pretty old, a bit maze like. Good selection of shops though with lots of parking and a wierdly located Lowe's.
Average selection of stores. Nothing amazing, but there will likely be what you need... If you have some give on your expectations.
Looks like just another mall blighting the suburban landscape
This place needs an overhaul
This mall is very obviously dying. Every time I go in, more stores have closed permanently. I used to work here ten years ago and it was a worry that it wouldn't last much longer. Seeing how it is during the pandemic just kind of reinforces the vibe that it may not recover. Some spaces have been closed for years, others change hands frequently. It's just obviously struggling.
I like going to Winners, London drugs, the dollar store. Plus the movie theater and Montana's restaurant are just in the back parking lot, though it's a special occasion if I have money for dinner and a movie.
The A&W is quick, but otherwise it's kind of a ghost town. Mostly here for the grocery store and occasionally fabrics or Lowe's. The library branch is small but has a good selection.
Descent place. Has all that you need in the way of food and goods to purchase. Lots of parking including sheltered parking and a movie theatre. It also has in the corner of the whole property. It has a little park with a bridge and trails that you can wander around it. Worth a visit ..
So glad the massage chairs are back. A few more retailers would help.
Great experience. We ended up eating at Saigon Grill. It was amazing. Super fresh and really delicious. I had the pork and rice dish and loved it. Highly recommended it for anyone that doesn't particularly like Vietnamese noodles.
Convenient, all shops are there, London drugs, Save on food, lowes, dollar tree, star bucks, optical shop, walk in clinic, etc, wonderful all in one stop place
A relic of times gone by. Good to visit if you are coming back from living in the 90s
Really busy. Last minute shoppers....like me.
Decent place for a nice movie going experience. Miss the ice creams tho.
It's a mall. The point of malls is they're all the same. It feels like any other mall. (Good Viet restaurant in it though.)
Small mall, but has some cool stores, such as Winner's, Old Navy, plus London Drugs and Save On Foods...so good for multi purpose shopping.
This mall is a mistake. It feels like a mausoleum. It has a huge parking lot and like two stores
Phone, dentist and London Drugs, all I need and well situated!
Tillicum mall is the best mall I ever been to got good food there the walk-in clinics are drug stores are dollar store it's a beautiful area there's chairs upstairs and go for massage
Convenient all walkable good shops. Parking gets a little crowded on rainy days at peak hour. Worth it!
The mall has a good parking lot, grocery store, a winners clothes store, Lowe's hardware store, a couple of banks, a London drugs store and several smaller retailers, beside coffee shops and the Montana restaurant, a recreation center and the silver City movie theater on its parking lot area. The only downside is it's hours if operation, most of the stores close around 5:00 pm during the winter and fall months.
It’s a bit outdated and the stores feel disorganized. Cinema area is okay.
Nice mall with silver city theater. Upper level parking or ground floor.
Mall has small shops but feels more like a strip mall where you have to go outside for some.
There has been something not quite right about this mall since the day it opened. It's got an funny vibe to it and it smells funny. Due to many tenant turnovers and renovations over the years it's also odd to navigate ... no flow to it what so ever. Other than London Drugs and maybe Lowes there's no reason to shop there.
Place is dying. 1/3 empty. I believe they charge to much for rent and most new places don't last.
This mall is somewhat dated compared to others. It feels dated inside and has a limited selection of stores. The best part of the mall is the movie theatre. There are some great specialty shops that are a destination but this mall needs to do more to encourage us to come more often.
Needs new stores. This mall is old! It has some good bigger stores such as Winners, Old Navy and of course a Starbucks.
It's a very nice Mall to visit and the employees are helpful in locating the routes to the mall
It's a mall. 5 stars.
Not sure why this mall exists ????
Not a lot of stores, no "good quality" items.
I visit this shopping centre weekly. It has a great variety of stores.
For a tiny little mall its quite good,
Has all the essentials but if you really want to shop for clothing you have to head downtown, or maybe Mayfair depending on what you want.
Convenient for me to be honest and I will be in touch with the new year
Bought 4 tops on sale at old navy. Big sale on right now
Nothing in the mall.most employees that work I. The stores look pretty miserable. Glad to see a new shop moving in there (urban art) and Lowe's are the best things about that mall. I just go there for the theater behind it
Nice little mall to stop at. Or do some shopping while you are waiting for your movie at Silvercity Cinema
I have lived across the street from this Mall since before it's birth when it used to be the Tillicum Drive In theater. Since the Mall replaced the Drive In, it has steadily become a gigantic Star in the Saanich Municipality. There are great stores, a large Multi-Movie Complex and the fun Pearks Arena with a Library attached to it. Not to be outdone by it's neighbor, the Colquitz River and Park. There is an abundance of parking in the front and back of the Mall. I have enjoyed having this Mall take care of personnel and household needs for me for over 25 years.
Not a lot to do as far as "hanging out" goes except for the movie theater, that's what saved this place, I would go here to shop though.
Nice little mall, the inside is kinda dark
Quite old mall... but great for shopping.
Some good things about this mall: London Drugs, Winners, Saigon Grill, the parking lot. I find it really dark and lifeless in the main area of the mall. It's very dated looking and unpleasant to shop there.
It is not the best mall. It is separated on the top level with the grocery and pet store in their own section. In fact, it is not really a mall
This is one of the smaller malls I've been to shop. It wasnt busy when I walked through and its clean, well maintained. Took me a short time to find the washrooms which were tucked a bit out of the way. Lots of parking and easy to get to makes this a nice little shopping experience.
A nice shopping complex with a lot of options.
Winners and London Drugs are great for deals. Not a typical mall, but super useful with Old Navy, Fabric land, liquor store, grocery store, pet store. Close to the library and Silver City movie theatre, a Rec centre, and a great walking trail.
Great mall if you dont wanna go to a huge place everything os right where you need it.
I ironically love this mall, reminds me of Kingsgate mall in Vancouver. I mostly go to the movie theater nearby, although maybe I'm ready for a trip to orange Julius. Maybe malls are quickly becoming irrelevant, but I hope tillicum mall never changes.
This mall is so easy to get around and the old navy upstairs has a really great selection of womens shoes
Great place, nice little mall with pretty much everything (Hockey fan inside me loves the rink right beside)
Nice clean mall, good security patrols for a safe environment.
Great place to shop! Not so great to park! Parking is for customers only and you are no longer a customer as soon as the receipt is in your hand! GTFO! Great wifi everywhere, too bad you can't stick around long enough to use it! I spend over $400/month here so you'd think they would be ok if you lingered for an hour or five to watch Netflix because you don3t have internet at home! Hahaha
Nice little mall. Has London Drugs,Winners, Lowe's, Save on Foods, etc. and quite a few smaller stores including a Starbucks.
Lots going on here, so shop or eat or watch a movie if you want. But it doesn't have much personality or style.
This place has good stores easy shopping
Decent parking for a Victoria mall. Utilitarian and functional. Not trying to be something else like an ersatz "village".
Power went out when I was ordering A and W, definitely the most spine chilling mall experience I've ever had
It's close to home and it's become very convenient for me, plus servicing all my shopping needs.
As far as malls go it's not that great. Has a very utilitarian feel. Having a hardware store is a major saving grace though.
A big variety of stores. One of the locals for Anytime Fitness, Montana's Restaurant etc. They hold special events for kids i.e. Peppa The Pig.
This mall needs something wonderful.
Its an okay place. Dont have much shopping options. Parking is not an issue. More like a convenient store and less like a mall.
It's a shopping mall with a Building Center OH, lots of small retail stores, a winners and a large pet store
Tillicum is where it's at. It's a bit empty now as stores are closing ...sad and yet I guess it thins the herd for what we need. We keep using the planet like it is endless keep it up and the only thing ending is us...oh and please don't eat bats.
Not to many shops, but it's still a good place for what it has
A good place to shop and eat .
Not a bad mall. Has some good anchor stores now. I'm really hoping that Lowes stays in there longer than Target.
Got to love Lowe's, they always have some fine grained Cedar that I love! It's very good Cedar for making shelving Etc out of
Definitely has gone down in the few years, mait with the mall not being re-modelled to match the modern look like most others are doing, and stores dont seem to stay in here for long. Still holds alot of good, just definitely not for the "teenage" mall look
So far seems like a very good mall. If I liked shopping I could see myself spending more time and money here
Something about this place. The air quality in it is always bad. My nose allergies kicks in the moment I walk in.
Easy parking, store carried what I was looking for.
It's just sad here. Awkward at best. Return it to its former glory as a drive in movie theater but add a live music stage.
This mall is dying. Almost half the stores are closed down and you maybe see 7 other people walking around. London drugs and Lowe's are doing great but there's just nothing worth going to in this mall other than those stores and winners
This is a beautiful Farm east of Chatsworth, Ontario, Canada
London Drugs has all hair care products that I need.
Alot of great little stores. Has a and w restaurant. London drugs is great. Many more
Good facilities and had the stores we needed. Had a good flow on a busy shopping day ... much better than other malls.
I remond that every 1 shud go so much placez 2 shop n lotz of friendly staff fun for tha whole family
Really nice for a small mall. Interesting selection of shops but could use more in the way of restaurants.
Pretty derelict little mall! Serviceable if you're looking for fast fashion and booze!
If it weren't for London Drugs,.Winners and Old Navy.this mall would not stay in business.
Main anchors in this plaza are Lowe’s, Save on Foods, Home Outfitters, Silver City movie cinema and London Drugs. Lots of parking always a parking spot within a short walk. Larger strip plaza that’s in decent appearance.
Mall has at least 8 vacant retail locations. London Drugs, Lowes and Winners are the key anchor stores.
Great food court. Wide variety of shops to appeal to a wide variety of tastes.
Paradoxically the "Dirt Mall" gets five stars. Cause I don't want to live it a world without awful malls.
Great mall and close to work for me. They've got everything you need for a great summer barbeque with m&m meats at the end of the parking lot.
You can dine, shop and see a movie at this Centre. Something for everyone.
Quite a few closed shops
Almost a ghost town except for London Drugs and Save on Foods. Sadly.
Lots of great places to shop. I sure wish we had a center like this in Chilliwack.
Fun little neighborhood mall. Clothing, hardware, groceries, pharmacy, fast food and other services in a vintage mall setting. Convenient!
Has a decent selection of vendors and is growing, however in years passed it has been the least popular mall in the region due to its lack of popular vendors.
Nice variety of shops to browse. Seating in the mall is appreciated.
Nice little mall. Tons of parking and quiet a few shops to get what you need.
For a smaller city their are lots of stores, and you can get most things you want including a Lowes.
Small with limited selection of stores, no true food court but there are a few fast food places like A&W throughout the building. It is easy to find, multiple entrances. If you want a good full shopping day this may not be your ideal destination , however there IS a walk in clinic as well as london drugs right beside it in the mall, making it helpful and easy when needed.
At least they have a London Drugs store. I would never set foot in the place if not for that lol.
Nice to not have to fight for parking and not to busy at all
Not much inside, "Anchor" stores are good but not much other than those ones to keep ya wanting to stay.
This place is kool to be at, lots of stores to shop at!! ????????????
Has a few good things. But the mall is empty.
Not that many stores that interest me but it's got alot of room and I have no complaints
This old building is pretty run down and dated, but there are enough good stores/services to make it worth the trip: London Drugs, Silver City Theater, Starbucks, Saigon Char-broil, Save-on Foods, Winners, etc. The cold beer and wine store is pretty pricey though.
The mall is dated and needs something to invigorate it.
Nice place to hang out and many variety of shops could visit. With Silvercity movie theater made it complete package of entertainment
Pretty good. Decent stores. Good place to hang but just not too much to do
I personally like it although I hear quite often criticism from others that it is old and has not much to offer. I particularly like the dollar shop and Lowe's
Has a Lowe's and Movie complex, other than that, just a basic local mall.
They should have more stores. It is sad. A center without coffee shop....
This place is a disaster, there is nothing worthwhile at this mall to make it worthwhile going. This place need to be torn down and start over.
Good place, variety of stores, medical centre, dental clinic, food places and a starbucks, including clothing stores and a major grocery store
Great selection of store restaurant and for waiting for the movies to start
Like the location, but wish for more stores and food choices.
Be warned, the mall closes its family washrooms after 530 pm on days the mall is open until 9 pm. If it were not for this unfair barrier to access we need for the care of our child, this mall would be our go-to place to shop and dine because of its relaxed atmosphere. I really hope this policy changes very soon, in light of the fact that other malls and large stores increasingly go out of their way these days to make families feel welcome.
I live near Tillicum so I'm often there. I wish there were more shopping options but those that are there are good to have.
I came to live in Victoria in February 1993, as a semi-retired person with no knowledge of the area beforehand. It is my habit to drive around to familiarise myself with malls and various facilities, which I did, and over time Tillicum has proven to be the most easily accessed and convenient, in terms of facilities and features.
This place is long overdue for a reno, seriously who shops there. They have nothing to offer. Their food court is sad to say the least, not much to look at or shop either. Massive parking but sadly not much else. My time better spent at either shopping centers in town.
A bit aged but still serviceable. Wish it had more natural light or greenery. Glad they still have Edo and Orange Julius.
One of the lamest malls I've ever been to. Very few stores, and none even worth shopping in.
Not a great place to shop for the sake of shopping (there aren't too many good clothing stores), but it's fine if you have a specific goal.
Nice and close for me but needs more clothing store options
As close as Victoria gets to a ‘ghetto’ mall. Sad to see Orange Julius close, possibly the longest tenant. That whole stretch of dentist, bookstore, A&W, doctor is timeless. I remember when it was Eaton’s and Safeway where London Drugs is. Anyway go if you need something, not of you want a shopping experience.
Worst mall in Victoria, not a lot here really
This mall is not too big and not too small. Lots of great stores without the overwhelming feeling that can be felt at some of the bigger malls around town. I love how this mall also has a Coast Capital and a big grocery store. I am also very biased towards this mall because there is a Winners there, and that is my favourite store.
There should be a modern clothes store other than Ardenes
This Is a dying mall, desperately needs an overhaul, new stores and a make over.
nice area has good stores ! skating is also great too
Tillicum is a good local mall, with a lot of variety in the stores there. However, since Warehouse One got kicked out there are no more decent options for plus size clothing in the mall, so my husband and I mostly go there to go to Save On Foods, Dollar Tree, and Lowe's (and occasionally to Mr. Pets for cat food and rat supplies) we also stop in to Fabricland once in a while, though be aware that many stores at Tillicum Mall are too small and overcrowded to navigate easily with a wheelchair or a stroller.
Not a whole lot of stores at this mall compared with Mayfair or Uptown, but it still has a relatively good selection. There are also some restaurants to choose from including A&W and Starbucks. A really good fixture of this mall is the large amount of parking available outside the mall. If you're looking for a mall with a lot of stores though, I would recommend going to Mayfair.
I hate malls, that's a fact. But this one is in another category of hatred.
Lots of shops inside the mall but no high end stuff. Main attraction inside would be London Drugs....about the only reason Id go there anymore
Loved it cause i could get everything i needed in one location
I like this place strictly for the dollar store they took the one we had downtown away, so it takes me two buses to go here
Oh boy what a London Drugs! Haven't been winning as often at the Winners though... and FIX the escalator maybe?
Disappointed they have removed all the benches .with mobility issues the lack of rest areas and heavy handed enforcement by security..any reason to visit is to getting harder to justify ..the place is a tomb
It's a mall, just like any other mall, it has a variety of stores and the obligatory escalators
Now adays the mall looks quite deserted with 11 shops closed permanently. However anchor London Drugs is still popular with customers.
The mall has a weird smell. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!
This mall has come a long way since I was a kid in the 1990's, it's gone from a veritable dump to an unclassy but conveniently located mall. However the fact is that the mall has a bunch of junky stores that sell low quality merchandise or have bad service (the exception being the London drugs, a decent all round store that has good service, which is generally the only reason I go to the mall) and the patrons of the mall reflect this. People smoke outside despite the no-smoking signs, people talk loudly on their cellphones in the clinic, people budge in lines, cut you off and stand too closely behind you while you're waiting. Save-on-Foods has got to be the worst thing that happened to this mall, Safeway wasn't a class act, but it was significantly better than this dump of a store with bad produce, bad general products, overpriced meats, terrible service and a downright depressing atmosphere. Lowe's is a terrible home improvement store, home hardware on Tillicum had it beat for product selection despite the significant size difference in the stores. Winners occasionally has a good deal but generally has poor quality merchandise, home Outfitters is overpriced Wal-Mart, and old Navy can't sell you a piece of clothing that lasts over 2 months. The bathrooms at this mall are not conveniently located and are generally not very clean. I feel angry, depressed or anxiety ridden when I leave this mall.
When looking at the building you can't help think how cool the 1970's were for malls store's change and this tired old building keeps holding them up
It's was a great mall, but alot of stores are sitting empty there now. I'd imagine leasing a space in a mall when there is very little traffic coming through to shop, spells DISASTER!! Would be impossible to pay ur lease with little foot traffic coming in to pay the bills, never mind pay urself & staff. Very sad :(
The new speed bumbs are placed terribly, and are way too hard on vehicles. At least they look easy to dig up.
Once a Popular Shopping Center, but now merely a few major stores on each end with not much in the mall section.
Once a Popular Shopping Center, but now merely a few major stores on each end with not much in the mall section.
Easy mall to walk 2 level good customer service
This mall isn't as busy as, say "The Uptown Mall". I like the movie theaters close by and shopping @ Winners but now that there is a Winners @ The Bay Center downtown the only reason for me to visit is the movies. The Mall does have 5* rating for bus service.
Always clean, never busy, not many stores to choose from. I feel like this is one of those malls that seniors go to just to walk around.
Quaint shopping centre located in the heart of Tillicum. Fairly good parking, wheelchair accessible entrances. Needs a bit of an update, but has many stores for most of your needs.
A pretty dingy shopping center with dingy stores. It has winners, London drugs, home depot? Save on, ardenes, a pet store, and some other smaller stores. Overall the mall has a bit of a gross vibe.
Not sure how this mall survives. Mall of a begone era that likely suffered when Mayfair and Hillside Malls came into existence (guessing... have no idea or history). Not much to do in this mall. A lot of businesses have opened here then shut the doors so lots of turnover.
It's conveniently located beside the grocery store I use.
The mall inside is quiet, but the anchor stores are busy. Winners Od Navy Lowe's Fabricland London Drugs Save on Foods
Nice little mall, nothing too exciting here. Definitely a more useful mall/shopping center for adults.
Lots of parking, Save-On, Old Navy, snacks, Lowe's, movies, library, and Pearkes Rec Centre! What more could you want?
Nice shopping mall, plenty of stores and food options. Well lit, great atmosphere, and sometime some pretty cool exhibits on the lower floor. You can get groceries from Save On, pet supplies from Mr Pet, alcohol from Liqour Express, home reno from Lowe's, clothes from Winners, and a few things from London Drugs. On your way out get a Starbucks coffee and plan for movies at the theatre later that night. Plenty to do here or within the area. Great environment and safe place to shop.
Fantastic little mall for the little stuff you need
Best mall. Has everything i need. London Drugs, grocery store, lottery, dollar store, home outfitters, starbucks and so much more. My fav.
Doesn’t have many options but has good ones like Winners, Lowe’s, London Drugs
"Tillicum: The Mall That Time Forgot". Seriously, I've lived in Victoria nearly 40 years and I can't remember a time this place was ever consistently busy. It's like a dead zone. The worst part? Every store clerk I've interacted with is friendly and helpful, so there's that. I've got no idea why this mall isn't more busy, what with the decent anchor stores like Lowes, Winners and SilverCity right there. Puzzling.
Nice older mall. London drugs, Lowes, Save on foods, Old Navy, plus more.
Depressing mall. Needs a renovation and overhaul. Nothing much to draw you into the mall. Most good stores are accessible from the outside.
Disappointing shopping mall, circa 1990s feel. Two levels, anchor stores are London Drugs, Lowes Hardware, and Winners. A handful of eating places including a Saigon Char-Broil which is good. A Save On Foods is on site but not accessible through the mall. Buses #11 and #8 stop right at the mall; #21 and #22 stop close by.
I enjoy coming here because parking is free and it's conveniently located.
This mall has no good stores. I hate shopping here. Also it is hard to access by bus.
Average mall. Good for the Save on Foods supermarket.
Nice place to find everything's that useful. Winners, Dollar tree and IMAX theatre, London drug are my favorite.
I have always thought that this mall didn't have much to look at, now it seems to have even less to look at. While there are a couple of anchor tenants that one might want to go to regularly, mostly one could find anything in here somewhere else. The parking is free. The mall seems to be fully accessible. There are a couple of little concessions in the bottom floor but not really anywhere like a restaurant to eat.
Went to Lowe's to get lumber, success. All good
I like this mall, overall a good size and choice of stores. Right out back is pearkes arena. It also has a movie theatre, Montana's restaurant and a TD Bank.
Nice grocery store and movie theatre in there with tons of space. Always a good experience.
Love the winners branch here for their collection of big sized shoes
Always get my hair cut at Chatters... then to Winners to look for jeans. Lol. It is not the best mall out there but the merchants are the best.
I have been shopping at Tillicum Mall for many many years. I have always enjoyed the store options that are there. I think my only complaint is I wish there were more options in regards to restaurants. I used to love going to the Brass Duck but that closed. I love enjoying Orange Julius but I wouldn't mind a diner type restaurant like the Brass Duck or the one that used to be at Zellers before that closed too. Looking forward to more shopping experiences at Tillicum Mall!
This mall is alright, it has had a bit of life put into it with the Lowe's being opened, but there are some pretty sketchy and odd characters that seem to hangout here and it is a pretty depressing inside. Mayfair Mall is the better place to shop.
Ok, need better stores
I've been coming to this place since the 80's. So many closed stores on the bottom level, but this has been a problem before Covid. For those that are still there, I hope the local community continues to support you. There needs to be more brand name stores to draw people in. Otherwise there will be nothing left.
Admittedly, Tillicum is a bit awkward to get around, as not all stores are connected and one must go outdoors or even 'down and around the back' to visit other stores. But, Old Navy, Winners and an adjacent Silver City theatre make this a staple.
A pretty warn down mall. I could tell that the Lowe's was a Target, and maybe a Zellers before that. Makes me wonder how long it will be before more stores shut down. The movie theatre is good, but the rest of it seems to be on it's final threads.
Lowes at this location has a military discount, and has anyone else noticed how much the quality of dollar store items have increased? I find foodstuff imported from Germany there all the time as well as popular name brands at a fraction of the cost. I never thought I would buy groceries at a dollar store, but here I am! The dollar store at the end of the mall is great for a snack run prior to a movie at Silvercity!
Although through this medical landscape that we are all struggling through, it is difficult to get a very cold shoulder with the administration of Tillicum Medical Centre, they does not help with even the simplest of things, let alone some decency and empathy towards their patients...
There aren't a great deal of shops here and some are only accessible by leaving the mall and walking outside to another entrance. This mall could use an expansion, but I doubt it would be feasible with so many other malls nearby
Always a pleasure shopping here. Parking lot always has spots. You sometimes have to walk a ways to get in. Mall is clean and the staff are nice.
Small mall but has good food and a variety of different stores.
Easy access, well laid out just a nice place to go shopping.
Pretty neat, though a bunch of people werent wearing masks and that was uncomfortable.
We went to the movies. There are 8 screens at Silver City. Lots of free parking at the mall.
Depressing. Very empty and bleak and nothing joins up to the other anchor of Old Navy or the fabric store or Save on. Really odd design.
Parking is uncomplicated, awesome drug store, good hours and service. Winners is a winner!
Nothing special goin on for this place, there is a showcase
They need to either bulldoze this place..... or do something! So empty
A decent average mall in Victoria but isn't the best in town. Has what a person needs here. Lowes. Groceries. Pet store. London Drugs. Starbucks. fast food court, etc. A one-stop shopping place.
Smaller mall but great place to shop ????
Busy place, but a bit dated. Feels like a small-town mall.
Great location with great stores, but it seems like a struggle for small businesses to do well so half the mall is usually empty
It's a mall. It's from another time, but you can rely on a large, dry, warm space to look at stuff on shelves.
Malls been going down hill past few years with stores closing but still has a few really good stores!
It has a little of everything, fast food, Starbucks, groceries, and a big modern Lowe's hardware. London drugs has lots to offer and there is a dollar store.
Positive experience, to say the least. I’ve enjoyed every moment of it.
Surprised this place is still up and running. Not a lot to rave about good place to go if you don't like overly crowded places no pressure shopping experience.
Needs a place for young children to run and play while parents have a coffee. Like one of those soft playgrounds they have at most other malls.
Meh..its a shopping mall
This mall needs a huge revamp if it wants to stay open.
I got new eyeglasses at LensCrafters on the bottom floor of Tillicum very very nice girl working there who helped me with everything
Very limited shopping. Very dated mall. This would be a standard mini mall if not for a couple of big box stores.
Other than Lowe's, London Drugs and Silver City, this mall doesn't have much to offer. And am I the only one wondering what that smell is in that mall?
A good little centre with old navy and winners as some of the anchor tenants but could really use a renovation as it is showing its age
It's glory days have have passed but I believe it will pick back up after the pandemic. They need to lower rent for the stores.
Handy, Clean, Comfortable.
Sometimes you stay in a hotel, sometimes you drive up to your door of a motel. This place is the motel of malls in this city! But I love it, and not just because it's close to home, well no, actually that's the only reason i go there!
Nice little mall with some great shops.
Poor Tillicum is looking a little bare inside with some empty storefronts. However the remaining tenants have a good supply of stock and a shopping trip is usually fast and easy.
It's getting redone soon and it's desperately needed. The whole mall seems like it's stuck about 20 years in the past. I go to silver city quite often and really do have a good time but the mall just doesn't cut it. There are some good stores here and it's worth checking out but don't expect a whole lot
Lowe's is excellent. London Drugs has savvy, approachable pharmacists. The enclosed stores are fairly standard including an A&W and a Starbucks.
Lots of stores. Not to busy.
Some good stores outside, but inside is a little lacking in quality and selection.
Very central location. Tillicim Mall has Grocerie stores, clothing stores, coffee shops and close to Pearkes Recreation Center. Tillicum Mall is also close to Silver City movie theaters. Lots of parking as well.
Nice place and safe to visit during Covid time
We were there to watch a movie at the silver city theater. It was very nice and lots of parking.
yesterday Save-On-Foods I buy grocery I don't like it some item gone empty Shelf no one checking
Mall is dying a slow painful death
It's convenient and usually quiet. Scary quiet but still a great place to shop
Mall is very dated has great Pho restaurant, a woiners & london drugs. Needs proper cleaning and more plants or something. Very dull.
Great place to gather! With Montana's, Silvercity and Perks Rec all within walking distance this little mall is super!
Nothing really in this mall left. Basically just lowes, save on, London drugs and old navy
Large shopping center with Lowe's hardware store and Save on foods, London Drugs and many more stores and services, parking is free, public restrooms are available.
Convenient location and ample parking. Not the largest selection of stores, but covers most of the bases.
Not alot of stores . Most seem to have closed down recently
I like to shop there but there are not many good restaurants there. The food in Japanese restaurant is terrible in my standard. Never eat again.
I like to shop there but there are not many good restaurants there. The food in Japanese restaurant is terrible in my standard. Never eat again.
My experience while at tillicum mall had great service. As well the overall cleanliness was very impressive
Used to live nearby and frequently visit. It is a small mall with not a lot of stores but the ones it has are great!
Nice and spacious but no a/c it felt like the heat was still on and dirty air ducts they can use a cleaning
Such a dead feel here. I realize that every aspect of our world has been effected by Covid. But at Tillicum Centre, it's just so much worse. Several of the Stores are doing well, but the Mall itself is just dead. Sorry to say so. But it's true. Long before Covid, Tillicum Centre had nothing to offer.
Went there for the Lego display.
I have enjoyed this location for the selection of great stores . You must pay this location for the absolute best selection of shopping experience plus you can catch up on your movies at the Silver City. If you are inclined to try a curry try the MANTRA your taste buds will thank you. Maybe you can also purchase a lottery ticket to purchase. Who knows you may be the next one to win a game.
This is my local mall and I like that it includes Old Navy, Winners, London Drugs and Save on. The new Lowe's is nice too.
Nice side mall. Banking, hair salon, clothing stores, etc. are in the mall. Several restaurant type food stores available (A&W, Orange Julia, Edo, Vietnamese to name a few.). Lots of parking. Save on Foods, Old Navy, Lowes, Winners, Fabricland and Bed, Bath and Beyond are part of the Complex
Outdated mall with little incentive to shop here except for the adjacent movie theatre and rec centre complexes. LOWES home improvement may quite possibly have the lousiest customer service I have ever experienced.
Lots closed, kind of a weird layout. Half mall half strip mall
My local mall.. Hope it gets renovated one day to get tenants back
If you're hoping to host an event here, don't...public relations and mall/event publicity are terrible. Lots of parking and that's about it!
A bit dated but a diamond in the ruff. Pick out some home improvement supplies and a teen burger within a few steps. Hit the lotto station in the hope of winning big!
Good one
Decent mall with some ok stores could use an update in the near future but overall useful mall
This place has a interesting selection of store. If you get a chance stop at Saigon Bbq and get a vietnamese sandwich. The winners is large. They also have a fabricland which is nice. The movie theater is also very nice with ample parking on site.
Lots of parking! And the Move theatres! Oh don't forget Pearled Rec Centre! Talk about one stop shopping and more!
Just an empty mall
Had a much better experience this time. Food was great and service was awesome.
Great Mall, very convenient location, lots of parking, good variety of retailers but keeping this fraudulent tenant "La Vie Jewellers" who rips people off should be unacceptable, the owner/manager of the mall should review their comments on google to see what kind of black sheep they keep. I thought I was the only one to get mixed feelings after their service, but it appears they ripped many people before me. I wish I would look into their reviews before I went there. They permanently wrecked the only gift I've had from my parents.
This mall is half dead but somehow manages to have everything you may need. Lol.
I am sorry to say that I didn't have time to explore the whole mall, maybe next time as it looked interesting.
Dated mall...but Old Navy, Lowes and London Drugs can make the trip worthwhile. Also has Winners.
Lots of stores were closed. Probably due to Covid. But it was a clean mall and staff at the lotto kiosk were friendly. Old Navy was good and staff were good their also.
Kind of a lower budget mall, not a place I would want to take the kids shopping however it has an a&w and is good for a quick snack stop before seeing a movie.
Got a Winners and Save On
At scrubbing laundry mate
Very Busy, people are more into leaving or finding their own parking spot rather than listening to the rules of the parking lot
This place has an A&W so its definitely forward thinking. Also the Lowes is awesome as it actually has stuff on its shelves online the other in town big box hardware stores.
Greek restaurant not good at all . They feed us raw chicken
Straddling the line between strip mall and real mall, Tillicum has a somewhat unique place in Victoria's commercial centres. Has a number of one of a kind chain stores for Victoria, but that's not always positive, with the big box pet store being somewhat depressing. Well located between the rec centre and movies theatre. Parking is sprawling, as it supplies the theatre and some lackluster restaurants.
Tillicum Mall is always a nice mall for shopping.
Nice theater, some good shopping. Lots of parking
Its missing something here not sure what
Not many shops anymore but still very clean..
Lowes is pretty disappointing for lumber but for everything else it's good and the rest of the mall is a mall that needs an upgrade. For the area a good place to shop
I came for the Dollar Store and didn't explore much else but there appears to be a wide range of retailers one might expect to find in a mall.
I have lived within walking distance. Now have moved but still prefer Tillicum centre.
Went to Fabricland. Had a really helpful staff member help us out. ????☺????
Decent mall not too large but has a Lowes store and an Odeon Multiplex on site.
This mall seems to be one of the dying ones. Major retailers have pulled out of it in the past few years, and it has left this mall dated and lacking customer flow. The food options are very few and the escalator seems to break down regularly. That being said, the mall is clean, the employees courteous, and the parking is plentiful. I hope that this place gets a much needed facelift to breathe some fresh life (and stores) back into it. Used to be a great place to visit.
Tillicum has no real food court but had Edo and its good if they keep their line going and Dollar Tree good
So many stores have closed in this mall. It's sad to see the mall so empty.
This mall is kind of depressing wandering around in but the stores it does have are ok to good. I.e. winners. It's ok
Few store opened and very dark atmosphere lighting bad.
1 star: Christmas gift coupons were too much hassle to even use; soft drink cost $5.50!......but movie was good.
Tillicum Center is a great mall with many interesting stores I like to shop. You can get food there, there's London Drugs, a couple of clothing stores, a dental clinic and a walk-in clinic to see the doctor, a bookstore, Old Navy, liquor store, grocery store, to name a few. There's a bank, a library, a recreation center, with a skating rink and Silver City with about 10 theaters, one is an IMAX theater that all share a large parking lot there. Most places are wheelchair accessible.
It's a mall. Not big, getting a little old, but has some good anchor stores (winners, save on foods, London drugs, Lowe's), some clothing stores and Fabricland. Silver City theatre and GR Pearkes rec center are behind it, and there's an e-car charging station between those two. A couple of average restaurants on the lot too: Montana's and Kelsey's.
I tried multiple times, and no one answers their phone. The showtimes shown on the Internet are completely different than the ones at the theater. Four of the seven digital ticket purchasing stations we’re out of order. I had a couple questions for the employees, and they were clueless. This place needs new management.
Good hsndicapped parking. Easy sccess. Lots of nice stores and a great Save On Foods store.
It was just a quick stop . The mall hasn't changed yo much since I worked there yrs ago .
Just a good town mall. Lots of free parking.
Good mall
There isn't exciting at this mall but there is always ample parking and is never to crowded
With covid, not many stores open, just pop in and go, set out so you know your distant keeping.
Trash Mall and that's why I Love It. If they ever get rid of the greyhound bus depot aesthetic I will change my rating to one star. I love the abundance of massage chairs and claw game arcade tucked in odd corner. I love the brutalist architecture and ominous long hallways to the bathrooms. I don't want to live in a world without dirt malls either. This is the only mall I'm comfortable in.
Tilicum Center have a variety of stores London drugs, walk clinic, fast food, book store, art store, Lowe's store,Old navy store,Savo'n food store ,fabricland,Cinema, restaurant s,Gas station,RBC and TD Banks, Capitol bank,Beauty salon, Dollars store,Tv sale store, Jewelry store, Roger office, Recreation Peaks Center and more more.
Purdy's is my favorite store to shop at.
Easy going straight forward in and out, no delays.
Love the food court. Always nice and clean mall
Save on foods, London drugs, Winners and A&W are all favorites.
This place always feels like it is on the verge of shutting down completely. Too bad...great location, and the drug store has more to offer than the rest of the mall combined.
Best location for shopping and best prices to comparing to other malls
In this day and age it Seem's freakishly unusual to walk through a shopping mall that is virtually a Ghost town !
I was just looking for someone but the mall is very spacious.
Great place to shop around.
It has potential to be a really nice mall especially with the convenient location, but it's pretty outdated and not alot of shopping options to be an actual 'mall'.
Save On Foods, Winners, Starbucks, liquor store. Great price on cigarettes across the street at the gas station, 3 pack special.
Was raining outside, went inside, wasn't raining on me anymore. Would get out of the rain here again.
With Home Outfitters closing out, it will hardly be worth the drive now.
Great Mall and great stores in great prices for all of your needs
Went to London Drugs and Save-on-Foods. Both of them Didn't have a flyer item I wanted. This is why I usually go to other locations instead, even though the service is usually good.
Typical mall, but a lot of great stores
I like shopping at London Drugs. The staff are helpful and there is a large selection of products displayed. The quality is great.
The best people watching and mullet spotting of any mall in Victoria
This mall has no atmosphere - empty, not very interesting stores ( with exeption of London Drugs and Lowe's).
If it weren't for winners, I don't think I'd ever come here. A mediocre mall at best.
Hours are kinda restrictive, but they have a decent selection of stores and restaurants/food places.
Very basic mall, main stores here would be Winners and London Drugs...other than your typical cell phone shops, salons etc. If you are looking for a mall for clothing much better to go to Mayfair or Bay Centre.
It's a pretty sad mall, but they have a couple of good shops
Has a great variety of stores and although the food 'court' is small, there's still a small variety of foods available ranging from a&ws, Greek, sushi, Vietnamese restaurant, Starbucks, etc. Love going to winners and ardenes. Theres always a good sale at Ardenes
Always a great place to shop whether it's for family, friends and pets!
Quiet mall. Several clothing shops and anchored with Lowe's and London drugs. Nice small local mall. Has a nice Vietnamese restaurant and a couple fast food outlets as well.
It is ok, but missing a lot of business's. A lot of closed stores. I hope to see it pick up when covid is behind us.
The Mall is a good neighborhood shopping centre. It is anchored by Save on Foods and Lowe's.
Covid protocols observed
This is a nice mall to visit. They have some great stores here
Great variety of stores! A nice shopping environment!
This is a good mall! The Dollar Store has many great deals including the best Bathroom Spray for only $1.25. Yes it beats products 4 x the price. The Nail Salon Amazing Nails offers good service for an unbeatable price. London Drugs has a great Cosmetics Section. Fabricland is definitely inspiring. So much more too.
Been coming here since 1983. It is an old school, bare bones, local mall. Love it.
Our friends just let us know the security guard on duty today November 11th 2021 was very unprofessional and wouldn't let them carry their dog into a pet friendly store. We are all boycotting this whole mall now and spreading the word. Hire new security and update your pet policy!
One of the last living malls.
Great selection is stores... ...And... Great selection of products and services... ...And... The prices are fine... Really enjoy shopping at TM!!
Mmmm...Orange Juilus Pina Colada Smootie, yum. Nice mall takes me back towhen i was in high dchool close ny and they had just torn down the only drive in theatre in Boctoria to build this mall I would not be surprised if they renovate it in the near future.
It's a good little mall...dollar tree has some very old things.. and if you go for starbucks go to the store one the grocery store one has good staff but can't make very good drinks... winners is awesome for kid stuff aswell oh and edo Japan is amazing
It's small but decent. Has a few good stores.
Love the mall just wished it had a subway
Worst mall in town small outdated no access to mall around entire building no pets allowed in mall but they have a over priced pet store go figure
lumber selection is absolutely atrocious. They should be ashamed to call themselves a hardware store. Have good sales on some things but overall selection of items is terrible.
Our neighbourhood mall. Has all we need! Bathrooms are always dirty and are so old so avoid ...
