Retro feeling "strip mall" style shopping centre. There's a surprisingly large variety of stores such as Thrifty Foods, Starbucks, and other small local businesses. The Old Cemetery Society meets here as it is located right across from the historic Ross Bay Cemetery. There is a large parking lot, which is handy while shopping or taking a tour with the Old Cemetery Society. Convenient for bus routes in and out of downtown Victoria

Needs to be updated parking lot is horrendous with the amount of people shopping. Should do what the new Save on foods on Pandora. Underground parking, shops street level and homes above.

Mostly attend this place when walking near Ross bay or walking back from Clover point. There's sushi,there's groceries, there's a pub, there's a Starbucks,there's a hardware store. What more than you need!

There are several necessary/important businesses in this mall. However I always need to get something heavy or fresh from the stores so I always drive. Fairfield Village Shopping Center is just too popular for me to easily find parking.

Shopped here for 20 plus years. Small and old, parking is tough at peak hrs .lost the Starbucks, clothing store, dry cleaners etc. Sad but still usefull

This Fairfield shopping plaza has a Thriftys at one end and the Ross Bay Pub at the other end. A wide variety of small shops in between for the neighbourhood shopping too.

Closest hardware store to James Bay, Fairfield and Gonzales. It's been the local Plaza and go-to set of stores for the area for more than a half century. Always has and continues to have merchants enough to cater to most needs.

While this plaza may have a few good stores, it is overshadowed by its chaotic parking lot. There is a grocery store, bank, some stores, and some services. The parking lot is always full except on very rare occasions or very late at night. There are narrow spaces and people drive erratically leading to a terrifying shopping experience. There are other places to go that have less dangerous parking lots. I have noticed lately that there seem to be some vacancies now too. I am not sure what will go in there, but it still won't fix the parking lot.

Second Chance is a great place to sell your 'treasures' and to buy some. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

It's nice as open strip malls go. Still a few independent retailers and the pub. Go early in the morning for easier parking. Thriftys is also best early. Avoid it from 4-6 the parking lot is full

This plaza has a good selection of services and shops. The hardware store, grocer and bank are especially welcome. Parking can get crowded but the surrounding neighborhoods are close enough for an easy walk.

This Mall has everything anyone would need. (Don't go downtown and find a place to park, put up with the traffic, not to mention the people who are doing drugs in this city) They have a great little pub, a good hardware store, where they actually sell rain proof products for shoes when the cobbler store doesn't.
