This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
Highly recommend, great friendly staff. They always do great work. Very reasonable.
Great, love it. But I only go there for Starbucks, Canadian Tire (which is newly renovated) and Romeo's.
A beautiful shopping village with restaurants, Thrifty's, Starbucks, various stores, Canadian Tire, banks (RBC & CIBC) and a BC Liquour store. Parking can be very limited at times and I recommend cycling or taking transit if you live in the area.
Broadmead Mall in Saanich, is conveniently located right next to one of the Pat Bay highway exits. It is an attractive looking, outdoor mall, that has ample parking. The stores are clean and well stocked, and include a Thrifty's grocery store, clothing stores, a hair salon, an extremely well-stocked kitchenware store, a liquor store, a bed/bath store, a BCAA outlet, pharmacy, a chocolatier, and more. It has several restaurants including Mexican, Thai, Pho, and a Starbucks.
Neighbourhood mall with all the shops and services you need in a pleasant landscaped area right off the highway.
First time here and really love it and have lots of options from starbucks, toys, food, groceries, sports store. Parking lots might be busy but don’t worry they always have spot.
Broadmead village is a beautiful place for getting a nice meal and walking around. It is an extremely comfortable environment with immaculate landscaping and a decent selection of stores and restaurants. If you’re in a hurry it might not be the place for you but if you have some time it is an excellent place to visit.
Good variety of shops and restaurants. The Thrifty Foods here is open 24h, there is a liquor store with reasonable hours, Baan Thai and Romeos have my favourite Thai food and Pizza, and there's an awesome kitchen store to get lost in. So …
Quite like it. Reminds me of an outdoor mall in the north end of Vegas. Had excellent Thai food there, a nice Marks store and I want to try the Mexican place soon.
Thrifty Foods plus many other nice little shops to visit. Nice shopping mall located outside of town.
Plenty of food choices, they've created a nice covered courtyard complete with fireplaces, fountains and places to sit
A nice selection shops and services in an outdoor style mall. A nice fountain to sit by and relax when you need to wait.
Beautifully maintained property with a variety of shops. Shops don't have the turnover most other plazas do so you can make return trip. Several restaurants to choose from. Easy to make an afternoon to by coming here.
With a variety of stores here it's a great place to go shopping, grab a bite to eat and relax. There's practically something for everyone here.
Pleasant place to shop
Some good stores and restaurants. Large parking lot. Very pretty area.
Good selection of shops. Neighborhood feel, with the outdoor tables. I often shop at the Pharmasave, Canadian Tire and Thrifty Foods.
Love to come here and browse all the stores!...then finish up with a wine at the restraunt!
Staff don't seem friendly at all, they won't acknowledge me unless I get right in their face with a smile and a big "Hi how are you today" then ask my question, the only great thing about this place is they always have what I need.
The services are good but the parking lot traffic has too many twits who think their BMW is impervious to harm.
Pleasant, friendly, everything from a bank to a major grocery store as you might expect.
Go there pretty often.
What can I say? Mexigo is found here and since it's a branch off of the original cafe Mexico before it burned down, it's the best place to go. Great prices too!
Nice plaza Has all the stores you need, plus some others for browsing around.
We love the Artisan Bistro! The food is both interesting and delicious; fresh, creative, local. The service is attentive and friendly. And the whole place is wheelchair accessible.
Pretty good stop place there Thai food Japanese food mexican food Romeoish food and more food and thriftys here has an amazing selection of fish like Arctic char and sea bass. It's pretty good and its got a Canadian tire so if you need fishing stuff or yard stuff then if you're in the area it's a good spot to pick it up. It's also has a pharmacy witch is always useful.
There are many good department stores and banks there. It's a bit pricy thought.
Not a big mall but a nice mix of stores and friendly staff everywhere plus several decent restaurants
Garden are wonderful, stylish patio table that everybody could sit and enjoy, lots of parking
Visit the the Carreiro studio salon, if you would like an updated new style. Highly educated experienced stylists and hairdressers. Free parking.
Great layout with lots of parking. Multiple access points make all the retailer's very convenient to visit.
I love shopping and Broadmead because they have 2 of my favourite stores there... Canadian Tire and Marks Workwear World
Just went to eye doctor but esthetically pleasing.
Lots of parking, Thriftys a Canadian tire a BC liquor store and lots and lots of other stores
Love the mix of shops. The anchor tenants are more corporate, but most of the shops are locally owned and offer something a little different. It makes it easy to shop local. The parking is far more refreshing than uptown. It's easy to navigate and pleasant to walk around.
Good variety of stores at this mall, bith smaller independent businesses and anchor store like Canadian Tire and Thrifty's. Lots of parking and can pretty much use it as a one stop shop.
Great Canadian tire I take my car there. Pharmasave hi end products. Pets West good dog food. Other stores good too.
Not a regular stop but always pleased with the experience. Many good shops and eating spots in the shopping centre. Easy to park and walk unlike many shopping centres in this style.
Good combination of stores and restaurants. Parking lot is in good shape - watch the drivers thou. There are some tricky parts where roads and parking lots come together.
Good outdoor mall
I was disappointed with the 'plastic' glasses which are constantly blurry and I can't keep them clean. They boast that they have quality lenses and for what I paid which was $600.00 I expected far better. Instead I have an inferior lens that looks filthy no matter how much I clean them including using their eye cleaners and cloths.
The complex is nice, decent selection of stores, some good places to eat for sure, parking can be tight and busy, I suggest find a spot when one opens up. Everything is outside so it does not matter where you park because you will be walking around from store to store. I enjoyed my time there and I got lucky with parking when i was there.
The parking experience can be a bit annoying. There is a good variety of shops though
I've watched this place grow from an open field to the busy little village it is today. I spent many, many nights working here... and many days shopping and drinking coffee here! Wonderful little gathering place for everyone!
Love shopping in this mall, very easy to spend several hours wandering from shop to shop. The restaurants that are there are delicious as well!!
Great place to do some shopping or get some food. Everything you'd need including some great restaurants, grocery and even hardware or housewares.
A great shopping center just north of Victoria in the Royal Oak area. Everything from Grocery shopping at thrifties, to Canadian tire and even an Indivdual dry cleaners. The only reason for not getting a 5 star is the parking is very limited at times.
Broadmead Village Shopping Center needs a cozy bakery that serves coffee and light lunches. It also needs an ice cream parlor. Wouldn't it be lovely to see more flowering bushes and bright colored flowers in pots in the Mall? It needs more handicapped parking stalls. Twinkle lights in the evening to welcome those going to the restaurants.
I like coming here. Besides the always full parking lot which can be hard to get around, the layout reminds me of shopping in Europe. You can have a drink on a patio under a giant garry oak tree, get groceries, fix your car, shop for clothes and trinkets. There is also a clinic, and drug store if needed. Everything your shopping needs require.
Numerous shops of every kind, groceries & a nice stylistic atmosphere. But the parking lot is cramped, difficult & slow... I avoid this place because of that.
Lots of stores. Has just about everything you need in a small neighborhood shopping center. Canadian Tire (hardware), Thrifty Foods(grocery), Coast Capital, Royal Bank and CIBC(banking) and a liquor store. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops too (including Starbucks).
Interesting collection of services here but parking can be a bit of a gong show. Need patience to navigate.
y Local Mall. Love it, has everything I need.
Nice selection of stores. And a couple fabulous restaurants. Great parking and a Td bank is right there. Great for everyday needs!
This place has everything you would possibly need. From Toy Stores to Thriftys to Canadian Tire, they have it all. Some of the restaurants include: Artisian Bistro, Romeos, and Starbucks.
Usually decent parking, close to bus routes and is always kept clean and tidy. Would like to see a greater variety of stores.
Great shopping and comfie spot to sit outside and enjoy a coffee or snack. Thrifties and Romeos are among the many choices. Parking is sketchy.
This plaza.really needs some better stores. An organic grocery store. A nice boutique or shoe store. A nice bakery.
Great shops but the parking is a bit chaotic at times. Recommend night visits.
I really like this shopping centre. Great stores and some are one of a kind!
Yeah its okay, just like any other...no unique shops really, except the running shoe place.
Nicely organized, clean and walkable shopping centre. Great to walk around in but driving in and out of it is horribly setup.
One stop shop for most of.your basic needs. Only 2 clothing stores.a few restaurants and coffee shops, banks and ICBC
Classy and cosmopolitan yet family friendly with plenty of options for everyone, be it food toys or clothes!
The staff at ten thousand villages was so kind and went out of their way to entertain our small kids while we shopped and really looked after us. My wife and I really walked away with a positive feeling from our visit there.
There are lots of lovely little shops and restaurants, and the atmosphere is very nice!
What can you say, a huge, upscale, labyrinthine strip mall with a Starbucks, a really nice Thrifty's and a government liquor store as well as some restaurants and sundry others!!
Anchor shops are decent, coffee is the usual, banking local, generally all offerings are there. It just lacks anything unique. It's a great spot for the utilitarian need, not so much more.
Easy to get to, lots of parking and thankfully an easy to navigate parking lot. Nice and diverse selection of stores and a 'high end' atmosphere. Has a good selection of professional services, a nice pub/bistro with great outdoor seating, and a few great ethnic restaurants.
It's like an all a one stop shop kind of a place. Has a beautiful, relaxing feel to it and all kinds of shops to cater to a variety of interests.
Very neat and clean. Good selection of stores but parking can be a challenge at times.
Beautiful but busy
Heirloom linens is a beautiful store, great selection of bed and bath textiles and unique home decor ideas.
Fun place to shop. Outdoor atmosphere, yet comfortable year round. Lots of unique stores worth visiting, plus mall standards.
Great ambience and lots of nice shops. Parking is often nearly full, but i always find a spot
Good variety of stores plus food spots.
Lots of great little shops in here! You can find anything in this little complex. From Canadian Tire to Pets West to a Chocolatier.
Really Broadmead?,? .Just because i m Italian
The renovations a few years ago really made this place a joy to visit - except for the parking lot which continues to be difficult to navigate, especially around the Canadian Tire.
Nice place with a host of restaurants, various shops, banks, a thriftys, and a BC liquor. Standard strip mall fair with a slight upscale touch around the restraunts. Serves it's purpose for the community.
It's pricey no matter which store you go into. I found some lovely up cycled bowls to use as decoration in my apartment.
Fantastic places to eat! Niche Grocerant is amazing.
It has all the amenities and is very clean. Parking is generally easy to find, depending on which store you're going to. It can take a while to exit the lot if you go via the 4 way stop.
Very fancy! More affordable food shop would be good
Love this outdoor Mall! Fountain...outdoor fire, wonderful seating, varied stores! Well taken care of. Beautiful trees and flowers all round!
Great place to visit. Lots of shops to choose from. If you need something you'll find it there.
Fantastic venue, pedestrian friendly and vast array of businesses.
Beautiful, lots of parking, great boutiques. Pretty much everything you need for the family is there!
It's great to have everything in one place and within walking distance from the local subdivisions.
Great mix of shops... Very fitting to the nearby demographics. We like the restaurants: Baan Thai, Mexigo, Artisan Bistro, Romeo's, Fudo Sushi and the renewed Starbucks.
Broadmead village is small shopping center and you can find mostly what you need for your house hold incluled grocery.
Good layout and liquor store, with a Canadian tire and good places to get food.
When we shop here we always enjoy it. Good selection of shops and services. Parking lot can be busy but we always find a spot for our car.
Great selection of shops and restaurants. Very well maintained.
Good supermarket and selection of restaurants. Parking lot access/egress can be frustrating at times.
Good variety of stores. Only downside for us has been the parking lot can get congested.
Plenty of shops easy and safe parking good selection of restaurants and access for disabled
Lots of useful stores and restaurants. Parking can be chaotic, especially if you have a slightly larger vehicle.
Nice shopping centre with a wide range of stores anchored on one end by Thrifty Foods and on the other by Canadian Tire. Also many other shops from clothing to pets to chocolate, restaurants and Starbucks, banks, BCAA, glasses, kitchenware, Pharmasave, gifts...
Very nice shopping area. Good choice but dies need a few more shops.
Lots of great stores, plenty of parking!
You find everything here. Good shopping, great grocery store, restaurants and coffee shop. Lots of parking. Easy access
Nice spot to relax and enjoy lunch
Nice little shopping centre, great selection of styles and restaurants, ample parking!
Not the most physically accessible place for folks with mobility impairments. While there are accessible parking spaces, curb cuts and ramps aren't well done or necessarily close by. Parking has odd layout, and is at least partly due to the age of the construction, which is just old enough to lack, but new enough to know better. Still, some great stores. Thrifty Foods anchors the shopping centre, with Café Mexigo's quick, fresh Mexican food, several local, independent restaurants, one, ubiquitous, big coffee chain from Seattle (ahem), a Canadian Tire, Mark's Work Wearhouse, ArtSEE Eyewear, a local eyewear company, no less than four financial institutions, a gardening boutique called Dig This, and a variety of other shops round out Broadmead. Go for the unique shops, stay for lunch, grab a few groceries after you're not hungry anymore.
Decent but as far as villages go.... It's pretty small
Decent selection of shops but parking can be a bit competitive during peak hours.
Mostly high end stores except Canadian Tire, tiny parking spots. Has basic bank, drug store, grocery etc.
A great little plaza! Love the outdoor fire place they have. Lots of stores. There is a Starbucks. Thirftys. Walk in clinic. Pet store. Marks. So much more
My favourite shopping centre - they have just about everything you would need.
Quite a good selection of stores. You can get most everything you need, other than furniture.
This mall has a little of everything. Parking can be difficult sometimes but overall it is a good mall. The Starbucks gets extremely busy so make sure to order ahead.
Beautiful shopping Village!! It is nice and cozy that I just want to spend my whole day here. seriously!
Very great sushi, Mexican and other foods. Kind of random but it's great.
Nice place easy in easy out access. A bit crowded tho maybe the parking lot needs to be re done so it doesn’t feel so squishy
This is a choice shopping center compared to most equivalents in the US. The service is nice and helpful.
Not really a fan of malls, but this ones tolerable. Parking is easy. Okay grocery stoer (thriftys), coffee etc. Great kitchen supply store.
Has a nice little pedestrian mall with a waterfall and lots of seating. And good shopping.
My father resided here on a temporary basis for several months and during his entire stay there wasn't a single day that went by without him praising the care he received and the food that was served during his stay. Covid protocol strictly adhered to, with the highest standards. Very impressed with our experience at Broadmead!
Nice atmosphere....don't cut down anymore trees though....miss the flowering cherry trees. Love watching the crows socialize.
Thriftys and canadian tire are the only places i really go when i come here but theres so many little shops hierloom linens , pharmasave, copa, romeos td & i think royal bank but i could be wrong ......theres quite a few shopping options its only 10 mins ish from downtown (although traffic these days is increasing) so maybe a bit longer than 10
Nice and easy access
Good shopping options. Plenty of parking.
Great shops and places to eat, but the parking lot drives me crazy.
Everything you need in this shopping centre , and it has a nice style to it. Conveniently located.
Nice village!. Different experiences, different times. All good experiences!
A good selection of stores. An outside mall so you have to move outside between stores. Watch for the drivers. Very congested driving and inattentive drivers. Somewhat accessible depending on your needs and abilities.
A nice variety of shops including Bernard's Chocolates, Mexican Restaurant, a coffee place and more.
Good place to shop however the patking lot gets vety crowded mid day
The Broadmead Village Shopping Centre is tucked away in the south east corner of the Pat Bay Road and Royal Oak intersection. It is north of Victoria and a part of Saanich. Despite having a close and intimate feel, this shopping centre has a good range of retailers including Thrifty Foods, Canadian Tire, Marks, BCAA, CIBC, RBC, Coast Capital, BC Liquor, Starbucks, several restaurants and a veterinary service.
A good range of shops. Parking can be busy at peak times
Grocery store, travel agency, hardware & car maintenance, restaurants, apparel retail, wine & alcohol, bank, doctors all within walking distance. Avaliable parking lots so convenient to reach all business. Some thing for everone here from young to old. In short a 1 stop well planned mall.
A bit crowded with the parking but great assortment of shops, Marks Work warehouse, Canadian Tire, Thriftys foods, and more
Great outdoor shopping centre. There are a number of good restaurants, and a variety of shopping options
Lots of shops. Big thrifty foods. Canadian tire is good here with lots of selection and stock.
Good variety of shops with a few restaurants if you catch yourself hungry after shopping
Great pet shop, and the Thrifty Foods is where you can get your Mill Bay ferry tickets in advance at a discount. Excellent Canadian Tire store too.
Doing a good job in these challenging times! Hang in there! This is a nice community place to eat and shop and do your banking.
After a recent upgrade, the shops are looking very good. There is plenty of parking and good access from the highway. Shops are varied and not too large so there is something for everyone.
Cafe Mexigo has vegan alternatives. Coast capital, thrifty foods, and Canadian tire all in one mall. Sweet ass place to shop
Lots of good stores, never had an issue parking
Very clean and new. I go to this strip mall quite often does groceries and food
Canadian Tire recently remodeled; nice Thrifty Food store, other stores and casual restaurants and coffee shops.
It's got some weird stair layout, almost like the stairs are under construction. This dosnt really go beyond in anything but it's sort of your best option if your in the area. The elevators and the ground floor navigation decoration are what keep this at 3 stars, it gets the job done.
Broadmead is my favourite open mall in Victoria, the kind of place I like to shop and hang out for a while. It is very well laid out and parking is plentiful. The main pedestrian area offers plentiful seating and a pleasant water feature. …
Seems pretty decent. Lots of traffic
Lots of different and interesting shop, Thriftys grocery store and a large Canadian Tire Store
Great little shopping plaza, lots of Cute little stores and restaurants
Romeo's, cafe mexigo, bc liquor store, thriftys, good central location, close to Royal Oak bus exchange.
Keep your wits about you in this parking lot! Great selection of stores and restaurants to choose from, Thrifty’s is an awesome place to get lunch to meet any dietary needs!
A lovely shopping plaza with many stores to choose from. We have enjoyed lunch at Baan Thai many times, coffee at Starbucks, a wander through the stores (especially Pharmasave with the amazing select tion of fun stuff) as well as groceries at Thriftys and cooking things from Penna and Co.
After flying in from Winnipeg, my driver suggested a quick stop for some sushi. The store was clean and selection was good. The sushi was fresh and tasty.
Nice little plaza some good amenities there... Parking lots a little crazy but other than that ????
Great shopping and can do everything in the one village eat, hardware, automotive, clothing, drug store, gifts, medical clinic, banking, insurance, eye doctor, liquor store, coffee shops.
Good shopping center, but lacking modern green elements like EV chargers. Consider going to Royal Oak Shopping Center.
Very posh. Free live music though and lots of good stores.
A few useful stores. Parking lot is awful. Slim spots, tight corners, 4 way stop intersections at exits. Best to park as soon as you see a spot and walk to where you need to go.
Broadmead Village Shopping Centre is very pleasant to shop there. There are restaurants, drug store, pet store, kitchen supply store, clothing stores, banks, gift stores etc. There is a public washroom inside the Thrifty grocery store. Some of the stores are quite pricey so if you aren't struggling financially, you will really like the atmosphere and stores there.
Welcoming atmosphere, comfortable inviting outdoor seating for patrons frequenting cool shops and trendy restaurants.
Had Tracy and she did an awesome job on my pedi...will certainly go back to see her
Nice shopping center, with good diversity. Signage for stores and restaurants, not on the beaten path, could be better.
My favourite part about this mall is watching the crossing guards attempt to direct traffic during the holidays. As if we dont already know how to handle the 4 way by the lights when the line backs up.
Really nice shopping center that you could just go and hang out at by the outdoor fire and get some eats.
Lots of shops, can be very busy. Couple good restaurants. Starbucks in the back.
I went for a day of shopping. Had a dr. Appointment, coffee, bank meeting and a bit of shopping. I was there for 15 minutes past the parking time and sure did get a $60 parking ticket..... it’s a shame. Probably will avoid shopping here …
We stopped at Thrift's Bloomin Big Gardening Sale and picked up some more plants for the back yard. Great service looking for certain plants.
An upscale strip mall with good anchors. Well maintained, though the parking lot can be a bit of a pain.
Pharmasave is an amazing store with so many beautiful items to buy. Clerks are so helpful. The store is beautiful inside.
Very nice place to shop!
Almost all shops are open for in store shopping, great parking!
went to fudo Japanese. absolutely AMAZING. shingo is the sushi chef and he is a master! can't wait to go back or order online at fudo Victoria. com. BROADMEAD is lucky to have this 5 star restaurant.
Love Heritage Linens. They have a great selection and the prices are very good. Lots of parking and a wide selection of stores.
Heirloom Linens is my go to for bedding and bath selection! Excellent quality linens.
Lots of good quality shops and items. Hectic at times but worth it.
Lots of unique shops and good parking
Food was very good and will return
Lots of parking and good stores like Starbucks, cafe mexigo and thriftys
I couldn't find sushi place but eventually we found the place. Sushi was good ! Thank you.
Spacious grocery layout with sensible direction of flow arrows on the floor. Not coercive at all. Customers are mostly respectful.
The 4 way stop just inside the entrance can be, at times, extremely congested.
My friend and I love this mall. We start at Dig This and work our way around to Thrifty 's. Not to mention the convenience of the liquor store. We are from the mainland and take advantage of the unique choices.
Clean busy spot with a good selection of shops and eateries. Great grocery store. Be mindful of elderly clientele backing out, most just drive like nobody else is there.
Friendly shopping centre. Kept very clean, good selection of stores
A little bit of everything a person needs in one plaza!
Busy mall that provides a great variety of stores
Lots of interesting shops here. I travel 50 km to get my insurance from BCAA. Well worth the time and effort!
Food is good, some items really good. Service was very good. Pasta is fresh made. Price is way out there for what it is.
The Pharmasave staff display the items beautifully and are very helpful for retrieving display for sale so one can bring it home.
We like this small to midsized mall. Parking can be a little challenging but at least there are a few ways in and out of the lot. Doesn't appear to be a lot of store turnover so they must be doing something right.
Had breakfast in their outside patio. Great service & food. I had the seafood crepe. Wonderful!! The plates were very hot which I really like!!
Good trendy place to eat and shop. Can get groceries too.
Starbucks was good on way home before that we went to Thai place in center it was so filling so full I had leftovers and mexigo is my favorite place to go friendly and good portions
This is an out door mall. There are several specialty store, pet store, chocolates, cooking store and anchored by a grocery store. There are various restaurants as well as several banks and BCAA. Government liquor store has a good selection of beverages and some are cooled. There is a specialty toy store as well. There is a short little promenade for walking and sitting located around most of the restaurants.
Nice to see that the restaurants are now open for dine in along with take out. Sad to see that Dig This is closed.
Very nice area and great stores
Parking lot is always a nightmare
Easy access, lots of parking and full range of shopping amenities all in one convenient location.
So many stores in a small area. All amenities are covered at Broadmead.
Nice collection of shops and restaurants, including Thriftys, Canadian Tire. Grounds are nicely landscaped and kept clean. Never had an issue getting a parking spot.
Royal Oak main shopping Center. Has all the amenities required, including a Canadian Tire, Grocery store and multiple banks as well as a Romeos. Starbucks, BCAA office and many beauty shops within, worth the trip if you're out and about. Note that the grocery store is a 24 hour location and DOES sell tobacco products.
