It's like visiting a pricey village. Has interesting shops. Grocery end has quality offerings and food court is my favorite for a slice of pizza.

I enjoy this mall. They have stores and restaurants not found at the other malls so it is a worthwhile trip. I came to go to Pete's but ended up checking out all the stores. By the time I was done I was hungry so ate at Finbar's (the boxty specials are my favorite) and finished off at middle spoon for dessert.

The selection of vegetables is not very good. Most of the leaf veggies are limp, meaning they won't last very long. The cashier who packed our bags placed our fragile blackberries near the bottom of the bag, which crushed a few.

Really nice interior, nice collection of shops, suffers a bit from mall-in-decline trend, so some empty spaces between stores. Pete's is an awesome destination, lots of other unique places too.

It's interesting, I've watched this mall transform in the last 10-15 years. It's now quite full and has a nice selection of stores (really well-sized book store for the area). I wouldn't go here for a hardcore shopping spree, but a specific errand or a date? Sure!

Shopping is a feeling, and the only thing cooler than shopping at the shopping center is shopping here or at Bedford place mall. They have a really great atmosphere and I always find cool stuff!

The mall is very nice but the shops are all the same and are always leaving. There's a lot of vacant space at one end. Plus side is the food court is great! If your looking to eat fresh this is the place to go!

What a pleasant mall. There is a Second Cup and Pete's food store. I also was able to shop at a lovely Scottish shop for clothing for my grandson. I will be back.

I love how quaint and cozy this mall feels. It's very much a 'small town' feel as opposed to the HSC or MicMac. Not quite as much store variety, but there is an arcade, a fantastic little coffee shop (Second Cup), an EB Games, and Pete's has the most delicious pizza slices (the moon pie is to die for).

It's a small mall, but it does worth a visit, because it has many beautiful shops there. If you want to do shopping, eating and have coffee so don't hesitate to visit there. There is big parking lot there, there is fitness centre over there on the second floor and it's pretty straight hallway holding shops in both sides which makes your shopping easier. The location is good, it's almost close to everywhere from north, and many other businesses around there. I recommend that place to have a visit.

It's a nice little mall, but the best part of it all is the food court, it gets a 5 star for that alone, the sheer amount of variety in the foods, a small little supermarket, and all the different food places jammed together are amazing, the smoothie bar is good too

A good small & traditional plaza that closes early even during the week… It has a variety of stores, grocery stores, places to eat some food/snacks, have coffee and try special juices. A good place to hang out if you live close by.

I’ll always have a soft spot for this mall, and I really hope that business gets better for them because this mall deserves to stay around. Not only is there Pete’s but there’s also a lot of interesting small restaurants and little stores, and not to mention the aesthetic of the malls architecture. It was sad to see eb games leave, but I still really love this place and encourage people to check it out.

Nice small mall with a good selection of shops. Pete’s supermarket is the highlight but there are plenty of other shops that make it worth a visit

Good energy, however, I seem to loose the kids a lot in the mall. They run off, of course I call them back but they always complain that their feet hurt from walking. The staff is very rude, they constantly nag at you to pick something faster and aren’t helpful at all.

This mall is not what it once was. There are shops and a food court, but it is not as big as other malls and there is a lot of vacant space. Great for a trip to pick up something you know is there, but not a big shopping destination. The Pete's Froutique is an anchor store and probably helping keep this place afloat.

This is a mall much like any other. It is nice that there is a book store in it , but other than that I have little reason to go. Pete's Fruitique is a nice addition which makes this mall stand out a little bit more. I don't go here often or spend much time in the mall but it appears to be clean, the washrooms have always been clean.

Recently went to this mall with a few friends and at first, 3 hours seemed like a long time but in reality it felt like 15 minutes! Lots of people say there's nothing in this mall, but did you know there's an arcade with a DDR machine? A frozen yogurt place, a David's Tea, a Freak Lunchbox and more?! Bought lots of things and sadly emptied my wallet. It was fun, though!

Sunnyside has seen better days. It is a pity because it is a handy spot to visit. Too many empty stores and no big names to attract shoppers. Marks and Petes dominate one end but that quickly fades when you go to the other end. There are enough boutiques to keep it interesting however.

We often make a special trip every couple of weeks to Sunnyside. Our main stay is Petes, as my husband is from the UK and they have a lot of imported goods. Their butcher is also excellent. We've only recently tried Over the Wedge (the pizza place) and we've both agreed it's some of the best pizza we've had here in NS. There's also little gems like Freak Lunchbox, Middle Spoon, Finbars (best nachos anywhere. Hands down) and Hammock. While it isn't a large shopping centre by any means, it has plenty of parking, lots of variety, and many 'specialty' shops that can be hard to find outside of downtown.

This mall is very nice but one thing needs more attention is the washrooms. The need to be updated. But the food court is great and good place to shop and bring the kids cause there is things for them to do while your doing your shopping.

I usually do not enjoy malls, but I absolutely love the Sunnyside Mall! The food court is amazing! Pete's Footique & Fine Foods is incredible and charming (the fruit and veggie selection is to die for) . All the shops are so unique and sell so much local stuff! All the staff I encountered were so friendly! Easy 11/10

It's not a very big mall and we were there before the store has really opened up. The kids like to visit the arcade and play some games while we were basically just wasting time. I can't say that it's a huge mall that's worth visiting on a regular basis but it is a reasonable place to visit

Terrible mall owners. I do not support they way they treat there tenants. I seen on Facebook they demanded rent from the stores when they had zero business. Some tenants are very small businesses. They were treated terrible. Do not support these landlords.

Visited the mall over the weekend. Was nice to see it quite busy with the start of the Christmas season. Lots of parking (including the parkade). Mall is all decked out for the Holidays looking fabulously festive. Don't forget this little gem of Bedford for your Christmas shopping needs!!

I like this mall even though it's been struggling over the last few years. Pete's completely lost its charm since Sobeys bought it and it's probably going to get shut down eventually. Great pizza slices in the food court!

I’ve always loved the ‘good energy’ feel when I would go inside this mall, whether it be to shop or browse. There are fantastic, fine quality shops offering something for everyone! I especially love running my business, The a healing Path, from there now. It’s conveniently located on the Mezzanine level and myself and Sunnyside management do our utmost to ensure safety and your needs are met, especially during this ‘new’ normal lifestyle.

Xen-Z VR is fairly new to the mall and a well worth the visit! Good assortment of experiences, something for everyone and all ages. Prices are reasonable.

I went to Sunnyside's Mark's and Brain Candy stores and the sales people were fantastic. Super sale prices at Mark's too. Highly recommend both places!

I really like Sunnyside mall . It's always spotless . There are cellphone booths, great kitchen stores , Shoppers Drug Mart , the best Marks Work Wear and a fantastic food court featuring Pete's Fruitique in the background. There is plenty of underground parking so the weather is not an issue . A great place to shop with loads of variety . Just go see for yourself!

Only 2 disabled parking spots out side Pete's entrance, arrived at 10.20 am had to wait for a space, camber of footpath from disabled parking is awful, hard to stop walker from veering off towards the road, cars driving to fast to walk on road to get to Mall entrance, chairs so low in eating area I could not manage to get down that low, sat on my walker, which is too high for table sitting too far away to reach my lunch

What happened to the pizza place here? It's all in disarray in the food court. Pete's staff are very friendly and accommodating at the food bar, despite people standing in line but some without the intention to get food. A friend got Thai food and liked it quite a bit. Absolutely love the bookstore and toy store in this mall.

Not a bad shopping centre not the cheapest place to shop but many high quality stores. Has a nice food court with options from subway to sushi. I would highly recommend the wedge it's quality pizza with many options you don't have elsewhere reasonablely priced as a slice is only between 5 and 6 dollars

Lovely little mall. Not a ton of trendy clothing store options but excellent healthy meal options at the food court. There's even a store space set up for families - toys, change tables, nursing chairs, etc. Nice spot to stop!
