Parking is inexpensive evenings and weekends. I pretty much only come here for the movie theater. There aren't many shops here for me specifically but it's a nice mall. The theatre especially has a great old school vibe.

Kinda just a mall. Not great. Stores are boring. Its hard to find tge public washroom. (Ps down the escalators and down the hall beside the fitness club) I end up there because i have to not out of a desire for a great shopping experience. Usually its only for a movie, or dollarrama.

Five stars this place because there is a poster store on the bottom level of this mall that is a locally owned store. The owner is amazing is always having sales buy one get ones and even throws in posters just because. Thank you.

Not a fan of park lane. Cold sterile unhappy feeling mall. Not much value except the dollar store and sportchek . Takes forever to get around . Also not many good stores there. Halifax shopping center (HSC) is much better in my opinion.

As the largest shipping centre in Halifax, Park Lane has everything you need! Coming from Toronto the shopping choices here were pretty similar (minus exclusive boutiques like Gucci etc.). It feels clean (COVID considerate) and it's not super crowded during weekdays. Lots of parking but a bit awkward to walk to if you don't drive.

The mall is a shell of its former glory. It has no food court, which makes no sense as it's also an office building filled with hungry people. The are no stores that make you want to go there, and the cinema gets you there when everything else is closed. Bizarre place that always feels empty.

Park Lane has a great movie theater, a dollar store, an a&w and a few other good stores. The clothing stores are fairly generic but I find myself going to this mall for one thing or another fairly often.

This mall is more of a glorified theatre and office building. There are a couple other shops but you'll find better niche stores around downtown. Go to MicMac or Halifax Shopping Center for a proper mall. That said, good location for a theatre, and there's a great Physio place in the Mezzanine.

Lots of businesses and office spaces in Park Lane. They also have a good life workout facility with a convienently located supplement store just above it. One of the cleanest malls I've been in with arrows on the floor to keep people within Covid-19 rules from each other.

The only thing really half decent here is the movie theater and the dollarama, everything else is a bust. Although if you're in the market for a quiet shopping mall to just chill at away from the hustle and buslt of Spring Garden RD then the tiny food court at the back downstairs is for you!

The biggest problem is the parking lot and the fact that the spots are big enough for a bicycle, not a typical car. I was there after a movie and it took 30 minutes to pay for parking and exit the parkade. Hmmmm

Great balance of upscale shoes and clothing with Dollarama anchoring the end..two screen cinima downstairs with a fitness center to boot!! I'd go here again. My fav girl got some very nice stuff n we were soooo happy to have stopped in!!

One of the largest Dollarama stores I've seen and I have been to a lot of them! There is also a multiplex theatre on the lower level. There are some higher end little shops and a gym, and access to indoor parking. In the downtown area (right on Spring Garden Rd) this little mall is walking distance to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, as well as to hotels and a vast array of shops on Spring Garden and Barrington!

I like this Mall because it has great shoe stores. I can also find quality, stylish clothing to suit my taste and size at Samuels.I always find good prices to suit my budget. There is also a movie theatre, food, and smaller stores to browse.

I’m a fan of this mall. They’ve done a lot of work in the last 5 years or so to make it a nice place to stop and shop. They’ve done much-needed renovations to the front entrance, for example! I love the shoe stores in here, I tend to find what I’m looking for.

Parking is available in an adjacent parkade which is nice considering the street parking in this area is almost non-existent. The store selection is not great, but there is a movie theatre and a gym. A large portion of Park Lane is actually commercial office space above the mall.

The Cineplex is the only reason I go to this mall, it simply doesn't have much to offer. However it is nice to have a dollerama above the Cineplex for snacks.

I don't visit this mall very often but was there yesterday and it was much nicer than before. They have chairs to sit in throughout the main level now, a customer service desk, the large dollarama is a must for any odds and ends you may need, a mini corner store and it looks like they may finally be getting in some new stores as well. A much more comfortable shopping experience than before.

Pretty cool mall, but there's no good stores to shop at and the food court isn't too impressive. The movie theatre is really cool though! It's my only reason to go to this mall.

Very strange but interesting little mall. It really doesn't look like a mall from the outside, you have to go inside to see its depth. It's most notable features are the Goodlife gym and movie theatre. It's mostly suitable for people who live on the peninsula or within walking distance because parking can really be a pain. A lot of the stores are slightly less than interesting (to put it politely)

If you don't have much time want to go for shopping nearby go to this place. Apart from good clothing stores it also has dollarama and nslc. There are few stores that sells good women shoes and they are not very expensive either. And after you done with your shopping go and watch the movie at the Cineplex.

Miss wandering through the shops at Park Lane. I don't get there often, anymore. Had the opportunity to check them out recently. Most of the shops are high end merchandise, but they all have great sales. The movie theatre is still there, also. Park lane mall has one store only that I frequent and that is the dollar store. This is otherwise a high end, pricey mall. The under ground parking is convenient however, but a bit pricey as well. There are many businesses in this building as well though and that is a very good thing.

Good atmosphere, doesn't feel crowded like other malls, but the store options are lacking. I mostly just come here for movies or A&W, if there were more stores I would come more often.

Very poor security guards. I think they go to work believing they are jedi knights prepared to defend the solar system...somewhat delusional...I saw them hassling a lady telling her they can do anything to her they want on private property??!! might need a lesson in nova scotia law and learn how to be respectful and nice to customers when a crowd has gathered....

This a great mall having sufficient seating arrangement for people. You can find different shops of spa, clothes, dollarama store,food and movie hall. Sometimes, clothes boutique gives discount up to 80%.

Best theatres in the heart of downtown...paid parking but if you are patient, there are usually a lot of spots on the street within a block or two. Mall has lots of vacancies and those that remain are either high end or low...rents must be too high.

This mall is always slow without many people even before COVID-19. It has some stores, but I only go there sometimes to go to Dollarama. The street is one of the busiest in Halifax, but the mall is not. Some kids go hang there after school. Oh, and there is a movie theatre there

Park Lane mall is a wonderful location with not enough to offer. I am sure the only reason it has lived as long as it has is because of the cinema located below the mall. If the cinema was stand alone the mall would die in a month. Also, the doors to the building are locked before you leave for the night and occasionally locked before you even enter in the morning. Very bad for business to lock your customers out/in.

I've just been here a couple of times, it's a pretty big store and has some good deals from time to time, if you're looking to buy some fashionable clothes for a reasonable price this could be a good option.

Looks nice, but there's very little here. A few small stores and a movie theatre. The theatre is honestly the best thing about this mall. Location isn't great, but they do at least have one of the few parking structures in the area which can prove quite useful.

More of a mature mall, in that most of the stores are geared towards an adult crowd, but there is parkade parking and a theatre, with a decent food court. Not a bad destination for an un-fancy date. A lot of clothing stores, and one pretty awesome convenience store.

Has some good stores like Samuel and envy beside 2 good brands shoes stores. Also the movie theatre and GoodLife fitness there which makes it busy. Lack of good food or coffee places . Would be great if a better quality coffee shop there or few more food court options. A place for activity downstairs will add some life too

I haven't been out shopping much like most people but had business at the mall so did some browsing . With less foot traffic it was quiet so checked out places I hadn't shopped at before.

Very small, not much to offer but it has a Dollar Store that has most of what you'd need. A small food court and a Cineplex are downstairs. There's also an NSLC at the front doors. Other than that it's mostly small fashion stores or sporting goods. It's a nice place for a date as the theater is nice and there are many restaurants and bars near by Besides that it might as well be a large corner store rather than a small shopping center

I love going to the theater in this mall. There are a few places to eat, a Source, and a fitness centre. Only complaint is that you pretty much have to park in a paid underground lot if you are traveling here by car.

The store selection is alright. All the show stores are on the expensive end, the clothing is hit or miss. It's a little bit of a weird space, but serves its purpose well. If you need something quick you can probably find something there.

Its a walk in walk out kind of mall. No longer a good selection of shops and always smells like popcorn, bleach, cheap perfume, and homeless people. Run into the dollar store and back out kind of mall. The convenience store is over priced but thats what you get when its runned by asian ethnicity.

At time of writing PL has a decent Goodlife gym, Dollarstore, movie theatre, Bodyshop small liquor store (NSLC) and a couple better than average shops for womens' mall-quality clothing and shoes (imho). However it's never really gotten off the ground - it is not a destination for a mall, it's too small and not enough traffic.

Samuel & Co.: I was searching for a black top and a staff member walked up to me within a few minutes of me collecting a couple of tops to try. She said that she thought she had one for me. By golly the one she showed me fit me like a glove and was actually flattering on my pear-shaped bod. She was awesome; subtle, friendly yet professional, not pretentious. Made my shopping experience easy-peasy and successful in minutes. I highly recommend this store.

Nice little mall with some good food options. Also has the Park Lane theater which holds a unique mix of modern films, while also catering to old films through film festivals. They don't have every brand and shop, but they have a little bit of every item.

Went to the movies here. Parking at night on the weekend was $1 hour with $3 max so great deal. Movies here never has a line and the theatre is nice and has stadium seating. Snacks are more limited though.
