This mall has gone through a much needed facelift to remain competitive in the area. Lots of shops inside, groceries and easy access to the subway. Very clean and spacious. Still doesn't get a lot of traffic but will change as new stores move in. Overall a great new mall.

I dislike the Yonge/Sheppard centre for 2 main reasons! #1. You have to pay for parking; it's $3.50 for 30 mins or less and your wasting almost 10 mins trying to find parking since they are still under construction there are alot of places you cannot park. Absolutely ridiculous!! #2. If you are using your data in there for apps such as Ritual, don't expect it to work, not only was my data not working, I wasn't getting reception either! We had to go upstairs and outside to get any network whatsoever. The guest WiFi is super slow also, so just a little FYI for anyone trying to work in the food court.

Nice place with couple of stores like Winners, Dolarama, Miniso, Purdeys Chocolatier, Shoppers Drug Mart, GNC, a bakery, cellphone service providers, banks, and a food court with restaurants like (Villa Medina, A&W, and Popeyes). This centre also have Tim Hortons and Second cup and you can access Sheppard and Yonge station from the lower level. I can tell this building is highly maintained and secured. I will defiantly visit it again.

May 2021 a nice modern shopping mall located just North of Toronto. This busy area is popular with the young crowds. With lots of shops, retail, restaurants and services in the area, this mall complements it well. Connected to the subway, this mall has all the necessary retail indoors. Groceries by Longos, a pharmacy by Shoppers Drug Mart and other shops along with banks within the mall make this a good stop to visit.

This shopping Centre happens to be right on top of the condo complex I ones lived in with a great Italian Roomate. It is not bad. The location is great as it is on a major intersection. 1 work like 7 mins from it! I would definitely go back and live in these complexes and wouldn't mind spending more time in that area in general. Check out the lil Asian bakery store downstairs. The bakery is fresh out of oven and plenty variety to choose from.

I love it for walking in the evenings. Newly renovated and ground floor is spacious to walk with not much traffic in the evenings. A conveniently located mall, 24/7 bus service, sub-way reach from within the mall, close to highway 401.

Not a huge fan. Especially with the changes, idk it feels very "cold" and uninviting. Not to mention pathfinding could have been improved. Development on the SW corner is literally only for the residents of the Emerald Towers. If there was anything South or West of Yonge and Shep it would make waaaay more sense. You can walk to Mal Lastman, the NE corner makes some sense but again pathfinding is terrible in that building.

The renovated food court is bright and modern. The Shoppers Drug Mart is a lot brighter and fuller. The seating area in the open walkway in the Mall is modern, though plain. There's no tv screen or kids activities.

Although there aren't many stores, it does have the essentials, including Longos, Shoppers, Dollarama, and Winners! They have a couple of other stores and a food court downstairs. A TD bank is also found here. The store is always very clean and it has been a very accessible location by walking during the pandemic. They do have indoor parking, which is a bit of a hassle, but in such a busy intersection, it's probably the best option out there. Plus, you can have free parking if you spend $15 at Longos! Overall, a nice shopping centre that I visit quite often now

It's a quaint little shopping center, plenty of stuff to cover most needs, Dollarama, TD, Longos, shoppers, etc. Subway is right there for easy access, and if you need other banks there's an RBC right across the street.

I usually just stop here to do banking, grab a quick item from winners or shoppers, or dine in the newly renovated massive food court. So much to choose from! You can't go wrong with Freshii and Sweet Jesus. Looks a lot better now and super convenient since its linked to the TTC.

Their magical makeover is finally happening and there are some really cool shops and restaurants to visit. A Korean bakery, a pretzel stand, an amazing food court and (seasonally) a bubble tea shop. It's only a pity it has taken a virtual Age of Man (it has felt like thousands of years) for these repairs/renos to happen.

This centre has all the shops needed. I always come/go to work through Yonge-Sheppard station and if i need something i just go up stairs and get it, it doesn't matter what it is banking, cloths medicine, beauty, coffee shops and food, and so on, it's very convenient for me.

It took years of renovations (still ongoing) but I think it looks very good. Yonge and Sheppard is a huge transit hub. So the shopping center is very important to the community. There are a number of shops to choose from and you can access Yonge Shepard station in here too. Today I even discovered there will be a Longos inside Yonge Sheppard Centre with a Starbucks in it (this Summer 2019) too. So that's an added bonus.

Yonge Sheppard Centre is in the middle of renovations. Because of this, the building interior is unappealing and the store selection is unappealing. That being said, I see a lot of potential for this place, once renovations are complete and all stores reopen. In the meantime, there are some great, must-have businesses, including several banks, Winners (a catch-all kind of store), Shoppers, Dollarama, and a post office. With the opening of the food court, Kin Kin, and GNC, you can see this centre becoming more lively. The only real negative about this location's ongoing construction is the fact that the entrance to the TTC keeps moving and the entire building is highly inaccessible to those with mobility issues.

I fell in their dollarama store almost 3 weeks ago, someone left a shopping basket in the middle of the exit, I went flying over it,to protect my face I used my hands as I landed, but my left knee, my left side, my groin, the big bone and my back are getting worse by the day,and because of this pandemic I haven't gone to the doctor, I can hardly get up sometimes & I definitely have some internal pain, internal bruising. Like how they really modernized this shopping/office complex. It has undergone a massive transformation and now looks pretty up-to-date with 2021 aesthetics (well by Canadian standards anyway) The retail merchants have also been very updated like Blaze Pizza and an updated food court. Before the days of COVID, it was a pretty great place to grab some food.

My first experience was awful. They don't want to lose any customer even they don't have time or employees. So they took in me and two person worked on my hands separately because they were in a rush my Bio Gel and shellac nail polish were so unprofessional and started to fall down the day after. I had paid $135 plus $10 tip which was $10 more expensive than the pervious place. when I went to ask them to fix it they charged me $10.17 for two nail when I paid just $10 she was not happy because I didn't have 17 cents to pay.

There's a Winners, Dollarama, Reitmans, money exchange place, Post Office, different bubble tea place, many choice of food to eat... including something for vegans and lactose intolerant people. I love Blaze Pizza and Copper Branch which both offer lactose free items that actually tastes great. A &W is always good. Although I'm not vegan, I always order the Beyond Mest Burger. It is awesome. ????

So much construction every time I have to go down here. People are driving so carelessly and pedestrians are really obnoxious. The actual mall has a decent amount of stores and places to eat, but how hectic this area is (to find parking is worse) and I try to avoid going here at all costs if I can. I hope the construction clears up.

MUCH nicer now that it's been renovated, sadly some stores have closed since the lockdowns started. The chocolate shop closing was a huge loss. Food court has decent choices. You can go from the subway to the gov building across the street without going outside, which is nice. The bagel place is hard to find.

This place is in constant construction mode for the past 10 years. It used to a be a cosy place but since the construction started in the near by area, this place is constantly yellow taped. They have banking, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lottery stores, Vivah and other shopping stores. A good place to grab a quick bite after shopping through stores or if you work in the nearby office spaces.

Excellent renovations! This place was pretty run down before the renos but now it is simply fantastic! Everything looks fresh and clean. Inside there are a variety of stores and food places. There is direct connection to the Sheppard subway station, a Longo’s, GoodLife Fitness, food court, Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Winners, and a bunch of smaller stores. On the outside of the building, there are several restaurants. You can park in the building for free if you shop at the Longo’s or you can just pay to park. The building also has a direct indoor connection to the Shepard Centre Apartments just behind the building. There is also a tunnel on the north end that takes you to the buildings across the street.

It's developed into a very nice and easily accessible place with lots of food options and an overall great shopping stop. There's a bank, a shoppers, a gym and a food court with some different and good options. Quite busy during office hours cuz of the number of office buildings around and there is a school nearby so expect some delays in service during peak hours.

Hopefully the rating for this place will change. But for now it’s a measly three stars. The reason why is obviously the construction, it makes everything so difficult. There’s barely anything here during the construction and who knows when it’s going to be done. At least the good news is that it’s located right at Yonge and Sheppard. EDIT: Much better after the Reno. Hopefully it will continue to improve. I like the new modern look.

The mall staff (not retail stores) are rude for no reason. The mall is a complete mess because of the construction. They don't have proper signage or proper access to those with wheelchairs/strollers. If you need help navigating around the construction better to ask a construction worker and not the staff with the mall logo uniforms. You will be made to look and feel foolish. I walked the perimeter of the mall, in the cold, looking for an entrance that was accessable for my stroller. I didn't find one. A lady with a limp assisted me with the doors (automatic wasn't working) and carrying my stroller and child up the stairs into the mall. Frustrated, I spotted a mall staff member and asked how to get downstairs (he saw and heard me). I realized he was on the phone and I kept walking around aimlessly and frustrated. I followed mall signage elevator signs and didn't find one. So when I turned around that same employee was walking in my direction, this time not on the phone. I asked where the elevators were and he yelled at me "Over there, Jesus Christ! What's wrong with you?" What's wrong is that this mall is a mess, I can't find anything and now you're being rude for no reason. I said "excuse me, why are you speaking to me that way?" He continued to walk away from me despite the fact that I was talking to him and asking to speak to his manager. He stopped to tell me he spoke to me that way because according to him I was yelling at him... I informed I was not yelling and that I'm frustrated and lost in this mall and that was no way to reply to my simple question. Then he walked away and hid until I left the mall. Mall security did nothing. I went to Security right after the incident took place and they were of no help. He provided me with the number that he answers at the information booth. So no progress on that front. He made everything worse despite the fact that I was in obvious distress. The other two security behind the desk looked like deer caught in headlights. Poor choice of security supervisor. If my life was in their hands I'd be worried. I'm suffering from post-partum depression and leaving home to go into public areas is daunting. Here's a good example why. My few times outside and somehow I have the pleasure of having these interactions. I ended up having an anxiety attack in the mall by the TTC mall entrance. No one helped or cared but rather stared. Luckily my fiance worked near by and came to help me. Still waiting to hear from mall management, won't be waiting too long though, I'll contact property owners in no time. Sad, I used to work in this mall for years, it was such a friendly place to be. That's changed. I didn't even get the chance to grab a meal or explore the new stores. Shame.

Try the real fruit bubble tea shop where they use REAL fruits to make smoothies. Tim Horton's and Dollarama is in this place too plus a dimsum spot and a Chinese bakery.

The year long renovation process is now almost complete and the new look of the mall interior is smart, stylish and modern, EXCEPT for the old tired public washrooms which retain the decades-old spartan and bare-bones bleakness of the nineties, permeated with a layer of grunge and weariness . Newly renovated mall and well designed food court. This is a mixed use mall with Longos and LA fitness. They have office locations and residential towers. Very convenient for the residents as they have everything downstairs and the TTC subway is just across the street. Highways are less than 5 minutes away. It's on Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue, very busy and convenient for commuting to downtown.

Nice assortment of new stores and friendly faces since the new renovation. They habe quite the assortment of places to eat for lunch time and the added fast and healthy options are always a bonus. Still under construction but 90 percent there. The washroom facilities are always clean and stocked. Definately worth the visit for a lunch time excursion or if you have money burning a whole in your pocket your lucky, go shopping.

Friday 18th 2022 around 10:30 pm. Terrible service in parking lot. The people there have no respect or anything. He illegally told me I had to pay even though la fitness validated my parking ticket. I came in 9:19 and left 10:30 and I validated it with la fitness. The man with the accent was terrible. I’m only 17 and he treated me horribly. He kept saying to get someone to come to pay for me when I didn’t even have any money on me or even a card. Absolutely horrible service. Never came across someone as horrible as him. He needs to fix up. Tried to ask for his name several times but he kept telling me “go call the police, go call the army”. He should not be working there. Will be contacting management as well.
