This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
It has various shops fulfilling shopper's needs. Mostly not too crowded is another good point.
Parking lot it's crazy busy sometimes, especially in the weekends. Not the cleanest of all RioCan managed places, but got better in the past months since COVID19.
Great place started at Supertore and then found Bulk Barn and a Bagel place.
Not much to say, typical suburban strip plaza, although this one seems to be going downhill losing a bunch of well known brands.
Best place for shopping and getting all the other general needs. It has everything a student needs. Conveniently placed near the village and easily accessible from the Pioneer Village Station by taking Bus number 60.
Great spot for almost all your shopping needs!
Huge Plaza with fast food, sit down dining, groceries, etc. Always lots of parking.
Has a good variety of places to eat whether for a quick bite or a seat down meal with the convenience of a grocery store and shopping!
You can workout, eat Wendy's, go grocery shopping and get your nails done. Where else are you doing that?!
I came here with a couple of buddies when I was drunk, the security helped me out at lol ????
Awesome and large plaza. From home depot toro Dollorama and many more stores.
Wow I really spend a lot of time visiting malls
Safe and staff were practicing good covid safety measures.
This place is massive and yet mainly serves bagels with egregious amounts of cream cheese slopped on. It's impressive how awful this place was
Picked up some and had it cut. Nice guy working the saw. Got what I needed
Excellent plaza for alt our shopping needs
This mall has most of the popular chain of store, restaurants and bar in town. It is located in a big land, accessible by public transit. Always has a lot of parking space available.
Excellent LCBO. Tones of free parking. A good Winners location too. I also like the pita wrap shop too.
Went to the Canada Post store and got rush service for two day delivery,, and one week later it got to lindsay! I think I should have walked it there myself would have been quicker!
Love it
Love this shopping complex it has so much variety and amazing food.
Nice but needs organization and more variety of products
Good place for you.
One of the largest public shopping plazas in Toronto. Wide and clean parking lots, major stores like Super Store, LCBO, Part Source, Dollarama and much more are there to serve people.
From super store to grocery shopping to winners and lcbo. Tons of parking
Great Plaza, big parking lots, many good store and food places.
There's more than enough stores in one place to fulfill your needs.
Outdoor strip mall with some good stores and fast food joints.
Nice plaza complex to be because there is a lot of stores there.
Large shopping complex outdoors, many stores for your convenience. However, some stores are hard to reach by foot or transit. Better use cars!
Big mall. Some stores were open, but most weren't.
This is an open plaza with many stores, restaurants and services. You can find home Depot here the superstore, post office, bagelnash,Starbucks and much much more.
I love shopping at the Superstore. On certain days it can be very busy.
Has a good amount here, from an LCBO to a Bulk Barn to a Fit4Life. Wouldn't mind if it had some speciality grocers or some better non-chain resturants.
A set of stores located in the mall in the open air. One line of stores in the buildings overlooks big parking lot.
A great selection of food and shops and plenty of parking.
What's the different places for shopping some different restaurants to choose from great location
This should be called a strip mall. They can't really be reviewed because you may visit one or two businesses.
A good assortment of main stream stores and restaurants. Good amount of parking.
Some Good shops and places to eat but they really need to design a better way for traffic to flow through. Some stoplights, road markings and stop signs would make it run much more efficiently and safely.
Good selection of stores.
Several stores available with great prices and lots of variety for goods and products. Numerous restaurants and fast food places offer a great selection of food options as well. Winners has great prices and awesome inventory availability. Superstore is too expensive for the same items you get anywhere else for much cheaper.
Big supermarket is available along with Home Depot.
Typical outdoor mall with a good selection of stores. The parking and access is terrible and that seems to be a bit of poor design and large traffic volume
Great little strip mall. Has a Winners and Reitman's. Also a Massage Addict and Freedom mobile store
Has great canadian superstore closes at 11pm EVERY night, auto store, GMC, osmows, Wendy's, montanas, pizzaville and home depot... pretty stacked actually.
Very clean and tidy and we'll stocked.
Popular shopping plaza with a few good outlets. Costco, Home Depot, LCBO, Best Buy. Also a Second Cup and a HSBC Bank. New cluster of shops being built over the TTC parking lot.
It will depend on the associate who is helping you. Yes, some really are not ecstatic about engaging the customer, and don't seem to want to be there. Others will go the extra mile. *********************** I've seen customers there who are nice and willing to work with you even if there is a problem and they are angry. There are also customers there who just want to yell. If you just want to yell at someone, go to a pub or a shooting alley first, get out your frustrations there, then go to the store and behave like a civilised human being. Customers can affect people's moods. I've seen customers reduce ppl to tears. Come on people, as a customer, you can make the shopping experience better for everyone. Be responsible for conducting yourself as if you were a professional, and a genuinely good person. If we all act that way, we can all enjoy the shopping experience more.
Great, fresh products. I would recommend anyone to visit. The staff was not so friendly seemed like they didn't even want to be there living pay check to pay check. If you are going to work at least do something you love or have some interest
Crowded parking lot!
Yah got lots of stuff to choose from here basically anything from hardware to massages to liquor food and games all close by gym etc
Great selection of stores and goods to choose from. Lots of parking space as well.
Amazing place to secure things you need
Lots of great restaurants and a few good places here.
Good selection of stores with lots of free parking. Clean area as well
This mall is near Dufferin St & Steeles Ave W. It is an outdoor mall with 50 units totalling 447,438 sq. ft featuring retailers such as The Home Depot, Real Canadian Superstore, Winners, Dollarama and LCBO as well as a few food restaurants like Montanas and Wendy's.
Wide variety of stores all in one accessible strip. From Home Depot on one end to Dollarama to Bulk Barn you will find what you are looking for.
А good shopping plaza where one can find probably everything he/she needs. Plenty of parking
Approved, love this place.
Huge sprawling shopping plaza that has everything you want. From a Superstore to a gym and home improvement store, even to little spots like fish and chips and a Thai spot. And so many parking spots! It's a great one stop shop.
Good selection of stores and food choices
Fantastic plaza features all shopping requirements
I have not been to every single store here, but I frequent some of them such as Superstore, the Post Office, and Bulk Barn. There is a good selection of restaurants and other services/stores (such as Massage Addict, which has excellent staff). As a whole, I really like it. Individual stores, however, are hard to review because there are so many. I guess I appreciate the diversity of stores (there is an EB Games and also a nail salon) because you can get a lot of stuff done just in the plaza.
Great place to shop, easy to find parking spots
It's like a big box store mall. Good variety of stores and restaurants including Real Canadian Super Store.
One stop shop LCBO, home Depot and a super store. Working man's dream
RIOCan Market Mall is an Ok Place to Go Shopping With YOUR best Friend and Girlfriend you have a wonderful time
Evaluation of pime tenants such as Winners, Bulk Barn and 2001 and referral to original RioCan charter should enlighten.
While the shops and everything are great and clean, the parking lot configuration with the road makes for a scary driving experience. Witness accidents here frequently!
Great selection of stores arranged in a mini village style. Just the right amount of parking: enough spots but you don't have to park not too far away from the store you want. Clear signage and lots of entrances/exits
Pretty decent for fast food. Home Depot and Canadian Superstore are the main anchors, plus a decent size Winners. Entrances from the side streets are poorly designed, take them slow to save your bumper. Traffic on Steeles and Dufferin can be a challenge anytime near rush hour.
riocan marketplace has a lot of malls throughout the GTA and what I can say about them is it's very consistent with quality name brand franchises when I see there name I'd I expect and I receive all these are good products and good services because they really scrutinized who will be a tenant in there malls.I believe when I went to the mall I had visited some of the Cara products that have food franchises and they were really good.
Very convenient with a good variety of shops. Lots of parking too.
It's a regular big Plaza with lots of free parking and not a big variety of stores
Great service if you survive long enough past the cold attitude of the front cashier,an older male. He was pretty salty, so like a possum, I played dead and he came around. He turned out to be quite charming .
Good place, has most of the things you would want/need food, restaurants, grocery, home improvement, cafes, video games, and others
good amount of parking, good varities of stores, the innter roads of market place are filled with those small speed bumps. If you go here in rush hours, keep a few extra minutes on your hand as this area tends to get very busy during rush hours.
A mall setting most stores of your interest are in this place. Plenty of parking and is very close to my work. I love this place.
I wouldn't really call this a mall, it is more of a plaza. To be honest I don't recall the exact store I popped in on at the time, but what can I tell you, it is exactly that I plaza
Not the best mall but has everything you need: shoppers, no frills and LCBO. Would give 5 stars if shoppers were 24h.
Awesome selection of bagels. There eggplant and tomato spread is delicious.
Mostly come for the Wendy’s. Not sure if it’s considered a strip mall or a plaza but it’s got a good selection of places to shop and eat not to mention lots of parking. It’s has a Superstore, LCBO, Montana’s, and a Home Depot to name just a few.
Good store for price matching but you have to watch when buying produce, especially grapes... rotton or moldy once you get home and open the packaging.
Has a lot of variety, easy to access everything. Has many eating establishments as well. Close in proximity to York University and easily accessible by public transit.
Great place great location.
Good strip mall. Dollar store, fast food and bagels to name a few shops
Easy access, lots of parking.
Standard Fabricland selections, but with an extremely limited discount craft cottons selection, which is what I usually shop for. Won't be going here again because of this limited selection, and plus it is out of the way for me anyways.
This is a plaza with a bunch of stores and 24/7 hour gym, which is the reason I go there a lot, plenty of parking space and restaurants as well
It is located 10 min driving from my work. I visited it few times, but never found what I was looking for. It has a lot of parking spaces, so you always find available space very fast. The place has many restaurants around.
Has most of what I need and is convenient. Not much to report about.
Regular shopping plaza as you can see everywhere in Canada. If you hungry, or need a quick shopping for food, or some clothes, or weekly grocery shopping. There's lcbo on the plaza, pizza and coffee places. Enough parking lots and conveniently located on Steeles and Daffering intersection.
Lot of stores. Every thing is here in this plaza
Lots of Parking! Lots of Food! Lots of everything. I think it is one of the best organized plaza. Price wise too
Great service and people around specially the staff management and every one friendly polite and professional
RioCan Marketplace is an excellent hub that has all the necessities...nice restaurants, grocery store, cell phone store. Real Canadian superstore inside the marketplace is huge and well stocked. It has good offers all the time. Montana's, …
Has a variety of stores. I have only been to the Home Depot and Wendy's, the service was great there.
Great mall. Lots of parking. Shops and restaurants for every taste. The Montana is great
Very clean and organized.
I always end up at one of the shops in the market area, I vacay at my sister's house in the city and we always go to the superstore to pick up things she knows I will want to eat, and especially to stock up on the cat food for my girl who always vacays with me. They have a shop for just about anything you might be looking for. 5 ???? for sure.
That's great. Good food. Good stores
Bordered by Alness, Dufferin and Steeles Street, it has Home Depot, LCBO, Wind/Freedom mobile, Rogers, Winners, Super Store, Dollarama, Bulk Barn and many other establishments. Parking space is generous, not crowded.
Great selection of stores and places to eat. Location has ample parking
Mine plaza with lots of different stores to visit
They have fresh and quality food
Lots of food choices. But the worst home depot is there. So I tend to stay away
On my way from work to home, very convenient, good place for shopping on the go.
Loads of stores here to choose from and very clean
Just amazing i have to say such great environment friendly staff good restaurants these places make you feel extra good
Convenient, with a lot of stores, but to spread out. Be ready to walk a lot.
Great store but long line up at cash. All registers were open on Saturday
Great location. Lots of parking. Big stores.
Helpful staff, tons of parking and easy to get to. Lots of options for products and they sell alcohol.
Good variety of quick serve restaurants suitable for lunch, some very good, some so so.
Great plaza. Most visited by myself is Dollarama, winners, superstore, Wendy's, EB Games, Starbucks. Pizza ville is a new addition that I've been meaning to try.
Very nice and attractive overall layout of the plaza here with Real Canadian Superstore as the flagship carrier store there. Conveniently located at the corner of Dufferin/Steeles.
This plaza has a wide variety of food places, grocery stores, clothing shops and everything you can think of; all with a massive parking lot. Another major thing is that there is a gas station attached to the parking lot making it extremely easy to fill up quick. There are also many places nearby with other options available like a Cora's and bank across the street. Overall, great place to shop, and highly reccomend it to any parents looking to shop for the family.
Good outdoor mall, can get most of your needs here.
Good stores in the area including Dollarama and the LCBO. Parking can be a hassle if its busy but overall its a good place to go for food and shopping
Terrific variety of retail stores. Ample parking.
Busy but nice place for shopping and dining out
Like the Superstore selection of food and other products. Hate the check out place. They are always crowded. The staff are wiered.I just want quick and peaceful checkout and do not bump in to someone's cart.Often go to Coppa instead as they have no stress specious check out.
It's a small area however the amount of things you can do here is really nice. They got food places, home renovation places, hair cutting places, a gym, a TV store, a game store that's alright. And a huge parking lot
Quick, easy and ample parking. Decent selection of stores.
We only ate at Thai Express, so can't comment on the rest of the mall other than to say that there are several "eateries", which are considered fast food. There is also a Montana's.
Great bagels. And the fresh Challahs on Friday's are delicious! ????
Great shopping place but some good stores have disappeared.
Nice clean mall, decent selection of smaller shops and larger retail chains.
Given the modified lockdown. All fast food restaurants are open for take out only and deliveries. Partsource is also open for curb side pick ups and call ins.
Los of great shops. Wish I had had time to visit them all.
Great plaza. It has the post office, restaurants, shops and tons of other stores. Parking is plentiful.
Wide variety of food places, grocery stores, clothing etc. Big enough parking plot with gas station connected. Shopping & filling gas together. Very convenient location with nearby bank. Nice place to shop.
Steps from my office, wide variety of stores: Home Depot, LCBO, Starbucks, Dollarama, Canada post, Winners, Good Restaurants, plenty of parking space etc
They have a clothing store called cortina omg a Hidden jem keel and Lawrence
Went to Montana's. First time in a restaurant for a year. Good dinner.
This is a marketplace that is simple and comes in handy when you're passing by. However, there is not a lot of variety to the shops that are operated here.
I liked this area. It was really nice. Good selection of different stores.
Great location. Fit4Less is expanding. It looks like it’s going to be great!!
Not really a mall more like a plaza but has everything you need from groceries to electronics to alchohol ????
Good for shopping. Winners. Restaurants and parking..
Always visit some stores on this plaza. Like this is area so much
This is a large shopping plaza located at the southwest corner of Dufferin & Steeles in Toronto. It has many stores: The Great Canadian Superstore, Winners, The Home Depot, LCBO, and others. There are several restaurants (sit down and fast food). Free parking.
there is a secret Filipino restaurant here...they have a secret menu item... fried chicken skin for $3...neithet is a secret and I goto superstore to load up on all the unhealthy stuff while my wife browses the produce and organic health food aisles
Has a Home Depot, LCBO, AND A SUPERSTORE plus lots of other shops. Excellent outdoor mall
Lots of shopping and eating options. It's a bit of a walk from one end to another if you don't have a car.
Perfect prices for everything
This market is astrip mall with lots of different stores and a grocery store and a few restaurants. It has free parking and most of the stores are wheel chair accessible.
Constructed when Retail was a thing. Not an easy plaza to navigate. Theres a Winners, Loblaws Superstore and a very nice LCBO.
I enjoyed my hamburger at Wendy's!!
Not much stuff in this plaza. Mainly go there for just meals. That's about it.
Good area to go window shopping or grab a quick bit
I dont live in Markham but was close by and looking for food that wasn't "fast food" At 10am not much open. I stumbled on this place. Service was great, food was quick, very well priced and to be able to buy what I wanted for my meal. that wasn't breakfast was great. Would recommend
Good variety of stores. Winners, Super Store, Bulk Barn, dollaramma, pet value, to name only a few. Lots of parking.
This is a large plaza with good parking. Many choices for food. There is also a variety of different types of stores.
Have plenty of parking space and usually not that crowded. There's LCBO, Dollarama, Fido, Home Depot, Starbucks, East Side Mario, etc. I find dollarama at this location has a lot more options that others. And I like LCbO and home depot at this location.
Selection of stores including Home Depot and Superstore. Traffic is sometimes a slowdown trying to get from one side of the place to the other.
Relatively good location, but very few staff working which creates huge lineups
Nice place to hangout and watch movies in Fairview Mall. Kind and knowledgeable personnel
Great bakery. Many great choices. Chocolate Bobca is a favorite. But so many to choose from.
Very friendly service. Have to give these workers extra credit, especially since they are usually extra swamped with customers.
This plaza have a few of my favourite eateries, Teriyaki, Montana 's and Wild Wings. With Great Canadian Superstore and Home Depot in close proximity along with quite a few other stores, you may find this as a one stop shop on many occasions.
Clean, big and have lots of stores to shop from.
I was at Real Canadian Superstore, it is a really big grocery and lot else store. It takes a long time to find stuff of you are not family with it.
All the time when u ringing home depot they dont pick the phone up,and i been wating 1 hour 15 min on the phone they picket up and didnt tolk,
Great big shopping plaza. Good selection of shops and food.
Good place to shop. Lots of parking although access is kind of crazy and chaotic from Gerry Fitzgerald Drive mostly due to the fact that the street the stores are located on isn't really a legal street just a driveway.
Nice place to stop have bite to eat, use the restroom. Fill up on gas. Has Star buck's, Tim hortons, Burger King and more.
Great grocery store, I use the online shopping and just come here to pick it up.
Big strip plaza with alot of shopping opportunities and good selection of places to eat.
All their products are delicious ????
Fresh and all in one place
Pretty pricey for a Banana Split
plaza has a good selection of stores. better than most neighbourhood mall actually. my only gripe is that it is an outdoor mall. have fun walking outside in the winter!
Its great has lots of stores but i go t the post office! & superstore
It's ok. It's kind of a place you go to when you know your intentions. Not really a hangout or window shopping kind of place.
Riocan has written the book on how to place one store as far as possible from another and still call it a single plaza. This place is no exception. There's a discount gym here, but you don't need to use it. Just walk from one end to the other and your cardio is done. Like every large plaza there is plenty of what you need here, good selection of stores and eateries.
Large plaza with good box stores of different varieties. Lots of parking available.
Great central location with many great stores like Costco and Home Depot
Love the food, especially when their kitchen is up and running as it shut down due to covid. Reasonable prices for many items.
Good selection of stores and restaurants here. Lots of parking.
This shopping are hss a variety of stores. I find the parking lot situation to be a bit annoying. There always seems to be more cars than people here, so difficult to find a spot sometimes. Also exiting the plazas can be difficult. I enjoy the winners, the bulk barn, and the Ardene stores here. The east side Mario's has greatly improved since their renovations. Theres a little bit of everything.
A variety of stores which are pretty great overall!
A little bit of everything for your shopping needs
This plaza for some reason is not doing so well but I'm guessing because of brands that people don't really care about.
Great selection of restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores etc. Everything you need is likely located in this centre. Parking is plentiful and located in a great area next to a gas station.
Premium price with a negative experience every time i come here. This place is chronically understaffed with the lack of cashiers. Self checkout 2 of 4 actually functioning at 6pm on a Friday. Wow!
Great location! The shopping area has everything from a Post Office, Winners, ...
Good place. Lot of places to choose to eat. Gym and LCBO close by
Good food and service!
Only been to Dollarama, a tad on the smaller side than I'm used to but still have same items as other Dollarama's.
Lots of parking and good places to grab a bite.
Great selection of retail with plenty of parking
Good place has everything I want
Went to Freshii for lunch for the first time. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially because I couldn't decide on what I wanted. In the end, I got a bowl with juice and it was surprisingly filling! A quick and healthy meal..I will definitely be going back more often!
The staff at the cooked food section were not very helpful.
Convenient location for me with plenty of parking good Variety of stores makes for a easy one stop shopping. The LCBO is well layed out and stocked. This is a great location to shop through the day as it is not very busy which cuts down on wait time Overall good experience 4 Stars
Always good shopping at Superstore!
Well organized with a variety of major retailers. Lots of well maintained parking.
I visited Real Canadian Superstore today. Great store. Neat and spacious and well organized. Some good deals, especially for PC Optimum members.
Large plaza with wide variety of shopping options - phone companies, apparel, grocery store, dollar store, drinks, fast food, electronics, etc.
Large and sprawled out. There is no covering to walk and the parking area is very dangerous with the amount of traffic and dedicated walkways
Costco is there and you save about 6 cents or so on gas there. Very busy area. Like downtown of Vaughan. Parking is not a problem though.
Great selection of stores: Supercentre, Dollarama, Lcbo , walking on a cloud discount. South side burgers Homedepot.
Went into home depot. Found what I wanted. Asked for directions twice and got accurate help. Very fast in and out.
I love Horace, I believe is his name. He's the gentleman that shuttles guests. He's also the maintenance person. Internet access is for the most part limited to the breakfast room and lobby. Was not Impressed when I found the lock on my room door broken off and my door open. Nothing was taken or missing. There is a very small strip plaza literally 3 minutes away from the hotel to which you can get shuttled back and forth.
Everyone behaving responsibly, wearing masks, keeping distance, etc. Good service & had what I wanted.
Look both ways when crossing to get together your car. No Respect for pedestrians.
I mailed a package 3 weeks ago and it has not been received.
Excellent service .
Essentially a strip mall. A wide range of stores from a Dollarama, LCBO, to 4fitnes, a verygood Supercentre Loblaws at one end an a very good Home Depot at tne other.
Large parking lot and well maintained, wide selection of restaurants, many clothing stores, home and car improvement stores, and a large grocery store. Great place to pickup what you need for the home and grab a bite to eat.
Lot's of places to shop and restaurant to have a meal or quick bite to eat
Good place to visit. It's an all in one Marketplace. Can find anything from groceries to electronics in a single place.
No issues shopping still covid observation
very good , it has discount for student every Tuesday
Winners, Superstore,Fitforless dicent places, LCBO worst inToronto, overall regular plaza in North York.
Buy any flowers very nice
Large strip mall ft. Superstore, Home Depot, Winners, Dollarama & a variety of small shops & eateries. Favourites: Golden Burrito (R.I.P), Made In Japan/Teryaki, East Side Mario's, South St. Burger (if not for unfriendly management!).
Its a nice place for shopping public transport available to all directions every 15minutes. Super store has excellent service. Winners shopping staff and service must be a priority of the business.
