Great service! Took the time to explain the different materials and offers suggestions on which would suit us best (would like a cooling hypoallergenic set). A lot of items were on sale for 50 percent off - so I got fitted sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers. They felt nice to the touch on display, but havent tried them yet.

I heard wonderful things about Quilt Etc. From family and friends so decided to buy very expensive sheets through them. They talked it up about the durability and they would last a long time. Not even a year into having them they fell apart and ripped in the middle which honestly made it seem like the $50 ones I have bought from Amazon. Very disappointed and wish the company would contact us and figure something out.
