This Mall corresponds to the category of Shopping mall.
It's a good one. Subway connected to offices and malls
A nice mall, but more for business than for shopping.
Modern place with attractive design and shops and libraries. Just its library looks a bit noisy.
Newly Renovated Library, food court, hotel, shopping and banks....TTC subway station
Clean, you can find good restaurants and coffee shops. Also a nice literary is located in the center.
Dirty on outside..decent inside
Every store works different hours and the food court is never open. I go to the library to study everyday and whenever I want to eat it's a struggle to find a place to sit. It is especially an issue when it's cold and raining.
The electric bell on the square is nothing but a noise nuisance. It's a waste of tax payer money. Nobody needs a "clock" that is never on time and rings at odd hours of the night. People need sleep in order to work in the daytime. Just have it stopped.
Ok. place.
Still doing renovations and not a lot of stores.
I mean... it's a standard mall.... I will say that security doesn't seem to be particularly on top of things, but also that may be a flaw in the training model of the security company.
It has stores that are useful
Sad and a little dead due to the pandemic. I hope stores and business returns soon.
Its ok. Needs more shops tho but great for the basic necesseties.
This center is a clean and nice place to shop and to have access to North York Central Library as well. It also countians some banks, shops, and restaurants, all clean and well origanized. However, it has unfortunately no supermarket despite the fact that many people should frequent this center, especially because of getting the subway, daily or several times in a week.
Convenient access to ttc to cross into empress walk and access to places to buy beverages to bring to the library
Great locations for shopping an dinning.
At libruary setting up rasbery pi pc
Plenty of underground parking from Empress. Separate parking garage elevators to the lobby. When I visited, cost was $3 per half hour.
I would like to have this option to save each address under a name of my perfer name. North York center is a good place for shopping and spend quality time.
Gotta have much more stores!!
Modern place with attractive design and shops and libraries. Just its library looks a bit noisy.
Pretty good.... watch movies, eat, read at the library, I personally like to visit Dollarama this location have good collection for my work ????
Directly connected from the North York Centre Stn. between a door wall.
They are super kind and experienced. They are always ready, they know you and they care! They have every section completely sealed off from the rest of the office, and it is impeccably clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Eisen and Bessie are the best!
Lots of good shopping stores
Has small food court and a really big library
Wish there were more stores. Friendly staff at all that is there
Nice and quiet place... Also there are various food center which you can visit
"You Know It When You See It, Where Money ????Does Buy Happiness.!
Great Place to make shopping there specially Fido store in North York City Center.. They are friendly and co operares well
Great mall, amazing food court
Good place to eat and shop
I love the Toronto Public Health Services office here. The nurses there are so knowledgeable and helpful. They stay busy tho so make an appointment early...
Too many good things in this area to count among them Gibson Museum, library ????????and Michaels!
This center has some highlights like the public library and the fact it's very well connected with public transit.
Good place to go but still need more tenants like all major canadian bank
It is a nice cozy place near the library. You can always find some seats to hangout with your friends.
Couldn't fine the washroom!!
Mu station for 17 plus Years I was ask to ho Ally for a Job in the Area God sent me to Loblaws and I got Hire on yhe Spot Amen
There is a food court which is really good to find different kinds of food
Loved to visit the library directly through the rocket.
Nice mini mall!!!
Nice place. Free WiFi at some stores. They close food court washrooms early so keep that in mind.
The food court provide a large place for all kinds of meetups.
Lots of great shops and wendys is delicious in the centre
Lovly place
This area is very nice
The North York Centre is a commercial block that has a few stores, bank offices, a food court, pharmacy and Toronto Public Library. It connect directly to the North York Centre Subway Station. During lunch time it serves the busy office crowd and transit passengers. It has one of the best public libraries in the city with a tech and sewing hub, which serves the local community. If your in the area this is an interesting place to check out.
Library, city services and food court.watch and jewellery repairs services.
Fairly clean facilities and well maintained.
Little mall with a subway station, a drug store, a food court, 2 clothing shops, a gift shop, a dry cleaner, a beauty salon, a chiropractor, 2 jewellery stores, a hotel, a luxury car rental, a discount gym, and the best library in North York.
A posh mall with a small collection of shops. Nice to hang out in the Toronto Public Library here.
Mostly abandoned, this mall has certainly seen better days. The food court has a bit of activity on weekdays. The library renovations are finished enough to open three floors up to the public and so I will have a good reason to start coming back here again soon.
It is not bad but needs lots of improvements. The elevators hardly moves and smell like something burning. Nearly each weekend, there is an escalator not working. I guess people mostly go there for the movies and Loblaws.
Well laid out, parking and shopping was well connected.
A very nice place. A fantastic library
Pretty cool mall.better then galleria mall i tell you that much
Nice mall. Good stores for clothing and accessories.
Awesome
Small place , but you can find shoppers rexal loblows lcbo Burger King and other small outlets ..
There's not alot to do there and it's quite boring! The library is very nice and I loved going there before the pendamic! Best library ❤
Convenient with all kids of stores at close distance. Parking options with meter and ground level and under ground parking.
Great shopping experince. The security and the cleaning staff are super frienly.
It's a great mall but a lot of stores either closed down or are temporarily closed.
This is situated right above subway with access to mall from subway very convenient to access. Quite and nice shopping center with few good brands and eatery.
Located on Subway Line1, North York Centre includes an excellent Library, shops, cafes, services and direct access to Mel Lastman Square ( outdoor ice-rink Jan and Feb) home to Summer Festivals, markets, Canada Day fireworks, and Hanukkah celebrations.
An amazing place...lots to do around here...come prepared to experience and participate in our multi cultural events and activities. Several food trucks...my favourite is Taste of the Tropics.
Good place, great ambience.
Beautiful place but due to pandemic everything is still closed. Eagerly waiting for everything to come back to normal
A nice quiet place with great amenities: Library, pool, subway, food court, pharmacy. This place is never too crowded.
Dress for Success located at this Centre For men and women
Not a bad place. I miss Staples being there. Now there is a huge Pet Valu. Staples was more useful store at this location.
Not much options for food and very expensive
Clean and organized, how a mall should be!
Good place to hang out!!!
Very good food court for a business area. A variety of fast food restaurants and Booster Juice shop. Novotel hotel has it's own restaurant (Trio) which is part of the whole structure of the buildings. Flight Centre is nearby the food court as well as a health food store. North York library is also right there. Downstairs has Pharmasave. 2 Star Bucks, one upstairs one downstairs. Farmers Market outside from June until October. And the Civic Centre and Douglas Snow Swimming pool are 1 minute from the food court. A few clothing stores. Public washrooms. Gift shop. Convenience store. And of course there banks and a small mall (Empress Walk) across the street????????????
One of the best libraries of Toronto.
The new look library is awesome.
- Nice - Metro ???? ???? ????
It's a nice place to visit once in a while, I love the public Library and cineplex.
Love very much this place
Provides great amenities to the North York Center area for both residence and businesses, including a food court, pharmacy, the North York central library, convenience and gift shops, and banks. Also connects to the subway, civic center, and Empress Walk malls.
One of the best and nicest public places in Toronto
Nice and clean place. Not very crowded.
Great place to go. Variety of food.
Clean and decent place to visit..
Quaint and rather empty. Largely serves as thoroughfare for the library, public pool, and offices.
I like the fact that they have a gym, decent food court, and a movie theater across at Emperess walk.
Nice bldg tons of things to be done here. Infosys office here alongwith many other companies. Direct Subway connectivity is a definite plus.
A good community area with plenty of bars, pubs and restaraunts.
Very busy part of the city.
This is a nice and clean subway platform.
Very speedy with little hearts, great experience! Go here for all your legal needs!
A good and quiet library. Suitable for studying and doing online work. Study rooms could be booked prior to arrival, which gives you room to do teamwork and experiences. Staff are friendly and helpful. I reccomend it
No stores. Very low quality or no name stores
Good shopping mall in the neighborhood of Sheppard-Yonge intersection.
Right now its quite.
It should have more programs that encourage area population to make it a meeting place for hanging outdoors.
So clean
Food court n library
Excellent place to do shopping and meet someone for lunch.
A pretty empty place but most people go here to visit the big library.
There is a big loblaws right out of the subway and good take out options too. There's also a Starbucks on the otherside and Mel lastman Square , a great place to hangout
Good mall with all the possible product department available!
What a great urban dwelling, the high ceiling concept makes you appreciate such progressive architecture. The library is a huge state of the art facility that has a host of amenities for toddlers.
A very convenient place to study because there is a food court and subway station nearby
Loblaws, Shoppers, Dollarama and cinema What else you need !!
Usually not very busy and they have a good selection of stores plus a food court. You can park on the street and there is an underground parking as well and it's not very pricey.
Lots of shops, various food options available. Convenient walk to TTC.
Good plaza ????
Clothing stores, fast food restaurants, drugstores, gyms, access to subway station. Very convenient.
Reasonably parking price for uptown
I love the network of the buildings as you move from one building to another building without coming outside.
Amazing
I work in North York Centre. Ray Daniel Salon and Spa.
This is a convenient place where we have access to North York subway, Cineplex theatre, Loblaws, Tim Hortons, Dollorama, fitness center, Starbucks and a bunch of amazing food outlets and restaurants
Great library and Loblaws.
They have small TVs in the urinals. Very entertaining.
Definitely very corporate spot. Classy looking, not a whole lot of variety, though.
Great happening place...lots of food joints and options like Mall, Library, Lastman Square etc.
Love the library there. Five floors of books, computers, programs and helpful staff. All free! Lots of online stuff, too: e-books, audiobooks, films, magazines and newspapers, Safari tech books, research tools in all topics. All that and free wifi too.
This location is the best place to study around here. There are plenty of seats and tables, convenient foodcourts, and coffee shops. Especially, no one complains why you are there for a long time on studying.
Empty due to covid.
It’s good
Nice place and a good way to access to subway, library, recall, loblaws, stores and so many
A little bit pricy, my drink had half full of ice
I had a lot of happy memories here when I was growing up... I don't visit here much that often anymore, but this place will always have a special place in my heart
Not much fun inside
TTC is always great!
Parking is little expensive, Few food joints.
A suburban downtown. Interesting to see this collection of tall buildings all along one street (Yonge St.) with a former city hall in the middle. But the Civic Centre is dated and the retail seems a bit tired and uninteresting, dominated by chain outlets. Speaking of Yonge Street, it's a pretty nasty piece of roadway - too many lanes of cars, cars, cars. I wouldn't want to sit on a patio here! Where do all the people in those high rises hang out anyway? At a mall?? In the real downtown???
I just visited Toronto Library here. It has direct access to subway. In the past I have been to enterprise car rental here.
Happy Canada day 2018.
Nice and organized place
It's all good
Food court and Library in mall, Thursdays in winter has organic food market for limited time.
This place has a library. Good. Food court is temporarily only available for vaccinated. But good news! They have Booster Juice! And it was so good. You need to go here if you're new to Toronto.
Very nice place, clean and well organized
It's a decent place, it's still half empty so there aren't many stores there yet so not a lot of options to shop at there are a few stores outside the centre though, so can definitely check those out too. It's not crowded at all, so you can shop peacefully.
Nice area to visit. Lots to do. Some good stores to shop. Lots of variety but again rather expensive place to shop.
Cute little store for snacks and candy
Nice place with loads of events throughout the summer. And skating in winter. My kids love to run around there.
This is a review for North York on behalf of Uber Eats delivery workers. The residents of North York are the cheapest people on the planet. Cheaper than Jane and Finch. A $1 tip is considered generous around here.
It's not a great shopping centre but has the library, food court, banks and gym. It also has TTC entrance, path to empress walk.
Good library and food court
It's clean and open, but nothing stellar about this location
The food-court is extremely clean, the North York Library is still under construction (concourse, 4th & 5th floor, 1-3 Floors are open). You can find Starbucks, food-court, Second Cup here and access to North York Civic Centre.
Nice stores and lots of food choices. Close to subway access without going outside!
Huge library and public square
Complex building which has lots of shops, 2 Banks, Hotel, Library, Cafeteria. Douglas Snow Aquatic Centre which is run by City of Toronto is connected, and can access to North york centre subway station on B Level. Only thing if I wish for some improvement, hope they have few chairs or benches near by the entrance door or beside of Banks.
Really great! Love the library.
Wonderful place for shopping and beauty parlour, grocery , Dollarama many other store and branded too.
Nice atmosphere with a food court, shops and also access to Toronto Library and subway
Conveniently located in the GTA area, accesible via TTC. It has an amazing library / research center with a wide variety of options for children.
Amazing many shops in close distance
Lots of natural light in a very airy space in North Toronto. North York Subway station on line 1 is right underneath. There's a food court, a library, shops, a hotel, connected to North York Civic Centre, all you need really other than free parking.
confusing to find where you are going but clean relatively so - wish there wasn't as many junky shops in this place
Have anything you want provided in it
Go there for skating at Mel lastman
Food court with few shops . everthing close by 7 pm
Very nice here best place in the city.
It's ok, doesn't have a lot of stores, but then again I keep comparing it to malls, so my review is somewhat biased.
It's just nice not overwhelming like some malls
Not a lot of stores out there. We usually go there only when we go the library.
Very clean towers and friendly staff ????
I like the fact that they have a gym, decent food court, and a movie theater across at Emperess walk.
This center is a clean and nice place to shop and to have access to North York Central Library as well. It also countians some banks, shops, and restaurants, all clean and well origanized. However, it has unfortunately no supermarket despite the fact that many people should frequent this center, especially because of getting the subway, daily or several times in a week.
library is good place for kids..
Thts where I work. Cool environment
Was there for meeting the place , food and service was great
Excellent place for conducting any type of program.
Its a well located place i just wish it was more conducive to quiet meeting and sitting.
My fav center including the library. Food court is okay. access to subway from building +1
No rats, I like
Very nice
Accessible from TTC, okay selection.
My favorite library !! Modern space with lots of space .
For 11 bucks a month, you can't beat the value. There is a $45 initiation fee. They have pretty much all the machines you could want. There is no wifi or towel service, but what do you expect for $11? The place is clean with well maintained equipment. There are on demand video classes apparently. Great location which I can walk to in about 5 minutes (underground!). Don't get ripped off by Goodlife, even though it's the same company. I still don't know how that works. Feel free to say hi if you see me on the treadmill. :-)
Pedestrian plaza more to serve the corporate tenants than a destination retail experience
North York to me feels like the typical suburbia
It used to be very pleasant place. However, it seems crowded condos and lack of infrastructure made this place not so pleasant place to shop or dine or enjoy. Some serious crime has been reported recently.
Nice place. A bit complicated to navigate around but overall a good venue.
Lovely business buildings
A pretty small and fairly lacking mall. The food court doesn't provide many choices. However, every Thursday there is an excellent farmers market. The library which is attached to the mall has excellent programming, but it can be a touch noisy on the first two floors due to the young families in the children's area.
Best place for everything hangout
Nice place to spend time at
North York Center is great and it's easy to get to.
Nice with variety of stores
Amazing mall! Had everything I wanted in there :D
Very busy place and also little expensive. Spacious car parking facility is available.
I like this complex it has everything.
Good food court with good selection
It's constantly changing, the parking makes it worthwhile. There is enough stuff around the area to do.
Nice construction. I won’t rêview if I don’t like the location. This place needs grassroots donors ~ and they can help the small business . Real estate agents, cafes, dollarama, and Virgin Radio.
Lots of space and very convenient. Access to library, shopping, restaurants...
The place is clean big bright and spacious, it has a subway underground access. Some shops, hair salon , public library and some financial institutions and access to government offices and an underground passage to empress walk and its grocery store and movie theater and lcbo and shops. You can also access Gibson square and public parking spaces from here. It is overall a very good place in the heart of North York.
Great indoor mall , parking and civic centre
There is a food court, a library, a clothing store and underground access to Loblaws, Wendy's, Dollarama etc.
I went to the movies. At this place there is a subway stop underground. On same level is loblaws. It is wheel chair accessible also an elevator to the third level where the cineplex is. Also there are two escalators from main level to the cineplex.
I was reading a book in the food court because the toronto public library branch located in this mall was not officially opening till the next day. When I saw a cleaning lady taking my picture. I felt betrayed because I dont want too get in trouble for reading in a food court if I am really only allowed too eat there.
Dr Eisen and his staff are the best, always put your comfort first. I've been his patient for 33 years and travel 2 hours to see him, wont see anyone else.
Dr Edward Jesin at Park Home Clinic is a very competent physician.
Good place for kids.
Convenient location, lots of facilities, underground access to lablaws and Empress walk shopping mall. If you are driving -- use Empress walk parking instead of NYC's parking. It's cheaper and has early birds parking fee if you need to park for more than 2.5 hours.
Very good subway
Small place but food court is good
????????
Library, food court, TPH dental clinic on the other side and small shops to spend money. Not bad at all.
Somehow the security guys are always watching you, they think they're watching the most expensive thing in the whole world
Shopping centre, fast food and restaurants, exhibition ground.
Relatively clean station most of the time. The escalators always work compared to other subway stations. The station is also connected very conveniently to some malls.
Very active and beautiful also productive location...!
Good. However, there is a no smoking/no vaping sign outside on the building, yet my lungs have to suffer when I pass by. The staff continue to ignore the signs and continue to contaminate my lungs each time I pass by. And it's not just cigarettes. When it's not there it's the ttc and other places and zip car etc. I have never smoked a day in my life. I am now on puffers because of the cigarettes and the chemical weed because that stinking stench cannot be natural or healthy for anyone. This is so unfair to me others. Please fix this.
Small mall with some nice shops, one fast food restaurant, and a theatre.
The centre offers a library but across the street you can find lots of shops.
I like it so much.
Awesome place.... office and mall together
Beautiful Christmas tree in the center. Very clean. Cool shops and foods
Its an okay shopping mall. Not a lot of retail stores for shopping. Guess the main draw would be the very big library and the decent food court. Guess the only good point is that its not very busy
Great spot. Has everything you could need. Fantastic Loblaws in basement
It was OK. I am glad that I saw the Christmas tree at the Centre.
Austere, needs some inspiration to connect with humanity. Back to the drawing board...
Nice place, awesome library and restraunt nearby
Great service.
I love the kids place in library
Great location, plenty of product.
Excellent place to shop and eat
Local Mall ,direct access to Subway, different bank branches, rexall, central library, and a lot of fast food restaurant.
It was great. Nice weather and had fantastic wife with me couldn't of asked for any better.
Clean place, has a decent but small food court
It was nice being in the centre. The Christmas tree looks very nice.
good place for excersize
excellent place to walk around and get some food and coffee. great atmosphere and high ceilings. Very clean food court and the library is there.
Nice office cum shopping mall
This is a cool place to hang out at
Very spacious mall. Lighting is bright, atmosphere is good.
Great place to hang out
Security there is top notch can't get passed them. They always on your tail. Don't try PARKOUR there unless you want to have a l8fe discussion with security officer Chan
Excellent customer service! Whenever I needed something they were there for me. Thank you guys.
Nice place to shop groceries
Nice clean place. Just passing through to subway.
Most of the shops are shut. Been there for a job fair which was horrible.
Love my Li brary. Love my centerstage Hairdresser. 1 love my food court. I love my jewellers and only 10 dollers for a battery change.
Good clean and well maintained
Beautifully designed square, a place for community gatherings and festivals and outdoor performances, it's the heart of the community, a centre for the Neighbourhood and many ethnic communities. lots of good food and local attractions
Somewhat newly renovated with super tall ceilings and lots of shops. Connected to the subway which is nice. Large outdoor space beside too
A nice open area, with a good selection of shops. There are two Starbucks on different floors, for your coffee needs
Not too many shops but a good size North York library
Great area to Shop, alot of really Nice restaurants. Or just a nice Place to hang out.
Great place to get food a lots of seat great to have a lunch at. Good place if you work or go to school nearby
Love the interior of this mall. It’s so refreshing but isn’t too big. They have a great food court and the public library which are convenient. I usually hangout at la prep cafe. They also have tables in the center of the mall with local goods which I believe is a seasonal thing.
BMO, Starbucks, cafes, food court and library nearby, well lit and extremely well kept and clean .
Nice selection of places to eat during work day.
Good restaurants, shops and movie theaters
The food court still closed.
Great place to work and friendly people at NYC
Renovated building, food court moved from basement to main flr. Fast food outlets $$. They do have a subway sandwich but it seems more $$ than other locations. The NEW 6flr North York library is opened up spacious with many study cubicles individual & for reserved group usage. Access 1-4 only. Library Reno still in progress. Still yet to try out but looks very impressive. Wish their WE hrs were more extended esp. SUN. 1:30pm -- 5:30pm. Only??? There is non profit women's clothes org. Dress for success. Farmers market on Thursdays only. Check with building management.
Close to everything from jewelry to grocery
Great place to hang out! Can't wait to have all the stores open soon.
Unique mall that uses a lot of natural light and windows. Lacking in stores though
Came on the weekend. Very clean and quiet.
Nice area to get your basics.
Very convenient
It has a good food court. A rent a car
Small mall with library and foodcourt
ALPHA OMEGA OMEGA _ALPHA CANADA CENTRE of the universes secretly hoping for you and your friends and family members who have been working on the list for a few years now impregnated by the study of this is that it will YOUR VOW WISHES AMEN
There is nothing much really here... Good food court though and has got some gym/banks etc.
A good place to do some shopping.
But simple, does not offer much.
Fair food over priced
Lots of activities for kids and adults
Good place. Not to crowded. Nice Washrooms. There's a Subway here.
Nice people ,nice cleaning !
Good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables .
Excellent.
Nice mall, love the architecture. Great library
It is pretty empty. There are only two food outlets open.
really very nice place i enjoyed there a lot
Variety of different options. Clean and convenient dining area.
Close too early.
Shops were closed, to my friends' dismay. Less reason to go there.
Presently under construction, quite messy looking. Parking is over priced. Also there is no cafe or convenience store in the Civic Centre to grab a snack
Washrooms closed in the food court area
Loved the food court, lots of selections
Very few random encounters
Many options for food. I tried some of the places and all were ok
IN THIS AREA ,YOU WILL FIND EVERYTHING YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. CHRISTMAS GIFTS GALORE !!!!
Nice and clean place.
I just walked through but there are two good clothing stores that are reasonable.
Nice and spacious library
Orgnize
Great as always Beverly Dunne
