This place is meh. If I had to choose between this and yorkgate I'd probably choose this mall. 3 stars for having a family type atmosphere. People are pretty nice here. Don't expect to find any branded stores though. Take it for what it is

If you are not a local in the area I would highly recommend staying away from this mall. It's very cultural for lack of a better word and can be off-putting if you are not familiar with the area. I wouldn't call it unsafe, but the selection and crowd may not appeal to you.

Overpriced kinkin shop a couple dollar store shops with fake stuff and a real dollarama. An as seen on tv store with nothing that has been seen on tv lmao. If you vape there is a half decent 180 vape shop.

I'm not really a fan of this mall. A lot of stores with meager quality items. If you're looking for an item that gives you the look you want for the price that you want, then this is the place. But don't expect too much quality and longevity in your purchased items.

Not as dangerous as the other mall, lots of old folk and no legitimate brands in sight. You do find the few odd gems here and there, in this small charming mall. Racially it's a bit too diverse, you won't find a generic Canadian walking about the crowd. I do recommend the food, which is a highlight and the travel agency for cheap charter flights.

Home accents store customer service is not pleasant, I bought mop and ask if did not work properly you have any warranty for this product they said yes if not good bring it back when after just one use did not spin pro took it back so rude in front customer service. I was actually quite surprised by this mall. The area has a bad rep but the mall was nice. It was very clean. There were a wide variety of stores with interesting products and friendly staff. Parking was easy, although getting out was a bit hectic. I will be going again.

Jane & Finch mall has so many friendly people, the area in general are welcoming. If you hear anything bad about this area or this mall in particular it likely started as rumors and then turned into fear mongering. The freshco attached to the mall is always clean, organized and the staff are very friendly. Tim Hortons could use a little work, maybe new staff? I waited roughly 20-30 minutes just for someone to take my order because 4 staff members were working on a coffee machine, maybe they were training, but it shouldn't take that long to order a simple thing. Besides that I always have a great experience at this mall, in the past I've taken my nephews and daughter for a free photo with Santa and other great events. I recommend going and checking it out!

Great mall for the neighbourhood. Opens fairly early & closes late. The stores are convenient for families who live on a budget, the cactus store is large & always has fresh food. Sunday market is one of my favourite. The jamcian lady who makes the black pudding & cow foot (sauce, can’t spell it properly) is the reason why I go there every Sunday. Delicious, I really recommend. The McDonald’s & Tims are of great design, love the layout & the space.

It's a mall, right? There are lots of stores, plenty of people, and even an employment centre. That's one reason I go to this mall - the JVS employment centre. There are a lot of social agencies in the area and they meet at JVS. I have met a lot of folks here who are helping with Youth Learning Code. For the mall - there's lots of parking, a wide variety of stores. It's easy to think "Oooo - Jane Finch - That's a bad part of town" but you're wrong to think that way. It's a normal part of town like any other. The Finch buses do get a little crowded at rush hour, but all the TTC buses get crowded. You should come out this way and hang out. It's a nice neighbourhood.

Jane and Finch Mall is located at the south-east corner of Jane Street and Finch Avenue, easily accessible from highway 400 and by public transit. With over 75 shops and services, including a brand new 44,000 sq. ft. FreshCo grocery, Shoppers Drug Mart, CIBC Bank and drive thru McDonald's, they have everything for your shopping needs with lots of free parking.

The parking lot lanes make no sense. A 2 lane, 2 direction road all of a sudden turns into 1 with no direction. In several spots. It's an accident waiting to happen. Cars drive all over the place. Over parking spots. Cut over everything. Can't blame them but it's absolute anarchy.

I for one really like this mall because it has really good food I that I love if you are close to Jane and finch you should definitely try the food especially Dragon wok, their food is really good, however one thing is it isn't a mall ever you can keep walking and get back to where you started the mall is like a zig and a zag and that's it so you have to turn around at the end. Also note this isn't the grandest place you have ever been to though. Don't expect high ceiling and nice patterns on the floor.

However there are stores inside the mall that seem like of too low quality to even be in there. There are many stores catering to South Asian, particularly Indian customers. Jane Finch Mall is another youthful vibe mall next to Sheridan mall and yorkgate mall some of the classics in the area. Despite many who believe this mall is not great and the colour is outdated or what not! I like that it’s convenient and it has great deals in products and great service. Items are more expensive than anywhere else. Some retailers are unfriendly and unwelcoming. Access to some entrances are closed and signs are not visible from the outside. I had to return to my vehicle to drive to the next entrance to enter the mall. Once I entered the mall I had to walk to the other end of the mall and the store closed by the time I arrived. It was a great inconvenience to me and very frustrating.

Jane and Finch Mall is a sizable shopping complex with multiple services. It is located at the South-East corner of the "notorious" Jane Street and Finch Avenue. It has everything that you want and can think of. Multifarious restaurants, eateries, grocery stores, a capacious pharmacy store, two dollar stores, Canada Post, an affordable fitness center, a walk-in-clinic, two dental clinics, a bank, food courts, cellphone booths, kiosks, electronic shop, and many more under one roof. It has been catering to the needs of the local community for over thirty years. You will not find any branded goods or well-known, popular clothing companies as seen in the high-end malls like Vaughn Mills, Yorkdale, and Eaton centre, nor you will see any striking, arresting, and stunning interior. Not that it is dirty, unclean, repugnant, or unpleasant, but it is simple, not attractive, and not well decorated. There are huge parking lots where you can park your vehicle/s for free. The lots are so big that always there is enough parking place available anywhere you want. Finding a parking spot is absolutely no problem. The place is well-secured by security guards who can be seen patrolling interior as well as exterior of the premises. If you do not want to buy something exorbitant from reputed company and want to get at a reasonable, bargain price, this mall is good for you.

They need to stop calling this place a mall and call it an indoor plaza. I don't know why it is but this place is so dusty. On a good note, I love the multicultural environment that you get when you visit here. A lot of parking available and easy to get to by foot/transit.

Mall has been here for ages, has seen two or three remodels in the last 10 - 15 years. They have cleaned up the area HUGE vs what it was during the late 90's, general atmosphere is friendly .. If you don't know the area or are not open to a diverse atmosphere (blacks / arabs / south asians) do yourself a favor and stay out (you will be eaten alive here). They have some great barbers and small shops for cheap merchandise. Lots of counterfeit products, if you are stupid enough to think you are getting a legit Prada bag from a mom and pops shops for 24.99 I don't know what else to say but you are a clown.

Some stores are good but there's a lot of bootleg items for sale especially when it comes to electronics. Watch out for that. Also sometimes creepy/strange people hang around here. Be a wary shopper.

This mall has remain unchanged for the longest time no matter how much the owners have put in in terms of renovation. It only survives because of the anchor stores consisting of McDonald's , Shoppers Drug Mart, and FreshCo. If you know what you're looking for then this is the type of Mall to go to. But it's not about to go walk around.

Pretty sketchy mall, lots of loitering by what appears to be unoccupied or unemployed individuals. Improving in terms of having more brand name stores such as Dollarama, Fit4Less and taco bell. Why is it sketchy? Once at McDonald's I saw a lady get caught stealing soda from the self serve fountain. Another time walking out the exit I was offered the opportunity to purchase illegal carton of cigarettes. You get the idea. Otherwise it's a nice mall with a good community atmosphere

I went to the dollar store to buy batteries they clearly marked $2.00, the manager said I can pay $2.00 for one and the other one I have to pay $2.50. I think that was outrageous. When you shop there please check your bill

You can get decent merchandise and the mall has usual fast food and Tim Hortons. You can get affordable products but don't expect too much. The parking is great!

This mall is located south east of the Jane Finch intersection. It is very close to the Yorkgate mall. The mall includes many business chains including FreshCo, Shoppers Drug Mart, Fit 4 Less, MacDonald’s and Tim Hortons. There is also a Wilkin Clinic and CIBC Bank. There are many other small stores inside the mall. Prices are low and the mall is clean and well organized. Public washroom is available at the eastern end opposite Fit 4 Less. Historically some people think Jane and Finch is a dangerous intersection ib Toronto. Honestly, I do not see anything to approach this intersection or the mall at that place. It is simply a busy environment. It is just like other malls. I think thinhs are kind cheap compared to other big malls in Toronto. In three corners of Jane and Finch(yorkgate, jane and finch mall...), you can end up finding almost everything. I think prices corresponds to the milieu. My stars are based on the following creteria. Is there a product to buy?, is there a free parking? is there a public washroom? What are open hours? What is the relativity of prices to the environment? The latter is subjective. However, i think Jane and finch fits the creteria, except that in my opinion, Jane and fich closes early.

Very busy place. During the Summer months there is one avtivity or the other going on in the parking lot. There are lots of shops and fast food restaurant if you need to take a beeak.There is also transit if you do not drive.
